이 연구는 지난 10년 동안 한국 정부기관에서의 지식관리 활동에 대한 실증적 연구의 경향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 주요 학술지에 게재된 46편의 실증연구 논문을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 일정한 경향이 발견되었다. 대다수의 연구가 지식관리 활동에 미치는 영향요인과 지식관리 활동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 입증하는데 초점을 두었으며, 특히 지식공유와 지식창출에 대해 많은 연구가 있었다. 가설 검증 연구, 설문조사에 의한 자료수집, 다변수 통계기법에 의한 분석이 지배적인 연구방법이었다. 향후 연구 발전을 위해 연구주제 및 연구방법의 다양화, 지식관리 활동 연구에의 통합적 접근 등이 강조되었다.

Nowadays, many first-time Internet users start off heavily using SNSs (Social Network Sites), such as Cyworld, Facebook, and Twitter. The reason for the growth of SNS use is closely related to the various services of gaming, playing, using entertainment items, sharing knowledge etc., provided by the SNS; technically, the most important of the services provided would be the behavior of sharing knowledge among people connected and networked in the site. In sum, we assume that the users may communicate well with each other and pay attention to building a close social network using the abovementioned activities. However, researchers have just begun to focus on the issues explaining why Internet users rush into SNSs and enjoy their time there. Therefore, we investigated the reasons for posting and sharing knowledge voluntarily on the SNS and how others respond to the posted knowledge and are actually affected by the behavior. We applied social identity theory and social capital theory in this study to find which network externalities in SNSs may affect online identity-based attachment and cause them to produce a knowledge sharing generation. We found that people's online identity in SNSs is closely related to and influences knowledge sharing. This empirical study resulted in the importance of social relations in SNSs, which leads to sharing knowledge.

본 연구의 목적은 중고령자의 디지털 이용태도와 생활 만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 온라인 네트워크 활동과 디지털 정보생산·공유활동의 직렬다중매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 주 목적을 달성하기 위해 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS for SPSS Macro을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털이용태도와 생활 만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 중고령자의 디지털 이용태도가 온라인 네트워크 활동을 경유해 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향보다 디지털 이용태도가 온라인 네트워크 활동을 거쳐 디지털 정보생산·공유활동을 경유한 후 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향이 .0291단위만큼 유의하게 더 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 중고령자의 디지털 이용태도와 생활 만족도, 온라인 네트워크 활동, 디지털 정보생산·공유활동 간의 관계를 통합적으로 살펴봄으로써 중고령자의 디지털 이용 및 생활 만족도 제고를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 융 복합 시대에 컨설팅 협업 과정에서 컨설턴트 간 신뢰가 지식공유 활동을 매개로 컨설팅 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 신뢰는 역량기반신뢰와 배려기반신뢰로 각각 나누어 그 영향 정도를 알아보고자 하였다. 현업에서 활동하는 컨설턴트들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회귀분석을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 컨설턴트 간 역량기반신뢰와 배려기반신뢰 모두 지식공유 활동과 컨설팅 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 역량기반신뢰가 높을수록 그 영향 정도는 좀 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 지식공유 활동은 컨설턴트 간 신뢰와 컨설팅 만족도와의 영향 관계를 부분 매개하였다. 융 복합시대에 지식의 형태는 더욱 다양한 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 컨설팅 만족도를 높이기 위해 컨설턴트 스스로 자신의 역량을 제고할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 지식의 축적과 지식공유 활동에 대한 좀 더 구체적인 방안을 연구해볼 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 지식경영연구에서 비교적 적은 관심을 받아온 지식탐색행동인 지식브라우징(knowledge browsing)과 지식검색 (knowledge seeking)의 역할을 가상공동체 환경에서 조사하였다. 지식탐색행동이 가상공동체의식을 매개요인으로 지식공유의도와 가상공동체홍보에 양의 영향을 끼치는 선행요인으로 고려되었다. 연구가설들은 한 가상공동체의 회원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 기반으로 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 검증한 결과, 능동적 지식탐색행동은 가상공동체의식에 양의 관계를 보였고, 가상공동체의식은 지식공유의도와 공동체홍보에 양의 관계를 보였다. 실무자들은 본 연구를 통해 회원들의 지식탐색행동이 가상공동체의식을 함양하는 효과가 있고 결국, 지식공유활성화와 가상공동체 홍보로 이어질 수 있음을 이해할 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 지식탐색행동을 보다 효과적으로 도울 수 있는 방안을 마련함으로써, 회원들이 가상공동체로부터 지식을 얻고, 다시 지식을 가상공동체에 공유하고 다른 사람들에게 공동체를 홍보하게 되는 가상공동체의 선순환적 발전을 꾀할 수 있다.

With the recent advancement of technology, there has been an increase in professional development activities, including teachers using blogs to share practical knowledge and reflect on teaching and learning. This study was conducted to identify the contents of practical knowledge shared through the K-12 teachers' blogs. To achieve the research objective, 70,571 blog posts were collected from 329 blogs of K-12 teachers in Korean and analyzed using text mining techniques. The results of the study are as follows. First, practical knowledge sharing activities using teacher blogs have increased. Teachers posted a lot of blogs during the semester. Second, primary school teachers share various curriculum activities, reflections on project classes, class management, opinions related to education, and personal. Third, secondary school teachers share summaries and reviews of curriculum, materials related to college entrance exams, various instructional materials, opinions related to education, and personal experiences on their blogs. This study suggested that blogs are widely used as a venue for sharing practical knowledge of teachers, and that blogs can be a useful way to develop professionalism.

치열한 글로벌 경쟁환경하에서 살아남기 위해 기업들은 다양한 혁신활동과 특허 등의 지식재산권 활동을 활발하게 전개하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 특허 관련 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국기업의 특허담당 실무자와 연구개발 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, PLS 분석도구를 활용하여 인과관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 보상과 장애요인이 정보공유(협업)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보공유(협업)이 기술적 보완(개선)과 기업이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술적 보완(개선)과 기업이미지가 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업이 특허활동을 전개하는데 있어 촉진 및 장려하는 요인을 찾아내어 전략적으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

Knowledge management system is crucial for increasing organizational performance. However, despite this importance of knowledge management system, many companies fail to facilitate individual employees' knowledge sharing. One of reasons for this failure is the lack of consideration of how individual employees' characteristics and their interpersonal relationship influence on individual-level knowledge sharing. To explain individual-level knowledge sharing, this study investigates the mechanism that employees engage in knowledge sharing activities with their coworkers from the social exchange perspective. We have two purposes of study. First, we examine whether coworker's task-related help seeking affects employee's knowledge sharing with them. Second, we investigate the influence of help-seeker' characteristics as moderators on the relationship between task-related help seeking and knowledge sharing. Specifically, we considered coworker's maladjustment, LMX, and ability as moderators. Our analysis of 192 employees shows that the main effect of coworker's task-related help seeking on knowledge sharing is not significant. However, coworker's maladjustment and LMX moderate the relationship between task-related help seeking and knowledge sharing. The positive relationship between task-related help seeking and knowledge sharing is stronger when help seeker's maladjustment is high than when it is low. And the positive relationship between task-related help seeking and knowledge sharing is weaker when help seeker's LMX is high than when LMX is low. The results of this study have theoretical implications that enrich our understanding of individual-level knowledge sharing, and managerial implications that suggest employees' appropriate attitudes to facilitate knowledge sharing in a coworker relationship.

본 연구의 목적은 기록물관리 전문요원의 조직관리적 요인, 관계적 요인, 개인적 요인이 지식공유의도와 어떠한 영향 관계를 갖는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 126건의 설문 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직관리적 요인 중 관리자의 관심과 지원은 암묵지 공유의도에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 평가보상제도는 암묵지 공유의도에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 요인 중 직무 스트레스는 암묵지 및 형식지 공유의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과 관리자의 노력으로 지식공유 활동에 자유롭게 참여할 수 있는 조직 문화를 조성하는 것이 선행되어야 하며, 전 직원 대상의 기록관리 교육을 통해 직무 스트레스의 원인 중 하나인 인식 개선과 박탈감을 계속해서 개선해나갈 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 한편 본 연구에서는 기록학 분야에서 아직 연구된 바 없는 기록물관리 전문요원의 지식공유를 주제로 하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 통해 기록물관리 전문요원이 처한 업무적 문제에 대한 해소 방안으로서 현재의 인력 배치 구조를 활용하여 지식공유를 활성화할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제공한다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다.

Originally the concept of the traditional resource sharing has been discussed in the context of bibliographic materials, and has been labor-intensive and high-cost activities. The technology has had a great impact on such pattern of the resource sharing, and has expanded the limited scope of the traditional concept into the sharing of library information in the levels of local, regional and national systems, and expertise, materials, facilities, equipments and personnels of the library system. While the traditional circulation service as a basic method to share library materials by users can provide the resource to a single person at a time, the electronic resource can be shared, by multi-users at a time anytime anywhere. The maximization of the electronic resource sharing requires that publishing process should be fundamentally changed and articles, books, chapters, speech manuscripts, music scores, maps, sound, and other formats of materials should be prepared in machine readable format. This study examined the positive effects of the technology on the resource sharing, but not investigate the concrete and complex problems as to the cost, guidelines, detailed procedures, design details, and intellectual properties and protection involved in the resource sharing. Some findings extracted from the study can be summarized as follows; (1) ILL will lose its meaning as a method to share the materials if they are all in the electronic format and the phrase 'networked information resource' becomes omnipresent. (2) The technology keeps on changing the concept of resource sharing. Today, the scope of resource sharing not only encompasses the sharing of the primary and secondary materials but also the sharing of the processings(eg. cataloging), expertise, user education, special facilities, and the integrated automated library systems. (3) The sharing of the networked resource will be a method to provide better services for library users in the low cost. (4) The a n.0, pplication of the technology to the resource sharing should be focus on the method which allows an end-users to do the direct access to the needed materials, and to be delivered the primary document as soon as possible.
