도시화와 산업화에 따라 도심지에 개발이 늘어나면서 지반침하로 인한 피해가 지속적으로 발생되고 있으며, 도심지에서의 건물붕괴는 대규모 인명 및 재산 피해로 이어질 위험이 크다. 굴착지반에 균등하지 않은 하중이 작용하고, 대상지반의 사전지식이 없는 경우의 지반거동에 대해서는 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 따라 지반 조사 정보가 없는 흙막이 공사의 굴착 과정에서 발생되는 배면 지반의 침하거동을 분석하는 방법이 기존에는 없었고, 본 연구에서는 시계열 데이터를 가공하여 상대적 침하거동과 상호관련성을 분석하여 흙막이 벽체 배면 지반의 침하거동을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 평균침하량차지수와 평균상대침하량차를 정의 및 계산하였으며, 이를 좌표계에 도시하여 시간경과에 따라 측점간의 상대적 침하거동을 분석하였다. 또한 관측점들의 군집을 분류할 수 있는 기준이 필요하여 k-평균군집분석과 Dunn Index를 이용하여 분류하였다. 분석결과 계측지점의 침하량이 일정한 값으로 수렴하면서 모든 군집들이 안정영역으로 이동한 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 군집은 세분화되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구대상의 각 측점 간 상관관계를 분석하여 연구대상 지반의 독자거동영역과 동일거동영역을 구분할 수 있었다. 이처럼 측점들 간의 상대적 침하거동을 분석을 통해 거동영역을 구분할 수 있다면, 주변지역의 융기, 지반파괴영역 예측, 터파기 공사 시 활동파괴의 방지 등 침하관리와 안정관리에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 판단된다.

도심지 포화 상태로 인한 지하공간 개발의 일환으로 터널 건설의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 쉴드 TBM 공법은 진동과 소음을 최소화하며 굴착과 동시에 지반 변형을 최소화하는 공법으로, 국내 도심지 터널 시공은 대체로 쉴드 TBM이 적용되고 있다. 도심지 지반침하 예측의 중요성은 나날이 증가하고 있으며 쉴드 TBM 시공의 경우 지반 변형을 최소화 하지만 터널굴착에 의한 지반침하는 필연적으로 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도심지 적용성이 높은 쉴드 TBM과 지반침하와의 상관성을 분석하여 지반침하에 주요한 영향을 미치는 쉴드 TBM 시공인자를 제시하고자 한다. 실제 현장에서 수집한 쉴드 TBM 시공데이터와 지반침하 계측데이터 간 상관관계 분석을 수행하였으며, 상관성 정도를 상관계수 "r"로 표현하였다. 그 결과 지반침하에 영향을 미치는 쉴드 TBM 주요 시공인자는 추력(Thrust force), 토크(Torque), 챔버압(Chamber pressure), 뒷채움압(Backfill pressure), 배토량(Muck discharge)으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 향후 쉴드 TBM 운용 시 지반침하를 사전에 예측 및 제어 할 수 있도록 주요 시공데이터에 대한 판단 기준 제시에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 근로소득자들이 매년 실시하는 연말정산제도의 인지정도에 따라 세법이 정하고 있는 소득공제 효과와 연말정산에 대한 참여도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 그를 통해 나타나는 근로소득자들의 연말정산 결과에 대한 만족도를 고찰하였으며 실증분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근로소득자들의 연말정산제도에 대해 인지정도가 높을수록 소득공제 효과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연말정산제도 인지정도가 연말정산 참여도에도 중요한 선행요인임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 근로소득자들의 연말정산제도에 대한 인지정도가 높을수록 연말정산 결과에 대한 만족도에는 직접적으로 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났지만, 소득공제효과와 연말정산 참여도를 통해서 연말정산 결과 만족도로 연결되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 근로소득자들의 연말정산제도에 대한 인지정도가 높을수록 적극적으로 연말정산에 참여하게 되어 연말정산 결과 만족도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인했다. 즉 근로소득자들에 대한 연말정산 제도에 대한 교육과 홍보뿐만 아니라 소득공제 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 세법 개정을 통해 연말정산에 대한 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 연말정산에 대한 결과 만족도를 향상시킬 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다.

We measure subsidences occurred in a reclaimed coastal land, Noksan industrial complex, by using JERS-1 SAR (1996-1998) and RADARSAT-1 SAR (2002-2003) dataset. SAR with a high spatial resolution (about several or several tens meter) can reveal the two-dimensional distribution of settlement that would be bardly estimated from in situ measurements. The DInSAR results show significant deformation signal associated with soil consolidation. Accuracy of the settlements estimated by 2-pass differential interferometry (DInSAR) is evaluated using the measurements of settlement gauge. A two-dimensional subsidence map is constructed from 7 qualified pairs. Comparing the JERS-1 radar measurements with the ground truth data yields the correlation coefficient of 0.87 (RMSE of 1.44 cm). The regression line shows the gradient of 1.04 and intercepts close to the origin, which implies that the unbiased settlement can be measured by DInSAR technique. The residual settlements are also detected from RADARSAT-1 pairs. The extent and amount of the settlements are matched well with ground truth data.

International commercial mediation of intellectual property rights fully meets the interests of the parties in such disputes in terms of their needs for neutral forum of dispute resolution, cost-effective settlement, objective opinion of relevant experts, internationally enforceable solution. In addition, as a procedural flexibility, respected self-determination of the parties, exploration of possible creative business solutions, maintenance of business relationship and confidentiality of mediation are major characteristics which can be competitively differentiated from the lawsuit or arbitration. The settlement agreement as a result of the WIPO mediation has an effect of contract while the settlement agreement as a result of most domestic ones has an effect of judicial reconciliation which can be domestically enforced. The latter is not subject to the application of the Singapore Convention on Mediation which establishes a harmonized legal framework for the right to invoke settlement agreements as well as for their enforcement. The WIPO international mediation system and its experience may be a good reference for Korea to take an initiative to establish a globally competitive international mediation system in the area of intellectual property rights.

Ground settlement has been occurred at asphalt pavement above ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ station passenger way adjacent to ground excavation with SPS method. In this study, emergency inspection has been conducted 4 detailed areas by KISTEC; SPS, sewage box, 50m box in subway, and ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ station. Field description and previous reports have been analyzed with the elapsed years. Not only precise inspection with several NDTs but also stability analysis by FLAC have been performed to estimated the tendency of settlement at sunk pavement area. Additional monitoring system and water analysis from sewage and SPS have been examined to scrutinize the reason and maintenance for settlement.

As the scale of electronic commerce increases more and more, disputes in the electronic commerce also happen more frequently. As the development of electronic commerce is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute, the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important. Regarding smooth settlement of dispute, the way of dispute settlement through Online Dispute Resolution(ODR) is pursued positively nowadays. However the responsibility of related parties still remains to complete such system. This paper divides related parties into the parties(seller, buyer), ODR providers, the neutral dispute resolver, and the governments. Later this paper examines the responsibility of related parties. As related parties complete their own responsibility, electronic commerce may develop more and more. Furthermore through the development of electronic commerce all nations will enjoy mutual benefit.

This paper aims to clarify the Spatial Form of the Port Settlement of Rivershore in Nakdong-river. The web of road is composed of three basic elements, kyeongjeon-seon railroad, inner old coastal street, a narrow gauge railway. The basic road system is composed of Hon-machi dori (Main street) parallel to the coastal line and three perpendicular roads. According to these road patterns, plot of the lands in the block are formed into distinctive trapezoidal shape. To conclude, the Spatial Form of Samrangjin's Port Settlement might explain as a relation of Rivershore's shape and marketplace's spatial form.

This paper discusses about the e-commerce and the various types of e-commerce disputes. Through empirical examination on the dispute consideration system and by comparative analysis it is derived out of the weakness of current system and finally some suggestions for improvement. First, it is recommended that the more sophisticated knowledge concerning e-commerce should be proliferated through the existing institutions. For example, disputes for B2C could be managed by the consideration system of consumer dispute consideration in Consumer Protection Board of Korea, while B2B by the arbitration system of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Second, the role of Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce established for the purpose of consideration of e-commerce disputes is much emphasized. For successful achievement, it is necessarily required to reinforce the related laws, systems, institutions and human resources. Finally, it is also suggested that the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Consumer Protection Board of Korea fully cover consideration and arbitration, while Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce activates its proper role of consulting and ad hoc arbitration by using electronic information. This study results are how to minimize the disputes and the method of dispute settlement. Therefore, a role of arbitration proposed and emphasized. To protect the dispute in advance, it's suggested to revise rules timely following on technical changes, and emphasized that the dispute has to lead to arbitration settlement not for consuming unnecessary time and finance for enterprises and consumers.

For the structural foundation above the soft clay layer conditions, the design charts are first presented for the evaluation of both bearing capacity and total settlement in the basic raft foundation system. wad settlement relationship curves are used to evaluate the ultimate soil bearing capacity. The total settlement is evaluated by applying various traditional factors into the ultimate bearing capacity. Then, the parametric studies are carried out for the piled-raft foundation system. In the numerical analysis, the elasto-pastic finite element model(Mohr-Coulomb model) is used to present the foundation response and design charts, which enable the determination of the raft size and pile length and spacing.
