Providing personalized services customized to users' needs and preferences becomes highlighted as a key area of user-context computing. It is essential for context-aware technology to be developed more intelligent and meaningful services by being widely applied to a variety of sectors and domains. SDO (Standard Development Organization) such as MPEG and W3C has been actively developed to be standardized services and to improve context-awareness services. Yet current standards related to context-aware technology, such as MPEG-7, MPEG-21, MPEG-V, and emotionML, are not capable enough to support various systems and diverse services. Against this backdrop, the MPEG User Description, referred to also as MPEG-UD Standard, is to ensure interoperability among recommendation services, which take into account user's context when generating recommendations to users. In this light, we introduce standards related to the user context and propose the structure for RD-Engine and the Remote Responsive User Interface(RRUI) system in reference to MPEG-UD. This system collects unit resources matching specific condition according to the user's contexts described by MPEG-UD. In so doing, it improves adaptive user interface considering device features in real-time. By automatically generating adaptive user interfaces tailored to an individual's contexts, the proposed system aims to achieve high-quality user experience for a complex service.

The purpose of this study is to examine the students' and teachers' perception about the roles and qualifications of teacher librarians. For this purpose, data were collected through survey from students and teachers at secondary schools and the data were analyzed by semantic network analysis. The results of the research are as follows: First, students usually perceived the role of teacher librarians as 'library management', and teachers did as 'reading education'. Second, among the roles of teacher librarians, it was confirmed that students' and teachers' perceptions of 'information literacy instruction and library instruction' were very weak. Third, while the students' perception of the role of a teacher librarian as a 'teaching collaborator' such as 'teaching and learning support' and 'library assisted instruction and collaborative instruction' was weak, teachers recognized the role of teacher librarians as 'teaching collaborators'. Fourth, students and teachers perceived high levels of 'information service', which consists of 'book recommendation and guide activities'. Finally, it was investigated that 'professionalism' plays a central role in the students' and teachers' perception about the qualities of teacher librarians. These results can be used to establish the role of teacher librarians, develop response strategies for students and teachers, and improve their awareness.

One of the most considerate phenomena of the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the use of digital devices. Digitalization is rapidly advancing through all areas of industry and life. Customer journey with digitalization is looking totally different from previous customer journey. The research targets were users of fashion, automobiles, cosmetics and online shopping malls. We analyzed 300 people for each valid questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows. First, it has been proven that digital experience affects positive (+) impact on purchasing intention and positive (+) impact on recommending intention and negative impact (-) on switching intent and subsequently affects positive impact (+) to purchase and incase of switching intent, negative impact (-) to purchase. Unlike traditional methods such as SPC(Service Profit Chain), the Digital experience to Purchase process Chain (DPC) has been identified to be suitable in the digital age. Second, the digital satisfied group (5 score-very satisfaction) has shown same result as above. However the digital neutral group (even though 4 score- satisfaction in five-point scale), specially in a highly competitive industry, has different from the satisfied group and 3 score-normal is same as dissatisfied group. It means that this group is that If there is a high level of attractiveness of substitute goods, there is a high possibility of switching them. It has supported Jones and Sasser [1995] that there have been two types of loyalty of true long-term loyalty and what we call false loyalty in the highly competitive industry zone which is commoditization or low differentiation, many substitutes, low cost of switching. Identifying true loyalty and false loyalty is crucial to establishing a customer experience strategy. it is necessary to actively utilize long-term digital experiences strategy to increase the total satisfaction of digital experience through all of customer purchasing journey in order to enhance the digital customer experience. It is difficult to see the effect as a one-time event. It should be scaled over the entire customer purchase process over a long period of time, which can positively affect purchase intention, recommendation intention, and conversion intention. This is also why it is difficult for second-runners to overtake first-runners in a short period.
With the advent of the digital broadcasting, the audiences can access a large number of TV programs and their information through the multiple channels on various media devices. The access to a large number of TV programs can support a user for many chances with which he/she can sort and select the best one of them. However, the information overload on the user inevitably requires much effort with a lot of patience for finding his/her favorite programs. Therefore, it is useful to provide the persona1ized broadcasting service which assists the user to automatically find his/her favorite programs. As the growing requirements of the TV personalization, we introduce our automatic user preference learning algorithm which 1) analyzes a user's usage history on TV program contents: 2) extracts the user's watching pattern depending on a specific time and day and shows our automatic TV program recommendation system using MPEG-7 MDS (Multimedia Description Scheme: ISO/IEC 15938-5) and 3) automatically calculates the user's preference. For our experimental results, we have used TV audiences' watching history with the ages, genders and viewing times obtained from AC Nielson Korea. From our experimental results, we observed that our proposed algorithm of the automatic user preference learning algorithm based on the Bayesian network can effectively learn the user's preferences accordingly during the course of TV watching periods.
Broadband Convergence Network(BcN) is a critical infrastructure to provide wired-and-wireless high-quality multimedia services by converging communication and broadcasting systems, However, there exist possible danger to spread the damage of an intrusion incident within an individual network to the whole network due to the convergence and newly generated threats according to the advent of various services roaming vertically and horizontally. In order to cope with these new threats, we need to analyze the vulnerabilities of BcN in a system architecture aspect and classify them in a systematic way and to make the results to be utilized in preparing proper countermeasures, In this paper, we propose a new classification of vulnerabilities which has been extended from the ITU-T recommendation X.805, which defines the security related architectural elements. This new classification includes system elements to be protected for each service, possible attack strategies, resulting damage and its criticalness, and effective countermeasures. The new classification method is compared with the existing methods of CVE(Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) and CERT/CC(Computer Emergency Response Team/Coordination Center), and the result of an application to one of typical services, VoIP(Voice over IP) and the development of vulnerability database and its management software tool are presented in the paper. The consequence of the research presented in the paper is expected to contribute to the integration of security knowledge and to the identification of newly required security techniques.
Most hospital administrators in our country have doubted whether or not the size of their hospital personnel staffs, and the personnel management styles implemented are efficient or not. Actually, increased personnel expenditures due to sophisticated specialization of medical practices has become the biggest hospital expense. Therefore, it is said that hospitals can be run move efficiently by implementing reasonable management strategies for hospital personnel management. In this paper, the departments of diagnostic radiography in 16 general hospitals in Seoul, which were classified into 4 groups by the scale of hospital beds, were used as sample cases. Then, the data for the number of X-ray examination by diagnostic item was collected from sample hospitals. The unit hour spent on X-ray examinations in each diagnostic service was quoted from "A Study on setting-up of the relative value units of medical services and on the structure of current fee schedules" written by Mr. Ik Je Seong. The data analysis results are as follows; First, the number of hours per day spent on X-ray examinations in 13 hospitals out of 16 hospitals, was shorter than the general daily working hours (8 hours). Second, in the morning there was not enough time to work for X-ray examinations required, with the available manpower. In the afternoon, however, the situation was diametrically opposed to that in the morning. Third, in light of above results, though most hospitals employ sufficient personnel for the quantity of the actural work, they were always short-handed where their works were performed Fourth, this study tells us that there is a maldistribution of the work in the schedule : too much work for the available personnel in the morning. The following recommendations are resulted from the data analysis described above. First, it is recommended that all out-patients coming again, except specific patients(G. B. or I.V.P. etc) who have to have their X-ray examinations on an empty stomach in the morning among out-patients, be required to visit the hospital in the afternoon. Second, it is recommended that all new out-patients be required to make a reservation in order to equalize the number of patients throughout the day. Third, it is recommended that all in-patients, except specified patients, be arranged to have their X-ray examinations in the afternoon. Fourth, it is recommended that part time workers be employed during peak hours. This recommendation, if applied in a wider scale, would allow hospitals to overcome the problem of the maldistribution of work and personnel, and then more efficient hospital management through the appropirate personnel management procedures could be expected.

Objectives This study was aimed to evaluate clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) of traffic injuries, which has already been developed at domestic or outside of country, and to explore the Korean medical treatments included in the CPGs. Methods Twelve electronic databases (PubMed, Cochrane library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure [CNKI {Chinese Academic Journals, CAJ}], Research Information Sharing Service [RISS], Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System [OASIS], KoreaMed, Korean Medical Guideline Information [KoMGI), National Guideline Clearinghouse [AHRQ], Core Outcome Measures in Effectiveness Trials Initiative Website [COMET], Turning Research into Practice [TRIP], The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence [NICE], and Medical Research Information Center [MedRIC]) up to July 2021 were searched. Only systematically developed CPGs for traffic injuries were selected and appraised. The appraisal was conducted by using Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation (AGREE) II tool. Results Six CPGs were included and evaluated. All CPGs were appraised as highly recommended because they exceeded 60% in more than 4 among 6 domains of AGREE II, including domain of 'rigor of development', and 30% in the rest. Recommendations related to Korean medicine treatments such as on manual therapy related to Chuna were given in 6 CPGs, 4 for acupuncture, 1 for Qigong and 1 for Taping. Conclusions The 6 CPGs were developed up to now through a systematic development methodology and there were many recommendations for Korean medical treatments related to manual (Chuna) treatment, acupuncture and Qigong. However, the evidence for the side effects and risk factors of Korean medical treatments was scantly reflected in CPGs. Therefore, it is considered that balanced CPG with benefits and risks should be developed, covering Korean medical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between satisfaction, behavioral intention and recommended intention of luxury consumers identified in the preceding study as reasons for the explosive growth in the Korean imported car market. Research results found that brand quality, fashion, self-display, and store atmosphere had positive effects on satisfaction, while independent variables influenced behavioral intention. However, it was found that the store atmosphere did not affect satisfaction. Satisfaction expressed a strong positive effect on behavioral intention. In addition, behavioral intention was shown to positively affect recommendation intention. These results imply that consumers are significantly influenced by psychological factors when purchasing imported cars, and that consumers value psychological factors even when resold or recommended to others. The theoretical implications of the study are the empirical analysis of the consumption factors of imported cars using the existing Luxury consumption factors. The practical implications are to provide the importers with a basis for their marketing strategy. Although there are many studies on quality and service in import car markets, there is a lack of research on relevant psychological factors.
UV rays have beneficial or harmful effects on the human body depending on the degree of exposure. An accurate UV information is required for proper exposure to UV rays per individual. The UV rays' information is provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration as one component of daily weather information in Korea. However, it does not provide an accurate UVI at the user's location based on the region's Ultraviolet index. Some operate measuring instrument to obtain an accurate UVI, but it would be costly and inconvenient. Studies which assumed the UVI through environmental factors such as solar radiation and amount of cloud have been introduced, but those studies also could not provide service to individual. Therefore, this paper proposes a deep learning model to calculate UVI using solar object information and sunlight characteristics to provide an accurate UVI at individual location. After selecting the factors, which were considered as highly correlated with UVI such as location and size and illuminance of sun and which were obtained through the analysis of sky images and solar characteristics data, a data set for DNN model was constructed. A DNN model that calculates the UVI was finally realized by entering the solar object information and sunlight characteristics extracted through Mask R-CNN. In consideration of the domestic UVI recommendation standards, it was possible to accurately calculate UVI within the range of MAE 0.26 compared to the standard equipment in the performance evaluation for days with UVI above and below 8.
In a situation where the use and introduction of Large Language Models (LLMs) is expanding due to recent developments in generative AI technology, it is difficult to find actual application cases or implementation methods for the use of internal company data in existing studies. Accordingly, this study presents a method of implementing generative AI services using the LLM application architecture using the most widely used LangChain framework. To this end, we reviewed various ways to overcome the problem of lack of information, focusing on the use of LLM, and presented specific solutions. To this end, we analyze methods of fine-tuning or direct use of document information and look in detail at the main steps of information storage and retrieval methods using the retrieval augmented generation (RAG) model to solve these problems. In particular, similar context recommendation and Question-Answering (QA) systems were utilized as a method to store and search information in a vector store using the RAG model. In addition, the specific operation method, major implementation steps and cases, including implementation source and user interface were presented to enhance understanding of generative AI technology. This has meaning and value in enabling LLM to be actively utilized in implementing services within companies.
