For a public library. which is a regional information service agency. to acquire high competitiveness, preparation for uncertainties of future through understanding its own internal strengths and weaknesses. and external opportunities and threats based on assessments regarding knowledge information environment and characteristics of regional community. current status of the library, etc. Therefore. in this study, through SWOT analysis. one of competitive strategy analysis methods, the status of competitive strategy of C library was analyzed. In order to carry out the study interview and survey were performed with professional librarians, then through final consultations from management consulting experts, a plan to strengthen competitiveness for C library was devised. Conclusions from this study were as below. In order to strengthen competitiveness of C library offering distinguished high quality services through active cooperations with external institutions, efforts to improve library's position and stand following being selected as a library to visit for 2006 World Library and Information Congress, and revitalization of library usage through providing user oriented differentiated services are needed.

Objective : In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of occupational therapists to examine their perceptions on and willingness to provide telerehabilitation dementia prevention education. Methods : From March 13 to 19, 2021, a questionnaire survey targeting occupational therapists in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam was conducted. 100 questionnaires were distributed but only 70 were collected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. Results : The average scores by region were as follows. The average compatibility score was highest at 3.92 score, intention to providing education, doctors 3.89 score, community-centric rehabilitation awareness 3.81 score, cost saving 3.78 score, perceiver usefulness 3.75 score, accessibility 3.62 score, the quality of telerehabilitation service was in order of 3.49 score. Conclusion : All items asking whether occupational therapists participate in community-centered rehabilitation and non-face-to-face dementia prevention education programs showed high scores, indicating the willingness to participate actively. In the future, in addition to follow-up research on the implementation of telerehabilitation dementia prevention education, measures for improving accessibility within the local and national government should be discussed.

Recently, the city railway in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) has offered a low quality of service as a passage time, because it was operated slowly. So, the people who live in modern society are not satisfied about passage time, therefore, this study tried to make that the subway in the SMA becomes a more functional and effective wide-area-transportation-network through an express train introduction's method which examined cases from abroad and current system. and then presented how express train could be applied to current system. In a case study, We used the An-San Line and Su-In Line as a examples and developed a schedule which can minimize the delaying time of subway by using Branch & Bound Algorithm. The train operational plan was loaded to consider a railroad siding, Obtained site, and the dispatch interval(three to ten minutes) for the express and local lines and finally, We presented an alternative operational plan which made by those factors.

Korea has become the 5th country to own and operate the high speed railroad in 2004. However, there were many difficulties until Koreans enjoy the first bullet train service with the average hourly speed of 300km. The high speed railroad requires elevated quality standards differently from the traditional railways. In addition to the technical difficulties, the construction project itself was an unpleasant case with huge delays and cost overruns mainly due to the lack of experiences, deficiency of owner$^{\circ}{\O}$s role, and increase of public resistances triggered by environmental concerns. This paper analyzes the reasons for delays on this mega-project. With respect to the characteristics of the whole project level, it is very complicated/linear project, whose total length is around 412 km with the composition of various sections in the route of the railway which have basically different conditions. For that reason, the analysis is performed in both macro and micro level. First, macroscopic analysis is performed to find critical subdivisions in the railway route that induces the significant delay in the opening due date. Then, microscopic analysis is followed to quantify the causes and effects of delays focused on these critical subdivisions in more detailed way. Finally, this paper provides lessons learned from this project to avoid the decisive delays in performing the similar large-scaled projects.

In Korea, the importance of walking has not been stood out in relief because of the rapid increase of a car on a drastic economic growth in the past half a century. Walking has failed to be recognized as a traffic measure or one of basic human rights. Therefore this study brings up problems of weakened walking right from increase of cars and examines reinforcing policies for walking right of advanced countries. And this study presents institutional devices for introducing walking safety measures of advanced countries reflecting pedestrian satisfaction and opinions about walking right. The results of this study are, First, pedestrians' walking liberty is guaranteed, Second, how to repair walking environment is searched and practical measures are analyzed to find out what is applicable to Korea, can reduce pedestrian accidents and is wanted by pedestrians using GAP analysis and Structural Equation. Third, basic data for upcoming selection of policies are presented by analyzing pedestrian satisfaction assuming that selected measures are operated.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influential factors for blood transfusion for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty, which are chronic degenerative arthritis, using the 2017 sample data of Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, to research the impact of blood transfusion on the usage of medical services among arthroplasty patients, and ultimately to provide some information on how to offer quality medical services. The findings of the study were as follows: First, whether there were any significant differences in the use or nonuse of transfusion during total knee arthroplasty according to hospital characteristics and patient characteristics was compared. As for significant variables, the type of health care institution, the level of sickbed, gender and anemia were found to have been statistically significantly related. Second. whether there were any significant differences in the use or nonuse of transfusion during total hip arthroplasty according to hospital characteristics and patient characteristics was compared. As for significant variables, the type of health care institution and the level of sickbed were found to have been statistically significantly related. Third, whether there were any significant differences in the presence or absence of diabetes among the total knee arthroplasty patients according to hospital characteristics and patient characteristics was compared. As for significant variables, the type of health care institution, the number of sickbed and anemia were found to have been statistically significantly related. In the case of the total hip arthroplasty patients, there were no variables that were significantly related.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of climacteric women's attitude to developmental phenomena and their menopausal symptoms on their meaning of life in an attempt to provide some information on the improvement of climacteric women's quality of life. The subjects in this study were 313 women who resided in different regions involving a large city D and another city C. They were aged between 40 and 60 and were going through their menopause. They were aged between 40 and 60 and were going through their menopause. The subjects were selected by convenient sampling, which was one of nonprobability sampling methods. The collected data were analyzed by the statistical package SPSS. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the climacteric women didn't take a positive attitude toward developmental phenomena. They occasionally suffered severe menopausal symptoms, and they didn't find a great meaning in their life. Second, the climacteric women found a more meaning in their life when they took a more positive attitude to developmental phenomena, and those who underwent severer menopausal symptoms found a less meaning in their life. Third, the climacteric women's meaning of life was under the influence of their attitude toward developmental phenomena and menopausal symptoms. Specifically, their attitude to menopause and mental symptoms had a large impact on that. Given the findings of the study, social welfare intervention should be provided for climacteric women to promote their physical health related to menopausal symptoms and psychological health related to attitude toward developmental phenomena to find a more meaning in their life. Besides, local welfare centers should be open to climacteric women as one of governmental policies so that they could lead a healthy life. Education should be provided for them to be ready for their own menopause, and social welfare counseling service should be offered from diverse angles

This study aims to identify the influence of the satisfaction of the elderly with their participation in fitness on the expectation of support and family function. First, overall satisfaction and satisfaction with service quality out of satisfaction factors with the participation in fitness significantly affected family cohesion and family adaptability, and they significantly affected family adaptability in psychological satisfaction factors. Second, all of the sub-factors of the satisfaction with the participation in fitness significantly affected the expectation of support. Third, the satisfaction with fitness of the elderly directly affected family cohesion and family adaptability, which posted .162 and .239 respectively. Plus, the satisfaction with the participation in fitness indirectly affected the expectation of support, which posted .032 and directly affected the expectation of support, which posted .722. Also, family cohesion directly affected the expectation of support, which posted -.101, and family adaptability directly affected the expectation of support, which posted .201.

This study aimed to build up the concept of culture welfare. For this purpose, we analyzed the practitioners' understanding about culture welfare in culture and social welfare by Modified Grounded Theory Approach. The results showed that the practitioners did not understand the concept of culture welfare clearly, and revealed being in confusion. Their understandings about culture welfare were classified into five types, 1) a type denying a terminology, culture welfare itself, 2) a type without awareness about culture welfare, 3) a type regarding culture welfare as sub realm in the special domain of culture and social welfare, 4) a type undividing and integrating culture and social welfare, 5) a type recognizing an independent domain of culture welfare. But despite of large deviation like this, the practitioners were common to give emphasis on giving opportunities to everyone in the enjoyment of culture, for heightening the quality of life. Summing up, culture welfare is defined as 'all direct and indirect effort in culture and arts, in a narrow sense to economical vulnerable class, and in a broad sense to everyone, to raise cultural susceptibility, creative thinking, and potential competence for realization a life worthy of man. The significance of this study is in establishment the definite and practical concept of culture welfare through a deep analysis the practitioners' understanding. This will give the theoretical basis to the study and the development of various programs in culture welfare.

This study aimed to establish the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan (2024~2028) for Chungnam Library as a metropolitan representative library to enhance the quality of life for the province's residents through library service development and provide comprehensive and systematic support for public libraries in the province. To achieve this, a diagnosis and analysis of libraries in Chungcheongnam-do, an analysis of the policy environment in Chungcheongnam-do, and a future policy environment outlook for libraries were conducted. Ultimately, the study proposed the mission, vision, goals, implementation strategies, and action plans for the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan for Chungcheongnam-do. Firstly, the mission was proposed as "Leading the future 'knowledge and cultural values' by embracing the people of Chungcheongnam-do." Secondly, the vision was suggested as "An inclusive space that leads the knowledge and culture of the future." The goals include: 1) Creating an inclusive library environment accessible to everyone, 2) Providing library services that embrace the community, 3) Operating the library to realize knowledge and cultural values, 4) Developing library infrastructure to lead the future, and 5) Strengthening community exchange and cooperation networks.
