서비스품질과 쇼핑가치가 소비자 만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 50, 60대 여성 소비자를 중심으로 - (Impacts of Service Quality and Shopping Value on Consumers' Satisfaction for Women in their 50's and 60's)

  • The purposes of this study were, 1) to examine the conceptual structure of shopping value and service quality as perceived by women in their 50's and 60's, and 2) to investigate the effects of shopping value and service quality on consumer satisfaction of these women. The results mal provide insights related to the silver market in South Korea. Data were obtained for 286 women in their 50's and 60's living in metropolitan areas in South Korea, and analyzed using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and regression. The results showed that service quality was composed of Facilities Service, Product Service, Salespersons' Service and Policy Service. Shopping values perceived by elderly consumers consisted of two factors: Hedonic Shopping Value, and Utility Shopping Value. Elderly consumers perceived Hedonic Value by Salespersons' Service and Utility Value by Policy Service. Salespersons' Service of a store was the most important variable for elderly consumers' satisfaction. The finding suggest that a store's Salespersons' Service is important in predicting elderlv corlsumers' purchase behavior, and they give insight into the development of strategies to be utilized in promotion planning. Implications and drawn for the information useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers of the silver market.

일 대도시 보건소 이용자의 보건의료서비스 만족도 (User's satisfaction of health care service in public health centers ­-in a metropolitan area­-)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the user's satisfaction of health care service in public health centers in Busan. The study respondents were 212, those who visited health centers for health care service. Data were collected in July 2002 by using SERVQUAL(comprehensive service quality measurement scale) and 3 open questions for more details about service satisfaction and the needs for health care service. SERVQUAL has 5 dimensions; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results were as follows : 1. The users reported more satisfaction at 'just service cost', 'convenient service procedure' and 'clean physical environment' at SERVQUAL. Among them the highest rated item was 'service cost'. And the less satisfaction items were 'understanding and individual concerns about service users', 'medical equipment' and 'health center facilities'. 2. There were no statistical differences by general characteristics except for the kind of services rendered. Those who visited for physical examinations and laboratory tests reported lower satisfaction than any other groups. 3. At the open questions, the respondents expressed that they were satisfied with the low service cost, kindness of employee and clean environment. But they criticized the old facilities and worn medical equipment, in addition to the less than kind attitudes. These strengths and weaknesses of health center's service could be applied for planning of customer­centered health care service.

노인장기요양보험 등급외 판정자의 관리현황과 개선방안 (A study on the present status and improving management of the non-eligible people in Korean long-term care insurance system)

  • To vitalize the link program of Korean long-term care insurance system to community-based services for non-eligible people, we analysed the claim data from the Korean National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC), and conducted a questionnaire survey to charging employees of elderly service department at local governments. The subjects were all 81,377 people, 57,454 of them were arranged to community-based services. The link program was more necessary among the missed subjects rather than the arranged people due to the need for physical or psychological assistance. By the result of the survey to the local government employees, 59.5% of subjects responded their proportion of link service was over 10% and under 20%, and 54.3% of them responded their job boundary are not clear. Major type of linking was notification the subject list to local government, 91.4%; proportion of periodical notification on the status of their service link were 57.1%, only 7.1% were followed to manage after the link. Difficult factors at the link process were pointed out the overload by other side work, deficiency of resources, rigidity of priority of link, and so on. Considering these results, to vitalize the community-based services to the non-eligible people, it may be essential the active participation of the subjects, construction of parts working in coordination among the institutions including NHIC, local governments, and service providers; development of various services for maintenance or promotion of the non-eligible peoples' health and functional status; and active participation of institutions from the third sector, and so on.

컨텍스트에 기반한 웹 서비스 이동 (Web Service Migration based on Contexts)

  • 불안정한 연결성 및 빈번한 컨텍스트 변화 등은 모바일 환경에서 웹 서비스를 제공하는데 많은 문제점을 야기시킨다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 사용자에게 지속적으로 서비스 제공이 가능한 디바이스로의 웹 서비스 이동이 필수적이다. 그러나 모바일 디바이스에서의 웹 서비스 이동, 복제, 그리고 호스팅에 관한 연구는 아직 초기단계에 불과하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 웹 서비스 이동을 위하여 경량의 웹 서비스 프레임웍과 함께 효과적인 이동정책 수립기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 WS-Policy를 기반으로 다양한 컨텍스트 정보를 기술할 수 있는 스키마를 정의하고, 이를 사용하여 이동정책을 수립한다. 특히, 제안된 스키마는 서비스 제공자의 요구사항을 자유롭게 표현하기 위하여 확장 가능하도록 설계되었다. 이동정책의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여, 제안된 방법을 모바일 웹 서비스 프레임웍에 적용한 결과, 웹 서비스 이동을 통한 연속적인 서비스의 제공이 가능함을 보였다.

위치정보의 품질 등급화 정책 모델 (A Model of Quality Grading Policy for Location Information)

  • 이 논문은 위치정보 등급제를 시행하기 위한 정책적인 모델을 제시하고 있다. 위치정보 등급제는 위치정보의 품질에 대한 기준을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 위치정보사업자가 제공 위치정보의 등급을 명시하는 것을 의미한다. 구체적인 항목과 범위를 정하여 세분화된 등급을 서비스의 이용약관에 명시하게 함으로써, 이용자가 직접 이용하고자 하는 정보의 질을 파악하여 서비스 이용자의 선택권을 강화시킬 수 있으며, 위치정보사업과 위치기반서비스의 제공에 있어 안정성 및 신뢰성을 뒷받침하는 정책이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 위치정보 등급의 기본 모델과 정책적 등급 구분 방안을 제시하며, 등급제의 실제적인 적용방안을 기술하고 있다. 최근 국내에서 위치정보법이 제정되어 위치정보관련 산업이 활성화될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 상황에서 제안된 위치정보 등급제는 개인위치정보의 효과적인 보호와 위치기반서비스 사업의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 유효한 수단 중 하나로서 큰 의미를 갖을 것으로 예상된다.

MRI 외부병원 판독 수가 인상의 효과 분석: 뇌 관련 자기공명영상을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Effect of the Increase in the Fee of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Deciphering of the External Hospital: Focusing on the Brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

  • Background: In 2018, the government increased the fee for the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image deciphering services of the external hospital to discourage the redundant MRI scan and to induce appropriate use of the MRI services. It is important to evaluate the effect of the policy to provide the basis for establishing other MRI-related policies. Methods: The healthcare data of the patients who had brain MRI scans were organized by episode and analyzed using the panel study in order to find out the effect of the MRI-related policy on the substitution effect and the medical expenses. Results: As a result of the increase in the fee of deciphering the MRI image, there has been an uplift in deciphering the MRI scan of the external hospital. It implies that more hospitals chose to use the MRI scan taken by other clinics or hospitals, rather than the MRI scan taken at their own facilities. Conclusion: The research results imply that a policy that facilitates the exchange of the medical image data between the hospitals is needed in order to establish an efficient management system of the healthcare resources. Such improvement is expected to reduce the social cost and contribute to the stability in the finance of national health insurance.

요양병원 의료비 및 의료서비스 정책 (Nursing Hospital Medical Expenses and Medical Service Policy)

  • 본 연구에서는 요양병원이 입원비 지출 발생에 기여도가 큰점을 주목하여, 요양병원의 입원정책을 살펴보고, 불필요한 입원비발생을 유발한 점이 있다면, 해외사례를 참조하여 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 건강보험공단과 건강보험심사평가원에서 발행한 건강보험통계연보, 건강보험 주요통계를 주로 활용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 요양병원이 입원비 발생에 가장 큰 기여를 한다는 것을 추론하였다. 본 연구 결과 요양병원의 입원규정이 명문화 되지 않았다는 문제점을 발견하였고, 명문화 되지않은 입원 기준이 불필요한 입원비 발생해 기여 할수 있다는 점을 발견하였고, 이를 극복하기 위한 개선방안을 우리보다 먼저 고령화를 경험한 미국의 사례에서 제안해보았다. 본연구를 시작으로 요양병원에서의 불필요한 입원비 지출을 줄인 보다 많은 외국의 사례들을 찾아야 할 것이다.

국립세종도서관 직무개발 및 조직개편 전략 연구 (A Study on the Job Development and Reorganization Strategy of the National Library of Korea, Sejong)

  • 2013년 12월 출범한 국립세종도서관은 한국 정책정보 특화도서관과 세종시 복합문화시설로 각광받아 왔다. 그럼에도 본질적 정체성, 조직적 위상, 사무분장과 핵심역량, 정책자료 수집과 서비스 등은 여전히 취약하고 부실하다. 이에 본 연구는 정체성 정립 및 고품질 정책정보서비스의 전국적 제공을 위한 직무모형을 개발하고, 전략적 조직개편 방안을 제시하였다. 직무모형은 기존 72개에 38개를 추가하여 총 110개로 제안하였다. 이를 기반으로 단기 조직개편 모형(2023-2024)은 관장 직급을 현재 4급(서기관)에서 고위공무원단(직무등급은 나급)으로, 과장을 5급(사무관)에서 4급으로 상향 조정하였다. 하부조직은 현재 3과(기획관리과, 정책자료과, 서비스이용과)를 4과(기획행정과, 자료수집개발과, 정책정보서비스과, 대중서비스문화과)로 개칭·확대하고 인력은 총 51명으로 구성하였다. 중장기 모형(2025-2032)은 하부조직을 4과 1실(기획행정과, 자료수집개발과, 정책정보서비스과, 대중서비스문화과, 정책정보연구실)로 확대하고, 소요인력을 총 61명으로 제시하였다. 이를 위해서는 거시적·전략적 목표인 '한국 정책정보센터'를 표방한다는 논지로 이해집단을 설득시키고, 전략적 조직개편 및 직제개정에 모든 역량을 집중해야 한다.

통신산업의 국민경제적 파급효과 (The Spill-over Effect of the Production and Investment of Telecommunication Service Industry)

  • This paper tries to measure the spill-over effect of the production and investment of telecommunication service industry (hereafter telecommunication industry), using the most recent data of 2003 input-output tables. The results are summarized as follows. First, the industries which have the biggest spill-over effect from the production of telecommunication industry is miscellaneous business service (including the sale commission of telecommunication service), other engineering services (including royalty), and business consumption. Second, the production of telecommunication industry induces more value-added, and less production, less import, and less employment than related industries such as radio and television equipment, communications and broadcasting equipment, and computer and peripheral equipment. Third, while the investment of telecommunication service amounts to 15% of its production, the effect of the investment on production, value-added, consumption, and employment reaches 70% of that of its production. The policy implication of this paper is that the telecommunication industry contributes to overall economy mainly through its investment.

직장교육에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 관한 연구 -전문적 여성 종사자를 중심으로- (Working Females' Perceptions and Evaluations on Employer-Supported Child Care Service: Centered on Professional Working Females)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine how working females evaluated and perceived the employer-supported child care services, and how the evaluations and perceptions were different depending on their socio-demographic characteristics. A survey was administered to 164 working females, mostly, in professional jobs, to investigate their satisfaction to the employer-supported child care service and current child care policy. Major findings are as follows: Working females showed higher degrees of satisfaction on the employer-supported child care service and showed lower degrees of satisfaction on the current child care polidy. The more they work in professional jobs and the more they have high educational background, the more they showed satisfactions to the employer-supported child care services.
