쑨원(孫文)의 혁명교육 고찰: 민족주의 시각을 중심으로 (Analysis of Sun Wen's Revolution Education from the Perspective of Nationalism)

  • In this research we analyze Sun Wen's revolution education from the perspective of chinese nationalism. Sun Wen instigated the revolution of 1911 and established the first Chinese republican government; his "three people's principles" played an important role in modern Chinese politics. Sun Wen tried to remind the people and make them conscious of their sovereignty through education. Critical of then-the feudalistic education, Sun Wen incorporated Western-modern education in to his philosophy of education, which then provided theoretical framework of the Chinese revolution. At the core of it was the so-called "advanced education", based on Chinese nationalism, which encourages people to fight for independence as well as national prosperity and defense. The advanced education consisted of "proclaim education" and "constructive education". The proclaim education was a means of disseminating revolutionary ideas through an armed struggle against Ching dynasty; the goal was to encourage people to participate actively. Constructive education could be divided into two periods, namely the period of pre-republic of China and post-republic of China; the aim and process of education in the former period was to "wipe out" the Manchu people of the Qing dynasty while in the latter, to build a country predicated on Chinese nationalism, which was hostile towards the Qing dynasty and any other thoughts that do not accord with it. The main purpose of revolution education was to inspire Sinocentrism and to solidify the country of the Chinese people. Ultimately, Sun Wen's philosophy of revolution education provided foundation for the construction of a country of the Chinese people in which inspirational writing for the welfare of the people, loyalty to country, and public service are realized.

조직 기업가 정신이 구성원의 조직몰입과 성과에 미치는 영향: 한국 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 (The Impact of Corporate Entrepreneurship on Employee Commitment and Performance: Evidence from the Korean Food Franchising Sector)

  • Purpose - Competitive industry structure and recent economic depression challenge a survival of Korean small- and medium-sized food franchising companies (SMFCs), albeit the explosive growth of the Korean food service industry for last few decades. Against this backdrop, it examines how these SMFCs overcome liabilities of smallness and resource scarcity to strengthen competitive advantage in the market. To tackle this, in this article we focus on corporate entrepreneurship and human resources as a knowledge-based asset for these SMFCs. Furthermore, the ratio of employee turnover is high in SMFCs. We view that such brain-drain may result in poor performance of the Korean SMFCs. As such, we pay attention to the role of organizational commitment to an organization as a solution for enhancing individual-level employees' loyalty toward their organization. Research design, data, and methodology - Our research question is to what extent corporate entrepreneurship (i.e., innovative organizational culture, organizational autonomy, and administrative innovation) affects an individual-level attitude toward the organization and, in turn, employee creativity and satisfaction in the Korean SMFCs context. We collected data from employees in SMFCs for three months. A total of 126 valid questionnaires were collected, and analyzed the data using partial least squares path modeling. Results - The reliable and valid measurement model feed into testing the structural model. Our findings suggest that innovative organizational culture and organizational autonomy positively affect employee commitment. Particularly, organizational autonomy has a greater effect than innovative culture on employee commitment. However, the relationship between administrative innovation and employee commitment is not significant. We also find that employee commitment positively affects both employee creativity and satisfaction. Conclusions - Our contribution to the existing franchising business and management literature is twofold. First, the conceptual model includes three antecedents in the organizational entrepreneurship dimension to organizational commitment. Second, we conceptualize organizational commitment as employee commitment, and validate its impact on employee creativity and job satisfaction at an individual performance level. Overall, this article suggests that it is critically important for the Korean SMFCs to develop corporate entrepreneurship in order to facilitate employees' positive attitudes toward their organizations.

  • 본고의 목적은 여말선초에 나름대로 독특한 삶을 영위하며 조선조 사상계에 적지 않은 영향을 끼친 길재의 사상적 맥락을 고찰하여 재조명하는데 있다. 고려 말의 급변하는 정치상황 속에서 길재는 위화도회군 이후 이성계 등의 행동 방향을 살펴보고 쇠퇴해 가는 고려조의 명운을 근심하며 이러한 시대에 대처하는 대응방안으로 백이숙제의 절개를 고수하겠다는 입장을 분명하게 드러냈다. 여말선초에 있어서 길재가 남긴 행적은 한 신하로서의 충절(忠節)을 넘어서서, 유학적 진리에 의한 삶으로써 한 본보기가 되었다는 점에서 더 큰 의미가 있다. 조정에서 벼슬을 내렸을 때, 굳이 사퇴하며 임금을 섬기지 않은 것은 단순히 절개란 이름을 사기 위한 것이 아니다. 그것은 세상에 나오고 세상에 숨는 일을 옳게 하려는 관계이며, 유교 교리에 부합하려는 것이었다. 조선조에 들어와 역대 군왕들과 많은 유학자들이 길재의 의리정신을 추존하여 한국유학사상사에 있어서 우뚝한 위치에 올려놓은 것은 바로 이러한 점에 바탕을 둔 것이라 하겠다.

고객의 자기결정적 관계발전에 영향을 미치는 환경적 요인과 그 성과 (The Environmental Factors affecting Customers' Self-Determined Relationship Development and Performance)

  • 본 연구는 고객-서비스 제공자 관계에 있어, 그 주도권이 고객에게로 기울어 진 현재의 마케팅환경에서 어떠한 상황적 요인이 고객을 자발적으로 서비스제공자와의 관계에 더 몰입하게 만들 수 있는지에 대한 이론적, 실무적 통찰을 얻기 위해 실시되었다. Baard, Deci and Ryan(2004), De charms(1968)와 Deci, Ryan(2002)이 제시한 자율성 지지환경과 접점에서의 종업원의 커뮤니케이션(Komiak and Benbasat 2006). 등이 관계발전에 기여하는 바를 개인의 자기결정성과 함께 고려하여 구조방정식 모형을 통한 가설검증을 시도하였다. 고객-서비스 제공자 간의 관계에서의 고객의 자기결정성의 지각정도를 파악하고, 나아가서 이렇게 형성된 자기결정성이 고객만족(Bansel, Taylor and James 2005) 및 관계지속의도 등에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 연구의 목적을 달성하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 Dholakia(2006)를 시작으로 일부 연구자들에 의해서 실시된 자기결정이론의 마케팅 분야에의 적용범위를 확장하였고, 고객과 서비스제공자 관계에서의 고객의 자기결정성 관련 연구에 이론적인 바탕을 더 해 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 서비스 업체들의 접점관리와 종업원 관리에 있어서도 많은 실무적인 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

대중교통 디자인시스템을 통한 도시이미지 형성에 관한 연구 - 서울시 대중교통 디자인의 아이덴티피케이션 개념적용과 시스템화 방안 - (A Study on Building of City Image through the Design System for Public Transportation - Focus on the Design Case for Seoul Public Transportation -)

  • 도시개념의 변화로 현대 도시는 물리적 공간이라는 구조적인 개념에서 탈피하여 이윤창출을 위한 경영의 시각으로 바라보게 되었다. 우리나라의 경우 이미 도시화는 80%수준을 넘어 도시화 사회에 진입하였으며, 세계화 및 개방화에 따라 아이덴티티의 형성이 도시경쟁력을 높이기 위한 수단으로 제시되고 있다. 서울은 기능과 시설의 측면에서는 이미 선진국의 수준에 들어섰지만 문화경쟁력과 도시관광 매력물, 서비스시스템의 부족으로 인하여 도시이미지가 낮게 평가되고 있다. 특히 도시를 간접적으로 상징하는 공공시설로서 대중교통은 이용율과 의존도는 매우 높지만 안내서비스 및 시각시스템에 있어서 운영 관리가 부족하며 차별화 된 이미지와 로열티를 발견하기 어렵다. 2004년 서울시에서는 개편안을 제시했지만 영국의 런던, 프랑스의 파리, 일본의 도쿄 등과 같은 세계의 대표적인 도시들에 비해 일관된 시스템과 디자인 사용환경 규제 및 관리의 부족, 과다한 시각정보 및 연계성 파괴 등이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 무질서한 시각물에 개성과 사용규정을 적용하여 아이덴티티를 창출하기 위한 디자인 시스템의 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 과정은 도시아이덴티티 전략(City Identity CIP)으로 설명될 수 있으며, 본 연구에서는 대중교통 디자인 시스템을 통해 도시이미지를 구체화하고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 (1)런던, 파리, 도쿄의 대중교통 디자인 시스템 현황을 조사하여 서울의 현황과 비교 분석하였고, 이를 토대로 (2)현재 사용되고 있는 대중교통수단별 심볼마크의 시스템화, 아이덴티티 형성을 위한 디자인매뉴얼(Guidelines)의 개발, 수단 및 매체별 디자인의 연계와 시스템화 전략을 제안하였다

방한 외래관광객 도시관광콘텐츠 만족도 세분시장에 따른 관광성과 및 행동의도 차이 연구 (A Study on Differences in Tour Performance and Behavior Intention among Segmented International Tourism Markets based on Urban Tourism Contents Satisfaction)

  • 최근 외래 관광객이 증가하는 추세에 한국을 방문하는 관광객들의 욕구를 충족시키고자 다양한 콘텐츠 등을 개발하고 있으며, 이러한 콘텐츠 들은 도시 관광에 있어 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 관광콘텐츠 등이 관광지의 스토리텔링이외에도 관광시설, 위락, 숙박, 쇼핑 등 관광객들이 이용하는 모든 자원에 포함되고 있고 이를 경험하고 즐기는 관광활동에 대한 만족도가 중요하며 더욱 다양한 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 본다. 이에 본 연구는 방한 외래 관광객을 대상으로 도시 관광에 있어서 콘텐츠만족도를 중심으로 군집분석을 통한 시장세분화를 실시하여 각 세분시장별 관광성과 및 추후행동의도에 대한 차이분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 도시 관광콘텐츠 만족별 세분시장은 '약간만족 집단', '약간불만족 집단', '대체적만족 집단', '매우만족 집단'으로 4개 군집으로 분류되었다. 세분화된 도시 관광 콘텐츠만족집단에 대한 인구통계학적 특성 및 행동특성을 나타내는 변수들인 국적, 관광의사결정과정 및 관광유형이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도시 관광 콘텐츠만족집단에 대한 세분시장별 관광성과와 행동의도도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 문화관광지의 핵심경쟁력인 콘텐츠만족 세분시장별 특성을 파악하고 연구결과를 바탕으로 활성화방안 제시를 하였다. 이를 통하여 문화관광지로 경쟁력을 확보하는 이론적 기초를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

온라인에서 대형마트 쇼핑몰의 이미지가 신뢰를 매개로 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect on Satisfaction with Mediation of Trust Caused by Hypermarkets' Online Image)

  • Purpose - This study analyzed how image affects customer trust and satisfaction in the online shopping mall market, which is becoming more competitive; future implications for customer management in online shopping malls were presented. Consumers visit and prefer a few shopping mall sites instead of many sites. Consumers do not visit sites that cannot provide trust and satisfaction. Therefore, establishing trust and satisfaction with differentiated image is essential for survival and growth. Specifically analyzing company image, shop image, and brand image, I studied how symbolic image, functional image, and empirical image affect satisfaction mediated by trust in the online shopping malls of hypermarket retailers. Research design, data, and methodology - To investigate the relationship between image and satisfaction of big box retailers' shopping malls in the online market, the study is based on analyzed data from questionnaires involving advanced research. From May 1st to 20th in the year 2014, a questionnaire survey targeting university students using big box retailers' shopping malls in Seoul was conducted. A total of 282 questionnaires were conducted, and 276 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding invalid data. Using the SPSS 21.0 statistics package, factor analysis and regression analysis were implemented, and effects of image on trust and satisfaction were presented. Results - First, symbolic image can affect satisfaction with only trust. Among 3 image factors, symbolic image exerts the most influence on trust; trust is important in coupling the medium to satisfaction. Second, functional image and empirical image affect satisfaction directly and indirectly with trust. Conclusions - As I classified the image of hyper market retailers' online shopping malls into symbolic, functional, and empirical image, I analyzed the effects of image on trust and satisfaction empirically. The results of the study and strategic implications are as follows. First, symbolic image can affect satisfaction with only trust. Among 3 image factors, symbolic image exerts the most influence on trust; trust is important in coupling the medium to satisfaction. The establishment of a distinctive symbolic image, such as the online shopping mall's loyalty, level of awareness, and special service, is needed. With the establishment of symbolic image, trust and satisfaction could be improved. Second, functional image and empirical image affect satisfaction directly and indirectly with trust. Especially, as functional image affects trust more than empirical image, setting and implementing a strategy for empirical image based on the right price, service, and convenience could raise trust and satisfaction. Empirical image affects trust and satisfaction substantially. Even though empirical image's influence on trust is lower than that of other three image factors, empirical image's influence on satisfaction is higher than symbolic image. Therefore, it requires a strategy for providing joyful use, and information research functions and distinctive use experience are important to improve satisfaction. This study analyzed image characteristics of hyper-market retailers' online shopping malls in the fast-growing online market; future strategic implications were presented.

정보시스템 구축시 컴퓨터 하드웨어의 선정전략 - T 철강회사의 시스템 선정 사례 - (A computer Hardware Selection Strategy for Information Systems Development : A Case of T Coil Service Center)

  • Recently, executives learned of the strategic impact that information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) could provide to their organizations. In other words, through IS/IT companies could squelch competition, secure suppliers, obtain customer loyalty, reduce the threat of new entrants, and identify new opportunities. Because of these potential benefits, organizations are investing ever-increasing amount of organizational resources in IS/IT to make their organizations as information-based ones. Information-based organizations depend largely upon computer hardwares and softwares for their ongoing operations and management. Thus, organizations must manage their information resources, especially hardwares and softwares very effectively to remain competitive. Information resource management (IRI) is a program of activities directed at making effective use of information technology within an organization. These activities cover from corporate IS/IT planning to application system development, implementation, and maintenance. In more detail, IRV activities include planning for and acquiring computer hardwares and communication equipments, planning for, selection, and management of software development projects, and re-engineering business processes as IS/IT are integrated into organizational management. Among these activities, planning for and acquisition of computer hardwares, and planning for and management of software projects are the most critical ones since these activities require enormous amount of such important corporate resources as money, people, and time. Furthermore, corporate's eventual success largely depends upon whether corporate's policy on IS/IT is effective one or not. Numerous approaches and concepts to specific IRM activities have been proposed. However, many organizations have experienced various problems in the process of applying these approaches to their IRM activities mainly because existing methodologies and guidelines are too general to adapt to each firm's unigue situation. Also, these approaches are having its own strengths and weaknesses. Thus, people in charge of organization's IRM policy should come up with effective guidelines to maintain his position very long. In this study, we reviewed some existing approaches for planning, evaluation, and acquisition of computer hardware. Then, real experiences from Taechang Steel Co., Ltd. located in Taegu, which is one of the largest Coil Service Centers in Korea, are discussed. The major purposes of the study are : (1) to discuss the tradeoffs of existing approaches on hardware evaluation and acquisition, (2) to provide a real experience of a company to facilitate the application of theoretical concepts to the real environment.

옴니채널의 지각된 편리성과 유용성이 옴니채널 사용과 소비자-브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (Omnichannel's Perception Effect on Omnichannel Use and Customer-Brand Relationship)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on new type distribution channel that named as Omnichannel. Omnichannel is developed from Multichannel which is used in many distribution channels to buy or selling goods. Omnichannel basically needs an Information and Communications Technologies(ICT) to use, so researcher conduct a Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to research model. Customer-brand relationship was used as dependent variable to focus on the role of Omnichannel. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study is customer who purchase goods or service through omnichannel. Based on the literature from the preceding research analysis of TAM and customer-brand relationship, this study was constructed by the reference to previous studies, final research model design for figure out casual relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, omnichannel use and customer-brand relationship. From 2016 February 3 to March 17, questionnaire survey targeted customers who use online and offline channels. 273 questionnaire survey had conducted, then, 252 survey data were available for empirical analysis. Researcher provide descriptive statistics for checking generality. Cronbach's alpha value was used to check the reliability of data. Exploratory factor analysis was used for purification of values and eigenvalue checking. After EFA, Confirmatory factor analysis was used to prepare structural equation modeling with executing structural equation modeling for confirming hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The main results of this empirical study are as follows. First, omnichannel's perceived ease of use has positive significant effect on perceived usefulness(estimate: 0.579). Moreover, omnichannel's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has positive significant effect on omnichannel use(estimate: 0.325,0.648). Second, using omnichannel has positive significant effect on brand-customer relationship(estimate: 0.521). Every hypothesis adopted as researcher designed. This study found out the intermediate relationship between perceived ease of use and omnichannel use by investigating hypothesis. Conclusions - Base on the empirical result, this study confirmed that TAM theory perceived has relation with omnichannel. First, factors of TAM has positive effect on omnichannel use, so it highlights the important role of customer based interface and usefulness. Especially, perceived usefulness has high indirect influence on ease of use and use of omnichannel. It seems that when customers try to decide use or not use omnichannel, customers focus on percept benefits from omnichannel. Thus, a provider should applicate attractive price table, accurate product or service information and high switching cost strategy to emphasize the usefulness of omnichannel. Second, using omnichannel enhances the relationship between customers and brand, because there are more time and frequency to serve customers. It is important because good relationship between customers can increase the future's financial performance through word of mouse, positive brand image and loyalty to brand or company. Finally, despite of empirical result and implications, this study has limitations. First, there are only a few previous studies about omnicahnnel, so literature reviews are restricted. While set up the factors which can affect the use of omnichannel, next study should be considered with broader theories or models(ex: contingency theory). Second, omnichannel has developed from multichannel, so comparative analysis is needed between these methods because there is a possibility about different forte character of each distribution system on customer's consuming patterns.

온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 관계단절행동 (Relationship Dissolution of On-line Brand Community Users)

  • 최근 브랜드 커뮤니티를 통하여 브랜드에 관한 정보를 능동적으로 공유하고, 기업의 생산이나 여타 마케팅활동에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 고객들이 많아지고 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 안에서의 커뮤니티 이용자들의 특성을 분석하여 서비스 실패 시에 나타날 수 있는 부정적 감정과 행동적 반응과의 관계에 관하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과 부정적 감정 중 보복감은 실망감과 배반감의 선행 감정이 일어나고서야 나타나는 감정으로 나타났다. 부정적 감정에서 보복감은 부정적인 구전과 단체불평행동에 각 각 영향을 미쳤으나, 실망감은 부정적인 구전 행동에만 영향을 주었으며 배반감은 행동적인 반응 어디에도 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이는 배반감의 단일한 감정만으로는 행동적인 반응을 보이지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 소비자 자발형 브랜드 커뮤니티이용자들에는 브랜드를 선호하는 감정을 가진 소비자들 외에도 브랜드에 대한 정보 탐색을 목적으로 방문하는 고객들도 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는데, 커뮤니티 내에서 브랜드에 대한 부정적인 분위기는 잠재고객들에게도 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 기존 커뮤니티 구성원들의 태도와 행동 간의 연구는 학문적으로 실무적으로 모든 면에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.
