In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. The purpose of this study is to explore the model for the family welfare service delivery system in Korea. In order to provide more effective and efficient delivery system it is necessary to evaluate the existng family welfare delivery system. By the review of literature family welfare delivery system is fragmentary and inconsistent. Then the role of informal voluntary public and commercial sector in the delivery system is examined Lastly the models for family welfare service delivery system are proposed. Major suggestions are as follows: 1, It is necessary to reform the family welfare service delivery system for considering the integration of the family life. 2. Family welfare worker ought to coordinate the service to meet the complex needs of individuals and the family 3. The intersector collaborative model for family welfare service delivery system in proposed.

Purpose The purpose of the study is to identify the need of a mobile based library information and service delivery system in developing countries, identify the services that are possible to provide with the help of mobile phones and their applications, design a mobile based library information and service delivery system, and identify major challenges regarding mobile based library information and service delivery systems.Design/ Methodology/ Approach The research is exploratory in nature. This paper is based on a review of literature, survey information, and on the author’s own viewpoints. A comprehensive search of scientific literature has been done along with a survey for validating the necessity of designing mobile based library information and service delivery systems. Responses to closed-ended questions in particular on 7-point Likert scales were analyzed using the descriptive analysis techniques of SPSS 20.0 and responses to other closed-ended questions were analyzed using general statistics.Findings The research indicates that users of academic libraries, especially students and faculty members, have a positive notion regarding designing and implementing a mobile based library information and service delivery system. It also reveals user opinions regarding the possible problems associated with the design and implementation of a mobile based library information and service delivery system.Originality The paper explores mobile based library information and service delivery systems for better and faster service provision to its potential users.

We assess service delivery system for outpatients of general hospital(A) using service blueprint. Service blueprint for outpatients' service process currently being implemented in general hospital(A) is analysed to improve hospital services and define hospital service delivery system more accurately. In addition, comparative analysis of service blueprint between before and after improvement is conducted to find that health care services Is now more customer-oriented and hospital employees can link their duties to service delivery system. Dealing with the efficiency of health care service delivery system based on service blueprint analysis is expected to pave the way for continual service quality improvement of general hospitals in the future. The analysis of service blueprint of outpatients' service process suggested in this study is useful for setting strategies for health care service. It also helps service process design and service digitalization of other general hospitals in the future.

With steady increase in the demand for door-to-door delivery services, courier service providers are facing a constant pressure to reduce delivery price in order to secure quantity order and to improve the efficiency and reliability for customer service. The objective of this research is to explain the structure of the door-to-door delivery including door-to-door delivery service demand, sorting capacity in the hub-terminal, and the system performance measures such as service reliability networks using causal loop diagram(CLD). Based on causal relation, this research describes a comprehensive approach to examine how capacity reliability contributes to the renewal of the firm's competences through its reciprocal relationship with travel time reliability and connectivity reliability. Also, this research suggests the policy alternatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of door-to-door delivery network in response to increase customer satisfaction and profit maximization of the courier service providers: operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

This study explores the partnership between government and human service nonprofits in the United States from the perspective of resource dependence theory and extends the theory with system dynamics in order to better explain government-nonprofit service delivery. The article is structured as follows. First, I introduce the historical development of the government-nonprofit partnership in service delivery in the United States. Second, I present an overview of resource dependence theory for government-nonprofit service delivery, including assumptions, key elements, claims, how well it explains the government-nonprofit service delivery, and limitations. Third, I highlight the advantages of system dynamics along with the limitations of resource dependence theory, as an attempt to revise the theory. Finally, I conclude with a summary and suggestions for the next steps in theoretical development and research.

In this paper, we describe an intelligent monitoring and control system for pick-up/delivery service. This system applies geographical information system(GIS), global positioning system(GPS) and wireless communication technologies for managing pick-up/delivery operations more effectively. It consists of three subsystems, pick-up/delivery sequence planning system, pick-up/delivery monitoring system, and PDA execution system. Pick-up/delivery sequence planning system generates routes and schedules for pick-up/delivery using GIS and optimization techniques. Pick-up/delivery monitoring system monitors current positions of vehicles and actual pick-up/delivery results as compared with planned routes and visit times, while PDA execution system transmits information for vehicles positions and actual pick-up/delivery results using GPS and wireless communication technologies. The intelligent monitoring and control system is currently being used for the pick-up parcel service in a local post office of Korea Post.

It is very important to delivery timely and safely items in logistics. So, the home delivery service system is introduced by many enterprises. Also, the beginning in 1990's, the rapid increase of automobile increased logistics cost and led to road stagnation. So, the railway transportation use in logistics can be considered. The railway transportation in home delivery service system can overcome the limit of transportation by land. This study evaluate railway transportation in home delivery service system by economical efficiency and timeliness.

Empirical studies have shown that government and human service nonprofit organizations have maintained active partnerships to deliver human services for the past several decades. However, the previous researches on resource dependent government-nonprofit service delivery have revealed serious methodological limitations to adequately demonstrate the dynamic relationship between both sectors over time. Since the dynamics underlying the government-nonprofit service delivery is a complex process, in which multiple factors dynamically interact over time, the assumptions of system dynamics can help improve these methodological drawbacks. This study aims to explore methodological issues and weaknesses observed in empirical studies on resource dependent government-nonprofit service delivery in the United States, and further attempts to provide insights on future research toward a dynamic approach, bringing the assumptions of system dynamics to the challenges of the previous researches.
