타피오카 전분을 첨가한 모과편의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Mokwapyun Containing Various Amount of Tapioca Starch)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate chemical properties, textural characteristics and sensory properties which produces the mokwapyun from the tapioca starch. The mokwapyun-added tapioca starches hold higher moisture contents than mung bean starches. And, the ratios of tapioca starch indicate differences in the study (p<.001). The pH increases with the increasing amounts of tapioca starch and acidity measurement decreases as amount of tapioca starch increases. The 0% addition of tapioca starch is the highest for lightness and 20% addition of tapioca starch is the lowest. Both the redness and yellowness are being increased with increases in the addition of tapioca starch. According to the results of texture, 0% addition of tapioca starch is the highest for hardness, springiness and chewiness of mokwapyun which increases with additional percentages of tapioca starch. Nevertheless, it decreases the cohesiveness and brittleness due to increases in the percentage of tapioca starch. According to the result of DSC analysis, the more tapioca starch added to the mokwapyun, the higher the To, Tp, Tc temperatures become. The result of this study shows that the right contents of tapioca starch with 15% additions make positive acceptability, prepared sensory and machinery characteristics.

아사이베리 분말을 첨가한 머핀의 품질특성 및 레시피 최적화 연구 (A Study on Quality Characteristics and Optimized recipe of Muffin with added Acai Berry powder)

  • In this study Muffins adding each 0, 1, 3, 5 7% of Acai Berry powder, which has very high anti-oxidant constituent, have been made, and its quality characteristics have been surveyed. From the volume and specific volume measurement, it has been decreased for MA1, 1% of Acai Berry powder added muffin, but the tendency thereafter has shown increasing (p<0.001). From texture characteristics gumminess and chewiness of MA0, reference group, was the highest by 885.86 g/ cm and 6645.71 g, and has shown decreasing tendency as per the adding rate of Acai Berry powder increased (0.001). The electronics scavenging activity of MA7, 7% added muffin, was the highest by 68.91%, and the ascending order was MA1 < Reference Group < MA3 < MA5 < MA7. From the preference test of Acai Berry powder added muffin, MA3, 3% added muffin, was the most preferable one from color, taste as well as total preference. As the added volume of Acai Berry powder is 5% or more, the typical taste and flavor of Acai Berry gives influence to the taste and flavor of muffin, so the preference level has been decreased. Thus the added volume of Acai Berry powder 5% or more is not recommendable.

가염 토마토 분말의 품질특성에 관한 연구 (Quality Characteristics of Salted Tomato Powder)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the physical and sensory properties of seasoned powders utilizing tomato. Methods: Tests of salted tomato powder were performed for the physiochemical properties (moisture content, pH value, titratable acidity, color value, salinity content, and solubility content), sensory characteristics and sensory preference. Results: Moisture content of salted tomato powder containing fully ripened tomato (RT) was higher than that of salted tomato powder containing cherry tomato (CT), with the exception of CT 10%. The pH values of RT was relatively high and increased salt addition increased the pH as well. The titratable acidity was opposite the result of pH measurement. The color values of RT was higher than that of CT for the L, a, and b values. The salt content of RT was higher than that of CT. RT 10% showed the highest dissolution followed by CT 10%. In addition, the sensory preference for CT 10% was the highest, with the best scores for appearance and taste. Conclusion: It was concluded that 10% salt addition is the most suitable sensually for the manufacture of salted tomato powder.

Quality of Service using Min-Max Data Size Scheduling in Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) plays an important role in our everyday life. WSN is distributed in all the places. Nowadays WSN devices are developing our world as smart and easy to access and user-friendly. The sensor is connected to all the resources based on the uses of devices and the environment [1]. In WSN, Quality of Service is based on time synchronization and scheduling. Scheduling is important in WSN. The schedule is based on time synchronization. Min-Max data size scheduling is used in this proposed work. It is used to reduce the Delay & Energy. In this proposed work, Two-hop neighboring node is used to reduce energy consumption. Data Scheduling is used to identify the shortest path and transmit the data based on weightage. The data size is identified by three size of measurement Min, Max and Medium. The data transmission is based on time, energy, delivery, etc., the data are sent through the first level shortest path, then the data size medium, the second level shortest path is used to send the data, then the data size is small, it should be sent through the third level shortest path.

  • 정보화 사회가 급속히 확산됨에 따라 국내외 비즈니스 환경 역시 급변하고 있다. 또한 분명한 서비스 품질 향상과 신뢰성의 확보를 위하여 국내외 IDC 사업자는 SLAs(Service Level Agreements) 제도를 시행 또는 추진하고 있다. 인터넷 서버, 계통 및 UPS등에 의한 전원품질은 인터넷 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 주요한 요소의 하나가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 IDC의 고조파 실태를 측정 분석하였고, 다상화(Multi-Phase)를 통한 고조파 저감 효과를 검증하였다.

Bayesian Theorem-based Prediction of Success in Building Commissioning

  • In recent years, building commissioning has often been part of a standard delivery practice in construction, particularly in the high-performance green building market, to ensure the building is designed and constructed per owner's requirements. Commissioning, therefore, intends to provide quality assurance that buildings perform as intended by the design and often helps achieve energy savings. Commissioning, however, is not as widely adopted as its potential benefits are perceived. Owners are still skeptical of the cost-effectiveness claims by energy management and commissioning professionals. One of the issues in the current commissioning practice is that not every project is guaranteed to benefit from the commissioning services. This, coupled with its added cost, the commissioning service is not acquired with great acceptance and confidence by building owners. To overcome this issue, this paper presents a unique methodology to enhance owner's predicting capability of the degree of success of commissioning service using the Bayesian theorem. The paper analyzes a situation where a future building owner wants to use a pre-commissioning in an attempt to refine the success rate of the future commissioned building performance. The author proposes the Bayesian theorem based framework to improve the current commissioning practice where building owners are not given accurate information how much successful their projects are going to be in terms of energy savings from the commissioning service. What should be provided to the building owners who consider their buildings to be commissioned is that they need some indicators how likely their projects benefit from the commissioning process. Based on this, the owners can make better informed decisions whether or not they acquire a commissioning service.

병원 내$\cdot$외부고객의 의료 및 간호서비스에 대한 만족도 비교 (The Difference in medical and nursing service satisfaction between internal and external customers)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to present the direction of service marketing for improving customers' satisfaction by comparing the difference in medical and nursing service satisfaction between internal and external customers. Method : The subjects were outpatients and inpatients as the external customers and nurses, doctors, and staffs as the internal customers, in a university hospital. Data were collected from April 25 to May 2, 2001 through questionnaires. The 2 structured instruments were used for collecting the data: Customer Satisfaction Measurement 2000 developed by Korean Society of Quality Assurance in Health Care(1999) and nursing service satisfaction questionnaires by the researcher. Data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 9.0 with t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe test.Result : 1. In overall medical service satisfaction scores, external customers' satisfaction showed significantly higher than internal customers'(p=.000) and there was no significant difference between external customers(p>.05). But there was significant difference between internal customers(p<.05). 2. There was no significant difference in nursing service satisfaction between the external and internal customers (p>.05). In the external customers, inpatients' nursing service satisfaction showed significantly higher than outpatients' (p<.001). And there was significant difference in nursing service satisfaction between internal customers(p<.05). Conclusion : To increase external customers' satisfaction with medical and nursing service, hospital should carry out internal marketing strategies for improving internal customers' satisfaction. Also to increase outpatients' satisfaction, it should conveniently improve procedures of use and provide more information and education for outpatients.

데이터 분산 서비스를 활용한 실시간 시험자료 토픽 설계 (Design to Realtime Test Data Topic Utilize of Data Distribution Service)

  • 실시간 시험자료 토픽은 시험을 수행하는 네트워크에 연결되어 있는 여러 계측 장비로부터 실시간으로 데이터를 수신하여 분석 처리하고 계측장비로 데이터를 제공하거나 가시화 할 수 있는 일종의 패킷 형태를 의미한다. 기존 UDP 통신프로토콜을 활용한 구조에서는 모든 계측장비들이 전송하는 데이터를 하나의 패킷으로 통합 설계하여 계측장비들의 필요유무와 상관없이 송 수신 하는 한계점이 존재하였다. 하지만 DDS(Data Distribution Service)를 활용하여 제안하는 시스템의 토픽 설계는 다음과 같은 장점들이 있다. 각 시스템에서 사용하는 플랫폼에 유연하게 공통된 API를 사용하여 개발이 가능하며 향후 장비 업그레이드 시 필요 토픽의 추가 선언 등 최소 작업만 필요하고 전체 시스템을 재설계하지 않아도 된다. 또한 시스템 간 연계를 위한 계측장비 및 시스템이 추가로 도입 시에도 공통 메시지 포맷을 적용하여 개발하기 때문에 기존 장비의 수정이 불필요하여 시스템의 확장이 용이하다. 추가 장비의 도입은 토픽의 QoS(Quality of Service) 튜닝을 통하여 우선 적용할 수 있기 때문에 통신의 성능을 조정 및 유지할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이종 시스템간의 플랫폼과 통신 프로토콜을 통합 설계한 DDS 미들웨어를 활용하여 새로운 센서 및 계측장비 도입 시 기존 시스템 구성장비들의 수정과 시스템의 별도 통신 커넥션, 신규 장비의 도입 및 업그레이드에 따른 시스템 S/W 재설계를 지양하는 토픽의 설계를 통해 보다 효율적인 자료 전달체계를 제안하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 결함 추이분석을 통한 테스트 프로젝트 개선방안에 대한 연구 (Study of the Improvement Measurement of Test project through Software Defect trend analysis)

  • 소프트웨어 결함에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업은 소프트웨어를 개발하는 조직, 고객대응 조직, 품질관리 조직 등 다양한 방법과 채널을 이용하여 개선을 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 이렇게 수집된 결함 데이터 들을 그 조건과 용도에 맞게 분석하여 소프트웨어 결함을 최소화하고 나아가 제품품질 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 기업용 소프트웨어의 결함 추이를 테스트 성숙도 모델을 기반으로 분석하여 결함 예방 프로세스를 수립하고 프로젝트에 적용하여 106개의 결함이 16개로 감소하였다. 본 연구는 소프트웨어 품질활동 중 기본이 되는 기존결함에 관심을 가짐으로서 최소한의 자원을 활용하여 소프트웨어 제품 품질을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 의의를 가진다.

프로그램 모듈의 품질평가 함수 (Quality estimate function of the program module)

  • 고수준의 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 고품질화를 추구하여야 한다. 기존에 개발된 품질측정방법들은 모듈내에 포함되어 있는 요인항목들을 서로 다른 관점에서 개별적으로 측정하고있어 통합적인 평가방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다수의 측정 방법들을 모두수용 할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 비율척도들을 선택하고, 러프논리를 이용하여 그들의 중요도를 산출한다. 다음으로 모듈의 품질도를 측정하기 위해서 퍼지적분을 이용하여 척도들의 중요도와 측정값을 종합한다. 마지막으로 척도들과 산출된 품질도의 상관관계를 분석하고, 통계적 방법으로 제안된 모델의 타당성을 보인다.
