가열기가 내장된 냉매오일 분리기의 성능 고찰 (Performance Analysis of the Refrigerant oil separator with a build-in heater)

  • Refrigerant oil reduces friction between piston and cylinder of compressor and is normally hard to mix or dissolve in refrigerant. Oil separator deprives refrigerating oil from mixed solution of refrigerant and refrigerant oil. Sometimes much machine oil is carried into an evaporator and is applied to surface of the evaporator, and then disturbs heat transfer through it. Well-made oil separator helps refrigerating system stable and evaporator sustain full capacity. In this paper, new oil separate with different way to structure is suggested and tested. As result the new separates is 13% higher at 0C with 10% mixture and 6% higher at 0C with 20% mixture.

  • Nanotechnology is the creation and utilization of materials, devices, and systems through the control of matter on the nanometer-length scale, that is, at the level of atoms, molecules, and supramolecular structures. The essence of nanotechnology is the ability to work at these levels to generate larger structures with fundamentally new molecular organization. These nanostructures, made with building blocks understood from first principles, are the smallest human-made objects, and they exhibit novel physical, chemical, and biological properties and phenomena. The aim of nanotechnology is to loam to exploit these properties and efficiently manufacture and employ the structures. Control of matter on the nanoscale already plays an important role in scientific disciplines as diverse as physics, chemistry, materials science, biology, medicine, engineering, and computer simulation. This paper describes the superprecision nano separator to productive particle size of nano powder. this separator system is very important in the industrial area for other high technology parts.

  • A new electrostatic separator has been developed for the removal of unburned carbon from fly ash. In this separator, a flowing film of fly ash is created on the surface of a vibrating electrode. Conducting particles such as unburned carbon acquire electrostatic charges and jump out of the flowing film so that they can be removed from the non-conducting fly ash particles moving forward. The new separator has been tested successfully using a pilot-scale test unit at 0.5 tons/hr capacity. Based on the successful test results, a larger unit is being constructed at the present time.

  • Three-dimensional experimental analysis was conducted in the pulverizer simplified isothermal model. The experiment model was constructed on a 1/3.5 scale of 500MW pulverizer. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of design parameters on the pulverized coal separator efficiency. Where used pulverized coal separator design parameters are guide vane angle, static classifier angle, dynamic classifier rpm. Taguchi method was used to find the effective design parameters related to pulverized coal separator efficiency. The results of the experiment showed that guide vane angle and dynamic classifier rpm were the design key parameters. In addition to the total number of experiment cases were reduced by Taguchi method.

  • In this paper, we present flow patterns around and performance of an air-flow separator by using the numerical analysis. With this separator, particles of different density are to be separated by using the drag force from the air flow. The low-density particles are designed to be separated by using inhalation through holes on a rotating drum. To obtain the flow informations needed for determining the proper design parameters, we have performed numerical simulations by using a commercial code, ANSYS CFX. Various parameter set was tested and it was found that depending on the design of drums there exist critical parameter set regarding the attachment of light particles on the drum, which is prerequisite for the separation of materials. We present here the possibility of using the present design in separation of particles mixed in the clod for use in recycling.

  • This paper describes a principle of the conducted noise separator which can separate the conducted noise to the common mode and differential mode(normal mode), and presents the transfer characteristics of the separator designed and manufactured. We separated the conducted noise generated from switched mode converter to the CM and DM conducted noise, and also analyzed the source and path of conducted noise in the converter by the conducted noise separator. Since we could easily get the characteristics of the CM and DM conducted noise by the separator, we could efficiently determine the contermeasures for the reduction of the conducted noise and establish the foundation of the systematic procedure for the design of low pass filter.

  • This paper describes oil water separator using difference of electrical resistor. Oil is a non-conductive element and water is a relatively high conductive element. It is possible to detect water included in oil. Electric sensor is formed 8mm iron stick. Valve is operated With controller inputting signal of electric sensor. A experiment was done for necessary voltage in making program of controller. Oil water separator which was tested in field conditions was saved 7% of whole oil and was drained over 150% water than manual valve.

  • The grade and recovery rate and its sulphur content of iron concentrate compared respectively as varied with redcued size using the Crocket Magnetic Separator and the Wet-Drum-Magnetic Separator in the magnetic separation test of iron ore from Yangyang mine. The content of sulphur was decreased distinctly as the size was finer. In case of the sample of -100 mesh, using the Crocket Magnetic Separator, the sulphur content of iron ore was decreased to 0.10% and its grade increased to 67.0%, but the recovery rate was no more than 85.1%. In the Wet-Drum type, the grade and the recovery rate of concentrate was better than those in the Crocket Magnetic Separation, but the content of sulphur was more than that in the Crocket Magnetic Separation. The Crocket type is suitable for less sulphur content while the Wet-Drum Magnetic Separator is suitable for better the grade recovery rate of the magnetic concentrate.

  • 휴대용 정보 통신기기의 소형 경량화에 적합한 고용량 전지인 리튬이온 이차전지에 응용되는 미세다공성 고분자 격리막에 관한 특성을 검토하였다. 격리막으로서 요구되어지는 항목은 전지 성능에도 관련되며, 안전에도 관련된 것들 이어서, 전지의 부재로서 상당히 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 철재는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 등과 같은 폴리올레핀 소재를 연신하여 제조한 미세다공성 격리막이 주로 채용되고 있으며, 다양한 shut-down온도에 적용 가능하고, wettability가 향상된 미세다공성 격리막으로서, 불소계 고분자의 적용 및 폴리올레핀계 소재의 표면개질 등에 관한 연구가 지속되고 있다.
