  • Product replacement (PPL) is used widely in marketing and plays crucial roles but the effects of the PPL attributes on a restaurant brand are not well known. Therefore, this study examined the effects of PPL attributes on brand awareness and brand credibility. In addition, the relationship among brand awareness, brand credibility, and brand loyalty was investigated. The study found that the characteristics of PPL, such as information and entertainment, affected brand awareness. On the other hand, inconvenience did not have any impact on brand awareness. In addition, information, entertainment, and inconvenience affected brand credibility. Furthermore, brand awareness and credibility influenced brand loyalty significantly. These results suggest that PPL can be a very effective way to advertise. Hence, PPL should be done with a sense of information and entertainment than simply with more frequent exposure to consumers, which that might cause inconvenience.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of art and culture experience according to art and culture perception on art and culture consumption. Accordingly, the perception expressed through the experiences of consumers was defined as the delivery of art and culture marketing strategies, and the behavior of consumers enjoying art and culture was measured. The research data were analyzed through an online survey. As a result of the analysis, sense, relation had a significant effect on the hedonistic factor, and the act, sense, emotion and relation had significant effects on the other's consciousness, and the behavioral and emotional factors had a significant effect on the intentional factors. The implication from the experience of relationships with others was found to have a negative(-) effect on all factors, which means to be the result of consumers' anxiety in enjoying art due to the pandemic. It is necessary to develop an online business model for consumers who naturally avoid it, and to narrow the gap between online and offline art and culture. Second, it is thought that sponsorship from companies is necessary so that artists who provide art and culture can produce high-quality contents. In the future, if it was studied the relationship between not only consumers who enjoy art and culture, but also suppliers and artists who provide art and culture, it will be able to understand the culture in-depth.

  • This study explores the determinants of clothing disposition and examines their effect on the dimensions of clothing disposition behavior. The data of 316 women were collected nationwide using an online self-administered questionnaire. This study initially identified five types of disposition behavior as revising, permanent separation, giving away, selling, and donating to charity. Exploratory and confirmative factor analysis identified the underlying determinants of clothing disposition as self-concept, reusability, economic factor, social environment, affective association, storage, fashionableness, and a sense of belongingness. Structural equation modeling was conducted to examine the relationships between variables. The results demonstrated that six out of eight determinants significantly affected clothing disposition behavior. The effects of social environment and a sense of belongingness were relatively strong determinants that influenced the four types of disposition behaviors. However, self-concept and affective association did not influence the disposition behaviors. A series of one-way MANOVA was conducted to determine the effect of the eight demographic variables on the four modes of clothing disposition. Giving away, permanent separation, and donating to charity differed significantly in the groups of three demographic variables such as age, monthly income, and marital status. This study empirically elucidates what criteria consumers use when confronted with unused clothing and how the determinants of clothing disposition influence the modes of clothing disposition behavior. This study provides a framework for clothing disposition behavior and its determinants as well as suggests a new approach to clothing disposition behavior and improvements in marketing decisions.
