  • In this paper, we concern with SLLN for sums Of in-dependent random upper-semicontinuous fuzzy sets. We first give a generalization of SLLN for sums of independent and level-wise identically distributed random fuzzy sets, and establish a SLLN for sums of random fuzzy sets which is independent and compactly uniformly integrable in the strong sense. As a result, a SLLN for sums of independent and strongly tight random fuzzy sets is obtained.

  • This paper is concerned with best proximity points for multimaps in normed spaces and in hyperconvex metric spaces. Using the generalized KKM theorem, we deduce new best proximity pair theorems for a family of multimaps with unionly open fibers in normed spaces. And we prove a new best proximity point theorem for quasi-lower semicontinuous multimaps in hyperconvex metric spaces.

  • The aim of this paper is to study and find characterizations of fuzzy quasi-semicontinuous and fuzzy quasi-semiopen mappings between fuzzy bitopological spaces. The notion of fuzzy quasi-semiopen sets is used to define fuzzy quasi-semicontinuous and fuzzy quasi-semiopen mappings. Finally, fuzzy quasi-semiconnectedness is introduced and studied to some extent.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concepts of fuzzy strongly (r, s)-semiopen sets and fuzzy strongly (r, s)-semicontinuous mappings on the intuitionistic fuzzy topological space in Sostak's sense and then we investigate some of their characteristic properties.

  • We give a generalization of the selection theorem of Ben-El-Mechaiekh and Oudadess to complete LD-metric spaces with the aid of the notion of n-connectedness. Our new selection theorem is used to obtain new results of fixed points and coincidence points for compact lower semicontinuous set-valued maps with closed values consisting of D-sets in a complete LD-metric space.

  • The concepts of fuzzy r-minimal semicompact, almost fuzzy r-minimal semicompact, and nearly fuzzy r-minimal semicompact on fuzzy r-minimal spaces arc introduced. We also investigate the relationships between fuzzy r-M-semicontinuous mappings and several types of fuzzy r-minimal semicompactness.
