In this paper, the plastic settlement of mortar is analyzed on the basis of the small strain consolidation theory, and the validity of the approach is verified through the comparison with experimental data. First, the amount of settlement caused by self-weight of bulk mortar is measured using a non-contact laser measurement device and the estimation of material parameters related to the settlement of mortar is followed. In advance, another experiment is also performed on mortar with embedded reinforcement to measure the settlement distribution, and the influence of mixture proportions and cover depth on unequal settlement is analyzed. Finally, correlation studies between experimental data and settlement distribution obtained by consolidation analysis represents that the application of consolidation theory to the analysis of plastic settlement of mortar is reasonable.

It is need to reestablish multicultural perspectives when we coming into the multicultural society. The Zhuāngzǐ who lived in the Age of the Warring States 2300 years ago showed the way multicultural society pursues. We reorganized his works into the two categories as follows. First, we need to know multicultural society. The beginning of harmonious multicultural society is to know others. For this we should disregard Ceng-Xin and experience the variety of multicultural societies. Second, it is about the way multicultural society purse. Liang-Xing based on the altruism which includes Xuxin and self determination is important. For this, equality of variety and differences in multi culture should be materialized in a way to help each other. Therefore, we need to respect and impose a positive role of the strength of other culture in order to make active image. In addition, desirable multicultural society will sustain when we realize grand alliance with goodness of respecting others.

As one of the most common mood disorders, numerous studies have shown depression is the main risk factor for non-suicidal self-harm. The pathogenesis of depression is complex, and a comprehensive and rapid measurement of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites will be very helpful in understanding the pathogenesis of depression. Therefore, a rapid and sensitive underivatized liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the simultaneous monitoring of the levels of ten neurotransmitters and their metabolites in rat serum and limbic system and successfully applied to quantify the changes of neurotransmitter levels in chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced rats. The analytes studied were mainly involved in tyrosine metabolism, tryptophan metabolism, and glutamate cycling pathways, which are important in the pathogenesis of depression. It had been verified the method was sensitive and effective, with satisfactory linearity, and met the requirements of biological sample determination. Levels of neurotransmitters in rat serum, hippocampus, amygdala, prefrontal cortex, striatum, and hypothalamus were determined via the method. The results showed serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, and their metabolites were decreased, glutamine was increased, and glutamate was disturbed in chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depression rats. This method provides a new approach to studying the pathogenesis of depression and other neurological disorders.

In this paper, we would like to propose how the career value clarification program effects the maturity of career consciousness and career decision-making of female college students. The subjects were 70 attending to K Women's College and pre-and post tests of the program were conducted to them. The results were presented: The career value clarification program had a significant effect on career determination, career involvement, career independence, and career dispositionality and in particular, was significant in reasonable type as one of career decision making variables. The results mentioned above indicate that the career value clarification program had a statistically significant effect on career maturity and career decision-making. To positively enhance career maturity and career decision-making in the subjects, the career value clarification program should encourage college women students to visit diverse institutes and organizations in their community to identify licenses and activities needed for career and be prepared for actual career. Colleges should actively invite related experts and give students opportunities to understand the definition of and values pursued in their career.

A prerequisite for a lasting ceasefire is the emergence of a prevailing view in Moscow and Kyiv that the fighting has reached a hurting stalemate. In sum, they both lose more through continuing warfare than by a ceasefire. This study applies social identity dynamics of nationalism to this escalatory conflict. It generates findings that imply that China as a third-party great power intervening mediator can potentially play a pivotal role. Shifting the respective prevailing views in Moscow and Kyiv of their interaction from a zero-sum foundation requires proffering powerful economic and political third-party incentives. Effective inducement would facilitate national defense, development and prestige for Moscow as well as Kyiv. China arguably has the underutilized potential power capabilities necessary to alter the respective prevailing views of strategic relationships among the great powers within Moscow, Brussels and Washington. A prerequisite for success in striving effectively towards this strategic goal is cooperation with the Beijing despite skepticism from Washington. This study utilizes a process tracing methodological approach. It highlights that the foundations of the Russo-Ukraine war lie in the institutionalization within Euro-Atlantic integration of the Cold War assumption that the USSR was an imperialist revisionist actor. Russia is the USSR's successor state. Moscow's prevailing view is that Russian national self-determination was unjustly circumscribed in the multinational Soviet totalitarian Communist system. The Euro-Atlantic community is perceived as a neocolonial imperial threat by allying with post-1991 Ukrainian nationalism at Russia's expense. The study finds that acknowledging Eurasian regional multipolarity is necessary, if not sufficient, to coopt Beijing into a global political stabilization strategy. It functionally aims to promote international balancing to lessen potentials for horizontal as well as vertical escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict.

Currently, ICT is widely used in caring for the elderly living alone and preventing the disappearance of the elderly with dementia. Therefore, in this study, based on the government policy direction for the 4th industrial revolution, the use of AI technology-based care services, which are gradually increasing in community care, was sought to explore the current status and prospects for utilization and activation.AI speakers and caring robots, services that can be used for community care, help solve various problems experienced by the elderly, and are also used to relieve lack of conversation or loneliness by adding emotional functions. In order to activate community care using AI technology in the future: First, there is a need for continuous education to familiarize the elderly with AI devices and 'user experience (UX) design' for the elderly. Second, it is necessary to use human-centered technology that has a complementary relationship and enables emotional mutual relationships rather than using function-oriented technology. Third, it is necessary to solve ethical problems such as guaranteeing the user's right to self-determination and protecting privacy.

The spread of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) genetic testing, where users request tests directly, has been increasing. With growing demand, certification systems have been implemented to grant testing qualifications to non-medical institutions, and the scope of tests has been expanded. However, unlike cases in less regulated foreign countries, disease-related tests are still excluded from the domestic regulations. The existing de-identification method does not adequately ensure the uniqueness and familial sharing of genomic information, limiting its practical utility. Therefore, this study proposes the application of fully homomorphic encryption in the analysis process to guarantee the usefulness of genomic information while minimizing the risk of leakage. Additionally, to safeguard the individual's right to self-determination, a privacy preservation model based on Opt-out is suggested. This aims to balance genomic information protection with maintainability of usability, ensuring the availability of information in line with the user's preferences.

This study attempted to reveal the influence of amateur golfers' passionate behavior on training satisfaction and training performance. Accordingly, according to the sample plan from April 1 to June 23, 2023, the key words were set for the first expert interview, "golf player," "golf training," and "golf match" to extract factors that meet the study, and are as follows through SPSS & AMOS 21.0. First, it was discovered that amateur golfers' harmony and obsessive passion had an impact (+) on training satisfaction, and second, passionate behavior had an impact on training performance. Third, it was found that training satisfaction affects training performance. Therefore, rather than distinguishing between success and failure in the process of converting to professional golf, the growth process and positive emotions should be equipped, and the expression of internalization in which self-determination is significant? Efficiency in training? The results are expected to vary depending on how it is handled.

The disaster impact assessment system was introduced in 2005 as a disaster prevention procedure for comprehensive and systematic developmental projects. However, according to the 'Practical Guidelines for Disaster Impact Assessment', Jeju Island's unique hydrogeological features necessitate the calculation of isohyetal-based probabilistic rainfall, which can reflect altitude, when estimating probabilistic rainfall for flood volume determination, rather than using conventional methods. Despite Jeju Island being centered around Hallasan, there are three Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) located at the summit of Hallasan, making weather stations denser than in other cities and provinces. Therefore, it is judged that there would be no difficulty in applying conventional methods, such as utilizing the probabilistic rainfall data from the weather stations or employing the Thiessen method, to estimate flood volumes for small-scale project areas. Accordingly, this study conducts a comparative analysis of the impact of applying general probabilistic rainfall from weather stations and isohyetal-based probabilistic rainfall in site in the context of Jeju Island's disaster impact assessment system.

The study seeks to examine the alignment between the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and the Six Principles of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) through qualitative analysis. The study utilizes a qualitative methodology that entails a comprehensive review of the existing literature to establish connections between MOHO and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, with a specific focus on collaborative special education environments. Data collection involves examining academic literature on MOHO, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, and the partnership between occupational therapists and special education teachers. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurrent themes and relationships, offering valuable insights into the theoretical foundations of MOHO and its compatibility with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)The Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) highlights the significance of active engagement and meaningful participation in inclusive education. It promotes the development of independence and self-determination in occupational performance for children with special needs. Moreover, MOHO stresses the importance of offering tailored support and adjustments for these children.
