수도권 지역 치과의료기관 이용자의 민영치과의료보험에 대한 인식과 가입 현황 (Awareness and Purchase of the Private Dental Insurance among Dental Patients in the Capital Region)

  • 이 연구에서는 치과의료기관 이용자를 대상으로 민영치과의료보험의 인식도와 가입 현황을 조사하였다. 서울 경기 지역의 10개 치과의료기관을 방문한 이용자 중 20세 이상 성인 540명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 대상자의 인구 사회적 특성과 건강 및 의료 관련 특성을 분석하였으며, 민영치과의료보험의 인식과 가입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 로지스틱 분석을 실시하였다. 민영치과의료보험은 도입된 지 4년 밖에 되지 않아 민영의료보험에 비해 인식도가 낮고 가입률도 17.4%로 낮으나, 치과 이용에 따른 경제적 부담으로 향후 가입을 고려하는 사람의 숫자는 많았다. 민영치과의료보험 인식도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 국민건강보험 만족도, 민영의료보험과 민영치과의료보험 가입, 주관적 구강건강 상태, 흡연이었다. 민영치과의료보험 가입에 영향을 미치는 변수는 연령, 민영치과의료보험 인식도, 민영의료보험 가입, 흡연, 치과의료기관 방문 횟수였다. 향후 민영치과의료보험 가입자 증가로 인해 치과의료 이용의 양적 질적 변화가 일어날 가능성이 있으므로, 민영치과의료보험의 가입률과 치과 이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

대학생의 학습전략 효과성 인지, 선호 및 활용 (Metacognitive Awareness, Preference, and Use of Effective Learning Strategies in Korean Undergraduates)

  • 본 연구는 국내 대학생이 효과적인 학습전략을 얼마나 잘 알고 있고, 선호하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구에서 검증된 7개 중요 학습전략(정보양식효과, 정적매체학습, 매력적인 군더더기 부재학습, 시험, 분산학습, 교차학습, 생성학습)을 정리하고 이에 대한 효과성 인지, 선호, 활용을 묻는 시나리오 기반 설문을 구성하였다. 이와 함께 학점과 메타인지적 자기조절을 측정하여 어떤 학생들이 효과적인 학습전략을 잘 알고, 선호하고, 활용하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 4개 전략(정보양식효과, 매력적인 군더더기 부재학습, 정적매체학습, 교차학습)에 대해서는 대다수의 학생이 학습전략의 효과성을 잘 모르고 있었으며 2개 전략(시험, 생성학습)에 대해서도 절반가량의 학생만이 그 효과성을 제대로 인지하고 있었다. 또한, 국내 대학생은 효과적인 학습전략에 대해 낮은 선호도를 보였다. 학점은 학습전략에 대한 효과성 인지 및 선호와는 유의한 상관을 나타내지 않았으나, 활용과는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 메타인지적 자기조절은 일부 학습전략에 한하여 효과성 인지, 선호 및 활용과 정적 상관을 보였다. 본 연구결과는 대학생에게 효과적인 학습전략에 대한 교수가 필요함을 시사하며 그에 대한 구체적인 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 학습전략에 대한 효과성 인지와 선호를 구분하여 살펴보았으며, 두 변인이 서로 다른 구인일 가능성을 제시하였다.

생존수영교육 참여가 초등학생의 수중불안, 신체적 자기효능감 및 수상안전 의식에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Participation in Survival Swimming Education on Elementary School Students' Underwater Anxiety, Physical Self-efficacy and Water Safety Awareness)

  • 본 연구는 생존수영교육 참여를 통한 초등학생의 수중불안, 신체적 자기효능감 및 수상안전 의식의 변화와 변인 간 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 부산광역시 소재 초등학생 중 생존수영교육에 참여한 초등학생 312명 중 300명을 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 대응표본 t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생존수영교육 참여한 초등학생은 사전·사후효과를 비교하였을 때 사후 수중불안은 감소하고, 신체적 자기효능감과 수상안전 의식은 증가하였다. 둘째, 생존수영교육 참여 초등학생의 수중불안은 신체적 자기효능감과 수상안전 의식에 부분적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 신체적 자기효능감은 수상안전 의식에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 생존수영교육의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 프로그램의 질적 확대 방향성에 대해 재고해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

섭식장애 환자의 섭식장애 증상, 우울, 강박성이 자해행동에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Eating Psychopathology, Obsessive-Compulsion and Depression on Self-Harm Behavior in Patients with Eating Disorders)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate psychological factors such as eating psychopathology, depression, and obsessive-compulsion that might influence self-harm behavior in patients with eating disorders. Methods: Patients with eating disorders (n=135) who visited "M" clinic for eating disorders participated in the study. Data were collected from March to August 2007 using the Eating Disorder Inventory-2, Beck Depression Inventory, Maudsley Obsessional-Compulsive Inventory, and Self-Harm Inventory (SHI). Results: The participants scored high on self-harm as well as on depression and obsessive-compulsion. On the SHI, a high frequency of self harm behavior such as 'torturing self with self-defeating thoughts', 'abused alcohol', 'hit self', and 'suicide attempt' were found for the participants. There were significant correlations between most eating psychopathology variables, depression, obsessive-compulsion, and self-harm behavior. 'Interoceptive awareness' (eating psychopathology), depression, and 'checking' (obsessive-compulsion) were significant predictors of self-harm behavior. Conclusion: Future interventions for patients with eating disorders should focus on assessing the possibility of self-harm and suicidal attempts, especially in those patients with high levels of eating psychopathology, depression, or obsessive-compulsion. Early intervention for depression and obsessive-compulsion could contribute to preventing self-harm and suicide in patients with eating disorders.

만성B형간염 환자의 자가관리이행에 대한 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Self-Management Compliance of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B)

  • Purpose: Patients with chronic hepatitis B need lifelong health care because of progressive liver damage. The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with self-management compliance among patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive design using questionnaires. The participants were 118 patients with chronic hepatitis B from outpatient department in a tertiary hospital. Their ages ranged from 20 to 64. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression with PASW statistics 19.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences in self management compliance by gender, age, job, alcohol consumption, and smoking. A positive correlation existed between self-management compliance, awareness of the importance of management, and self efficacy. Stepwise multiple regression analysis for self-management compliance revealed that the most powerful predictor was self efficacy. Self efficacy, age, and alcohol consumption explained 37.5% of the variance. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to promote self-management compliance with these participants. The findings also suggest that consideration be given to characteristics of age and alcohol consumption in developing strategies for enhancing self efficacy and developing programs to promote self-management for patients with chronic hepatitis B.

Effects of Multisensory Cues, Self-Enhancing Imagery and Self Goal-Achievement Emotion on Purchase Intention

  • This research aimed at studying the role of self-enhancing imagery and self goal-achievement emotion in the effect of characteristics perceived at advertisements using multisensory cues on purchase intention. Sports shoes advertisement was selected as an empirical research object. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. 'WenJuanXing' site was used to make the questionnaire in Chinese, and it was loaded on WeChat and QQ. 260 participants from different regions of China participated in online questionnaire survey. The results of testing the hypotheses by structural equation model in Amos 21.0 program are summarized as followings. The congruency between multisensory cues and self-discrepancy awareness positively evoked the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion. The object relevance between the consumer and the product advertised did not induce the emotion, but evoked the self-enhancing imagery. Both of the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion had positive effects on the product purchase intention. When developing advertisement, marketers should focus on multisensory cues' characteristics to enhance the self-enhancing imageries as well as to help feel the goal-achievement emotion. They should pay attention to the ways by which the multisensory cues' characteristics used to develop advertisement can be perceived to be congruent with each other by consumers.

간호대학생의 자아존중감과 셀프리더십이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-Esteem and Self-Leadership on Career Identity in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the self-esteem, self-leadership, and career identity of nursing students to identify the influence of self-esteem and self-leadership on career identity. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey of 192 students from six nursing colleges. The descriptive statistics, independent two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis were used for statistical analyses. Results: The career identity correlated with self-esteem and self-leadership. A positive correlation was observed between self-leadership and self-esteem. The factors influencing career identity were self-esteem, satisfaction with the major, motivation (aptitude and interest), and desired career after graduation (hospital employment). The explanatory power of these variables was 42.3% in total. Conclusion: To develop a strong career identity for nursing students, it is essential to provide various educational programs that can increase self-esteem, improve awareness of the major, help students understand the roles and responsibilities of nurses, and provide opportunities to explore career options.

식품위생에 대한 소비자의 인식도 및 정보요구도에 관한 연구(2): 식중독을 중심으로 (Consumers' Awareness and Information-Seeking Behaviors Towards Food Hygiene(2): Focused on Foodborne Illness)

  • This study investigated the consumers' awareness and information needs towards foodborne illness. Data were collected from 504 adults in Seoul, Daegu and Busan by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, $X^2$ test and regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows. The results of this study were as follows: (1) the consumers' concerns and information needs about foodborne illness were generally high, (2) about four-fifths of the subjects were extremely worried about foodborne illness caused by fish, (3) about two-thirds answered that the major factor of foodborne illness in cooking was unfreshed or contaminated food stuffs, (4) the respondents primarily wanted to get the information about the method to choose fresh food, and (5) the result of the regression analysis showed educational attainment and concerns about foodborne illness were the factors affecting the consumers' information needs.

미혼남녀의 결혼준비도 (The Study on Premarital Preparation of Single Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate premarital preparation of single men and women. The number of subjects was 393 premarital couples(196 males and 197 females) in Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, Pusan and Daegu. The self-administered questionnaire was composed of premarital preparation evaluation scale developed by Kim Hye Seon & Shin Soo Ah(2002). The data was analyzed by frequencies, percentages, mean, Cronbach's α, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test. The major findings were as follows: First, the level of premarital preparation status was somewhat higher than average and the level of premarital preparation awareness was very high. Second, preparation status of premarital couples was shown significant difference by some variables including sex, age, occupation, the period of dating, religion. Third, preparation awareness of premarital couples was shown a significant difference by some variables including sex, age, academic ability, the period of dating.

청소년 초기의 신체상 태도와 관련 변인들 간의 관계 (Relationships between Body Image Attitude and Its Correlates in Early Adolescence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among body image attitudes and their correlates in early adolescence. The participants were 614 adolescents. The results were as follows: 1) There were significant correlations among adolescents' body image evaluation, body image investment, body mass index, depression, perceptions of parental and peer influence, and awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance, 2) There were significant differences in depression, parents' influence, peer influence, and awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance between adolescents with higher body image investment and those with lower body image investment, and 3) Awareness of media messages regarding physical appearance was the most influential predictor of adolescents' body image investment.
