쇼트 클립 플랫폼 틱톡(TikTok)에 나타난 보디 포지티브 무브먼트 콘텐츠의 주제 유형 및 표현기법 (A study on the thematic types, expression techniques, and impact of body positive movement content on the short clip platform TikTok)

  • This study examines the rise of the Body Positive Movement on TikTok and its role as a form of online content activism influencing the fashion design and industry. Through a combination of literature review and case study methodology, the study explores the expression techniques and thematic types of Body Positive Movement on TikTok. Reviews of literature, previous studies, online articles, fashion journals, and relevant search terms on TikTok informed a definition of Body Positive Movement and an analysis of its formation and rise. The research findings confirm the impact TikTok content on Body Positive Movement has on the fashion industry in addressing external factors (i.e., 'Appearance', 'Race', 'Aging', 'Physical Disability') and intrinsic factors (i.e., 'Acceptance of Diversity', 'Self-Esteem', 'Rejection of Stereotypes', 'Appropriate Representation', 'Information Provision'). The key external factor , 'Appearance', includes subcategories such as 'Body Shape', 'Body Hair', 'Skin', and 'Facial Features'. TikTok content creators on fashion creatively combine music, emojis, and visual storytelling to exhibit positive self-perception concerning these factors. A significant finding of the study is that short clips predominantly manifesting external factors differentiate into informative or enlightening videos associated with intrinsic factors. The study underscores Body Positive Movement's important influence on the fashion industry from design to presentation.

노인 자기방임의 성별 차이 (Gender Difference in Elder Self-neglect in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 전국의 노인들을 대상으로 하여 자기방임의 성별 수준 차이와 위험요인 차이를 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 남녀 노인의 자기방임 차이를 확인하기 위해 서울대학교 SSK 고령사회 연구단에서 2018년 조사한 "노인의 건강한 노화 및 웰다잉에 관한 연구 조사 결과보고서"의 남성노인 793명과 여성노인 1,089명을 비교하였다. 해당 자료를 대상으로 t-test와 ${\chi}^2$-test, 남녀노인 집단별 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 첫째, 남성 노인과 여성 노인 간의 자기방임 수준 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 둘째, 자기방임 영향요인은 성별에 따라 차이가 두드러졌는데, 남성 노인에게서만 나타난 자기방임 위험요인은 연령과 계층인식이며, 여성노인의 경우 월 소득, 종교여부, 독거여부, 삶의 만족도, 사회적 관계망(자녀, 자녀 외)으로 드러났다. 셋째, 남녀 노인 모두에서 공통적으로 나타난 자기방임 위험요인은 우울과 사회적 지지(공적지원)이었다. 본 연구 결과에서 주목할 만한 점은 성별에 따라 자기방임에 대한 위험요인이 차별적으로 존재할 것이라는 가설을 경험적으로 검증하였다는 점이다. 특히 교환 이론과 여성주의 이론을 통해 본 연구에서 나타난 성별 특성이 합리적으로 설명될 수 있다. 본 논의는 노인들의 성별에 따라 차별적인 정책적 접근이 이루어져야 함을 강조하며, 노인들의 우울감에 주목하여 사회적 안전망을 확충할 것을 제언하였다.

한국판 일상 속 연령주의 척도 타당화 (Validation of the Korean Version of the Everyday Ageism Scale)

  • 본 연구에서는 일상생활에서 노인들이 경험하는 연령주의를 측정하는 일상 속 연령주의 척도(Everyday Ageism Scale: EAS)를 한국어로 번안하고 타당화하였다. 이를 위해 만 60세 이상 성인 남녀 498명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행한 후, 무선적으로 두 집단을 추출해 첫 번째 집단(198명)에서 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 두 번째 집단(300명)에서 확인적 요인분석 및 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 먼저, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 원척도와 동일한 10개 문항, 3개 하위요인(연령주의적 메시지 노출, 대인관계에서 연령주의, 내면화된 연령주의)이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국어판 일상 속 연령주의 척도(The Korean Version of the Everyday Ageism Scale: K-EAS)의 내적 신뢰도, 수렴타당도, 준거타당도, 증분타당도도 모두 양호한 것으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로 대인관계에서 연령주의와 내면화된 연령주의는 노인차별 피해경험, 노화에 대한 부정적 자기 인식, 우울과 정적 상관이 있는 반면, 노화에 대한 긍정적 자기 인식 및 삶의 만족도와 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, K-EAS가 우울에 대한 명시적인 노인 차별 피해 경험 외에 추가적인 설명량이 있음을 확인했다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의 및 한계점, K-EAS 활용과 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 제시했다.

대구.경북지역 성인의 약선 섭취 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis on Factors Affecting Intake Behavior of Yaksun of Adults in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate perception and awareness of yaksun and willingness to eat yaksun in the future, and to examine the factors affecting intake behavior of yaksun of adults in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. The data were collected in April, 2011 through a self-administered questionnaire. Chi-square test, t test, and binary logistic regression were conducted by SPSS Windows V.19.0. The results were as follows. Almost sixty-six percent of the respondents answered that they knew yaksun. The perception level of yaksun for the intake respondents was higher than that of non-intake respondents. Additionally, many respondents agreed to varied menu development and convenient-food development of yaksun. Intake respondents showed higher level of agreement for the varied menu development of yaksun than non-intake respondents. On the other hand, four fifths of the respondents showed that they would be willing to eat yaksun in the future. The level of willingness to eat yaksun in the future for the intake respondents was higher than that of non-intake respondents. Additionally, the respondents who knew yaksun showed higher level of willingness to eat it than those who did not know it. Finally, the result of binary logistic regression analysis for intake behavior of yaksun showed that gender, educational level, and the awareness of yaksun were significant. On the basis of these results, not only the promotion of yaksun to consumers but also the development of convenient foods, varied menus for different age groups, and menus with cheap prices are needed to raise yaksun popularity.

식품첨가물에 대한 대학생의 인식과 실천 행동 및 정보 획득 행동 분석 (Analysis on Recognition, Practice and Information Acquisition Behaviors regarding Food Additives of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of recognition, practice and information acquisition behaviors regarding food additives of university students for development of educational programs. The data were collected from 283 students in the Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. The level of concern about food additives was intermediate. The level of checking labels for food additives when buying processed foods was not high. The main reason for not checking labels for food additives was "Buying the special brand products repeatedly". In the factor analysis for perception of food additives, three factors were categorized; effect of food additives on human health, administration and regulation of food additives, and necessity of food additives. According to regression analyses, grade, concern about food additives and perception of amount of food additives had significant effects on human health. The significant variables for administration and regulation of food additives were gender, grade, major, monthly allowance and concern about food additives. In addition, major was a significant variable for the necessity of food additives. Many respondents did not reduce intake of food additives; males did less than females. Most respondents answered they did not acquire sufficient information about food additives. Regarding needs for information content on food additives, respondents wanted information about safety of food additives the most, followed by items of labels for food additives, and ways to reduce intake of food additives.

  • Recently, the concern of aging society is 'Healthy life' for the elderly and pre-elderly. Especially, realizing the 'Healthy life', it is very important for the elderly to establish living environment for holding and maintaining mental depression. Mental depression is related to dysfunction of sensory organ included physical functions. Therefore, the dysfunction of elderly's sensory organ is required to the guideline of environmental planning. In this study, among five senses, I focused visual sense due to the large proportion of environmental perception. The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of geriatric depression and preference of simulated images applying preferable color for the elderly. This study conducted literature review and questionnaire survey. Firstly, the previous studies related with the melancholy, sense of isolation, self-regard for the elderly analyzed. Secondly, the questionnaire tool measuring the degree of geriatric depression developed. Thirdly, the tool investigating the preference for the simulated images applied main, sub, and accent colors produced. Applied preferable colors were used from the results previous study. Lastly, based on the result, the basic data of color planning were suggested. It was judged that this study is an useful as the basic guideline of color planning for the elderly's residential spaces and the potential value of considering geriatric depression and the color planning in terms of the elderly's visual sense.

대학생의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 다이어트 인식도 및 실천 행동 분석 (Analysis on Awareness and Practices for Diet according to Lifestyles of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and practices for diet according to the lifestyles of college students in Youngnam region. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaires during May 2007. One hundred-ninety samples were analyzed by SPSS Windows. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range test and chi-square test were conducted. The results were as follows. Lifestyles were categorized into four factors by factor analysis: popularity-seeking type, body-management-seeking type, convenience-seeking type and healthy-seeking type. In addition, the respondents belonged to one of four groups by cluster analysis: body-management-seeking group, popularity-seeking group, convenience-seeking group, and healthy-seeking group. There were significant differences in perception about individual body images, concern of diet, awareness of diet necessity and knowledge and practices for diet among the four groups. That is, the body-management-seeking group showed the highest levels of concern of diet, awareness of diet necessity and the practice of fasting therapy. Additionally, the healthy-seeking group showed the highest level of practice of exercise therapy.

노인교육으로서의 수학교육의 가능성 재고 (The Possibilities and Prospects of Mathematics Education as Older Adult's Education)

  • 매우 빠른 속도로 진행되고 있는 현재의 고령화 사회에 맞추어, 평생 교육의 중요성은 나날이 증대되고 있다. 온전한 삶을 살아가는 가치가 확산됨으로써 치매예방이나 건강한 두뇌를 위해서 뇌 활동이 강조되고 있다. 본고는 이를 위한 새로운 방안으로 노인교육의 일환으로 수학이라는 학문을 도입하여 노인의 정서적 인지적 수준에 적합한 수업내용을 고안하여 적용하는 수학교육 실천을 제안하고 있다. 노인의 기억력 증진과 사고력과 논리력을 신장시킬 수 있고, 게임 활동을 통하여 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있으며 궁극적으로는 자아개념과 자긍심을 높일 수 있는 '실버수학'을 제안하고, 이러한 '실버수학'의 구체적인 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 그 기본 요구 사항들을 제안하였다.

지역시민의식 형성 영향 요인 : 용인시를 중심으로 (Impacts of Local Civic Consciousness Formation : Focused on the Yong-in City)

  • 본 연구는 지역복지를 극대화하는 지방자치시대에 있어 지역주민으로서 갖추어야 할 시민의식 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 파악하였다. 즉, 지역사회 문제인식의 정도, 개인의 가치 및 태도, 그리고 사회활동 참여여부 등이 민주시민의식 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 지역사회의 상황과 현실에 맞춘 성숙한 시민의식 형성에 기여하고자 하였다. 조사는 용인시에 거주하는 20세 이상의 지역주민 600명을 대상으로 비례확률층화표집 하였다. 연구결과, 경제 환경문제인식, 노인문제인식 등 지역사회문제를 높이 인식하고, 사회적성취욕구, 자아인식, 문화적 가치지향 정도가 높고, 사회활동에 참여할수록 긍정적인 시민의식 형성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

청소년의 식생활 안전관리역량과 식생활 영역을 활용한 융합의 가치 인식 및 효능감, 역량과의 상관성 연구 (Correlation between adolescents' dietary safety management competency and value recognition, efficacy, and competency of convergence using dietary area: a descriptive study)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the correlation between adolescents' dietary safety management competency, value recognition, efficacy, and competency of convergence using the dietary area (CUDA). Methods: Data were collected from 480 middle and high school students in Daegu, Gyeongbuk and Seoul, Gyeonggi using a self-administered five-point Likert scale questionnaire from May to July 2021. A questionnaire was used to investigate dietary safety management competency, awareness of convergence, recognition of the benefits, efficacy, and competency of CUDA. Results: We conducted factor, reliability, correlation, and regression analyses using SPSS 25. The average scores for each factor were: dietary significance (3.68); dietary safety management knowledge (3.34); food selection and cooking (3.72); nutrition management (3.38); weight management (3.28); risk dietary management (3.13); CUDA interest (2.98); convergence necessity (3.50); benefits in specialized areas (3.31); benefits in everyday life (3.48); efficacy of science and technology convergence (3.35); convergence efficacy with humanities, social science, and arts (3.31); and CUDA competency (3.41). The score for interest in CUDA was lower than that for the recognition of CUDA benefits. Significant positive correlations were observed between all factors except between risk dietary management and both nutrition and weight management (P < 0.01). Interest in CUDA and recognition of the need for convergence exhibited a positive and significant effect on all factors of the perception of CUDA benefits and efficacy. The subgroup factors of dietary safety management competency and the recognition of CUDA had a positive effect on the CUDA competency (P < 0.001, R2= 0.58). Conclusions: Strengthening dietary safety management competency and increasing the awareness of CUDA can enhance adolescents' convergence competency. Therefore, CUDA and targeted education must be actively promoted among adolescents.
