  • Given operators X and Y acting on a Hilbert space H, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. An interpolating operator for n-operators satisfies the equation $AX_{i}\;=\;Y_{i}$, for i = 1,2,...,n. In this article, we showed the following: Let H be a Hilbert space and let L be a subspace lattice on H. Let X and Y be operators acting on H. Assume that range(X) is dense in H. Then the following statements are equivalent: (1) There exists an operator A in AlgL such that AX = Y, $A^{*}$ = A and every E in L reduces A. (2) sup ${\frac{$\mid$$\mid${\sum_{i=1}}^n\;E_iYf_i$\mid$$\mid$}{$\mid$$\mid${\sum_{i=1}}^n\;E_iXf_i$\mid$$\mid$}$:n{\epsilon}N,f_i{\epsilon}H\;and\;E_i{\epsilon}L}\;<\;{\infty}$ and = for all E in L and all f, g in H.

  • 한국의 희곡/연극 이론의 주요 텍스트인 「광대가」와 일본 희곡/연극 이론의 주요 텍스트인 「풍자화전」을 비교해 보면, 「광대가」는 다음과 같은 희곡/연극 이론으로서의 특징을 드러내고 있다. 첫째, 그 전체 내용 구성상에서는, 본질론·배우론·상연론 등 3개의 영역으로 구성되어 있으면서, 텍스트 중심의 희곡/연극이론이 아니라, 공연자 중심의 희곡/연극이론을 구축하고 있다. 둘째, 희곡/연극 본질론 상으로는, '공연하는 인간(homo performans)'으로서의 자각과 실천, '자생적 가치'의 옹호, 민중적 가치의 옹호, 민중적인 현세주의·허무주의에 대한 새로운 해석 등의 특징을 보여준다. 셋째, 배우론/연기론 상으로는 '4체 이론'을 골자로 해서 이론이 구축되고 있다. 넷째, 상연론 상의 특징으로는, 「풍자화전」의 그것이 '꽃의 실현'에 그 궁극적인 목표가 있는 반면에, 「광대가」의 그것은 우주 삼라만상의 온갖 변화와 조화를 표현하는 '천변만화(千變萬化)의 구현에 그 목표를 두고 있다.

  • Bacterial self-healing concrete is known to improve the durability of concrete by preventing the propagation of microcracks. In the literature, bacteria prevent the corrosion of rebar by inhibiting water transfer through crack, but also can promote the corrosion by acting as an ion acceptor in the rust generation mechanism. Therefore in this study, the electrochemical analysis of bio-filmed rebar was conducted to explore the effects of the self-healing bacteria on the bare rebar without cement composite. As a result of the experiment contradicting trends for Ecorr and Icorr occurred and additional experiment will be conducted in various environments to collect data on the mechanism of corrosion of rebar by bacteria.

의류 판매원의 감정 노동에 관한 질적 연구 -패스트 패션 판매원을 중심으로- (The Qualitative Study on the Emotional Labor of Fashion Sales Personnel -Focused on Fast Fashion Sales Personnel-)

  • This study investigates the emotional labor of fast fashion sales personnel using the qualitative research method. The research was performed through an in-depth interview with 10 sales personnel (managers, coordinators, head cashiers, and sales associates) who experienced fast fashion brands from July to October in 2011. The results of this study provide that fast fashion brands do have specific feeling rules and display behavior. Even though the sales personnel spend an extremely short time (about 1 minute) to serve customers, most of them experience exhaustion, fatigue, burnout and self-alienation because of emotional dissonance. Sales personnel do deep-acting and surface acting simultaneously and interviewees who have longer and more sales experience express less emotional dissonance. To reduce the negative results of emotional labor, the company plays an important role through the organizational culture; in addition, deep-acting could be recommended for a beginner until they are comfortable with sales. The results of this study provide the elements of emotional labor in a fast fashion and practical suggestions for store operation and sales personnel training.

  • 한류열풍이후 연기예술 분야가 산업화하면서 콘텐츠 투자의 안정화를 위한 배우경영의 과학화에 대한 요구가 높아졌다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 학제간 연구를 통해 융합적인 관점에서 새로운 배우 평가모델을 마련하기 위해 시작되었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 배우평가 요소들을 엄선해 분류하고 델파이기법을 적용하여 전문가들이 컨센서스를 이룬 결과, 배우의 평가요소는 자질적 요소인 연기 및 소통 능력, 신체 조건과 이미지, 연기와 작품에 대한 적극성과 열정, 작품 및 제작환경에 대한 이해도, 배우철학과 자기관리의 안정성, 성과적 요소인 시청자와 관객 동원 능력, 스타덤, 팬덤, 작품 경력, 네트워크 등 10가지로 도출되었다.

빙-선체 상호작용 시 모형선에 작용하는 빙하중 분포 특성 분석 (An Analysis of Characteristic of Ice Load Distribution on Model Ship due to Ship and Ice Interaction)

  • Knowledge about ice load distribution along the ship hull due to ship-ice interaction can provide important background information for the development of design codes for ice-going vessels. The objective of this study is to understand ship and ice interaction phenomena and determine the magnitude of ice load acting along a ship hull. The model tests were performed in the ice model basin in Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean engineering (KRISO) with the model of icebreaking ship Araon. Self-propulsion tests in level ice were performed with three difference model ship speeds. In the model tests, three tactile sensors were installed to measure the spatial distribution of ice load acting at different locations on a model ship, such as the bow and shoulder areas. Variation in the distribution of ice load acting on a model hull with ship speed is discussed.

Self-healing and leakage performance of cracks in the wall of a reinforced concrete water tank

  • A reinforced concrete water tank is a typical functional liquid storage structure and cracks are the greatest threat to the liquid storage structure. Tanks are readily cracked due to seismic activity, thereby leading to the leakage of the stored liquid and a loss of function. In order to study the effect of cracks on liquid storage tanks, self-healing and leakage tests for bending cracks and through cracks in the walls of a reinforced concrete water tank were conducted. Material performance tests were also performed. The self-healing performance of bending cracks in a lentic environment and through cracks in a lotic environment were tested, thereby the self-healing width of bending micro-cracks in the lentic environment in the short term were determined. The through cracks had the capacity for self-healing in the lotic environment was found. The leakage characteristics of the bending cracks and through cracks were tested with the actual water head on the crack. The effects on liquid leakage of the width of bending cracks, the depth of the compression zone, and the acting head were determined. The relationships between the leakage rate and time with the height of the water head were analyzed. Based on the tests, the relationships between the crack characteristics and self-healing as well as the leakage were obtained. Thereby the references for water tank structure design and grading earthquake damage were provided.

아크 용접에서 구동력에 따른 열 및 물질 유동에 관한 연구

  • In this study the heat transfer and fluid flow of the molten pool in stationary gas tungsten arc welding using argon shielding gas were investigated. Transporting phenomena from the welding arc to the base material surface, such as current density, heat flux, arc pressure and shear stress acting on the weld pool surface, were taken from the simulation results of the corresponding welding arc. Various driving forces for the weld pool convection were considered, self-induced electromagnetic, surface tension, buoyancy, and impinging plasma arc forces. Furthermore, the effect of surface depression due to the arc pressure acting on the molten pool surface was considered. Because fusion boundary has a curved and unknown shape during welding, a boundary-fitted coordinate system was adopted to precisely describe the boundary for the momentum equation. The numerical model was applied to AISI 304 stainless steel and compared with the experimental results.

  • Experiments were conducted to determine the structural dynamic characteristics of bump foil bearing. The housing of the bearing on the journal was driven by two shakers which were used to simulate dynamic forces acting on the bump foil strips. Three different bump foils(Cu-coated bump, silicon bump, viscoelastic bump) are tested and the dynamic coefficients of three bump foils compared, based on the experimental measurements for a wide range of operating conditions. From the test results, the high damping coefficients of viscoelastic bump are achieved and the possibility of the super-bending-critical operation is suggested.
