Blockchain is a technology designed to prevent tampering with digital documents or information, safeguarding transaction data and managing it in a structured manner. This proves beneficial in addressing issues of trust and data protection in B2B, B2C, and C2B transactions. Blockchain finds utility not only in financial transactions but also across diverse industrial sectors. This study outlines significant cases and responses that jeopardize the security of blockchain networks and cryptocurrency technology. Additionally, it analyzes safety and risk factors related to blockchain and proposes effective testing methods to preemptively counter these challenges. Furthermore, this study presents key security evaluation metrics for blockchain to ensure a balanced assessment. Additionally, it provides evaluation methods and various test case models for validating the security of blockchain and cryptocurrency transaction services, making them easily applicable to the testing process.

With the recent advances in communication technology and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure, home automation systems have emerged as a new paradigm for providing users with convenient smart home services. The IoT ecosystem has merged digital systems with the physical world, dramatically changing the way people live and work. However, at the same time, security remains one of the most significant research issues in IoT, as the deployment and application of high-availability systems come with various security risks that cause serious threats to users. Among them, the security issues arising from the interaction among devices/applications should not be underestimated. Attackers can exploit interactions among devices/applications to hack into the user's home. In this paper, we present a survey of research on detecting various types of interactions among devices/applications in IoT.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system has been used fur remote measurement and control on the critical infrastructures as well as modem industrial facilities. As cyber attacks increase on communication networks. SCADA network has been also exposed to cyber security problems. Especially, SCADA systems of energy industry such as electric power, gas and oil are vulnerable to targeted cyber attack and terrorism. Recently, many research efforts to solve the problems have made progress on SCADA network security. In this paper, we introduce recent security issue of SCADA network and propose the application of encryption method to Korea SCADA network.

On the satellite communication system, conventional key issues of control have been focused on the attitude and orbit control, monitoring and control of communication payload such as IOT(In-Orbit-Test) and CSM(Communication System Monitoring) and so on. As the vulnerabilities are being increased on the satellite communication network, security services are required to protect it against security violated attacks. In this paper, a security architecture for satellite communication network is presented in order to provide security services and mechanisms. Authentication protocol and encryption scheme are also proposed for spacecraft command authentication and confidentiality.

In this study, we have discussed and illustrated the security issues of WiMAX technology including vulnerabilities, threats and some security solution. Both physical layer and data link layer have been considered. Jamming is a major threat in physical layer, and in data link layer we study an authentication problem and see the problem of some unencrypted messages leading to lack of confidentiality. Some of these vulnerabilities have been solved in the recent amendment of 802.16 and some still remain. Moreover WiMax is a new technology yet.

This paper gives an overview of maritime safety and security systems in china. Law and legislation aspects are introduced. In the conclusion, new development and outlook of changes in the maritime safety and security systems in China are made.

본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬 보안지향성 연구모형을 우리나라 항만과 항만이용자들에게 적용하여 그들의 인식을 분석하는 것에 있다. 또한, SCM분야에서 공급사슬보안이라는 새롭게 등장한 연구주제를 통해 국내항만과 항만이용자들의 인식을 분석하여 보안과 관련된 이슈들에 대해서 어떠한 인식의 차이가 있는지를 보고자 한다. 공급사슬 보안지향성이라는 연구모형과 인터뷰를 통해 제시된 12개 변수들이 항만과 항만 이용자들에게 어떻게 인식되고 있고 그 변화는 통계적으로 유의한지를 살펴보았다. 두 개의 항만으로 이루어진 항만당국그룹과 다양한 기업들로 이루어진 항만이용자그룹으로 분류하여 427개의 설문지답변을 분석하였다. 그들의 답변내용을 바탕으로 간단한 분석을 실시하였고 선행요인, 보안지향성, 항만성과로 이루어진 세 개의 그룹 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 두 집단에서 발견되었다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 항만의 보안과 관련된 정책설정에 도움을 줄 수 있으며 향후 보안과 관련한 다양한 계량적, 확인적 연구가 계속해서 수행되어야 할 것이다.

노트북, 스마트 기기 및 다양한 IoT 장비를 통한 서비스 환경은 매우 빠르게 발달하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 환경에서 최근의 보안 대책은 주로 네트워크 응용 수준의 보안 대책인 방화벽(침입 차단 시스템-Firewall)과 IDS(침입 탐지 시스템-Intrusion Detection System)으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 최근에는 다양한 보안 데이터의 현장 활용이 이루어지고 있고 이런 보안 데이터의 관리와 파기에 대한 이슈 소요가 제기되고 있다. 이러한 보안 데이터의 관리를 위해 문서보안(DRM:Digital Rights Management)이나 데이터 손실 방지 솔루션(DLP:Data Loss Prevention)과 같은 제품이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이런 보안 대책에도 사용성 문제로 인해 현장에서 사용하기 위해 반출된 데이터 보안 대책은 대부분 환경에서 해당 데이터를 암호화하여 전달하고 저장하는 정도로 운영되고 있으며, 암호키 관리나 데이터의 파기에 관한 대책이 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제점을 기반하여 OS 기반의 보안 모듈을 제공함으로써 사용자는 동일한 인터페이스로 보안 데이터를 관리 운영할 수 있는 SecureOS Module을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a security platform, called SCAP(Security platform for CORBA based APplication), to cope with potential threats in a distributed object system. SCAP supports CORBA security specification announced by OMG. SCAP is comprised of four functional blocks, which co-work with ORB to provide security services: Authentication Block, Association Block, Access Control Block, and Security Information Management Block. It is designed to support Common Secure Interoperability Functionality Level 2, which is useful for large-scale intra-, or inter-network based applications. Actual security services, which are dependent on supporting security technology, will be provided as external security service for replace ability. Implementation issues such as how to simulate an interceptor mechanism using a commercial ORB product without source code, and how to extend Current object required for security services are also described. At the end of the paper, the SCAP applied to the web environment is described to show its practical utilization.

본고는 1990년대 중반부터 벌어진 미국의 사회보장연금 개혁논쟁의 내용과 쟁점 그리고 그 성격을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 미국의 사회보장연금이 적립방식으로 시작했다가 부과방식으로 전환한 과정, 논쟁의 기본 안이 된 사회방청 자문위원회의 세 가지 안, 이 세 안을 다소 변형시킨 정치계와 기업계 및 학계의 각종 제안들을 분석했으며, 각 안들의 비교 분석을 통해 주요 쟁점들을 추출하여 비판적으로 논의하였다. 최대 쟁점은 개인계정의 신설 여부와 펀드의 관리운영 주체를 정부로 할 것인가 아니면 민간투자회사로 할 것인가의 여부 및 사회보장연금의 세대간 소득계층간 재분배 효과에 있다는 사실을 규명했다. 동시에 핵심 쟁점을 둘러싼 입장의 차이도 밝혔다. 민영화를 주장하는 입장(IA 및 PSA 지지자)에서는 사회보장연금의 세대내 소득계층간 재분배 기능보다는 개인적 형평성과 저축제고 효과 그리고 민간의 관리운영과 민간 자본시장에의 투자를 선호했고, 부과방식 옹호자들(MB 지지자)은 사회보장연금의 세대간 소득계층간 재분배의 기능의 여전히 유효하고, 부과방식 연금의 기본 틀을 유지하면서 약간의 개혁(사회보장 세율의 인상과 급여 수준의 하향조정)으로 재정불건전 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 보는 것으로 확인되었다.
