  • We will can do quality of measurement of service that thing is quite abstract concept. Generally, we speak Service of quality that property of a product, usability of use, social quality requirement to a quality of service by wide meaning. A purpose of this study was comparison regarding a way to measure of service quality, and in the insufficient section there was anything, and progress of model study of service left no matter how much focus to it. There is comparative study a few progress of literature of a PZB, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, model. Desarbo, Huff, Rolandelli, & Choi, (1994: 125-131) proposed that to solve the above model contradiction point, and Presentation called a plan based on to Conjoint analysis. There is Critical point to decide on priority order of proposed model of service measurement. This study has a lot of the pieces which are short by absence of empirical study, but will make a supplementation in next term study.

  • A three dimensional body scanner for anthropomentric measurement has been developed. In this study, the slit laser beam projection method followed by digital image processing was used to provide accurate spatial data with the typical optical triangulation method to overcome the many difficulties in traditional in accurate and time-consuming tactic measurement method using rulers and gauges. Compared with other commercialized scanners. this system can obtain a relatively wide range of data at a much lower cost by the specially designed scanning process such as the simultaneous acquisition of vertical and horizontal body cross-section profiles.

  • A precise measurement of field test was performed to estimate the thermal performance of the forced convection electric air heater by experiment. Air temperature, flow rate and electrical power input were measured with the related measurement sensors, and acquisition methods for the measured data were studied to estimate the thermal performance of the tested air heater effectively. To determine the mean air temperature at the flow cross-section, measuring positions were chosen by considering the flow velocity profile and the equally divided cross-sectional area. From the experimental results, thermal efficiency was obtained accurately as an indication of the tested heating system performance.

  • This paper is structured into three main parts and a conclusion. The main section provide definitions of efficiency, effectiveness and performance in terms of the distribution channel, followed by a review of related performance measurement, before discussing difficulties of measurement. According to the theoretical approach, it appears that key theroretical issues are centered around customer service, logistics excellence, time compression, the use of IT, and a move towards integrated logistics. The empirical approach shows that in the past, various financial performance indicators were regarded as relevant management information. However, today, management needs additional performance indicators. Therefore, external assessments of effectiveness must be performed to measure customers' satisfaction with the physical flow of product through the distribution channel network. So, what is needed is to take previous normative and explorative research and progress through a framework by developing valid measures of distribution channel's effectiveness and efficiency, and identifying research methodologies suited to the data collection requirements.

  • This scoping review aimed to identify and categorize the available measurement options for vaginal laxity (VL), their indications of use, and whether these measurements can sufficiently provide objective clinical judgment for cases indicated for vaginal rejuvenation with many treatment options nowadays. Systematic searches were conducted on five electronic databases, manually searching articles' bibliographies and predetermined key journals with no date or study design limitations. We included all studies involving VL in their inclusion criteria, treatment indications, and outcome parameters. We used the Arksey and O'Malley frameworks as the guideline in writing this scoping review. Of the 9,464 articles identified, 66 articles and 11,258 subjects were included in the final analysis. The majority of studies were conducted in obstetrics and gynecology (73%), followed by plastic surgery (10%), medical rehabilitation (4.5%), dermatology (4.5%), and others (8%). Most studies originated from the North American region (30%). The following measurement tools were used: (1) interviews, (2) questionnaires, (3) physical/digital examinations, (4) perineometers, and (5) others. Our results suggested that subjective perception of laxity confirmed by directed interview or questionnaire is sufficient to confirm VL. Additional evaluation of pelvic floor muscle through digital examination or perineometer or other preferred tools and evaluation of sexual function through validated questionnaire (Female Sexual Function Index, Female Sexual Distress Scale-Revised, etc.) should follow to ensure holistic care to patients. Future research on the psychometric properties (reliability and validity) of commonly used measurements and the correlation in between subjective and objective measurements should be initiated before their clinical applications.

  • An especial attention for old tunnel safety is required on increasing of The various tunnel recently. Specially, the lining investigation method of the old tunnel will be able to presume condition of concrete lining indirectly. Because it is many restriction thought of environment and ground condition investigation method of tunnel lining rear. This study carried out section & convergence measurement of part which was deformed in tunnel lining. It had been observed for the change of tunnel behavior with a continuous measurement. It has been analyzed for a cause of tunnel deformation and inspected for the effect after a repair-reinforcement to tunnel compared with the effect before those by structure analysis. By establishing automatic measurement system after repair-reinforcement to tunnel, it would be accomplished to convergence measurement continually. As a result, it was observed that deflection and deformation of tunnel was convergent. but it should be followed to a continuous maintenance because of unstable ground condition, cause of inner tunnel, environment. The railroad tunnel which was executed a reinforcement of the tunnel lining must investigate the close condition of reinforcement lining and concrete lining.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the noise level and source, reduce the subway line II noise. As a result of measurement of subway line II in Busan the highest value section of uproad line was from Jigegol to Motgol by 89 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 21 sections(55%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(71%) were produced rolling noise, 3 sections(14%) squeal noise, 2 sections(10%) braking noise and 1 section(5%) fan noise, and then a main noise source was the rolling noise. In case of downroad line, the highest value section was from Busan Metro Art Museum to Centum city, Motgol to Jigegol by 88 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 18 sections(47%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(83%) produced rolling noise, 2 sections(11%) squeal noise and 1 section(6%) braking noise were investigated in this study. and then a main noise source was the rolling noise.

  • In this study, the flow characteristic analysis at the curved-channel of the actual channel section is compared and reviewed using the 2D RMA-2 model and the 3D FLOW-3D model. the curve section with curve rate 1.044 in the research section is analyzed applying the frequency of he project flood of 100 years. According to the result, the issue for the application of the FLOW-3D Model's three-dimensional numeric analysis result to the actual river is found to be reviewed with caution. Also, application of the 3D model to the wide basin's flood characteristic is determined to be somewhat risky. But, the applicability to the hydraulic property analysis of a partial channel section and the impact analysis and forecast of hydraulic structure is presumed to be high. In addition, if the parameters to reflect the vegetation of basin and the actual channel, more accurate topological measurement data and the topological data with high closeness to the current status are provided, the result with higher reliability is considered to be drawn.

  • Hot-wire measurements are reported on the developing turbulent flows subject to plane rate of strain in a rotating $90^{\circ}$ dog bend. The cross-section of the bend varies from $100mm{\times}50mm$ rectangular shape at the bend inlet gradually to the $50mm{\times}100mm$ shape at the bend outlet with remaining a constant area. Data signals from the rotating test section are transmitted through a slip ring to the personal computer which is located at the outside of the rotating disc. 3-dimensional velocity and 6 Reynolds stress components were calculated from the equations which correlate the fluctuating and mean voltage values measured with rotating a slant type hot-wire into 6 orientations. The effects of Coriolis and centrifugal forces on the mean motions and turbulence structures are investigated with respect to rotational speed.
