China has integrated maritime safety system which positively and effectively ensures safe navigation and environmental protection. This paper gives brief account on maritime safety rules and regulations, adminstrations and management mechanism, navigation aids and facilities, maritime communication and GMDSS etc. China is a developing country with fast economical growth. With a long coastline of 18,000 kilometers, and 5,000 more islands, China has a fairly developed shipping industry. China also sits in IMO Council as A member. In China , there are over 200 ports with an annual hadnling capacity of over 10,000 tons of cargo ; there are over 4,000 coasters and ocean-going ships with more than 3 million seafarers of which 1/3 being officers ; there are an aggregate gross tonnage 17 million gt for merchant ships. China ranks No.5 shipping country in the world as shown by Lloyd's Maritime Information Services Ltd. 1995. The Chinese shipping industry plays an important role in both domestic transportation and foreign trade. The Chinese government always attaches great importance to maritime safety . Since 1949, and from the adoption of reform-opening policy, China has gradually formed an integrated maritime safety system.

Recently, as the IoT(Internet of Things) and AI(Artificial Intelligence) technologies have developed, smart toys that can understand and act on the language of human beings are being studied. In this paper, we study voice learning using CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) by applying artificial intelligence based voice secretary technology to smart toy. When a human voice command gives, Smart Toy recognizes human voice, converts it into text, analyzes the morpheme, and conducts tagging and voice learning. As a result of test for the simulator program implemented using Python, no malfunction occurred in a single command. And satisfactory results were obtained within the selected simulation condition range.

Investigation of foodservices was carried out in 7 different day care centers in Gyeongnam area and no trition survey of their 481 children were undertaken between October 5 and November 3, 1994. The results were summarized as follows: Conditions of most equipments and facilities used in the kitchen were very defective especially in dishwashing and sterilizing step. Number of cooks and assistant cooks in foodservices was 1 or 2. Purchasing of foods and planning of menu were mainly done by the manager or the secretary. Menu was cycled weekly. None of the day care centers has empolyed a dietitian. Mean values of height and weight of children showed slightly over the standard of Korean children. Mean intakes of energy and all the nutrients from the lunch, which was served by day care centers, were below 30% of the Korean RDAs. Mean value of protein, thiamine and niacin were above 25％ of the RDAs. Intakes of Ca, Fe and Riboflavin were lower than the ones of other nutrients. It is suggested that dietitians should be empolyed to take care of meal services and nutrition education for the children.

최근 AI, 음성인식, 빅데이터, IoT의 발달에 의해 홈 스마트 비서에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 맞추어 국내외 대기업들은 청각 중심의 다양한 스마트 비서 제품을 출시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 단점을 보완한 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 제안한다. 스마트-홈 비서 시스템은 전방 상황 및 사용자의 행동을 인식할 수 있게 하는 영상 처리부, 카메라에서 획득한 정보에 따라 상황에 맞추어 Pseudo-Hologram 콘텐츠를 재생하는 영상 표출부로 구성되어 있다. Pseudo-Hologram을 활용하여 표출함으로써 사용자 UI/UX에 실감성을 더한 시각적인 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 구현하였다.

Recently, individuals are interested in a variety of products and services based on artificial intelligence. Among those products and services, an intelligent personal assistants are attracting many attention from IT companies as a next generation platform. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate effects of intelligent personal assistant's benefits on user's value formation and adoption behavior based on Value-based Adoption Model. In addition, the moderating effect of personal innovativeness is examined through empirical analysis. Based on the analysis with the data from actual users, the results show that usefulness, enjoyment, technicality and cost advantage have significant influences on perceived value and correspondingly have an effect on intention to adopt. Personal innovativeness is related to the relationship between perceived value and intention to adopt. These findings may provide important insights to the relevant field regarding the use and spread of intelligent personal assistants.

In the present study, type A influenza live virus, NC-22-8, which is a combination of a cold-adapted attenuated donor virus (HTCA-A101) and a wild type virus (A/New Caledonia/20/99), was constructed and the efficacy of this new virus was assessed by immunogenicity and protection tests in the mouse model. NC-22-8 (1'$10^7, 1'10^5, 1'10^3$ pfu/mouse) was intranasally administered to mice. Four weeks later, the titers of specific IgG and haemagglutinin inhibiton (HI) were measured from blood and the titer of secretary IgA (sIgA) was also detected from boncho alveolar lavage (BAL) and mucosal fluid. 경호학과 또는 경호비서학과로 명칭 되는 민간시큐리티의 학과설치는 시민의 안전의식 증대와 밀접한 연관성을 갖고 있으며, 사회치안활동에 대한 경찰력의 물리적 한계를 보완하기 위한 조치로서 안전 전문인력 양성에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 시민의 안전지킴이로서 시큐리티 전문요원을 양서하기 위한 관련학과의 설치는 1995년을 기점으로 하여 2006년 현재 전국적으로 63개 대학(2년제, 4년제 포함)에서 설치${\cdot}$운영되고 있다. 물론 학과의 명칭은 다소 차이가 있더라도 학과가 추구하는 공통목표는 민간인에 의한 대민안전서비스 활동이다. 민간인 또는 민간기관에 의한 사회범죄예방 및 생활안전서비스는 이미 선진국에서는 보편화되어 사회의 중추적인 안전역할을 담당하고 있고, 경찰력인 공경비와의 보완적인 관계에서 독자적인 영역을 형성하고 있다. 그러나 아직 대학교육체계의 확립이 미흡한 실정이며 이로 인한 전문교육의 정착도 민간경비산업의 발달에 부응하지 못하는 측면을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특히 현실적인 문제점으로 부각되고 있는 전문교육기관인 대학에서 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 교육과정의 본질과 차이성에 대한 분석을 함으로서 전문인력의 양성체계와 사회적 수요문제의 적합성을 논하려 한다.

인공지능(AI) 기술이 발달함에 따라 다양한 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 인공지능을 활용한 챗봇(Chatbot)의 이용도 여러 분야로 확대되고 있으며, 특히 모바일 쇼핑 이용이 증가하면서 챗봇 서비스의 소비자와의 소통 기능이 주목 받고 있다. 그러나 챗봇에 대한 연구는 초기 단계이며 모바일 커머스에서 이용하는 챗봇에 대한 선행연구는 아직 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 쇼핑 챗봇에 대한 소비자 반응을 실증적으로 살펴보고 의인화된 챗봇의 에이전트로서의 유형과 메시지 유형이 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 챗봇 에이전트 유형(비서/친구)과 메시지 유형(사실/평가)을 독립변수로 $2{\times}2$ 집단 간 실험을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 챗봇 에이전트 와 메시지 유형이 소비자의 챗봇에 대한 지각된 인식 및 반응에 미치는 주효과는 발견되지 않았지만, 에이전트 유형과 메시지 유형의 간 상호작용이 나타났다. 구체적으로 에이전트 유형이 비서일 때에는 사실적 메시지로 상품 추천을 하였을 때 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 친구일 경우에는 평가적 메시지 유형이 보다 긍정적인 반응을 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 챗봇 서비스에 대한 소비자 반응을 이해하기 위해서 커뮤니케이션 요소들을 고려해야 하며 이를 적절하게 활용하여 긍정적인 경험을 유도할 수 있다는 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

강력한 대통령중심제를 채택하고 있는 대한민국에서 대통령이 인사권을 가진 직위에 대하여 업무 능력, 평판, 비위 여부 등을 종합적으로 인사검증하는 것은 국가운영의 기본일 뿐만 아니라 민주주의 체계의 유지를 위해서도 매우 중요하다. 그 과정에서 생산된 인사검증 관련 기록물 또한 국가의 중요 인물들에 대한 광범위한 자료를 담고 있어, 그 자체로 매우 중요한 국가적 차원의 정보이며, 후세에 현재의 국가운영을 연구하는 데 유용한 사료로 활용될 가능성이 매우 높다. 그렇기 때문에 2007년 「대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률」 제정 이후, 인사검증 업무를 담당한 대통령비서실 민정수석비서관실은 광범위한 인사검증기록물을 대통령지정기록물로 지정하여 대통령기록관으로 이관하였을 것으로 추정된다. 그런데 제20대 정부가 출범하면서 2022년 6월부터 인사검증 담당기관이 대통령비서실 민정수석비서관실에서 법무부 '인사정보관리단'으로 변경됨에 따라 그간 유지된 인사검증 프로세스와 관련된 기록물의 보존에 커다란 변화가 생겼다. 이에 이 연구에서는 우선 인사검증기록물이 무엇이며 그간 어떻게 보존되고 관리되어 왔는지를 살펴 보았다. 그리고 이번 인사검증 담당기관의 변화로 인해 기록관리 차원에서 어떠한 쟁점이 생겨났는지, 그 쟁점들을 어떤 방식으로 해결해야 하는지에 대하여 실무적· 제도적 차원에서 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

The (Na,K)ATPase is responsible for generating the ionic gradients and membrane potentials by the exchange of intracellular $Na^+$ for $K^+$. It has been recentl y shown that (Na,K)ATPase is involved in the exocytic pathway of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), although it is not known that bFGF is secreted to the outside of cell through direct interaction with (Na,K) ATPase. To understand the role for (Na,K)ATPase in the secretary pathway of bFGF, we have sought to identify the cytoplasmic domains of the alpha1 isoform of (Na,K)ATPase interacting with bFGF by yeast two-hybrid system. We have also investigated the interaction between the alpha2 isoform of (Na,K)ATPase and bFGF to find out whether the interaction is isoform-specific. We found that none of the cytoplasmic domains of (Na,K)ATPase isoforms interacted with bFGF. The result suggests that the interaction between bFGF and (Na,K)ATPase might be indirect, thus requiring other proteins which are involved in the formation of protein complexes for the interaction, although we cannot exclude the possibility that the interaction requires the element of the whole alpha subunit structure that was not present in the isolated alpha subunit cytoplasmic domains.
