Hanbok is a our own history and tradition and is an icon of Korean history and culture. Today, the costumes are moving around the world fashion trend due to the development of mass media and internet at the same time. This is an important clue to marketing activities and can be used for predictive analysis. Although Hanbok is changing little by little every year, research on the trend of Hanbok is rare. This study analyzed the results of searching for 'Hanbok' as a keyword in Portal Site Naver and posting a customized purchase of Hanbok for marriage between 2016 and 2017. The analysis was based on analyzing the photos uploaded, and analyzing purchase reason in the On-line review. Most buyer of Hanbok purchased for prepare marriage. The choice of a customized hanbok is mostly to search online or to use the fair. The most important factor in choosing a custom Hanbok that appeared in online reviews is color and then price. The color of the jacket is mostly light color and the off-white color is the most used and the long skirt such as the pink system, the chorale system and the red system, and it can be seen that the pink skirt is overwhelmingly large. In the design of Hanbok, The sleeves were straight and narrow, and the length was the chest line. The collar were enlarged and widened. 고름 used the sole color instead of the jacket and skirt color, and it was narrow not long. skirt's pleats was wide, and designed to overlap with double color of the fabric.
Objectives: Gyejibokryeong-hwan (GBH), a traditional Korean herbal medicine, has been widely used for the treatment of the blood stasis syndrome. This study is purposed to analyze the experimental research trend of GBH in Korea for developing further research plan. Methods: A search of Korean research database-Oasis, RISS and KISS- and Pubmed was carried out for publications until 2015, for the words, 'Guizhifulingwan', ‘Gyejibokryeonghwan’, or ‘Keishibukuryogan’. Then study selection is conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, studies not related or using modified formula or administered for human are excluded, 48 studies are included in this review, finally. We analyzed studies by research method, subject, outcome measure, and result of the study. Results: There were 31 in vivo studies about the effect of GBH on platelet aggregation, anti-oxidant, blood viscosity, and hypercholesterolemia, etc. 12 in vitro studies were about the effect of GBH on the cervical carcinoma, chronic kidney disease, uterine myoma, hepatocarcinoma, atherosclerosis, cancer chemo-prevent. 9 ex vivo studies were about the effect of GBH on the platelet aggregation, chronic kidney disease, ovaulatory disorder, and rheumarthritis.Conclusions: We proposed the translational research of GBH involving scientific discoveries and developing practical applications by investigating the concept of blood stasis syndrome in terms of current physiopathological mechanism.

The authors' author keywords are the most important elements that characterize the contents of the paper, By analyzing this in real time and providing it to users, It is possible to grasp research trends. Unstructured data of a journal created in a paper is constructed as a database, make use of this to make index data structure that can search in real time. In the index data structure, a thesis containing a specific keyword is searched, By extracting and clustering the author keywords, By presenting to the user a word cloud that can be displayed by size according to the weight, designed a method to visualize research trends. We also present the results of the research trend analysis of the keywords "virus" and "iris recognition" in the implemented system.
Over-the-counter (OTC) drugs refer to medicines that are generally safe when used according to the product label. We aimed to assess and reflect upon changes in perception of health and health-related demands by decades in Korea according to the consumption and sales trends of OTC drugs. This study was conducted by literature search on the production and sale rankings of OTC drug market in Korea. Changes in the OTC drug market were analyzed and organized by decades to evaluate changes in drug demands and the influence of national and societal factors. There was a specific trend in the most popular drugs by decades. In the 1950s, drugs of top necessity were antibiotics and helminthics. In the 1960s, the pharmaceutical industry quickly grew and invigorators, such as Bacchus$^{(R)}$, Alps$^{(R)}$, Aronamin$^{(R)}$, were top manufactured drugs. Popularity of these invigorating drinks and vitamin products continued until the 1990s. In 1990s, sales of topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Ketotop Plaster$^{(R)}$, Trast Patch$^{(R)}$), and in 2000s, gum disease medicine (Insadol$^{(R)}$) and liver and intestine supplement (Ursa$^{(R)}$) were prominent. However, after the separation of prescribing and dispensing in 2000, the sales of OTC drugs decreased dramatically from 58.7% of the total market share in 1990s to 39.6% in 2000 and this trend has continued. In 2012, thirteen OTC drugs were allowed to be sold in convenience stores, and as the sales of health functional foods have been expanding beyond pharmacies, sales of invigorators and nutritional supplements in pharmacies have continued to decrease. As government's drug expenditure will continue to grow, reclassification of OTC drugs based on established safety information and deliberate team efforts on continued development of OTC drugs to meet the health demands of Koreans are required by the healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical industries, and the government.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend by conducting a systematic review of domestic research on clinical fieldwork in occupational therapy. From 2000 to 2019, papers registered in the Google Scholar, RISS, KISS, and National Library of Korea databases were searched. The search term was "Occupational Therapy" AND "Clinical Fieldwork", and a total of 8 studies were finally selected. As a result of analyzing the research trend, the most frequently used data collection method were surveys 6 studies(75.0%), and the most frequent subject were occupational therapy students was 6 studies(75.0%). The most frequent main theme was satisfaction of clinical fieldwork 4 studies(50.0%). In the future, it was confirmed that quantitative and qualitative growth of clinical research related to occupational therapy in Korea is needed.

The purposes of this study were to investigate Chinese female consumers' shopping orientation and clothing shopping behaviors on the internet and to find the differences in internet shopping behaviors of consumer groups segmented by clothing shopping orientation. The subjects were 417 women in their 20s and 30s from the Gillim Province, China. The research method was a survey, and the questionnaire consisted of a clothing shopping orientation subscale, clothing, their shopping behaviors via the internet, and the subjects' demographic characteristics. For data analysis, a frequency analysis, a cross-tab analysis, a factor analysis, a cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test were performed. The results of this study were as follows. The clothing shopping orientation was derived using five factors (trend pursuit, pleasure pursuit, brand pursuit, economic pursuit, and convenience pursuit). Chinese female consumers were classified into three groups (hedonic group, ambivalent group, and practical group) by clothing shopping orientation. These three groups showed many significant differences in their clothing shopping behaviors on the internet. The hedonic group preferred the specialty and cross-border shopping malls, and considered product quality and trend as their main purchase motives. The ambivalent group considered the convenience of the purchase and trend as important motives as compared to the other groups, and they use more various product selection criteria. The practical group considered low price and convenience and the search simplicity of various products as major purchase motives. In addition, the hedonic and ambivalent groups had a higher purchase satisfaction and purchase intention from internet shopping than the practical group. This study suggested that clothing shopping orientation is one of the useful segmentation variables and fashion marketers needed to establish differentiated marketing strategies for each consumer group that is segmented by clothing shopping orientation.
Prolonged recession has caused the youth unemployment rate in Korea to remain at a high level of approximately 10% for years. Recently, the number of unemployed Koreans in their 30s and 40s has shown an upward trend. To expand the government's employment promotion and unemployment benefits from youth-centered policies to diverse age groups, including people in their 30s and 40s, prediction models for different age groups are required. Thus, we aimed to develop unemployment prediction models for specific age groups (30s and 40s) using available unemployment rates provided by Statistics Korea and Google search queries related to them. We first estimated multiple linear regressions (Model 1) using seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average approach with relevant unemployment rates. Then, we introduced Google search queries to obtain improved models (Model 2). For both groups, consequently, Model 2 additionally using web queries outperformed Model 1 during training and predictive periods. This result indicates that a web search query is still significant to improve the unemployment predictive models for Koreans. For practical application, this study needs to be furthered but will contribute to obtaining age-wise unemployment predictions.
This study aimed at analyzing the trend of re-search on pain in Korea, suggesting direction future pain research, and contributing to the use of pain interventions in nursing practice. Research studies on pain were selected from journals of medical and nursing schools, the Korean Nurse, the Korean Nurses' Academic Society Journal, the Central Journal of Medicine, the New Medical Journal, and from theses and dissertations, which were conducted between 1970 and 1994. The total number of the studies was 93. These studies were analyzed for 1) time of publication or presentation, 2) thesis for a degree or nondegree, 3) research design, 4) characteristics of subjects used in each study, 5) measurement tool, 6) types of correlated variables, 7) Korean terms for pain 8) types of nursing interventions, and 9) results of studies. The findings of the analysis can be summerized as follows : 1) The number of studies related to pain has increased rapidly since the early 1980's. The number of experimental research studies related to pain has increased chronologically, but the number of survey research studies related to pain was highest from 1981 to 1985, after that it decreased slowly. 2) The subjects in 19 studies were healthy people and, in 73 studies, patients with various illnesses. Thirty two studies were conducted with surgical patients. 3) Sixty one pain research studies were done for a thesis for a degree and 32 were nondegree research studies. 4) As measurement tools for pain, self- report pain scales were used in 54 studies and more than two tools were used in 28 studies. In the experimental studies, the trend was to use more than two tools. And in the nonexperirnental studies, the trend was to use self-report pain scales only. 5) There were 11 correlational studies. In these studies, the trend was to study anxiety, depression and variables such as intravenous infusion as related to pain.6) In the thirty six experimental studies, the effects of 16 types of nursing interventions weretested. Teaching and information, and relaxation technique were the most popular interventions for pain. 7) In eighteen methodological studies, the majority were studies testing the validity and re-liability of Dr. Lee's Korean Pain Rating Questionnaire. The following suggestions are made based on the above findings : 1) The patterns of these studies related to pain in Korea need to be compared with trends in other countries. 2) Meta - analysis should be done to analyze and integrate the results of various studies. 3) This analysis of pain research is needed to identify the present trend of pain research and to suggest the direction of future pain research, so these patterns of studies should be done in 5 to 10 year intervals. 4) More replicated pain research is needed to prove the effect of nursing interventions and more qualitative research on pain is needed to identify indepth the meaning of pain. 5) Pain researchers should make an effort to apply research result in various clinical settings and try to carry out team research with clinical nurses or with other multidiscipinary researchers.

This study has been aimed to analyze the following three points which are believed to be the most important in establishing efficient library networks. The writers have done the research into the literature and references concerning the networks of library, as they are considered crucial functions in cooperative administration between the libraries. The following are the findings from the survey: 1) The established networks in foreign countries have been compared with those of Korea, basing upon the data and present situations in both areas and the definition and agreed viewpoint of the networks are presented. 2) The relations between the existing Library system and Consortia were clarified in view of the current trend, thus showing the scope and integral aspects of them. 3) Finally, we have classified the types of network into four categories, such as search service network, customized service network, service center/network and state local networks, and made through analysis of the character, organization and management of each realm.
The purpose of this study is to survey fabric knowledge about apparel products, and to identify not only clothing purchase criteria but the impact of fabrics on the decision-making process in clothing purchase. The 234 questionnaires were distributed to university students(120 males, 114 females), and were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, $x^{2}$ and ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1) The students had apparel fabrics knowledge above the average, and there were partially significant differences in the knowledge by genders. 2) They put a higher priority, in purchasing apparel products, on factors such as design, size, color, fabric, and price of clothing than those including ease of care, sewing, and fashion trend. 3) The consideration of fabrics influenced a post-purchase process. 4) Male students showed less concern, except information search process, with the fabric than females in the decision-making process for clothing purchase.
