Information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the primary zones that stimulates economic development in today's globalized world. It promotes technological developments in worldwide communication and manufacturing systems, as well as economic growth and development. Many economic activities, such as international trade and foreign direct investment, rely heavily on contemporary information and communications technologies (FDI). The goal of this study is to look at the dynamic relationship between FDI, ICT, trade openness, and economic growth in the context of BRICS countries from 2000 to 2018, with Gross Domestic Product as the dependent variable and Telephone subscriptions, Mobile subscriptions, Broadband subscriptions, Internet subscribers, Secure internet servers, Trade, and Foreign direct investment as the independent variables.Two variables are used as proxies to manage the macroeconomic environment, while five variables are used as proxies for ICT infrastructures. The outcomes of this study are analyzed using Generalized Methods of Movements (GMM). According to this study, ICT has a positive impact on the economic growth of a few countries. Trade openness and foreign direct investment, on the other hand, have a negative impact on economic growth. As growing countries, the BRICS must participate in economic reform and liberalization measures. This report suggests policy proposals for improving ICT standards, focusing especially on economic growth, trade openness, and increasing foreign investment in the BRICS countries.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 과정의 경험을 살펴보고 이들의 학교적응을 강화시킬 수 있는 실천 및 정책적 대안을 제시하는 것으로 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 학업중단 다문화 청소년 4명을 대상으로 심층면접을 수행하였고, 현상학적방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 '위기의 가족', '학교부적응', '차별과 갈등', '학교폭력 피해', '학업중단 위기', '학업중단 숙려제도 미작동', '학교를 떠남' 등 7개 대주제와 19개 소주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The paradigm of rural development projects has shifted and expanded from agricultural production based on the way of improving the residential environments in order to achieve the quality of life staying in rural areas. The purpose of this study is to evaluate policy directions of rural development projects by investigating government projects conducted successively starting from the Participatory Government of President Roh in 2003 and to the present Government of President Moon. In consideration of administrative affairs, the projects include the Balanced National Development Project, Quality of Life Improvement and Regional Development for Rural Villages Projects. The study examined changes in visions and key agendas proposed in national affairs as well as those in the visions and strategies exhibited by local development project plans through various governments. The core contents examined are the project characteristics, transformation process through government changes, and the law of status pertaining to rural development projects. The direction of implementation for the rural development projects implemented by each government provide an opportunity of understanding the transformation process in each project that has been still effective currently. This study is expected to provide a basic set of data to be used for a proposal for new rural development projects while still being useful to be referred or integrated to other national and regional projects.

The purpose of this study was to investigate user satisfaction at Defense Medical Information System as it has been utilized as a part of National Defense Information Strategies since Aug. 2000. The subjects of this study were nurse officers and army surgeons of a hospital with 1,000 beds. The results of this study are as follows; First, according to the characteristics of the subjects, there was statistically significant difference in system satisfaction, job satisfaction and information satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System. Second, according to the intention of participation, there was a statistically significant difference in user satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System. Third, according to a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, there was statistically significant difference only in job satisfaction. Fourth, factors to influence system satisfaction were one's duty, using period of Military Hospital Information System, and a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System. Factors to influence job satisfaction were a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, one's duty and intention of participation. Factors to influence information satisfaction were one's duty, a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, and intention of participation. As the first study on user satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System, this study suggests the followings. First, a plan to inspire users with intention of participating in information system should be prepared. Second, it is necessary to provide policy activities for job standardization of Military Hospital Information System and legal system improvement.

The research aims to investigate the impact levels of determinants on the conversion of financial statements from Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) to International financial reporting standards (IFRS) in the multinational firms in Vietnam. The method of data collection was done through the survey and subjects are accountants in Multinational Firms doing business in Hanoi and ten neighboring provinces. After checking the information on the votes, there are 170 questionnaires with full information for data entry and analysis. We use Cronbach's Alpha, EFA analysis and run regression model to investigate the impact levels of each independent variable on dependent variable of the conversion of VAS financial statements to IFRS. The results show that five determinants including Economic, Politics, Law, Culture, and Conditions for implementation have positive relationships with the conversion of VAS financial statements to IFRS. In particular, Economic determinant is the most strongest. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving the conversion of VAS financial statements to IFRS of multinational firms doing business in the context of Vietnam. The results are considered a useful reference for firms when making financial statements to transparently change the financial statement information and improve the quality of financial statement information.

Objectives: This study aims to examine factors affecting depression of Older Adults by using the data of the elderly survey conducted by the Korea Institute of Health and Social Affairs in 2020. Methods: The total sample was 4,777 people aged over 65 years old. In this study, sociodemographic variables, information devices'use behavior and discomfort variables were input to examine the effect on depression. The data was analyzed with t²-test, ANOVA and hierarchical regression by SPSS statistic program. Results: First, use behavior and discomfort of information devices and depression were significantly different by sociodemographic variables(sex, age, level of education, marital status). Secondly, regression analysis showed that age and level of education affected an influence on depression in Model 1, which analyzed only sociodemographic variables. However, Model 2, which analyzed devices' use behavior and discomfort variables at the same time, showed that they affected depression. Conclusions: It was suggested to develop customized health education and mental health promotion were needed to reduce depression in the elderly.

Medical information is one of significant private information that includes in-dividual's own diverse information. Once opened, it exposes one's health condition and medical history to a third party, which could bring about serious troubles. On this account, the third parties are of much concerns about the information. If medical information collected through various routes is used with another purpose, oilier than the initial intention, it might cause serious results beyond one's control. Thus, it is essential to keep the information confidential. Also, the discrimination based on the medical information ought to be banned because it is likely to happen that exposed information socially stigmatizes a person, being discriminated in a work place or a school when he/she is employed or gets an insurance. In the current system, only medical institutions are responsible for protecting or securing medical records. Despite the information technology development and the increased interests in medical information, there are quite a few limitations in legal, technical, and administrative aspects. All kinds of organizations, involved in collecting and using the information, as well as medical institutions primarily producing and managing it should share the responsibilities.

본 성적관리 시스템의 설계는 학생과 학부모가 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 환경구성, 간편한 조작 기능, 성적 관련 상담을 위한 상담실, 성적 활용을 위한 성적 검색, 성적 및 재학증명서 신청 및 출력할 수 있도록 구성하였으며 전체 구조는 로그인을 제공하여 관리자 화면과 학생/학부모 화면으로 분류되고 공지사항, 성적입력 및 변경, 성적검색, 성적통계, 성적 및 재학증명서 출력과 성적관련 상담실과 자료실 등으로 설계하였다. 웹 상에서의 정보제공 및 성적 관리의 표준화를 위하여 XML을 사용하였고, 성적관리의 편리성 및 자료의 활용성을 높이기 위하여 관계형 데이터베이스인 MS-SQL SERVER 2000을 사용하였다. 본 시스템을 현장에 적용시켜 본 결과 학생측면에서는 성적 정보의 획득으로 인한 학부모·교사와의 상담 증가 및 성적 증가와 교사에 대한 신뢰감이 증가하였으며 학부모측면에서는 자녀 교사와 상담, 자녀에 대한 관심도, 학교와 선생님에 대한 신뢰감이 증가하였고, 교사측면에서는 학생·학부모와 상담, 성적자료의 활용성 증가 및 업무가 경감되었다.

정부의 행정기관과 사법기관들은 정보보안을 위해서 네트워크 분리와 CERT를 구축하여 활용하고 있다. 하지만 입법부는 기본적인 보안시스템만을 갖추고 있어, 상대적으로 보안 취약점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 입법부인 국회와 국회사무처, 국회도서관에 대한 정보보안을 위한 연구를 한다. 국회 정보보안을 위한 네트워크 구성을 외부의 인터넷과 직접 연결된 인터넷 네트워크와 내부 업무 네트워크로 분리하는 것이다. 네트워크 분리에 따른 자료의 이동은 보안USB 메모리를 이용하는데, 사용자가 불편한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 문제점 분석과 보안USB 메모리 사용에 대한 보안 취약성 문제를 연구를 한다. 이를 개선하기 위한 사용자의효율성 및 대책과 보안성을 강화하는 방안에 대해 연구한다.

Computerization of educational administration following educational informatization of government has been steadily improved for the purpose of teachers' offload and job efficiency, finally resulting that NEIS(National Education Information System) has been completed. The NEIS consists of Nationwide service of NEIS, Business portal system of NEIS, Authentication management system and so on. Students, parents and civil petitioners handle civil affairs through Nationwide service of NEIS and teachers and persons of task conduct theirs business by accessing the Business portal system of NEIS. At this time, users have to obtain their certification from Authentication management system. Previous Studies were mainly focused on the evaluation about its performance according to the introduction of NEIS. But from now on there is a growing interest in security assessment and an efficient method for security improvement to check if NEIS works properly. Therefore, in this thesis, we'll propose an analytic framework in which security assessment is carried out after comprehending the fault structures through performing Fault Fishbone Analysis based on the Fault Tree Analysis. As a result of the system applied, the system had the highest rate of improvement to 47.7 percent.
