청년의 세대관계 유형화: 세대 간 결속의 하위차원을 중심으로 (Typology of Young Korean Adults' Relationships with their Parents from an Intergenerational Solidarity Lens)

  • The literature on parent-child relationships in young adulthood lacks a systemic approach that considers the multifaceted nature of intergenerational relationships. In this paper, we identify the latent profiles of young Korean adults' relationships with their parents based on the six dimensions of intergenerational solidarity (structural, associational, affectual, consensual, functional, and normative solidarity) as indicators. We considered solidarity for the mother and the father separately for structural, associational, affectual, and consensual dimensions. In terms of functional and normative solidarity, we measured both upstream and downstream intergenerational support. The sample included 1,015 young adults who were 19-34 years old, never married, not in secondary school, and had both parents living. The latent profile analysis revealed four profiles: (a) independent but intimate (22.7%), (b) coresident, outwardly intimate (32.4%), (c) detached from father (6.7%), and (d) coresident, intimate (38.2%). The factors that predicted each profile included the young adults' education, income, subjective socioeconomic status, and experiencing the features of emerging adulthood along with the parents' marital status, father's employment, and overparenting. The "coresident, intimate" group reported significantly higher levels of life satisfaction and fewer depressive symptoms compared to the other three groups. The lowest levels of psychological adjustment were found in the "coresident, outwardly intimate" group and "detached from father" group.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 회복탄력성이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-Leadership and Resilience on College Adjustment in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 회복탄력성이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하고자 시행되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 5월 20일부터 6월 10일까지였고, 간호대학생 232명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 연구도구는 셀프리더십, 회복탄력성, 대학생활 적응이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 일반적 특성과 관련한 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응의 차이는 학년(F=4.952, p=.002)과 전공만족(F=13.052, p<.001)에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셀프리더십, 회복탄력성, 대학생활 적응은 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 회복탄력성 중 긍정성(${\beta}=0.494$, p<.001), 셀프리더십 중 행동중심적 전략(${\beta}=-0.247$, p<.001)과 자연적 보상전략(${\beta}=0.168$, p=.015) 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 전공만족을 향상시킬 수 있도록 정기적인 상담 등에 관심을 기울여야 할 것이며, 대학생활의 적응을 높이기 위해 긍정성, 행동중심적 전략, 자연적 보상전략을 강화하는 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 간호대학생들이 효율적인 대학생활을 해나갈 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이고, 나아가 건강한 사회인으로 성장하는데 영향을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • 국내의 약국 시장은 의약분업이라는 분기를 기점으로 커다란 변화를 겪었다. 의약분업과 함께 이전에 약국을 찾던 환자들이 병 의원으로 이동하게 되었고, 약국은 병 의원에 대한 의존도가 높아지자 약국은 처방조제 이외의 활로를 모색하기 위한 다양한 활동들을 시작하였다. 이때를 전후해 유통의 중요성이 강조되고, 약국의 경쟁력 강화에 대한 필요가 늘어나면서 프랜차이즈 시장으로 급격히 성장하였다. 약국 프랜차이즈 기업들은 가맹 약국을 위한 주요 제품의 자체브랜드화, 약국 취급 품목의 다양화, 소비자 중심 진열기법 활용과 더불어 일반 프랜차이즈와는 차별화되는 약국 시장에 맞추어 약사 직능의 전문성 강화를 위한 약학 경영학 강의 등을 지속적으로 시행하며 시장 경쟁력을 강화시켜나가고 있으나, 이를 뒷받침해줄 학술적 연구와 조사는 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 도움을 주기 위한 연구로서 약국 프랜차이즈 시장의 외형적 규모 유지 및 확대에 영향을 주는 재계약의도와 추천의도에 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 재계약의도와 추천의도는 브랜드 신뢰에서 긍정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 브랜드 신뢰는 브랜드 약속, 직원 진정성, 독창성, 제품 우수성, 브랜드 명성, 브랜드 동일시, 교육 만족도의 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다.

신장이식 수혜자의 경험 (A Study on the Experience of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure who have Received a Kidney Transplant)

  • The grafting of a kidney has been found to be the best medical treatment for patients who have renal insufficiency failure, but the patients still have experienced much trouble and apprehension. This study was done to further nursing theory developing for patients who have has a kidney graft from another person. The research method followed grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin. The subjects were three female and four male patients. This study done befween Oct. 1997 and Mar. 1998. All of the subjects were interviewed by the author. Interview were done by the long interview technique and observation. In the process of data analysis, 'heart-boiling' was found to be the core phenomenon. The results were composed to 101 concepts. These concepts were grouped into nineteen categories, and then to twelve categories. There were 12 super-class categories as follows ; 'pain', 'heart-boiling', 'experience of dialysis', 'term of admission to a hospital', 'support of other person', 'dependence on God', 'direction', 'negative reaction', 'positive reaction', 'comfortable', 'lacking', 'acceptance'. In this process, 14 hypotheses were derived from the categories as follows ; (1) The more experience with dialysis that the patients have, the stronger the heart-boiling will tend to be. (2) The less experience with dialysis the patients have, the weaker the heart-boiling will tend to be. (3) The longer admission to hospital the patients have, the stronger the heart-boiling will be. (4) The shorter the admission to hospital the patients have, the weaker the heart-boiling will be. (5) The weaker the intense-grief is, the more positive the reaction to heart-boiling the patients wll have. (6) The stronger the intense-grief is, the more negative the reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (7) The stronger the support of other persons that the patients have, the more positive the reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (8) The weaker the support of other person that the patients have, the more negative the reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (9) The stronger the dependence on God that the patients have, the mure positive reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (10) The weaker the dependence on God that the patients have, the more negative reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (11) The more positive thoughts that the patients have, the more positive reaction to heart-boiling the patinets will have. (12) The more negative thoughts that the patients have, the more negative reaction to heart-boiling the patients will have. (13) The more positive reaction the patients have, the more free from heart-boiling the patients tend to be. (14) The more negative reaction the patients have, the less free from heart-boiling the patients tend to be. From the analysis of observed data and comparing each class, I concluded that there are four formula relation types between reaction of patients and heart-boiling. (1) If patients have the experience of dialysis, have a long term admission to hospital, are strong in heart-boiling, depend on God, have positive thoughts and another's strong support, they experience release by positive reaction to the intense-grief. (2) If patients have the experience of dialysis, have a short term admission to hospital, are weak in heart-boiling, do not depend on God, have negative thoughts, and have few supports from others, they experience attachment to heart-boiling though a negative reaction. (3) If patients have the experience of dialysis, have a long term admission to hospital, are strong in heart-boiling, do not depend on God, and have negative thoughts, they experience attachment to heart-boiling through negative reaction in spite of support from another. (4) If patients have the experience of dialysis, have a long term admission into hospital, are strong in heart-boiling and satisfaction is low, but they have positive thoughts, then they experience acceptance and harmony through the positive reaction to heart-boiling. The results of this study are expected to help the way nurses care for patients who have had a kidney graft from another.

장애아전담보육시설을 이용하는 부모들의 작업치료 서비스 이용실태 및 만족도 조사 - 대구·경북지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Parents' Actual Uses and Satisfaction toward the Occupational Therapy Service at the Day Care Center for Infants with Disabilities - Focusing on Daegu, Kyongbuk area -)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 대구 경북지역을 중심으로 장애아전담보육시설을 이용하는 부모들의 작업치료 이용실태와 만족도를 조사하여 장애아전담보육시설에서 작업치료 저변 확대 및 필요성에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하고자한다. 연구방법 : 2009년 5월 15일부터 29일까지 장애아전담어린이집 부모 105명을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 대상자의 일반적 사항, 작업치료 서비스 이용실태, 만족도를 분석하였다. 결과 : 장애아전담보육시설을 이용하는 부모의 연령층은 30, 40대가 다수였으며 교육 수준은 중졸과 고졸이 58%, 대졸이상이 38.9%였다. 작업치료 기간은 3년 이상인 경우가 37.1%로 가장 많았으며 치료 빈도는 주당 3~4회, 치료시간은 일회 20~30분이 가장 많았다. 작업치료의 세부적 프로그램으로는 감각통합치료, 사회적응훈련, 일상생활 동작훈련이 가장 많았다. 대상자의 75%가 장애아동이 작업치료를 충분히 받고 있다는 견해를 보였으며 치료비용에 대한 부담이 작업치료를 받는데 있어서 가장 큰 요인이라고 지적하였다. 결론 : 장애아전담보육시설에서 아동의 개별화된 목표에 맞는 질적인 작업치료가 제공되기 위해서는 보육시설에 대한 작업치료의 저변확대, 장애아동부모의 작업치료 욕구 증가, 충분한 인원의 작업치료사 확충과 시설확보, 정부 및 지자체의 재정지원이 적절하게 이루어져야 한다. 작업치료 서비스가 제공되기 위한 바람직한 환경이 조성되도록 정부 및 지자체와 보육시설장, 작업치료사, 부모 모두의 노력이 있어야 할 것이다.

의료기관 인증제도 참여요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hospital Accreditation Participation Factors on Hospital Management Performances)

  • Purposes: This study was performed to understand the recognition about accreditation motives, support within the hospital and accreditation survey process for the hospitals that participated in the accreditation program and to find out whether these factors are related to hospital management performances, so that the study can suggest plans for activation and development of the accreditation program. Methodology: This study was performed targeting 98 hospitals answered th the survey among 189 acute care hospitals that acquired accreditation from December 2010 to February 2014. For data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, reliability analysis, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis H test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 were used. Findings: The hospitals that had staff in charge of patient safety had bigger hospital culture change than those that didn't have(p<.05). In addition, the hospital culture change was bigger as internal motives were bigger, and as CEO's will was bigger(p<.05). Meanwhile, as maintenance rate of internal management after accreditation was higher, and as CEO's will was bigger, process improvement level was higher(p<.05). The quality improvement and patient satisfaction level were higher as CEO's will was bigger, and as suitability of survey process was recognized to be high(p<.05). As a result of analyzing the factors that affect hospital management performances with hospital culture change, process improvement and quality improvement combined, as internal management maintenance rate was higher, as CEO's will was bigger, and as suitability of survey process was higher, performances were higher(p<.05). Practical Implications: Hospitals need to reinforce internal motives to improve internal competences such as the whole system maintenance opportunity and staff training. In addition, the will of hospital director is most important, and if there is hospital director's interest in quality improvement and improvement intention definitely, employees voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the accreditation program, so that prompt medical service provision and high quality of medical services can be guaranteed, leading to hospitals' management performances.

고급 지역사회 차고 저장 서비스 혁신 연구 - 광저우 썅수만에 초점을 맞추어 (Research on the Innovation Service of Garage Storage in High-end Community - focused Fuzhou Oak Bay)

  • 중국 중산계급이 궐기하는 배경 하에 차고 저장 서비스가 고급 지역사회에서 사용자 체험을 제고시키는 중요한 구성 부분으로 되었다. 본 연구는 중국 썅수만을 예시로 들며, 보관 서비스의 지속적인 발전을 위한 새로운 보관 서비스 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 연구 목적에 달성하기 위해 모델하우스 방문, 사용자 심층 인터뷰 조사와 사용자 여정도로 고객의 핵심 니즈를 파악하여 맞춤형 서비스 프로세스를 구축하였다. 최종 분석 결과를 보자면 해당 보관 서비스 시스템은 공간을 늘렸을 뿐만 아니라 고객 만족도도 높였다. 따라서 본고는 기타 건설회사에 이론적 서포트와 개리지 서비스의 실제 사례를 제공하며 커뮤니티의 서비스 시스템 성능을 대폭 개선할 수 있다.

Development and usability test of transfer device with customized sling lifts

  • Background: Bedridden patients and disabled persons need help from a guardian or caregiver even in performing simple activities of daily living. In particular, for body transfer of them, the use of a transfer lift has been recommended. However, the devices currently in use have limitations in terms of support according to the individual's characteristics. This study aimed to develop a transfer lift device utilizing the patients' body-fitting sling equipped with an air tube inside the sling. In addition, we have conducted usability tests to examine the safety, effectiveness, and satisfaction with this device. Design: This study conducted usability tests with 10 healthy adults. Methods: Customized sling lifts are generally floor-based devices that consisted of a sling that holds the patient's body and a lift that moves the sling to the desired position. One characteristic feature of the device is an air tube, which is used on the sling to allow the patient's body can be adjusted. A usability test was performed in terms of the operators, who operated the device to transfer the patients. Ten operators tried the device and tested its usability. Results: The mean of 10 question for Questions was 4.18. Conclusion: The device can be useful in the advance- ment and commercialization of customized sling lifts, to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of persons with disabilities.

위탁급식전문업체 지적자본 측정도구의 운용시험 평가 (Practical Evaluation of Intellectual Capital (IC) Measurement Tool for Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the IC identified of CFMC (contract foodservice management company) ,b) examine IC circumstance of CFMC, c) evaluate practically IC measurement tool of CFMC, and d) present information for selecting an adequate CFMC to clients. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CFMCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school,38 hospital, and 86 husiness/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies specialized in the school foodservice field and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, the respondent companies had gotten a score of 77.78 points for the total average, 77.7 points in the large enterprise group and 78.1 points in the small and medium-sized enterprise group. Therefore, the minimum number of points for the accrediting license on Qualification is suggested to be over 70 out of a 100 point scale; this study would be serve as reference for the certification license on qualification. On the level of evaluation category, the scores were 14.15 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$finance$\urcorner$, 19.24 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$, 19.33 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$, 14.31 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$human resource$\urcorner$, and 8.6 to 10 point on $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ . $\ulcorner$Renewal and development$\urcorner$ and $\ulcorner$customer focus$\urcorner$ received better grades than other evaluation categories. Third, $\ulcorner$Finance$\urcorner$ indicated similar distribution overall. Small and medium-sized companies had lower grades than large companies on 'market ability' of $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$ , but, clients of small and medium-sized companies had higher grade for 'client satisfaction' than large companies. Most of the companies supported 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' of $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$ by the main office of CFMCs, but, the branch chain offices of CFMCs were not applied efficiently. Large companies made more effort to improve the 'employee ability' of $\ulcorner$human focus$\urcorner$ than small and medium-sized CFMC. The 'research and development cost' of $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ was increased compared to the previous year. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform self-evaluation and a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted. 공학교육 체제 개선을 위한 공과대학 이해관계자의 인식 조사 연구 - ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 대학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Engineering College Stakeholder's Perceptions for Improvements of Engineering Education System)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공학교육 이해관계자(stakeholder)인 교수, 학생, 직원/조교들을 대상으로 공학교육인증제를 포함한 공학교육 체제에 대한 만족도와 개선사항을 조사 분석하여 공학교육 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 공학교육 체제의 실효성 있는 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적에 터한 공학교육 체제의 개선 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실습실 및 장비 등 교육환경을 개선하기 위하여 수요자 요구분석을 실시하고 이를 토대로 중장기 교육환경 개선과 재정이 확보되어야 한다. 둘째, 공학교육 이해관계자간 관계 증진을 위하여 멘토링 프로그램과 미래상담설계 등의 제도가 실효성 있게 재정비 되어야 한다. 셋째, 교육 행정서비스의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 서비스의 질 평가를 통한 우수 직원/조교에 대한 보상과 직무교육 강화 등의 개선이 요구되며, 공학교육인증제와 관련한 행정 업무의 단순화와 전담인원 충원 등이 검토되어야 한다. 넷째, 공학교육인증제의 이해를 높이기 위해 공학교육혁신센터의 위상 강화와 체계적인 홍보 체제가 필요하며, 외부 인사가 포함된 '공학교육 체제 평가 협의회(가칭)'와 같은 공학교육 평가 전문가 위원회가 필요하다. 다섯째, 공학교육인증제는 이해관계자들의 실익 부재와 행정 소요의 피로 누적 등으로 인하여 그 실효성에 대해 문제가 제기되고 있는 바 이에 대한 하여 공학교육 관련기관 차원의 방안 연구가 시급하다.
