비기술적 혁신이 제품혁신의 성과에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Impact of Non-technological Innovation on the Performance of Product Innovation)

  • 본 연구는 2008년과 2010년 한국 제조업 부문 기술혁신조사 자료를 이용하여 비기술적 혁신 활동이 기업의 기술적 혁신 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증 분석하였다. 비기술적 혁신 활동을 조직혁신과 마케팅혁신으로 구분하고 각 혁신 활동이 혁신제품의 매출에 미치는 영향을 추정하였다. Tobit모형의 추정결과에 따르면 조직혁신과 마케팅혁신 모두 혁신제품의 매출 비중을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 비기술적 혁신 활동은 급진적 혁신제품인 시장 최초의 혁신제품에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되었다. 비기술적 혁신의 세부 유형별로 효과를 추정한 결과에 따르면 조직혁신 중에서는 업무수행방식의 변화만 유의한 효과를 보였으며 마케팅혁신은 제품디자인, 제품홍보, 가격전략 등이 혁신제품의 매출 비중을 높이는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: Dining out at restaurants was limited during the COVID-19 period. In order to confirm the impact of COVID-19 on the chicken market, this study selected three chicken companies, Kyochon, BBQ, and BHC, and conducted financial statement analysis and regression analysis. Research design and methodology: Each company's financial statements were divided into before and after COVID-19, and the rate of change and financial ratio for each item were calculated to see if there were any significant changes, and the impact of COVID-19 on each company's sales was identified through regression analysis. Result: As a result of the study, the increase in sales and assets of each company continued, and the influence of COVID-19 could be confirmed through regression analysis. It can be inferred that COVID-19 indeed affected the expansion of the chicken market. Conclusion: Therefore, it was confirmed through this study that COVID-19 had a significant effect on the growth of the chicken market. While individual chicken small business owners are grappling with declining sales per outlet, the decline of commercial areas, and a surge in closures, the broader chicken franchise industry is witnessing a surge in demand and business expansion prompted by the pandemic.

  • 오늘날 많은 기업을 중심으로 영업기회 확보와 영업 파이프라인 개선, 고객 만족도 증대라는 결과를 얻기 위한 수단으로 CRM을 사용하고 있다. 이와 같은 CRM은 고객의 행동 양식을 이해하여 기업경영의 질을 높이고, 조직의 업무절차 및 기술의 변화 과정을 마케팅, 판매, 고객 서비스 등에 활용하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업에서 CRM 도입을 경제적 부담 없이 도입할 수 있도록 IP PBX를 이용한 소형 CRM을 설계 구현하여 성능을 측정한 결과 50인 이하의 사용자를 서비스할 수 있는 IP PBX와 연동하는 소형고객관리 시스템(SOHO CRM)으로 성능을 입증하였다.

GENCOM;An Expert System Mechanism of Genetic Algorithm based Cognitive Map Generator

  • Cognitive map (CM) has long been used as an effective way of constructing the human thinking process. In literature regarding CM, a number of successful researches were reported, where CM based what-if analysis could enhance firm's performance. However, there exit very few researches investigating the CM generation method. Therefore this study proposes a GENCOM (Genetic Algorithm based Cognitive Map Generator). In this model combined with CM and GA, GA will find the optimal weight and input vector so that the CM generation. To empirically prove the effectiveness of GENCOM, we collected valid questionnaires from expert in S/W sales cases. Empirical results showed that GENCOM could contribute to effective CM simulation and very useful method to extracting the tacit knowledge of sales experts.

The Effects of Dependence and Conflict on Qualitative and Quantitative Organizational Performances in Partnership

  • This study examines the effects of dependence and conflict on organizational performances in partnership, qualitatively (trust) and quantitatively (sales) under four control variables (period of business, number of goods, competition density, and number of employees). Also, this study presents termination cost and alternative attractiveness as the antecedents of dependence, goal incongruity and unfairness as the antecedents of conflict. As the results of analysis with survey data from 360 distributors in manufacturer-distributor partnership, 7 hypotheses are supported and 2 hypotheses are rejected. The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) verify that termination cost increases dependence, that alternative attractiveness reduces dependence, that goal incongruity and unfairness increase conflict, that dependence reduces conflict, that dependence increases trust, and that conflict reduces trust. However, unexpectedly, dependence reduces sales, and conflict has no impact on sales. The results of this study provide insightful implications theoretically and managerially to scholars and practitioners interested in partnership.

기술혁신활동이 부도위험에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매출액과 수익성의 매개효과 (Technology Innovation Activity and the Default Risk : the Mediation Effect of Sales and Profitability)

  • 기술혁신활동은 기존(새로운) 사업영역의 확대(발굴)를 가능하게 하며 단위당 생산원가의 절감을 제공함으로써 기업의 부도위험을 줄일 수 있다. 그러나 이는 많은 자원의 투자를 필요로 함과 동시에 그 결과를 확신하기 어렵다. 따라서 기술혁신활동은 매출액 및 수익성 증대에 따른 효익을 상쇄하고도 남는 비용의 초래를 유발함으로써 오히려 기업의 부도위험을 증가시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기술혁신 활동이 기업의 매출액 및 수익성 증대를 통해 부도위험을 낮추는 효과가 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체표본의 경우 기술혁신활동이 활발할수록 기업의 매출액과 수익성이 증가함과 동시에 부도위험이 감소함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 기술혁신활동이 매출액 및 수익성을 통해 부도위험을 낮추는 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 첨단 및 고기술업종표본의 경우 전체표본과 같이 유의한 매출액 및 수익성의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 중 및 저기술업종표본의 경우 이들 변수의 매개효과를 확인할 수 없었다.

분양가 자율화와 건설회사의 주가 (A Study of the Deregulation of New Apartment Sales Price and the Stock Price of Construction Firms)

  • 본 연구는 분양가 자율화가 건설회사의 주가에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증적인 분석방법으로, 본 연구는 전통적인 사건 연구방법을 이용하여 분양가 자율화가 미치는 영향을 분석하였고 회귀분석방법을 이용하여 어떤 변수와 관계가 있는지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 첫째로, 정부가 분양가 자율화 발표시 주식의 누적추과수익률은 양의 값을 갖는다. 발표전 -10일과 발표후 +10일간의 거래기간인 21일 동안의 누적초과수익률은 25.51%이며 1%수준에서 유의하였다. 본 결과는 분양가 자율화가 긍정적인 정보를 증권시장에 전달하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 회귀분석결과 본 연구는 누적초과수익률이 매출액총이익률과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Effects of Repurchase Intention of Consumer Innovativeness and Website Characteristics: Focused on Consumer of Overseas Direct Purchase

  • Purpose: In this study, with the transaction amount of foreign direct Purchase and foreign direct sales increasing, South Korea is in a situation where foreign direct sales are focused on China. We looked at the impact of consumer innovation and site characteristics on repurchase ability among the characteristics of overseas direct purchase consumers as a way to make direct overseas sales to various overseas countries. Research design, data and methodology: Consumer innovativeness consists of four variables: functional, hedonistic, social, and cognitive, and the site characteristics consisted of four variables: product price, product assortment, convenience, and service. The study was conducted on consumers with foreign direct purchase experience, and was finally used in 252 additional analyses. Results: The main findings of this study were first, that the impact on the degree of re-purchase among consumer innovativeness of foreign direct purchase consumers had a significant impact in the order of cognitive innovativeness, hedonistic innovativeness, and functional innovativeness. Social innovativeness did not affect the degree of re-purchase. Second, site characteristics have been found to have a significant impact on the degree of re-purchase in order of product assortment, commodity price, and service. Convenience did not affect the degree of re-purchase. Conclusions Taken together these results can be called the biggest characteristic of the cognitive innovativeness of the consumer's inclination to use the overseas direct purchase, the price or quick response of the goods sold on the site is a factor that affects the re-purchase, above all it is important to have a variety of products. We will present this element as a way to make direct sales abroad to various countries. In addition, foreign direct purchase is a lot of transactions in China, the United States, EU, but the share of China is high in foreign direct sales, and the U.S. and EU have a very low performance, it is important to consider the reasons why they prefer Korean products in China to study the social and cultural characteristics of U.S. and European consumers in the future, and to support and active marketing that companies and sellers can increase sales.

역직구 상품 추천 및 판매가 추정을 위한 머신러닝 모델 (Machine Learning Model for Recommending Products and Estimating Sales Prices of Reverse Direct Purchase)

  • With about 80% of the global economy expected to shift to the global market by 2030, exports of reverse direct purchase products, in which foreign consumers purchase products from online shopping malls in Korea, are growing 55% annually. As of 2021, sales of reverse direct purchases in South Korea increased 50.6% from the previous year, surpassing 40 million. In order for domestic SMEs(Small and medium sized enterprises) to enter overseas markets, it is important to come up with export strategies based on various market analysis information, but for domestic small and medium-sized sellers, entry barriers are high, such as lack of information on overseas markets and difficulty in selecting local preferred products and determining competitive sales prices. This study develops an AI-based product recommendation and sales price estimation model to collect and analyze global shopping malls and product trends to provide marketing information that presents promising and appropriate product sales prices to small and medium-sized sellers who have difficulty collecting global market information. The product recommendation model is based on the LTR (Learning To Rank) methodology. As a result of comparing performance with nDCG, the Pair-wise-based XGBoost-LambdaMART Model was measured to be excellent. The sales price estimation model uses a regression algorithm. According to the R-Squared value, the Light Gradient Boosting Machine performs best in this model.

The Impact of Unfair Trade Restrictions on Corporate Behavior and Financial Performance of Pharmaceutical Companies: The Dual Punishment System in Korea

  • This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the dual-punishment system by analysis of the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies before and after introduction of the dual-punishment system. This study analyzed the business performance of 136 pharmaceutical companies from 2009 to 2011. The results from paired t-tests found that sales, operating cost, and EBITDA showed significant differences in performance, and, according to the variance analysis, the five groups obtained through a hierarchical cluster analysis differed from each other in sales, operating cost, EBITDA, and research and development cost. Differences in financial performance among the groups seem to be related to the strategy for response to the regulation. The introduction of the dual-punishment system is generally acknowledged to have had positive effects on the pharmaceutical industry. However, some companies appear to be continuing kickback practices.
