한정판 사은품의 특성이 브랜드 태도와 몰입에 미치는 영향 - 독특성 욕구의 조절효과 - (Effects of limited free gifts on brand attitudes and brand commitment - Moderating effects of need for uniqueness -)

  • Consumers want to express their original unique personality, and even are willing to endure high expenses in order to do this. One noticeable strategy in the market, used by companies to suit for this consumer sentiment, is that of employing limited edition marketing and limited free gifts. This study investigated the effects of limited free gifts on consumer response. Specifically, the present study examined how the need for uniqueness moderated the effects of limited free gifts on brand commitment and attitudes. The online survey method was used to gather the data and a total of 224 data were used to analyze data. The results of the research were as follows. The findings revealed four dimensions of limited free gifts: scarcity/specialty, not for sale, complementarity, and risk. Complementarity positively affected brand commitment, while all four dimensions of limited free gifts positively influenced brand attitude. In addition, the need for uniqueness was proven to be the strongest variable which positively influenced brand commitment and attitudes. Also, when the need for uniqueness was applied as a moderating variable, depending on the levels of the need for uniqueness, the effects of riskiness on the consumer's response were shown to be different. The findings of this study infer various academic and practical applications.

의류브랜드 소비자의 고객관계관리 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 남성복, 여성복, 캐주얼, 스포츠의류 소비자의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Qualitative Research about the CRM Experiences of Apparel Brand Customers)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze customer relationship management(CRM) based on the online customer experiences by product types (i.e., men's, women's, casual, sports wear), 2) to analyze CRM based on the off-line customer experiences by product type, and 3) to examine customer purchase behavior of fashion products and internet usage behavior by product types. Survey and 1:1 interview were conducted from January 13th to May 16th, 2005. Six consumers from each brand (i.e., 3 loyal customers and 3 general customers) in a total of 24 customers were selected from each product type. For the data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (i.e. frequency) were used. Among the key study findings first, as a result of the on-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear preferred receiving customized information through e-mail or SMS service. The customers of sports wear preferred receiving a different level of information and participating in customized product service. Second, as a result of the off-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear need to be encouraged to join a membership at a sales encounter and the customers of women's wear preferred receiving quick information of new products and participating in a design development planning of the merchandising process. Third, the purchasing behavior of the customers of women's wear are influenced mostly by the salesperson and the store atmosphere when they purchase clothes and the customers of men's wear are price-sensitive. The results of this study can be used when fashion brands perform strategic planning and decision making on CRM.

딥러닝을 활용한 개인정보 처리방침 분석 기법 연구 (Privacy Policy Analysis Techniques Using Deep Learning)

  • 개인정보보호법에서는 정보 주체의 권리보장을 위해 개인정보보호 정책문서인 개인정보 처리방침을 공개하도록 규정하고 있고 공정거래위원회에서는 개인정보 처리방침을 약관으로 보고 약관규제법에 따라 불공정약관심사를 하고 있다. 그러나, 정보 주체는 개인정보 처리방침이 복잡하고 이해하기 어려워 읽지 않는 경향이 있다. 개인정보 처리방침의 내용을 간단하고 읽기 쉽게 한다면 온라인 거래에 참여할 확률이 증가하여 기업의 매출 증가에 기여하고, 사업자와 정보주체간의 정보 비대칭성 문제 해결에 기여할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 복잡한 개인정보 처리방침을 딥러닝을 이용하여 분석하여 정보주체로 하여금 가독성 높은 단순화된 개인정보처리 방침을 구현하기 위한 모델을 제시한다. 모델을 제시하기 위해 국내 258개 기업의 개인정보 처리방침을 데이터셋으로 구축하고 딥러닝 기술을 활용하여 분석하는 방안을 제안하였다.

패션디자이너 직무수행을 위해 필요한 지식수준에 관한 연구 - 한국과 미국을 중심으로 - (The Level of Knowledge Required to Fulfill the Task of Fashion Design -A Cross-cultural Study between South Korea and the United States -)

  • Employees overseas have a need to prepare according to the different environments and industrial structures between countries. Therefore, to investigate qualities for fashion designers to possess when they work abroad, especially in the United States, this study compared the level of knowledge required to fulfill the work of fashion design in both South Korea and the United States. Responses from workers who are engaged to fashion design from the representative online career information systems of two countries, 'Worknet' in South Korea and '$O^*Net$' in the United States, were used as data. Looking at the result derived from the analysis of this study, first by comparing various statistical indicators, results showed the difference between knowledge level required to fashion designer in South Korea and in the United States. Even with the same type of job, because environments and industrial structures of each country are dissimilar, a different level of knowledge will be required in order to perform their tasks. Second, fashion designers in both South Korea and the United States required a high level of knowledge in the 'fine arts', 'administration and management', 'production and processing', and 'design' to perform their duties as a fashion designer. As a result, both countries have similarities that fashion designers need to possess a high level of the knowledge in areas such as 'production of products' as well as 'sales of products'. Furthermore, human relationship field of knowledge such as 'counseling', 'psychology', and 'communication' appeared to be more necessary to fashion designers in South Korea than those in the United States. On the other hand, higher degree of knowledge of 'machines and tools', ' fine arts', and 'transportation' appeared to be more necessary to fashion designers in the United States than those in South Korea.

  • 오늘날 유통구조의 변화는 오프라인에서 온라인으로 급격하게 수요가 변화해 가고 있다. 이러한 현상은 상품을 편리하게 구입하고자 하는 소비자의 심리가 반영되어 있다고 할 수 있다. 농산물 역시 내용물을 보호하려는 안전성과 소비자들에게 신뢰를 줄 수 있는 브랜드 및 디자인이 어느때보다 중요하게 인식되어지고 있다. 특히, 딸기 과채류는 다른 과채류에 비해 껍질이 얇아서 약한 충격과 흔들림에도 상품의 품질이 떨어지기 때문에 패키지의 지기구조나 소재에 안정성 영향을 많이 받는다. 또한, 직거래 유통이 많은 과채류다보니 생산농가의 열약한 환경 때문에 패키지디자인이 다른 상품에 비해 경쟁력이 떨어지는 것이 현실이다. 즉, 딸기 수요가 날로 증가하는데 비해 딸기패키지는 생산자와 소비자 욕구에 충족하지 못한다는 점이다. 딸기판매에 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 패키지개발의 기초연구가 시급한 실정이다. 패키지요소(형태, 소재, 디자인) 조사 분석을 통하여 패키지의 문제점을 파악하고, IPA MAP(중요도, 만족도)분석을 통하여 생산자와 소비지가 추구하는 개선점을 파악하고자 한다.

중국 소비자의 한국 패션브랜드에 대한 친숙성이 만족과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Chinese Customer's Familiarity with Korean Fashion Brands on Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty)

  • Companies have recently become interested in the importance of long-term relationships with customers because business-based marketing ideas of the past have evolved into long-term relationship-based marketing. Establishing a relationship with customers to a company is not a simple method to form a market of consumers and provider; it is now understood as an important factor directly connected to the survival of a company. This study is to help Korean fashion brands in China build an efficient strategy for sales promotion and loyal customers through the analysis of the effect of familiarity with Korean fashion brands on satisfaction and brand loyalty in a rapidly growing Chinese fashion market. An online questionnaire covering Korean fashion brands in China was completed by 377 Chinese male and female customers aged 20 to 39 years old from March 20 to March 27, 2014. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis and path analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS. Both direct experiences and indirect experiences influenced brand familiarity. It showed that brand familiarity had a significant direct effect and an indirect effect through satisfaction on brand loyalty. A competitive advantage in the present Chinese fashion market requires that loyalty builds and that brand loyalty increases by creating a long-term relationship with customers when familiarity about the brand is induced.

Product-Sharing and Outcome Generation: New Contributions of Libraries to Research, Learning and Professional Development in Japanese Context

  • The author analyses the challenging activities of Japanese libraries in this decade by launching two keywords; "product-sharing" and "outcome generation." "Product-sharing" means that libraries share knowledge, skills, and records which are produced as the result of the services or in the process of activities. And "outcome generation" means that libraries generate any efficiency or effectiveness through their services to users. Using these concepts, reported are the current situation and aspects of Japanese libraries which try to make various contributions to the society; research and learning of the people, and education and training for professional librarians, and so on. In the analysis, the author shows some examples of "product-sharing" at first, including the records of reference transaction and the multi-functioned online public access catalogue. Especially, focused is on the various possibility and adoptability of the Collaborative Reference Database System of the National Diet Library of Japan. This system is one of digital reference service in Japan, and the database of reference transaction records is expected to be useful for research and academic studyies as knowledge-base of professional librarians. And the system is also expected to be a platform for LIS education and professional development in the e-learning environment. Secondly, as the examples of "outcome generation", explained are the problem-solving-type activities, and provision of the collection about books on struggling against disease and illness. A few examples of outcome in the problem-solving-type activities are these; increase of sales in the services for shop managers, business persons, and entrepreneurs, contribution to affluent daily life by providing the local information services to residents and neighbourhoods, and etc. And for both the patients with serious cases and their family or those who nurse them, books about other persons' notes or memorandum are the greatest support, and sometime healing. The author discuss the 'raison d'etre' of these activities focusing on public libraries in Japan.

로컬푸드의 소비자 지식과 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 효과: 로컬푸드 태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Consumers' Knowledge and Attitude on Purchase Intention Toward Local Foods: Focus on Mediating Effect of Attitude)

  • This study evaluated the effect of consumers' knowledge and attitude toward to local foods on purchase intention. The study data were collected through a three-week online survey of 500 household food purchasers who had bought local foods within the previous year. The results are as follows. First, examining the difference in the knowledge of local foods according to socio-demographic variables revealed that married people had more knowledge of local foods than singles according to marital status, and college graduates and higher had more knowledge than high school graduates and lower according to education level. Second, as a result of examining the difference in attitudes towards local foods according to socio-demographic variables, married people more than single people according to marital status, people in their 30s more than those in their 20s according to age and college graduates and higher more than high school graduates and lower according to education level had more positive attitudes towards local foods. Third, as a result of examining the difference in consumers' purchase intention towards local foods according to socio-demographic variables, according to age, and housewives had the lowest purchase intention towards local foods according to occupation. (Ed- I cannot understand: the section 'according to socio-demographic variables, according to age, and housewives had' is confused) People engaged in office/specialized/managerial jobs and those engaged in production/sales/service had the highest purchase intention. In regard to monthly average income, households that made less than KRW 4 million had the lowest purchase intention, and those that made KRW 4-8 million had the highest purchase intention. Fourth, the knowledge of local foods affected attitudes towards local foods. Fifth, attitudes towards local foods affected consumers' purchase intention. In other words, people with positive attitudes towards local foods had higher purchase intention.

의약분업이후 약국 경영수지 및 관련 요인 분석 (Analysis of Financial Performance and Its Factors of Community Pharmacies in Korea: After the Introduction of the Separation of Drug Prescription and Dispensing (SPD) Policy)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting financial performance of community pharmacies after the implementation of the new drug policy in Korea: separation of drug prescription and dispensing (SPD). The online survey questionnaires were sent to the active pharmacists of the total 20,633 community pharmacies in Korea and 1,147 pharmacists responded to the survey (the response rate was 5.5%). The questionnaire asked simple financial data in order to compare their financial performances before and after the policy. With the SPSS package (version 12.0), two levels of data analysis were used: 1) descriptive statistics to see the financial status of the pharmacies; and 2) multiple regression analysis to find the factors. {or A multiple regression method was used for the data analysis.} The finding illustrated that the average net benefit of the pharmacies was 4,870 thousand won in August 2006, and the major factors affecting the net benefit were the location of pharmacy (geographical proximity to medical institutions), number of prescriptions, drug management services for patients, chain pharmacy membership. The findings of this study suggest that service improvement for patients, revitalization of non-prescription drug sales, professional management will contribute to promote community based pharmacy business.

O2O 음식점 서비스 개발을 위한 스마트폰 앱의 분석/설계 (Analysis and Design of Smart-phone App. for O2O Restaurant Service)

  • O2O 서비스는 온라인을 이용한 오프라인 상점의 마케팅을 통해 매출 증대에 기여하고 있다. 특히 O2O 비즈니스는 모바일기기 사용의 급증으로 스마트폰으로 다양한 서비스가 가능하고 기업은 고객의 위치에 맞게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 이런 O2O 서비스가 오프라인 상점의 실구매로 이루어지는 주요 역할을 하게 되었다. O2O 서비스를 위한 스마트폰 앱 개발에 있어 기존 구조적 설계 방법 보다는 최근의 객체지향 분석/설계 방법인 UML이 유용할 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 비콘 기술에 기반한 O2O 음식점 서비스를 위한 스마트폰 앱 개발에 객체지향 분석/설계 방법을 제시함으로써 본 분석/설계 방법이 음식점 O2O 상용시스템에 제작에 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다.
