Aluminum 4343(filler thickness ; 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/Al 3N03(core 80${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$)/Al 4343(filler 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) clad sheet which is recently developed as brazing sheet materials for automotive condensers was fabricated by castinglongrightarrowhot rollinglongrightarrowcold rollinglongrightarrowintermediate annealing(IA)longrightarrowfinal cold rolling(CR). and the effect of IA/CR conditions on microstructure and sagging resistance were investigated the sheet which were fabricated by optimum conditions (IA'ed at 42$0^{\circ}C$ followed by CR'ed to 20~45%) showed good sagging resistance because the core obtained a coarsely recrystallized grain structure during brazing and consequently inhibited filled alloy penetration into the core.

Effect of solution property on the weight varation and microstructural change of film was studied by electrophoretic deposition in order to obtain a homogeneous and dense zirconia film. As a result of weight kinetics of film which obtained in alcohol or aqueous solution having different polarity experimental data showed large deviation from theoretical ones calculated by Zhang's kinetic model. It had been shown that the weight affecting factors was largely dependent on properties other than dielectric constant and viscosity of solvent zeta potential appiled field and time. In initial stage a main factor of the drastic weight increase was the capillary drag of porous substrate. The cause of weight decrease with time in aqueous solution after 300 s was attributed to the defect of film by sagging and electrolytic reaction. The electrolyte film which prepared in alcohol solution with good wetting for substrate had better homogeneous and dense microstructure than one in aqueous solution with high surface tension.

The pressure tubes made of cold-worked Zr-2.5Nb alloy are subjected to creep deformation during service period resulting in changes to their geometry such as longitudinal elongation, diameter increase and sagging. To evaluate integrity of them, information on the material creep property of the serviced tubes is essential. As one of the methods with which the creep property is directly measured from the serviced components, small punch(SP) creep testing has been considered as a substitute for the conventional uniaxial creep testing. In this study, applicability of the SP creep testing to Zr-2.5Nb pressure tube alloy was studied particularly by measuring the power law creep constants, A, n. The SP creep test has been successfully applied fur other high temperature materials which have isotropic behavior. Since the Zr-2.5Nb alloy has anisotropic property, applicability of the SP creep testing can be limited. Uniaxial creep tests and small punch creep tests were conducted with Zr-2.5Nb pressure tube alloy along with finite element analyses. Creep constants obtained by each test method are compared. It was argued that the SP creep test result gave results reflecting material properties of both directions. But the equations derived in the previous study for isotropic materials need to be modified. Discussions were made fur future research directions for application of the SP creep testing to Zr-2.5Nb tube alloy.

This research was conducted to provide basic data to improve expressivity required for virtual clothing to replace actual clothing. For the experiment, 6 materials were selected and 12(2 kinds of length) actual flared skirts were made. At the same time, simulations were carried out on OptiTex Runway 12.0 for 36(12 kinds of skirts $\times$ KES, FTU, KES weight/10) kinds of virtual flared skirts, which were applied with the measured property values (thickness, weight, bending, shear, friction, and stretch). Also, the study compared and analyzed the wearing images, silhouette overlapping images, and skirt length measurements of the actual and virtual skirts put on a dummy. As a result, the actual skirts showed clear distinction for each material. In contrast, virtual 1 and 2 expressed fabric 3 in the most similar way, but could not recreate the uniform, soft, and natural flare shape of the actual skirts in general. Virtual 3 formed natural flares as those of the actual skirts, and expressed fabric 1, 5, and 6 in a similar way. However, virtual 3 had too much volume and barely showed any distinction for each material. All of virtual 1, 2, and 3 expressed different flare shapes on the front and back sides of the skirt similarly to the actual skirts, and had a good visual expression for the color and texture of the materials. However, they could not effectively express the elasticity and fabric sagging in the bias direction.
