본 연구는 테러대응을 위한 일본 정부기관의 대응 방향을 살펴봄으로서 테러대응에 만전을 기하고 있는 우리에게 주는 그 함의는 무엇인지를 탐색하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 급조폭발물(IED)에 대한 대비책을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 국내 자생 테러리스트의 상존 가능성을 검토하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 중요시설의 안전도를 극대화하여야 할 것이다. 넷째, 범정부 차원에서 테러대응을 위한 대국민 홍보 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Many children have died (Heat stroke deaths) in the U.S. after being left alone in cars during hot weather, especially summer season. According to related report, more than 800 children have died of heat stroke from being trapped in a hot car since 1998. The regulation party, government has started to make not only technical regulation to prevent tragedy but also legislate to punish. However the 75% of accident has occurred unintended by their parents. So punishment is not the best solution for this case. So in this study, we analyze the trend of regulation and technology to save occupant who remained back seat. And finally we propose a countermeasure to prevent heat stroke deaths.

While the appearance of new textiles and processing materials results in the improvement in quality of clothes and its luxury, a question about the irritation of clothes on the human body must be raised. In Japan and many countries in Europe, they are searching for a countermeasure against the bad influence of clothes on the human body for the purpose of protecting consumers. In our country, a little bit of study about the skin irritatio has been carried out. In this thesis, the literature on the kinds of the irritation of clothes on the human body was studied and analysed. And then I arranged it from the view-point of clothing hygienics. For example, we should observe the legal regulations and the administrative control in the process of production and distributive management of clothes for our safety. Therefore the authorities concerned must have preparations for the safety and this monograph is going to give information for it.

In this study, a documentary survey, face mapping, and stability analysis were performed on the collapsed colluvial soil slope. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cause of slope failure and determine slope stability for similar areas. Boring samples were extracted from the slump and laboratory tests were performed to find out the cause of slope failure. In addition, the limit equilibrium method was used in order to determine the stability of the slope. As a result of this investigation and the analysis of data, the type of collapse and cause of slope failure have been shown to have a strong correlation with the natural geographical and geological features which make up the collapse profile of the study area. These results will help to develop guidelines for formulating countermeasure methods.

The lower voltage distribution box of service wire has been usually employed to supply an electric power to the consumers through low voltage overhead line. Now-a-days, electric shock accident at the distribution box of service wire installed in the seashore areas has been often occurred. The reason is mainly due to the electric leakage in the distribution box of service wire. This paper described insulation breakdown mechanism of distribution box of service wire, analysis of electric shock path and safety countermeasure of distribution box of service wire.

Railway is huge traffic system which is operated organically combining all the elements; vehicle, track, electric power, signal/communication, operation, etc. Safety level has ben improved steadily by learning lessons from past accident. But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

스마트카드와 같은 정보보호 디바이스에서 데이터를 보호하기 위해 사용되는 RSA 암호 알고리즘은 부채널 분석에 취약함이 밝혀졌다. 특히 암호 알고리즘이 수행되는 동안 소비되는 전력 패턴을 관찰하여 분석에 활용하는 전력 분석공격에 취약하다. 전력 분석 공격은 대표적으로 단순 전력 분석과 차분 전력 분석이 있고, 이 외 충돌 분석 등이 있다. 그 중에서 충돌 분석은 단순 전력 분석 및 차분 전력 분석에 안전하게 설계된 RSA 암호 알고리즘이라도 단일 파형을 이용하여 비밀 키 값을 찾을 수 있는 매우 강력한 공격기법이다. 따라서 기존 메시지 블라인딩 기법에 윈도우 기법을 적용한 대응기법이 고려되었지만, 이는 윈도우 크기가 작은 환경에서 충분히 큰 안전도를 제공하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 메시지 블라인딩 기법과 윈도우 기법이 적용된 RSA 암호 알고리즘에 지수 분할 기법을 혼합 적용하여 충돌분석에 더 높은 안전도를 제공하는 대응기법을 제시한다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 대응기법이 윈도우 크기가 작은 환경에서 메시지 블라인딩 기법과 윈도우 기법만 적용된 기존 RSA 암호 알고리즘 보다 공격 복잡도가 약 124% 향상되어 더 높은 안전도를 제공함을 보였다.
