The DGs (Diesel Generators) in NPP (Nuclear Power Plant) has been used for the emergency electric power source to shut down the nuclear reactor safely in case of station blackout. The RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) has been applied to DGs for increasing the safety of NPP. The structured defects of DG were not remedied by the improvement of maintenance method. As the first stage of RCM, to find the structured defects, its failure modes were searched and analyzed through the ten year maintenance information. The structured defects such as the air compressor, the lubricating oil pressure, and the insufficient load were the root causes of main failures. The air reservoir reinstallation, the lubricating oil tube modification, the load bank installation, and the qualitative instrumentation were the solutions for the hardware oriented RCM of DGs. There remains the software oriented RCM such as the rejection of useless maintenance, the preventive maintenance, the database of maintenance information, and the predictive maintenance.

Nowadays the numbers of the aging population are rapidly increasing in Korea, which became the 'aged country' from the year 2000. These aged people are getting more important consumer group and the products and services related to the silver industry are getting bigger. Universal fashion design is based on the concept of universal design that pursues the 'design for all'. This study aims to understand the physical, physiological, and psychological characteristics of the elderly women and apply the principles of universal design to universal fashion design for the elderly. Korean traditional vest, 'Baeja' was used as the design inference for the target of age 55 and older. This group is also called as 2Y2R(too young to retire), Tonk(too only no kids), Y-O(young-old) generation, or OPAL(old people with active life). Principles of universal design such as accessibility, flexibility in use, fair in use, aesthetics, safely-oriented were applied in developing the vest. This universal fashion products enable the elderly to have physical independence and make them have the self respect and better life.

With emphasis on environmentally safe and sustainable and economically sound and oriented to consumer, this study intends to assess the consumer's cognition and attitudes for safe food distribution, to investigate the supplying system of the organic farm products, to survey the consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, and to draw some implications toward environment- and consumer-oriented agriculture. Related literatures and available documents were reviewed to conceptualize the environmental-and consumer-oriented agriculture and consumer and life cooperatives, to grasp the nationwide status of such alternative agriculture and consumer cooperatives, and investigate the consumers' cognition and attitude. In order to investigate the consumers' needs for organic farm products and to grasp the active consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, questionnaire method and non-structured interview were applied. The environment-and consumer-oriented agriculture refers hero to the farming system in which any farm food and other living products giving no harm to human and livestock health and catering the consumers' need. The consumer and life cooperatives is consumer's group buying and selling organic farm products organized in the cooperative system with which any consumer can be affiliated to buy organic farm products safely and reasonably.

망 관리 시스템의 핵심적인 구성 요소 중의 하나인 관리 정보베이스는 망 관리에 필요한 모든 정보를 저장하고 있는 개념적인 정보 저장소이다. 망이 안전하게 운용되 기 위해서는 관리 정보 베이스에 저장된 관리 객체들에 대한 접근을 효율적으로 통제 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 관리자들을 3단계계층 구조로 분할하여 거대한 망 의 관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, 강제적 접근 제어와 역 할기반 접근 제어 정책을 이용하여 관리 객체에 대한 접근 제어 및 관리 객체에서 발 생하는 통지들에 대한 접근 제어를 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 이러한 접근 제어 모델을 능동 객체지향 데이타 모델을 사용하여 모형화하므로써 능동 객체지 향 데이타베이스로의 사상을 용이하게 하였다.

Nowadays the numbers of the disabled and elderly have been increasing, and the universal design is desperately in demand. The purpose of this study was to offer ideas and solutions for the universal fashion design. The concept and the principles of universal design have been examined and principles of universal fashion design were suggested: low physical effort, flexibility in use, fair in use, aesthetics, safely-oriented, affordability, and accessibility. Eighteen web sites were investigated and the universal fashion products were analyzed based on these principles. Well developed universal fashion design products will help individuals to obtain the quality of life, maintain the dignity, and make the access to the world a little bit easier.

As the next-generation network architecture, software-defined networking (SDN) has great potential. But how to forward data packets safely is a big challenge today. In SDN, packets are transferred according to flow rules which are made and delivered by the controller. Once flow rules are modified, the packets might be redirected or dropped. According to related research, we believe that the key to forward data flows safely is keeping the consistency of flow rules. However, existing solutions place little emphasis on the safety of flow rules. After summarizing the shortcomings of the existing solutions, we propose FRChain to ensure the security of SDN data forwarding. FRChain is a novel scheme that uses blockchain to secure flow rules in SDN and to detect compromised nodes in the network when the proportion of malicious nodes is less than one-third. The scheme places the flow strategies into blockchain in form of transactions. Once an unmatched flow rule is detected, the system will issue the problem by initiating a vote and possible attacks will be deduced based on the results. To simulate the scheme, we utilize BigchainDB, which has good performance in data processing, to handle transactions. The experimental results show that the scheme is feasible, and the additional overhead for network performance and system performance is less than similar solutions. Overall, FRChain can detect suspicious behaviors and deduce malicious nodes to keep the consistency of flow rules in SDN.

본 연구의 목적은 보조공학 기술을 적용한 가정환경 수정과 낙상 안전 체크리스트를 이용한 과제기반 중재를 함께 적용하는 융복합 접근법이 뇌졸중 환자의 낙상 효능감과 활동 수준에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 뇌졸중 환자 41명 대상자(실험군 21명, 대조군 20명)는 실험군과 대조군으로 나누어졌다. 실험군에는 환경수정과 낙상 안전 체크리스트를 활용한 과제기반 중재를 4주간 적용하였다. 대조군에는 가정환경 수정만 실시하였다. 중재 전과 후에 한국형 활동분류카드(Korean Activity Card Sort, KACS), 한국형 낙상효능감 측정도구(Falls Efficacy Scale-Korean version, FES-K)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 낙상효능감과 활동수준의 변화량은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 실험군과 대조군은 모두 중재 이후에 낙상효능감과 활동 수준이 유의하게 향상되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 임상 현장에 적용하여 뇌졸중 환자가 지역사회에서 안전하게 생활하고 적극적으로 참여하는 삶을 유지할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

마이데이터 서비스를 이용하여 정보 주체인 개인이 본인의 정보를 적극적으로 관리 및 통제하여 이를 신용관리, 자산 관리 등에 능동적으로 활용할 수 있다. 마이데이터는 기업과 기관 중심의 개인 데이터 생태계를 데이터의 주인인 개인에게 자신의 데이터를 통제하고 관리하여 활용할 수 있는 권한을 부여하는 것이다. 마이데이터 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 기관에서 제공되는 서로 다른 형식의 데이터를 표준 규격 형태로 변환하기 위한 API G/W의 개발이 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 마이데이타 서비스의 API G/W 개발을 위해 검증(Validation) 기능, 관리(Throttling) 기능, 인증 및 권한(Authentication & Authorization) 기능, 중재(Mediation) 기능으로 주요 기능들을 도출하고 각 세부 기능별로 해당 서비스를 설계하였다. 설계된 API G/W의 기능들을 통해 다양한 형식의 요구들을 서비스할 수 있는 마이데이터 서비스를 안전하고 효율적으로 지원할 수 있었다.

As of July 1997, the registered number of automobiles exceeded 10 million and Korean auto industry produced 2,850,000 cars. Many environmentalists warn that the passenger cars are not sustainable urban transportation system in large cities. The cars produce about 80% of air pollutants, and consume 30% of petroleum imported. For the past 30 years the administration increased the road system, but the length of road per car is decreased from 813m in 1965 to 9m in 1995. The cost of traffic congestion was estimated to be \14.7 trillion in 1996, and is feared to increase without changing the present transportation system. The undesirable impact of cars include the casualties from traffic accidents, insurance loss, and separation of human relatioships. To construct sustainable urban transportation system, three principles should be followed. The first principle is to make the urban streets walkable for the people. The second principle is to encourage bicycling. Roads and traffic systems should be designed to let bicylces travel safely. The third principle is to supply more buses and construct integrated transportation system based on buses. The subway system is too expensive to construct and without the support of a well-organized bus system it may not work efficiently. The Brazilian city of Curitiba has constructed a very efficient bus system only with 1/80 of the estimated cost of subway system. The car-oriented transportation system does not seem to be an envrironmentally sustainable transportation system in most of the Korean cities.

From July 1st 2002, the Product Liability Act will be efficacious in Korea, and its influence will be prevalent over all industrial folds. However, little attention has been paid to the Act and its influence in the area of Industrial Safety. Therefore, this paper aimed to call the people's attention to them, and to suggest some points for counterplans in that n As for counterplans to the Product Liability, there are two different approaches - Product Liability Prevention (PLP) and Product Liability Defense(PLD). Between them, PLP is more safety-oriented approach, and especially Product Safety(PS) will be the core of it. Related with this, it was noted that productive goods which are utilized as productive materials or tools in the later process or industries could be troublesome when the Act is efficacious. As a solution, the necessity of cooperation among manufacturing plants belong to the similar industry, and of development of qualitative techniques applicable to analyses of consumers behavior was emphasized. Ant the interest and participation of Human Behavioral Scientists, Ergonomists as well as Consumer Psychologists were called upon. Also, it was suggested that an integrative approach including administrative or governmental management system for industrial goods should be developed.
