본 연구는 현대 대의제 대중민주주의의 개선안 도출을 위해 수행되었다. 본래의 민주주의 모델인 이소노미아(isonomia)가 퇴색하고 대중이 통치하는 데모크라시(democracy)로 현대 민주주의가 운영되면서 민주주의시스템의 문제가 심화되고 있다. 다수결 승자독식주의와 자본주의 경제시스템이 야기하는 경제적 불평등으로 인해 민주주의는 더욱 큰 문제를 드러내고 있다. 현대의 평등 정신에 의해 모든 대중이 동등한 자격의 주권자가 되는 대중민주주의는 선동가들이 권력을 장악하기 쉬운 구조다. 경제 문제를 스스로 해결하고 정직성과 용기 헌신 희생 성실성을 가진 자유인들이 동동한 자격으로 법률을 정하고, 그 법을 스스로 지키는 이소노미아는 자유인들의 양심과 덕성에 크게 의존한 시스템인데 비해, 현대 대중 민주주의는 경제력과 무관하게 주권자의 절대 평등성은 구현하였지만, 공동체에 대한 희생정신과 헌신이 없이도 주권자나 공직자가 되어 권리를 누리고 이기심을 채울 수 있는 구조가 되었다. 본 연구는 이소노미아의 본질을 구현하면서 현대 대의제 대중민주주의의 장점을 유지할 수 있는 제도로서 서비스주의 민주주의를 제시하였다. 재산 유무와 관계없이 모두에게 공평한 덕성 자격 요건을 중심으로 시스템을 구현하였다. 인간의 불완전성은 인공지능의 활용으로 보완하였다. 주권자와 공직자 대리인의 본성에 대한 가정을 새롭게 정립하고, 승자독식주의 문제를 해결하였다. 본 연구는 인류 공통원리와 서비스철학을 기반으로 하는 서비스주의 민주주의를 통해 이소노미아의 철학과 대중민주주의의 장점이 동시에 구현될 수 있음을 입증하였다. 자본주의가 20세기에 수정자본주의로 개선되었듯이, 21세기에는 현재 대중민주주의가 수정민주주의인 서비스주의 민주주의로 발전될 필요가 있다.

A fixed k-coloring problem is introduced and dealt with by efficient heuristic algorithms. It is shown that the problem can be transformed into the graph partitioning problem. Initial coloring and improving methods are proposed for problems with and with and without the size restriction. Algorithm Move, LEE and OEE are developed by modifying the Kernighan-Lin's two way uniform partitioning procedure. The use of global information in the selection of the node and the color set made the proposed algorithms superior to the existing method. The computational result also shows that the superiority does not sacrifice the time demand of the proposed algorithms.

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 객실승무원의 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성(fit), 희생성(sacrifice)및 연계성(links)요인이 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 한 결과, 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성, 희생성 및 연계성요인 모두가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 강한 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 이직의도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.

The recent issue on the withdrawal of U.S. Forces from Korea Suggests an Urgency of Self Defense of Korea. The expected huge defense budget and her armed forces create a need for an operational analysis. It is shown through a statistical analysis what some of the opportunity costs of defense spending have been. Some evidences about what some of the economy sacrifice if defense spending rises have been analyzed to provide executive departments with a quantitative basis for decisions. The Korea-U.S. alliance is discussed in view of the developmental effects of U.S. aids and deterrent effects of U.S.F.K.

Penicillin amidase (EC 3.5.1.11) was produced by a mutant strain of Bacillius megaterium ATCC 14945. Hydroxylamine assay method for the determination of 6-APT was modified by using "HCl addition techniques" in order to simplify the time consuming orginal assay method without sacrifice of accuracy. Using the new mutant strain, the effects of fermentation conditions on enzyme production were studied.e studied.

Complexities of testis structure and function are emphasized in morphometrical and genotoxic evaluation by statistical analysis. F-344 rats were treated with azinphos methyl, cyclophosphomide, and dichlorvos. And Brdu was injected with intrapertionially before sacrifice. The existence and degree of DNA damage were measured by Brdu labeling index which represented relative amount of Brdu incorporated in DNA, morphometric change was evaluated by the relative length of tubular diameter in circular seminiferous tubules and the number of spermatogonia per Sertoli cell in stage IX seminiferous tubules.

To determine the preventive effect of Samulanshintang (SA) on stress, we investigated the physiological change of rats which were applied immobilization stress. For immobilization stress, rats were placed in restrainer for 12 hours a day for 3 days. During application of stress, body weight of rats was measured. After sacrifice, 4 organs were taken for measurement of organ weight. Brain was homogenated and its catecholamine and serotonin contents were measured with HPLC. In our study, stress mainly induced increase of concentration of neurotransmitters in brain without other significant physical change of rats. SA inhibited stress induced changes of neurotransmitter content in brain.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether vitamin {TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} deficiency and age affect the blood cho-lesterol profile in exercising rats. Fifty four rats were fed either a viramin {TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} deficient dief(-{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX}) of a control diet(+{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX}) for 6 weeks, then subdivided into 3 groups:non-exercise group(NE), exercise and sacrifice group(ES), exercise and recuperation group(ER). ES group was exercised in treadmill({TEX}$10^{o}${/TEX}, 0.5~0.8km/h) for 2 hours and sacrifice. ER group was recuperated three days with respective diet after exercise. At week 3 and 6, and level of plasma total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL_C) were compared. In NE group, there was no difference in the levels of TC, HDL_C and LDL_C between +{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats and -{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats. The plasma levels of TC and LDL_C of 6 weeks were higher than those of 3 weeks and on difference in HDL_V between 3 weeks rats and 6 weeks rats. In ES group, there was also no difference in the levels of TC, HDL_C and LDL_C between +{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats and -{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats and there was no difference in TC, LDL-cholesterol between 3 weeks rats and 6 weeks rats. The level of HDL_C pf 6 weeks was lower than that of 3 weeks rats. In ER group, there was no difference in the levels of TC and LDL_C not only between +{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats and-{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats but also between 3 weeks rats and 6 weeks rats. The level of HDL_C was lower in -{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats than in +{TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} rats and higher in 6 weeks rats than in 3 weeks rats. These results suggest that vitamin {TEX}$B_{6}${/TEX} deficiency may affect the HDL_C during exercise and after recuperation. The desirable effect of exercise on plasma Cholesterol profile is strengthened in adult age than young age.

Medical practice is characterized by various physiological response and uncapacity of prediction, therefore when medical accident occur it's hard to prove medical professionals' mistake. Though medical accident by medical professionals' mistake will be compensated anyhow, about irresistible medical accidents, no one should be not bound to compensate, victims get into very difficult situation. So, the nation don't negligent irresistible medical accidents but compensate anyway. As in the past, to the legal principle's constitution of irresistible medical accidents, theory of liability without fault was adapted, and it was said this theory was illogical in theory of liability with fault. But the subject of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is nation, nation don't participate in medical treatment therefore there is no room to occur mistake. And it is not reasonable to regard medical agency as a truster of public service, to cast to it responsibility of medical accidents. The problem of compensation to irresistible medical accidents is understood under the theory of social compensation. Social compensation is consisted of compensation to sacrifice and contribution to nation and society and compensation to sacrifice revealed under danger, the compensation to irresistible medical accidents belongs to the latter. This is near to concept of relief, is applied to national compensation system supplementarily, and compensation have no option but to compensate minimum. And there are not relation between national compensation system of irresistible medical accidents and proof liability transposition and theory of liability with out fault, merely in side of sharing responsibility burden between medical treater and victim, it is reasonable to discuss transportation of proof liability and compulsive liability insurance together.
