어가의 어촌 6차산업화 사업유형 결정요인 분석 (An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Types of 6th Industrialization Business of Fishery Households)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the types of the 6th industrialization of fishery households. In this study we tried to explain the significance of the demographic and managerial characteristics of fishery households when they choose the types of the 6th industrialization business. Multinomial logistic model was used for this analysis. This study shows that the household and fishery management characteristics, main method of fishing, and regional factors matters for fishery households to choose their business types. Our results implies that it is necessary to reflect the detailed support measures differentiated by business types when implementing the 6th industrialization policy for fishery sector. In addition, the sixth industrialization of fishery should not be limited to marine products, but agricultural products produced in fishing villages should be included.

낙동정맥 내 OECM 적용 가능 지역 발굴을 위한 마을 특성과 서식지 질 비교 (Comparison between village characteristics and habitat quality to application OECM in Nakdong-Jeongmaek)

  • The Jeongmaeks are Korea's unique forest space recognition system that diverged from the Baekdudaegan. The Jeongmaeks are easily exposed to pressure because it is adjacent to the living area. Among them, Nakdong-Jeongmaek has high biodiversity, but damage is accelerating. According to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in 2022, the target is to expand the area of terrestrial and marine protected areas to 30% of national territory by 2030. As of September 2023, the area of terrestrial protected areas in South Korea is only 16.97% of the country's territory. This is due in part to the high proportion of private forests in the region, which makes it difficult to establish protected areas. Therefore, there is a need to establish Other Effective Area-based Conservation Measure (OECMs), which pursue complex and effective conservation that considers multiple values, as an alternative to protected areas. This study aims to identify areas suitable for OECM and to provide opinions on the establishment of appropriate management plans for each value using SOM and InVEST Habitat Quality model. This study evaluated the habitat quality of 206 villages located within 1km of the Nakdong-Jeongmaek and compared the characteristics of villages classified by SOM. As a result, the habitat quality was 0.867 for Tourism village (ClusterIV), 0.838 for Conservation village (ClusterVI), 0.835 for Mixed village (ClusterI), 0.796 for Production (ClusterV), 0.731 for Rural village (ClusterIII) and 0.625 for Urban village (ClusterII). When the distribution was identified through statistical analysis, the Kruskal-Wallis test showed that the distributions were not identical, with a p-value of 1.53e-08. Dunn's test showed a difference between Tourism, Conservation and Rural, Urban village. However, Mixed village was overestimated due to the lack of villages and the small area included in the study area. Moreover, Conservation village was somewhat under-evaluated in the analysis due to the use of a single weight for protected areas. It is necessary to perform additional reinforcement of the value evaluation of Jeongmaeks by conducting Forest Resource Survey and the National Natural Environment Survey. Therefore, we believe that sufficient validity for the establishment of OECMs in the Nakdong-Jeongmaek can be provided by addressing these limitations and conducting additional research.

  • From 1970, the concept of ecotourism is introduced, lots of studies in ecotourism appeared. Review these studies are necessary for future ecotourism studies. Some review studies on ecotourism are existed. However, these approach also limitation of subjectivities and some sorts of papers has not been reviewed. This study use keyword network analysis which is used as big data analysis to overcome the limitation. Foreign 2455 studies and domestic 163 studies which have ecotoursim in keywords, are analyzed for reviewing. As a result, 3 cluster('Sustainable tourism development', 'Ecological conservation', 'Ecotourist analysis' appeared, in ecotourism studies. In addition, this cluster has deep relationship with region. 'Sustainable tourism development' is related to Eurasia, Australia, Europe. 'Ecological conservation' is related to Africa. 'Ecotourism analysis' is related to North America. Especially 'Resident participation', 'Stakeholder' are appeared many times in Asia region. These results show that ecotourism studies are interpreted in regional contexts. It means that although only one word 'ecotourism' is used in different contexts, regional approach are needed for exact use. In Korea, the keywords are focused on ecotourists and developments. As Korea has lots of ecotour village, resident participation studies have to be supplemented.

어장·어촌과 연계한 지방어항건설사업의 평가분석 (The Evaluation Analysis of the Local Fishing Port Construction Project in Connection with Fishery and Fishing Village)

  • The government has promoted the local fishing port construction project since 1972 for conquest of the crisis of the fishing village by withering of a fishery, the improvement in fishermen's living environment and quality of life, and promotion of fisheries. In order to estimate the local fishing port construction project objective and synthetically, and to grope for the method proposal of system establishment of the project, the monitoring survey was carried out. The monitoring survey was classified into the program and the performance monitoring. The program monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the project fit for the inhabitants of a fishing village. The performance monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, tourism latent powers of a fishing village, rural settlement conditions, etc. using various statistical materials. Since investigating the measured value before executing a policy was not completed, the project effect was compared with the measured value of other areas. According to the local fishing port construction project, the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, and tourism latent powers of the fishing village where the project was undertaken improved greatly, and income of the fishing village increased greatly. As a result of comparing project fit in order to evaluate the project, the project fit of the local fishing port construction project area was higher than the non-project area. Desirable method proposal of monitoring survey was established and the method for raising the efficiency of monitoring survey was extracted.

농특산품 전시판매장 디자인 현황 분석 및 유형별 분석 - 농촌관광마을 현장조사 및 농업인 공급자 의식조사를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Design Status by Type at Display Store of Regional Agricultural Products: Focusing on the Survey of Farming Suppliers' Attitude and Site Examination of Rural Tourism Village)

  • With the increase of visitors to rural tourism villages, the direct selling at sites is getting vitalized. Accordingly, their display stores is getting more important. Therefore, this study has selected 30 domestic rural tourism villages as study objects for the attitude survey of 200 farming suppliers and the site examination for the designs of those display stores in order to analyze their status and classify the types of necessity. Such operation status as sale item, sale method, method of supply and demand, major customer, sales scale, manager, opening hour, and operation cost were examined, to identity and for design factors the pattern, material quality and color were investigated. For the attitude of farming suppliers, the tactics of sales, the reason for being positive or negative, the functionality and the features of display stores were examined through brainstorming. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Program was employed for Frequency, which indicated that village chiefs and store managers with the sales scale of 1 to 20 million won are dealing with female customers in their 40's and 50's and that those stores are open at the time of experience or year round without any operation expense. Permanent type and Fixed type were found to be the design factors of the display-case type with the material and the color of wood and orange respectively. The result of investigation analysis of farming suppliers' attitude showed the followings: the need of display stores is quite high, structure type and permanent type have high fitness and from the viewpoint of display-on-table type as a standard moving type was very convenient. The analysis of significant items at the characteristics of those display stores revealed that their locations, quality conservation, sanitation, users' convenience, designs and promotion are very important. The result of status analysis revealed that though there is a correlation among the types of display stores depending on the visiting season of tourists their installing is not desirable. Three types have been analyzed: Type 1 is a structure type only in the villages with continuous visitors, Type 2 a moving-table type only in the villages with temporary visitors and Type 3 is a fixed display-case type.

농촌 농특산품 전시판매시설 디자인 소비자 의식 분석 및 디자인 개발 - 농촌관광마을을 중심으로 - (An Analysis on Consumers' Awareness of a Rural Specialties Exhibition Shop and the Design Development : Focusing on Rural Tourism Village)

  • This, an association research for design-improvement and model-development of exhibition shops at rural tourism communities, is to secure objective data by analyzing customers' awareness-tendency of and demand for agricultural-specialty exhibition shops. Survey-questions for finding out consumers' awareness-tendency and demand were determined through brainstorming of a professional council, 30 rural communities of which visit-rate by consumers is considerably high were selected for the recruit of 200 consumers. For investigation and analysis, survey and in-depth interview were carried out at the scene with the application of frequency analysis and summarization of their opinions, which revealed that they have a strong will to visit the rural tourism communities for the purchase of agricultural specialties along with the experience of learning-program and on-the-scene direct dealing and that their viewpoint on the direct dealing at the scene was very positive. Also it was confirmed hat their satisfaction with the purchase of agricultural specialties by on-the-scene direct dealing, their pleasure at the purchase, their satisfaction with services and their intention for re-purchase of them were very high while their satisfaction with the exhibition shops was very low. With on-the-scene survey, the consumers' opinions could be listened to in depth. Almost all of them said their satisfaction with the trip to those rural tourism communities was considerably high since they could go to those communities themselves to relieve the stress from their modern life, to experience healing and to see the goods on the scene. Their satisfaction also was attributed to the fact that they have enough trust in purchase along with feeling the warm-heartedness of rural residents. As to their awareness of exhibition shops, they showed a positive response to the on-the-scene direct dealing at rural communities while they, thinking that the space in those exhibition shops was not sufficiently wide, demanded for more systematic counters in more accessible and affordable exhibition shops so that they might be more satisfied with the exhibition shops. Their demand for the necessity of exhibition shops selling agricultural specialties was found to be over 80%, which indicates that the necessity is very high. As to the suitability of function, they have the opinion that the business at those shops had better be focused on sales since they have the understanding of information when they take a trip to the rural communities, while there was another opinion: since agricultural products are seasonal items they should be exhibited and sold at the same time. More than 90% of the respondents had a positive viewpoint on direct dealing of agricultural specialties on the scene, which showed that their response to it was very high. They preferred the permanent shops equipped with roll-around table-booths. In addition, it was revealed that they want systematic exhibition shops in rural communities because they frequent those communities for on-the-scene direct purchase. The preferred type and opinion resulting from estimation of consumers' demands have been reflected for development of practical designs. The structure of variable principles has been designed so that the types of display-case and table-booth might be created. The result of this study is a positive data as a design model which can be utilized at rural communities and will be commercialized for the verification of its validity.

체험요소(4Es) 이론을 적용한 농촌마을의 테마전시관 계획 연구 (Planning of Exhibit Halls in Rural Tourism Villages Applying Experience Factor(4Es) Theory)

  • 농촌테마전시관은 농촌지역개발사업의 활성화로 새롭게 조성되고 있는 체험관광 시설 중 하나로 지역의 어메니티자원을 방문객들에게 집중적으로 소개할 수 있는 중요한 시설이다. 이는 어메니티자원에 기초한 지역활성화라는 지역개발 기조에 맞추어 마을을 발전시키는 데 핵심 시설이 될 수 있는 중요한 자원임에도 불구하고, 현재까지 조성되어 온 농촌마을의 전시관은 유사한 주제와 단순 나열방식의 전시가 주를 이루고 있으며, 관리상태도 열악한 실정이다. 테마전시관을 통해 적극적으로 마을의 중심 어메니티자원을 알리고, 관련 체험프로그램을 제공하여 방문객들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 방문객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 체험요소를 두루 갖춘 전시관의 체계적 계획이 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 Pind 과 Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론을 고찰하여 체험요소(4Es)로 제시된 교육적, 심미적, 현실도피적, 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 활용한 농촌체험전시관 계획 방향을 설정하고, 이를 철원군 이길리 마을에 계획중인 두루미 테마전시관에 적용함으로써, 방문객과 소통하며 어메니티자원을 부각시킬 수 있는 테마전시관 계획방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 농촌관광마을에서 농촌체험전시관이 어메니티특성화와 마을활성화에 촉매제로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The population hasincreases in urban increase geometrically, and then many problemsoccur in society anomity, environmental pollution, exhaustion of recourses, So we have to consider the quality of our life. Eco-village is the alternative the village's principle to consider the human life. Eco-village refers to the application to ecological principles to the development of human ecosystem in order to achieve sustainability. Since a few yearsm, in Korea, ecovillages have built for alternative society and developed local society. The expert and residents live ecovillages just consider the physical system or the social system. However, Ecovilliges must have not only unique physical, social aspects, but also the scenic aspects, especially, in the villages for eco-tourism. The paper examines what images are recognized by the people as ecovillages, and what difference betweenr they understand the functions and meaning each image or not. Through the result, this paper explores the important and necessity of the scenic landscape plan in ecovillages.

동남아 농촌마을의 생태관광을 통한 지역사회 발전: 인도네시아와 캄보디아의 지역사회기반생태관광(CBET) (Ecotourism as Community Development Tool in Rural villages of Indonesia and Cambodia)

  • 풍부한 자연환경과 다양한 문화 역사 유산을 갖춘 동남아에서 관광은 국가 및 지역경제 발전의 주요 부문이다. 하지만 굴뚝 없는 산업으로 인식되어 온 관광 산업이 점차 대형화 지구적 표준화되어 감에 따라, 관광산업의 이윤과 사회 환경적 비용의 불균등한 배분에 따른 문제제기가 이어지고 있다. 이에 보존과 지역발전을 동시에 추구하는 지역사회기반생태관광(CBET)이 주목할 만한 대안으로 부상하고 있다. 본 논문은 인도네시아와 캄보디아에서의 CBET의 발전경로와 현황을 상호 비교함으로써, 동남아시아에서 생태관광을 통한 지역사회발전의 현황과 과제를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 인도네시아 발리의 마을관광네트워크인 JED의 회원마을과 캄보디아 스텅트렝 주의 람사르 습지보전지역의 CBET 프로그램의 형성과정을 분석하고 두 사례의 비교를 통해 생태관광을 통한 지역사회발전 전략의 가능성과 한계를 짚어보았다. 두 사례 모두에서 관광의 핵심자원인 생태환경의 보호와 환경인식 개선과 더불어 지역공동체에서 관광으로 인한 직간접적인 사회경제적 이윤이 창출되는 긍정적 결과를 확인하였다. 하지만 두 마을 공동체에 조직된 CBET 거버넌스의 안정성과 관리역량에는 차별적이지만 상당한 한계가 존재하며, 이는 해당 지역사회관광 프로그램의 효율성과 지속가능성에 제약조건이 되고 있다. 결론부분에서는 사례연구를 바탕으로 사회적 경제를 매개로 한 CBET 프로그램 지원을 통해 한국의 대 동남아시아 관광 ODA의 가능성을 제시하였다.

지역주민의 농촌마을종합개발사업에 대한 인식이 농촌관광개발 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence on Residents' Recognition and Attitude on Their Farm Village Development in a Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project)

  • 우리나라 농촌의 현실인 저소득 문제와 공동화 문제 등이 서로 맞물려 상승작용을 하면서 문제가 더욱 심화되어가는 악순환 현상이 발생하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 다양한 농촌개발사업이 추진되고 있으며, 1990년대 이후 부터 농어촌지역의 생활환경, 산업기반 및 편익 복지시설 등을 정비 확충하기 위해 정주권 개발과 문화마을조성사업, 신활력사업, 농촌마을종합개발사업 등을 추진되고 있다. 기존 연구동향을 살펴보면, 농촌마을종합개발사업에 대한 평가지표, 문제점 및 개선사항, 투자우선순위 등의 연구가 시행되어졌지만, 실제적으로 농촌마을종합개발사업이 지역개발에 대한 지역주민의 태도와 관광개발에 대한 영향인식에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌마을종합개발사업을 통해 농촌지역 관광개발이 경제적, 사회문화적, 환경적 측면의 변화가 지역주민의 개발 태도와 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 특히 중요 영향요인이 무엇인지를 분석하고, 농촌지역 개발에 따른 영향지각이 지역주민 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 향후 농촌마을종합개발사업 추진단계, 계획수립단계에서부터 실행단계까지 지역주민의 적극적인 참여를 유도할 수 있는 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 농촌마을종합개발을 위한 지역주민의 적극적인 참여를 유도할 수 있는 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌관광과 농촌관광개발에 대한 인식 제고가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 농촌마을종합개발사업의 주테마가 농촌관광개발의 경우에는 관광에 대한 지역주민 교육 및 인식이 명확하게 제고되어야 사업의 효과를 발휘할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 사업추진을 통한 경제적 수익 등의 경제적 영향, 기반시설 및 복지시설 확충 등의 긍정적인 효과를 느낄 수 있는 계획이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 농촌마을종합개발사업의 긍정적 인식과 태도를 부각시키고, 부정적 인식과 태도에 대해서는 교육과 홍보를 통해 긍정적인 인식을 높여 사업에 대한 관심과 참여를 높여 효과적인 사업 추진을 이룰 수 있어야 할 것이다.
