고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량의 주행특성 해석 (Running characteristics of rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle)

  • Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition for straight running track. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, resultant forces and vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. Based on the Korea performance test criteria for urban transit, vertical and lateral vibration of car body were calculated and evaluated as wearing condition of guide wheels. And resultant forces between bogie guidance frame and guide rail in straight running track were analyzed. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the performance criteria and design requirement .

  • A bogie is the device that connects a car body and wheel sets of a rail vehicle. It is the critical component that determine:; the running safety, The bogie consists of a frame, suspensions, brakes and wheel sets. Various analyses including a numerical simulation using a finite element method, a static load test, a fatigue test, ai)d r running test should be carried out to design the bogie. However cracks have been found at some end beams of the bogies mounted on the freight cars running with the high speed. The cracks of the end beam results in deterioration of the brake performance an the running safety, A new design has been suggested to solve this problem by ROTEM company and it's performance has been tested in this paper. Numerical simulations and dynamic tests are carried out to figure out the causes of cracks in the conventional bogie, and the vibrational characteristics of the improved bogie are compared with those of the conventional one.

  • This study is mainly concerned with vibration control of L-type reciprocating air compressor by a dynamic vibration absorber. The dynamic vibration absorber of reciprocating air compressor was designed for constant revolution running condition. For the review, Vibration test was conducted for the performance appraisal of installed dynamic vibration absorber in the reciprocating air compressor. As a result of the test, the performance of dynamic vibration absorber was satisfactory.

  • This Paper describes the evaluation methods and criteria used to verify running Performance of railway vehicle, and shows results of vehicle dynamics simulation and running performance tests for New Mugunghwa Coaches that were designed and manufactured by DHI in 1997. Through running performance test of New Mugunghwa Coaches, Vibration, Ride Comfort were measured on the condition of service operation. As a results, each simulation and test results meet the criteria proposed by Korean National Railroad(KNR) and Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI).

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수도권 전동차량의 주행성능을 평가하는 방법으로 진동성능을 비교검토하기 위하여 실차측정하고 분석한 것이다. 전동차량의 제작년도별로 측정대상차량을 샘플링하여 다양한 조건에서 진동을 측정하고 실측데이타를 시간영역의 통계적 방법으로 분석한 결과 제작년도에 따른 영향도 약간 나타났으며 전동차량의 2차 현가장치의 종류에 따른 영향을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 측정선로구간의 특성에 따른 영향도 비교적 잘 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The pantograph for Korean High Speed Train was developed and had been evaluating by through "G7- R&D for home grown high speed train technology". In this study, a relation in mechanical aspect between the train running speed and the current collecting performance of the pantograph is conducted.'for this study, a measuring system for current collecting performance and mechanical characteristics is developed and installed on the prototype Korean High Speed Train, and measurement is conducted while the train runs on the test track. The measuring system is composed of video monitoring system and telemetry & data processing unit. It monitors whether the hazard behavior in the pantograph is occurs or not, and measures acceleration and vertical contact force between the pan head and catenary. Through this study, evaluation of a mechanical vibration characteristics and trend of the pantograph and a interface performance of pantograph - catenary up to 200㎞/h train speed are facilitated.

  • The role of suspension system in tracked vehicles cannot be overestimated because the driving and running conditions of such vehicles are very severe. It reduces the vibration and shock which are generated by road profile in running condition. As the tracked vehicle's running speed increases, more undesired vibrations can be generated by road profile particularly in the situation of field running.   • A bogie frame of welded type have some problems. Some end beam has cracked. The cracks have profound influence on the safe freight service. The bogie consists of a frame, suspensions, brakes and wheel sets. Various analyses including a numerical simulation using a finite element method, a static load test, a fatigue test, and running test should be carried out to design the bogie. However cracks have been found at some end beams of the bogies mounted on the freight cars running with the high speed. The cracks of the end beam results in deterioration of the brake performance and the running safety. Numerical simulations and dynamic tests are carried out to figure out the causes of cracks in the existing bogie, and the vibrational characteristics of the improved bogie are compared with those of the conventional one. In this reports, the vibration characteristics were dealed with the most pressing matters for the solution of the end beam crack.

  • The vibration of an attractive magnetic levitation(Maglev) vehicle transportation system is caused by the irregularity of the guideway track and the performance of the suspensions of the Maglev system. It is essential for us to give attention to the secondary suspension of the vehicle system as it determines the ride quality. In order to improve the ride quality and running stability, active secondary suspensions have been developed and applied to the vibration problems. This paper analyzes the performance of the active secondary suspension which is applied to an attractive magnetic levitation vehicle system running on a rough track. The dynamics of the suspension system and the optimal control problems are studied. According to the transient and frequency response analyses to the track disturbance, the ride quality of an attractive Maglev vehicle has been improved by applying the designed LQR active controller, and it has been confirmed that this improvement was also influenced by the configuration of the system.

  • In this paper, with the background features on which measuring the transverse left-right and up -down vibration of wheel, bogie and body by wireless measurement system, performance evaluation systems which can assess the running behavior of high speed trains based on UIC code 518-OR and evaluate the ride comfort of them based on ISO code 2631 and UIC code 513 were developed. The characteristics of dynamic vibration are generally analyzed by an acceleration of a car body of high speed train and the acceleration can be applied to evaluation of running safety. In this paper, also matching system of distance from tachometer and vibration from accelerometer was programmed in development software, and the SD card embedded system which prevent to loss of data in wireless measurement was mounted on this system. Finally the software perform to analysis with filtering and statistical post-process in the unit sections and zones and focus on developing the capability monitoring in the main control center. For the verification of this system, the running behavior and safety factor were analyzed based on field measured data of the Cheonjun-gunnum-sun turn out point in the new KTX railway.
