The Rotterdam Rules regulate both transport documents and the legal effect of the choice of document much more comprehensively than the existing maritime convention to bring international harmonization of issues relating to transport documents. The Rotterdam Rules use the generic term 'transport documents' rather than referring to specific title such as bills of lading, sea waybills. The generic term 'transport documents' allow four types of transport documents to be identified as follows. 1. negotiable 2. negotiable which dispense with surrender 3. non-negotiable which require surrender 4. non-negotiable. Each types of transport documents has its requirements to be satisfied. Also, the choice of transport documents affects legal effect. Thus parties to the contract of carriage not only need to know how the document will be classified at the time it is issued but also consider what the documents will bring legal consequences.

The paper focuses on the clothing codes described in the Analects of Confucius, and explores the reasons for the rules setting up, including the rules of color, the design, the pattern, and even the material of the clothes whose distinct features reflect the ceremony and etiquette of the time in the classic, which are in correspondence with the requirements of Confucianism, especially for stressing the social rights, obligations and codes of conduct to everyone in the society.

Current codes of practice do not exist in isolation, and rules that have been developed assume certain material properties and minimum workmanship in fabrication and erection. These are either in separate documents or different parts of the code. This paper explains the main requirements for materials and workmanship and how they can be related to design and construction in general. The use of very high strength steels is also considered and the measures that may be needed to allow their use with modern codes are also presented.

Purpose - This paper compares current requirements for depreciation accounting from the Financial Accounting Standards Board in America for equity securities and all debt securities with determinable fair value, and disclosure requirements related to the fair value of securities below registered cost with the requirements of the international Financial Reporting Standards Board and accounting standards committee. Research design, data, and methodology - Mini-review statements are examined relating to depreciation of investments in America and the Financial Accounting Standards depreciation of investments in Iran that meet the requirements of international reporting standards and the Iranian Accounting Standards Committee. Results - Accounting rules for depreciation of investments in securities requires a good deal of judgment. In particular, devaluation decisions during the recession and market crisis were controversial, although even with no clear guidelines on devaluation, sometimes such decisions were simple. Conclusions -Companies can choose from formal policies applied uniformly and documentations of interest to provide a summary of the principles and conclusions obtained through disclosure, enabling market participants to assess the entity's conclusions reasonably, thereby easing investor and market worries.

In this paper, we discuss the schedule problems for Korean Professional Baseball League (KPBL) and propose approaches to solve these problems by applying Integer Programming. A schedule in a sport league must satisfy lots of constraints on timing such as organizational, attractiveness, and fairness requirements. Organizational requirements cover a set of rules which have to guarantee that all the games can be scheduled according to the regulations imposed by Korean Baseball Organization (KBO). Attractiveness requirements focus on what stadium visitors, television spectators, and the clubs expect, that is, a varied, eventful, and exciting season. Fairness requirements have to guarantee that no team is handicapped or favored in comparison with the others. In addition to finding a feasible schedule that meets all the constraints, the problem addressed in this paper has the additional complexity of having the objective of minimizing the travel costs and every team has the balancing number of the games in home. We formalize the KPBL problem into an optimization problem and adopt the concept of evolution strategy to solve it. Using the method proposed, it is efficient to find better results than approaches developed before.

Humans rely on the availability of a supply of gaseous oxygen for survival. If the minimal requirements for oxygen are not met, both mental and physical abilities and performance are degraded rapidly. So oxygen systems are required for the aircraft operating at high altitude to prevent physical and psychological problems, or loss of consciousness in an aircraft pilot, flight crew, or passengers. If oxygen system and equipments are to be included in the type design of an airplane, applicant should consider applicable airworthiness requirements and operating rules. In this paper we analyze the various oxygen system requirements for the type of aircraft, oxygen system, and operating conditions.

소프트웨어의 대형화와 사용자 요구사항의 복잡화에 따라, 소프트웨어 개발 초기 단계에서의 산출물의 정확성과 일관성은 중요해지고 있다. 하지만, 객체지향 방법을 기반으로 한 설계 문서에 대한 오류 검출 및 일관성 점검을 위한 기법은 만족할 만한 수준에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 UML(Unified Modeling Language)의 다이어그램들에 대한 메타모델을 작성하고, 메타모델의 각 요소들에 대하여 적용할 일반화된 메타규칙을 도출하고, 메타규칙들을 각 다이어그램에 적용한 세부규칙 도출에 활용하였다. 이 방법은 오류 검출과 일관성 점검에 활용할 세부규칙들을 체계적으로 도출하므로, 규칙의 완전성을 도모하고 규칙적용의 자동화를 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 도출된 세부규칙을 적용한 사례를 통하여 그 효용성을 확인하였다.

Since the 9.11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has become more important than ever before. With this as a momentum, a customs supply chain security paradigm emerged intended to guarantee secure flow of cargo across boarder. Under this circumstances Incoterms(R) 2010 rules have allocated obligations between the buyer and seller to obtain or to render assistances in obtaining security clearances. Thus, security related obligations such as providing advance manifest information is the mandatory requirements for any export and import. The impact on the seller and buyer of security related obligations under the Incoterms(R) 2010 rules environment is obvious. Assistance to provide the security information in advance has become indispensable obligations to the seller and buyer. As such assistances is at the cost and risk of the party responsible for the clearances of the goods, the choice of recognised partner and compliance with the relevant security program, in order to enjoy the relevant benefits, becomes paramount.

본 논문은 목표 및 시나리오 기반의 요구사항을 이용하여 기능점수 (function point)를 산정하는 방법을 제안한다. 기능점수는 소프트웨어의 규모를 계산하는 방법으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 비용계산의 기본자료가 된다. 기능접수를 산정하기 위해서는 요구사항 도출 및 분석이 선행되어야 하나 기존의 기능점수 방법론은 이를 다루지 않고 있다. 한편 시스템 개발의 초기단계에서 대부분의 요구사항은 자연어 형태로 수집된다. 목표와 시나리오 방법론은 자연어 형태의 요구사항을 사용하여 요구사항을 도출하고 분석하는 방법으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 추적성에 대한 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 목표 및 시나리오 기반의 요구사항으로부터 기능점수를 산정 할 수 있다면 요구사항과 기능접수 간의 추적성 관리가 쉬워진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 목표와 시나리오 기반의 요구사항으로부터 기능점수를 산정하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 자연어 형태로 기술된 목표 및 시나리오로부터 기능접수 분석에 필요한 규칙을 제공한다. 제안된 방안은 Order Processing System 예제를 통해 적용 방안을 설명한다.
