굽힘 및 피어싱 공정을 갖는 불규칙형상 제품의 프로그레시브 가공을 위한 네스팅 및 공정설계 자동화 시스템 (An Automated Nesting and Process Planning System of Irregularly Shaped-Sheet Metal Product With Bending and Piercing Operation for Progressive Working)

  • This paper describes a research work of developing a computer-aided design of irregularly shaped-sheet metal product with bending and piercing operation for progressive working. An approach to the CAD system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the CAD system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of five main modules, which are input and shape treatment, flat pattern-layout, production feasibility check, blank-layout, and strip-layout module. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system is designed by considering several factors, such as radius and angle of bend, material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profile, and availability of press. This system is capable of unfolding a formed sheet metal part to give flat pattern and automatically account for the adjustment of bend allowances to match tooling requirements by checking dimensions and the best utilization ratio of blank-layout within bending production feasibility area which is beyond ${\pm}30^{\circ}$ degrees intersecting angle between grain flow and bending edge line and which is suitable to progressive bending operation. Also the strip-layout drawing generated by a bending and a piercing operation according to punch profiles divided into automatically for external area of irregularly shaped-sheet metal product is displayed in graphic forms.

The developed system provides its efficiency for flat pattern layout, and strip layout for the irregularly shaped sheet metal products.

  • This paper describes a research work of developing a computer-aided design of blanking and piercing for irregular-shaped sheet metal products. An approach to the development of compact and practical CAB system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the CAD system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system, STRT-DES, is designed by considering several factors, such as complexities of blank geometry and punch profile, availability of press equipment and standard parts, utilization ratio which minimizes the scrap in a single or a pairwise operation, bridge width, grain orientation and design requirements which maximize the strength of the part when subsequent bending is involved. This system checks a forming feasibility with both internal and external features, a dimension of blanked hole, and a corner and a fillet radius for irregualrly shaped sheet metal products. Therefore this system can carry out a die design for each process which is obtained from results of an automated blank layout drawing with a best utilization ratio for irregular shape of product that was successful in production feasibility check module and those of an automated strip layout drawing and generate part drawings and the assembly drawing of die set in graphic forms.

TVWS 대역 규정에 관한 분석 및 기술적 고려 (Analysis and Technical Consideration for the Rules on Television White Space)

  • 본 논문에서는 인지 무선 기술을 기반으로 한 주파수 공동 사용 기술을 적용하는 대역으로 주목을 받고 있는 TVWS 대역에 관하여 국내 기술 기준을 제정할 경우에 기존 서비스 보호, TVBD의 기술적인 요구 사항 및 TV 대역 DB 구축 관점에서 고려하여야할 기술적인 사항들을 제안한다. 제안한 사항들의 기본 개념은 기존 서비스인 DTV 및 무선 마이크를 절대적으로 보호해야 한다는 점을 기반으로 하고 있다. 외국의 기술 규격을 분석한 결과, 영국의 Ofcom 접근 방법은 매번 채널 및 출력 선정 알고리즘을 계산해야 되므로 TV 대역 DB에 상당한 부하가 걸릴 수 있는 반면에 미국의 FCC 접근 방법은 상대적으로 신속한 채널 목록과 송신 출력을 지정해 줄 수 있는 장점이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The industrial revolution 4.0 in general and the trend of the digital economy in particular have affected all aspects of the economy. In the orther hand, Digital Technology has the power to impact the strategies and competitiveness of businesses in the market. It is ever evolving and creating a revolutionary stand for different professions as well. Accounting is considered to be one of the oldest and traditional professions. The rules and methodology of this profession has remained uniform for a long period of time. But due to the advent of the digital technology accounting industry is experiencing some great changes. Challenges for the accounting profession are reflected in the need for rapid adaptation and transformation of business practice and business processes. Gradually it was difficult to manage the accounting of large firms without having any machine help. This profession faced a lot of challenges and required the need to adapt technology. The requirements of finance and digital accounting, as well as the requirements of regional and international financial and accounting integration, require proactive preparation, taking full advantage of the advantages as well as limiting the impacts. disadvantage. The aim of this paper is to analyze and systematize the key challenges that digitalization brings for accounting industry and propose some solution for digital transformation of accounting industry for Small and Medium Enterprise in Vietnam

  • 본 연구는 최근 구매주문서 발송을 조건으로 한 매도인의 승낙을 주요 이슈로 하는 CISG상 판례가 있어 이를 소개하고 심층 분석한 논문에 해당한다. 이러한 분석을 위해 CISG상 계약의 성립 관련 조항을 청약과 승낙으로 나누어 고찰하고, 특히 이 판례의 주요 이슈가 되고 있는 대응청약과 승낙의 요건 및 연착된 승낙의 인용 관련 조항을 주로 고찰하였다. 이와 더불어 판례의 분석과 CISG상 관련 조항의 분석을 통해 CISG를 준거법으로 하여 국제물품매매거래에 임하는 거래 당사자들이 유의하여야 할 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다.

건설근로자의 안전 의식 실태 및 안전 보건 교육 개선에 관한 연구 (The Study of Safety Awareness of Construction Workers and the Improvement of the Safety & Health Education)

  • Purpose : This study is conducted to analyze the safe awarenece, its related health education and the employee's requirements in a prime supplier and its subcontractor company, suggesting the proper measure in employee education program. Method : The employees of 'S' construction company and its subcontractor are surveyed during the period of April 15 from May 15 in 2016. The 324 questionnaires are statistically analyzed with the version 21.0 of SPSS. The general characteristics were calculated through the frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The difference in safe consciousness between prime and subcontractor employee group was analyzed using t-test. Result : The statistics shows the employees in the prime company tend to observe the safe rules rather than the subcontractor employees(p<.005), but the latter are more conscious of safety in working environment than the former(p<.005). In addition, the subcontractor company did not provide his employees with the site for the safety-health education. Conclusion : The small-sized subcontractor company should identify its employees' requirements and supplement the lack of the safety and health education for the prevention of the industrial disasters. In details, the hand-on and practice-oriented leaning and teaching program development are suggested.

A Novel Framework for Resource Orchestration in OpenStack Cloud Platform

  • This work is mainly focused on two major topics in cloud platforms by using OpenStack as a case study: management and provisioning of resources to meet the requirements of a service demanded by remote end-user and relocation of virtual machines (VMs) requests to offload the encumbered compute nodes. The general framework architecture contains two subsystems: 1) An orchestrator that allows to systematize provisioning and resource management in OpenStack, and 2) A resource utilization based subsystem for vibrant VM relocation in OpenStack. The suggested orchestrator provisions and manages resources by: 1) manipulating application program interfaces (APIs) delivered by the cloud supplier in order to allocate/control/manage storage and compute resources; 2) interrelating with software-defined networking (SDN) controller to acquire the details of the accessible resources, and training the variations/rules to manage the network based on the requirements of cloud service. For resource provisioning, an algorithm is suggested, which provisions resources on the basis of unused resources in a pool of VMs. A sub-system is suggested for VM relocation in a cloud computing platform. The framework decides the proposed overload recognition, VM allocation algorithms for VM relocation in clouds and VM selection.

Bond and ductility: a theoretical study on the impact of construction details - part 1: basic considerations

  • The applicability of limit analysis methods in design and assessment of concrete structures generally requires a certain plastic deformation capacity. The latter is primarily provided by the ductility of the reinforcement, being additionally affected by the bond properties between reinforcing steel and concrete since they provoke strain localization in the reinforcement at cracks. The bond strength of reinforcing bars is not only governed by concrete quality, but also by construction details such as bar ribbing, bar spacing or concrete cover thickness. For new concrete structures, a potentially unfavorable impact on bond strength can easily be anticipated through appropriate code rules on construction details. In existing structures, these requirements may not be necessarily satisfied, consequently requiring additional considerations. This two-part paper investigates in a theoretical study the impacts of the most frequently encountered construction details which may not satisfy design code requirements on bond strength, steel strain localization and plastic deformation capacity of cracked structural concrete. The first part introduces basic considerations on bond, strain localization and plastic deformation capacity as well as the fundamentals of the Tension Chord Model underlying the further investigations. It also analyzes the impacts of the hardening behavior of reinforcing steel and concrete quality. The second part discusses the impacts of construction details (bar ribbing, bar spacing, and concrete cover thickness) and of additional structure-specific features such as bar diameter and crack spacing.

무선 매체 접근 제어 프로토콜 상에서의 음성/데이타 통합 시스템을 위한 뉴로 퍼지 제어기 설계 (Design of a NeuroFuzzy Controller for the Integrated System of Voice and Data Over Wireless Medium Access Control Protocol)

  • In this paper, a NeuroFuzzy controller (NFC) with enhanced packet reservation multiple access (PRMA) protocol for QoS-guaranteed multimedia communication systems is proposed. The enhanced PRMA protocol adopts mini-slot technique for reducing contention cost, and these minislot are futher partitioned into multiple MAC regions for access requests coming from users with their respective QoS (quality-of-service) requirements. And NFC is designed to properly determine the MAC regions and access probability for enhancing the PRMA efficiency under QoS constraint. It mainly contains voice traffic estimator including the slot information estimator with recurrent neural networks (RNNs) using real-time recurrent learning (RTRL), and fuzzy logic controller with Mandani- and Sugeno-type of fuzzy rules. Simulation results show that the enhanced PRMA protocol with NFC can guarantee QoS requirements for all traffic loads and further achieves higher system utilization and less non real-time packet delay, compared to previously studied PRMA, IPRMA, SIR, HAR, and F2RAC.
