  • 최근 우리 생활과 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 컴퓨터 스스로 사용자가 처한 환경을 인식하는 상황 인식(situation-awareness) 시스템이 필수적이다 상황 인식(situation-awareness)시스템은 센서로부터 주변 환경 정보의 수집 및 결합을 통해 상황을 인식하고, 해석과 추론 처리과정을 거쳐 사용자에게 적절한 서비스를 제공한다 주변 환경이 시간에 따라 계속 변화하므로 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 현재의 환경 정보뿐만 아니라 과거의 환경 정보도 고려하여 현재 상황이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지도 파악할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따라 동적으로 변화하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 시간을 처리할 수 있는 상황 인식 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는 변화하는 컨텍스트의 시간처리를 JESS와 JAVA를 이용하여 처리하였다.

  • In this paper, we focus upon the design and applications of adaptive fuzzy-neuro controllers. An intelligent control system is proposed by exploiting the merits of two paradigms, a fuzzy logic controller and a neural network, assuming that we can modify in real time the consequential parts of the rulebase with adaptive learning, and that initial fuzzy control rules are established in a temporarily stable region. We choose the structure of fuzzy hypercubes for the fuzzy controller, and utilize the Perceptron learning rule in order to update the fuzzy control rules on-line with the output error. And, the effectiveness and the robustness of this intelligent controller are shown with application of the proposed adaptive fuzzy-neuro controller to control of the cart-pole system.

  • Rule inconsistency is an important issue that is needed to be addressed while designing efficient and optimal fuzzy rule bases. Automatic generation of fuzzy rules from data sets, using machine learning techniques, can generate a significant number of redundant and inconsistent rules. In this study we have shown that it is possible to provide a systematic approach to understand the fuzzy rule inconsistency problem by using the proposed measure called the Commonality measure. Apart from introducing this measure, this paper describes an algorithm to optimize a fuzzy rule base using it. The optimization procedure performs elimination of redundant and/or inconsistent fuzzy rules from a rule base.

  • 비즈니스 지식은 기업 업무 수행에 필요한 제반 지식들을 포괄적으로 의미하는 것으로 업무수칙, 수행방안 규정 등을 포함하며, ERP CRM 등 기업 응용 시스템 내의 프로그램 코드 내에 혼재되어 구축되어 왔다. 이러한 기업 응용 시스템은 급변하는 경영환경에 따라 비즈니스 지식의 변화로 잦은 수정 등 유지보수의 어려움과 개발에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 규칙관리 시스템은 기업 어플리케이션에 혼재 되어 있는 비즈니스 지식을 규칙의 형태로 분리하여 개발시간의 단축 및 유지보수의 용이성 등 전체적인 시스템의 품질 향상을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 지식의 규칙 표현과, 이를 이용한 규칙관리 시스템 설계 및 구현 방안을 제시한다.

  • The protective relay setting of transmission systems has to consider various factors such as the protrected device, relay type and system conditions and it requires the empirical knowledge of experts. In this study. The setting rules have been accumulated in Oracle DB and its inference scheme has been devised. Their applications to relay setting system are expected to refine the setting knowledge enhancing the accuracy and consistency of the relay setting.

  • The purpose of two player game is that a player beats an enemy. In order to win to various enemies, a learning of various strategies is indispensable. However, the optimal action to overcome the enemies will change when the game done over and again because the enemy's actions also change dynamically. Sol it is din-cult that the player aquires the optimal action and that the specific player keeps winning to various enemies. Species who have a competition relation and affect other's existence is called a coevolution. Coevolution has recently attracred considerable interest in the community of Artificial Life and Evolutionary Computation(1). In this paper, we apply Classifier System for agent team to two player game. A reward and a penalty are given to the used rules when the agent achieve specific action in the game and each team's rulebase are evaluated based on the ranking in the league. We show that all teams can acquire the optimal actions by coevolution.

  • The World Wide Web provides new opportunities for cyber education over the Internet. The web, when combined with other network tools, can be used to provide useful educational information to learners. Thus, the objective of this paper is to develop Java applet for understanding the concept of Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) on the Internet. The developed Java Applet is composed of four frames: fuzzifier, rulebase, inference engine and defuzzifier. Since data transmission can be achieved from one frame to other frames, users can easily observe and understand the process of FLC. The results of this paper can be used to improve the efficiency of lectures in the cyber university.
