강도다리(Platichthys stellatus)의 정자는 대부분의 경골어류에서와 같이 첨체를 가지고 있지 않는 구형의 핵, 짧은 중편 및 꼬리를 가진 전형적인 수중형의 정자 형태를 하였다. 정자의 미세구조는 전자밀도가 높은 염색질 부위를 가지는 핵과 핵 기부에 위치한 깊이 함입된 핵와(nuclear fossa) 그리고 그 속에 기부 중심립과 말단부 중심립이 포함되어 있었다. 두 중심립은 90도의 각도로 배열되어 있었으며, 미토콘드리아는 중편 세포질에 배열되어 있으며 핵의 후반부와 꼬리의 기부를 둘러 싸고 있었다. 꼬리는 축사와 2개의 lateral ribbon로 구성되어 있었다. 이러한 특징들은 가자미류의 공유형질로 나타났다. 그러나 미토콘드리아의 수와 모양, 핵와의 모양과 크기에서는 종 특이적 특징을 나타내었다. 특히 강도다리 정자의 가장 큰 구조적 특징은 basal foot, rootlet 그리고 alar sheets로 구성된 기저체이었다. 이 구조의 형태적 특징은 다른 종들 사이에서 아주 다양하게 나타내었다. 이러한 구조는 가자미목의 계통적 관계를 연구하는데 매우 중요한 형질로 여겨진다.

We have conclusions after the study of muscular system about small intestine channel of hand taiyang muscle. Judging from many studies of interrelation between Meridian muscle and muscle, it is considered that Meridian muscle theory has some similarities with modern anatomical muscular system. It is considered that Small intestine channel of hand taiyang muscle contains Flexor digitorum profundus muscle, Extensor digiti minimi muscle, Abductor digiti minimi muscle, Extensor carpi ulnaris muscle, Flexor carpi ulnaris muscle, Triceps brachii muscle, Infraspinatus muscle, Levator scapulae muscle, Sternocleidomastoid muscle, Masseter muscle, Temporalis muscle. The symptoms of small intestine channel of hand taiyang muscle is similar to referred pain of modern Myofascial Pain Syndrome, and the medical treatment of "I Tong Wi Su(以痛爲輸)" is also similar to that of Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Small intestine channel of hand taiyang muscle is one of the three yang channels of hand muscle, and it has unity in extension of upper limb and trunk in the movement. And it is thought that weakness of small intestine channel of hand taiyang muscle is related with muscular system causing Round Shoulder and Head Forward Position.

Purpose: Sebaceous epithelioma (sebaceoma) is a benign tumor with sebaceous differentiation. It presents primarily as a yellowish papule or nodule on the face and scalp. It must be differentiated from basal cell carcinoma and other appendageal tumors. We report a giant sebaceous epithelioma on the scalp and describe the immunohistochemical character of the cells in sebaceous epithelioma to epithelial membrane antigen (EMA). Methods: A 55-year-old-man who presented with 5-cm-diameter 2-cm-height, round shape exophytic ulcerated tumor on his head presented for treatment. The patient had noticed the lesion 40 years prior as a small yellowish plaque and 18 months ago, the plaque started to grow progressively larger. We excised the lesion with 1 cm resection margin, considering the possibility of malignancy because this lesion grossly resembled basal cell carcinoma (BCC). The defect was repaired with the use of a splitthickness skin graft. Results: When we excised the lesion, the margin was clear. Histology showed nodules that consisted of an admixture of basaloid cells and mature adipocytes lacking an organized lobular architecture. Strong expression of EMA on mature adipose cells confirmed the differential diagnosis from BCC with sebaceous differentiation because of the absence of a nuclear palisade pattern and cleft-like spaces on the hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) section. Conclusion: We treated the giant sebaceous epithelioma on the scalp with surgical excision and a split-thickness skin graft. It is important to know that the diagnosis of sebaceous epithelioma should be made based on the histologic pattern of the H&E section. Immunohistochemistry with EMA can help to confirm the differential diagnosis between sebaceous epithelioma and BCC.

WSN은 수백에서 수 만개에 달하는 SN들로 구성된다. WSN은 에너지 불균형 문제 해결을 위해 각 라운드마다 클러스터헤드를 새롭게 선택하고, 안전한 통신을 위해 노드 인증방식을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이런 방법은 각 라운드마다 재-클러스터링을 수행함으로 SN의 오버헤드를 가중시키는 원인이 되고 안전한 통신을 제공하기 위한 인증단계는 빈번히 발생되는 AREQ/AREP 메시지 처리로 노드의 오버헤드를 더욱 가중시키고 있다. 라서 이 논문에서는 WSN 환경에서 에너지 효율적 운영과 신뢰성이 보장된 IDE-LEACH(Identity based Encryption : IDE) 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 기존 LEACH 기반의 프로토콜보다 통신에 평균적으로 20%까지 네트워크 수명을 연장하였고, 통신에 참여하는 모든 노드는 기지국으로부터 인증을 거친 신뢰할 수 있는 노드들로 구성된다.

The Urechis unicinctus sperm and spermatogenic cells prepared from the testis are investigated to identify $\alpha-tubulin$ of axoneme microtubules using mouse monoclonal $anti-\alpha-tubulin$ as the first Ab and Gold(10nm) conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as the Ab marker. The Ag-Ab reaction analyzed excellently the localization of $\alpha-tubulin$ and the gold particles incorporated with the proximal and distal centrioles, manchette microtubules, and flagellum. The gold particles can be also observed in the spermatogenic cells while the cells are still in sperm ball which is composed of a somatic cell and spermatogenic cells. The sperm ball is the functional unit of sperm production in U unicinctus testis. The spermatids are developed from the spermatogenic cells in the sperm ball and released into the testis cavity through a cortical cytoplasmic opening. The spermatid architectures are similar with the mature sperm of the testis cavity in aspects of shape of discoid acrosome, degree of nuclear condensation and ring type of mitochondrion. However, the distal centriole connecting with the flagella can be observed from the mature sperm while the both proximal and distal centrioles reveal only in the spermatids. The proximal centriole is directly connected with nuclear outer membrane during the stage of nuclear condensation and oriented perpendicularly to the distal centriole whose axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the spermatozoon. There are indications that the distal centriole is intimately associated with the polymerization of the flagellum. The manchette microtubules appear during spermatid development but the mature sperm have round head and no conspicuous middle piece.

'Noble Wine' 품종은 경남농업기술원 화훼연구소에서 백색 홑꽃인 'SL03-01'을 모본, 복색 홑꽃인 'Artist Pink' 를 부본으로 인공교배를 실시하여 2003년에서 2007년에 걸쳐서 파종과 계통선발을 통해 육성하였다. 품종의 특성검정은 2005년부터 2007년까지 봄 촉성재배와 가을 억제재배 조건아래서 3회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 'Noble Wine' 품종의 자연개화기는 10월26일경이며, 일장조절에 의해 주년재배가 가능하다. 꽃 크기가 5.4 cm인 소륜으로 꽃 하나의 꽃잎수가 21.6개정도이고 착화수도 28.5개로 많은 편이다. 화색은 복색(백색/적색)이며, 녹색화심을 가졌다. 봄의 단일상태에서 'Noble Wine' 품종의 개화소요일수는 45일 정도이며, 가을 절화수명은 21.3일로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of trunk stability training on static balance and game records among archers. Methods: The subjects comprised 24 voluntary archers in middle and high school (aged 14-19 years). All the subjects received trunk stability training for an hour per day 3 days a week for 4 weeks. The Tetrax balance system was used to measure the stability index of the subjects' static balance. The subjects' game records were scored using a single FITA round system. All the subjects were measured before the intervention, 2 weeks into the intervention, and 4 weeks after the intervention, with a follow-up measurement 2 weeks later. Results: The results of this study showed that the stability index was significantly different across all the measuring positions after the intervention (p<0.05). Furthermore, the results of the measurements of the standing position with eyes open and closed were significantly different before the intervention compared to 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). The archery position with the head turned to the left and eyes closed was also significantly different pre-intervention compared to 2 weeks after the start of the intervention (p<0.05). Additionally, the archery records were significantly different after the intervention (p<0.05), as well as before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion: Trunk stability training can improve static balance in archers. It may also be helpful in improving athletic performance and maintaining the life of the athlete. Accordingly, trunk stability training may prevent and resolve injuries through careful management when playing one-side sports.

Acanthoparyphium shinanense n. sp. (Digenea: Echinostomatidae) is described from chicks experimentally infected with the metacercariae encysted in 2 brackish water clam species, Ruditapes philippinarum and Coecella chinensis, in the Republic of Korea. The metacercariae were round to oval, armed with 23 collar spines, and 0.216 (0.203-0.226) mm in diameter. From 5 chicks experimentally infected each with 200 metacercariae, 34 juvenile (5-day-old worms) and 104 adult flukes (7-day-old worms) were harvested from their small intestines, with the average worm recovery rate of 13.8%. The adult flukes were 3.18 (2.89-3.55) mm long and 0.68 (0.61-0.85) mm wide, with an elongated, posteriorly tapering body, and a prominent head collar armed with 23 collar spines arranged in a single uninterrupted row. The posterior testis of A. shinanense was longitudinally elongated, which is similar to Acanthoparyphium spinulosum Johnston, 1917 but unique from the other closely related species, including Acanthoparyphium tyosenense Yamaguti, 1939, Acanthoparyphium kurogamo Yamaguti, 1939, and Acanthoparyphium marilae Yamaguti, 1934. The eggs of A. shinanense were larger than those of A. spinulosum, and the anterior extent of 2 lateral groups of vitellaria was slightly more limited in A. shinanense than in A. spinulosum. Molecular analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial genes revealed low homology with A. spinulosum from USA (96.1% in 5.8S rRNA) and Ukraine (97.9% in 28S rRNA), Acanthoparyphium n. sp. from USA (98.0% in 28S rRNA), and Acanthoparyphium sp. from Australia, Kuwait, and New Zealand. Biological characteristics, including its first intermediate host and natural definitive hosts, as well as its zoonotic capability, should be elucidated.

1874년 박규현이 기술한 '파산서당기'를 중심으로 분석한 파산서당의 영건과정과 조경식물의 변화상을 추적한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대구 달성의 하빈면 묘리 파회에 자리한 살림집 삼가헌과 별당(파산서당)은 사육신 박팽년(1417~1456)의 11대손 박성수로부터 14대손 박규현에 이르기 까지 약 90년간(1783~1874)에 걸쳐 완성되었는데, 풍수적 회룡고미형(回龍顧尾形)으로 회자되는 길처이다. 둘째, 파회마을은 박성수가 1769년(영조 45)에 벗들과 교우하기 위해 초가를 짓고 자신의 호(삼가헌(三可軒))를 당호로 삼은 것으로부터 유래하는데, 둘째아들 박광석이 분가(1783)한 후 사랑채(1826)와 안채(1869)를 지었고, 박광석의 손자 박규현이 1874년에 연을 심어 가꾼 연못과 정자(하엽정)를 추가했으며, 파산서당 명칭은 삼가헌 뒷동산 지명과 연계된다. 셋째, 네모꼴 연못은 길이 21m, 너비 15m 규모로 연꽃을 심었는데, 못 가운데 원형 섬을 두어 조선시대의 보편적인 성리학적 세계관을 반영하고 있다. 파산서당에 부가된 정자(하엽정)의 명칭, 동쪽 방 이연헌(怡燕軒), 서쪽 방 몽양재(蒙養齋) 등은 군자적 삶의 염원, 그리고 자손들의 밝은 미래를 염원하는 뜻을 담았다. 넷째, 성리학적 규범(소나무, 연꽃, 대나무), 안빈낙도의 생활철학(버드나무), 은일사상과 태평성대의 염원(대나무), 그리고 구휼목적과 실용성(밤나무, 상수리나무, 가래나무, 옻나무 등)에 비중을 둔 식재수종의 반영을 추적할 수 있는데, 이는 서당이라고 하는 장소성과 상징성, 절제미학 등을 고려한 조경법이라 하겠다. 다섯째, 조영초기 식재수종은 회화나무와 연꽃을 제외하고 대부분 고사하여 다른 수종으로 대체되었는데, 서당 기능의 상실과 풍수적 가치(홍동백서 상징수종), 벽사기능(엄나무와 탱자나무), 심미성 및 실용적 가치(해당화, 매화, 배나무, 복숭아나무, 굴참나무), 가문의 번영과 변화지 않는 청백의 삶(자귀나무, 배롱나무, 주목), 심미관 등 후손들의 확장된 작정관을 보여주는 사례이다.

치과위생사들의 진료 자세에 따른 근골격계 통증 경험 정도를 알아보고, 업무 수행과정에서 발생할 수 있는 근골격계 질환의 예방에 도움이 되고자 2009년 3월부터 5월까지 울산 경남에 소재하는 치과 병 의원의 일부 치과 위생사 214명을 대상으로 설문지법을 이용하여 자료를 수집, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 대상자의 일반적인 특성은 연령은 23세 이하가 34.1%로 가장 많았고, 24~26세가 33.6%, 25~29세가 20.6%, 30세 이상이 11.7%였다. 미혼이 86.4%였고, 학력은 88.3%가 전문대 졸업이었고, 종교는 무교가 43.5%로 가장 많았으며, 불교가 30.8%, 기독교가 16.4%, 천주교가 6.5%였다. 2. 대상자의 업무적 특성은 치과의원 근무자가 57.5%, 치과병원이 42.5%였고, 경력은 1~3년이 42.5%로 가장 많았고, 이직횟수는 1회가 45.1%가 가장 많았다. 보수는 130~149만원이 33.6%로 가장 많았고, 150~199만원이 29.9%, 130만원 미만이 26.2%, 200~249만원이 7.5%였다. 근무인력은 치과위생사 20명 이상이 85.9%로 가장 높았고, 평균 15.6명이었으며, 치과의사는 1명이 28.5%로 가장 많았고, 2명이 22.4%, 4명이 19.2%였으며 평균 3.2명이었다. 근무시간은 8~9시간이 49.5%로 가장 많았고, 주된 업무로는 일반진료업무보조가 70.1%로 가장 많았고 주5일 근무는 60.3%가, 야간근무는 49.1%가 실시하고 있었다. 3. 치과위생사의 업무수행 중 근골격계의 통증에 영향을 미치는 진료자세를 분석한 결과 목 통증에 영향을 미치는 진료자세는 "머리를 15도 숙이거나 돌릴 때", "양쪽 어깨가 기울러져 있거나", "허리를 구부리거나", "손목이 자주 꺽이거나" "엉덩이를 의자에 걸치고 앉아서 진료했을 때" 였으며 어깨 통증에 영향을 미치는 진료 보조자세는 "머리를 15도 이상 숙이거나", "허리를 구부리거나", "양다리를 쭉 붙인 상태"였다. 무릎 통증에 영향을 미치는 진료 보조자세는 "양다리를 쭉 붙인 상태"였으며 엉덩이 통증에 영향을 미치는 진료 시술자세는 "엉덩이를 의자에 걸치고 앉았을 때" 유의하게 나타났다.
