여주 무가온 하우스내 입체재배시 재식밀도가 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Planting Density on the Growth and Yield in Staking Cultivation of Bitter Gourd (Momordica charantia L.) under Non-heated Greenhouse)

  • 본 시험은 여주의 봄 무가온 하우스내 입체재배시 적정 재식밀도를 구명하고자 수행하였다. 재식밀도는 $235plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$, $305plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$, $380plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$의 3처리로 하였으며 '에라부' 품종을 이용하여 3월 26일 정식하였다. 유인방법은 어미 줄기를 적심하고 아들 줄기를 6개로 유인하였다. 시설 내 광도는 재식밀도가 높을수록 낮아졌으며 순 광합성율도 41-71% 정도로 유의하게 낮았다. 재식밀도에 따른 과일 특성에서는 차이를 보이지 않았으나 재식밀도가 낮을수록 주당 근중과 수확 과수는 증가하였다. 평균 과중은 $305plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 처리구에서 338.7g으로 가장 무거웠으며 $235plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 처리구에서 285.2g으로 가장 가벼웠다. 총 수량은 $305plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 처리구에서 $5,393kg{\cdot}10a^{-1}$로 가장 많았으며 $235plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 처리구에 $4,068kg{\cdot}10a^{-1}$로 가장 적었다. 상품과의 수량도 $305plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 처리구에서 $4,767kg{\cdot}10a^{-1}$으로 재식밀도 $235plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$에 비하여 24%, $380plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$에 비하여 13% 정도가 증가되었다. 따라서 무가온 하우스내 입체 재배시 적정 재식밀도는 $305plants{\cdot}10a^{-1}$ 정도가 적당할 것으로 판단된다.

벼 직파재배(直播栽培) 입묘율향상(立苗率向上)과 도복경감(倒伏輕減) (Improvement of Seedling Stand and Lodging Prevention in Direct Seeded Rice)

  • The results of recent researches for improvement of seedling stand in direct seeded rice on the dry paddy in Korea were summarized as the following ; a variety to be cultivated should be chosen the characteristics of high percentage germination under low temperature, shorter period of shoot emergence, and better growth of the mesocotyl and shoots. Meanwhile, there was 40% increase in seedling stand at the treatment of removal of the seed awn under using the drill seeder. After seeding the rice seed covered with soil of 3cm depth was better seedling emergence and also there was the hightest seedling emergence at the 70% of moisture content of the soil. In addition, the application of the Release containing GA 10% enabled to increase the seedling stand and furthermore it was effective under deep seeding depth. The optimum seeding date should be seeded around May 10 when mean air temperature is above 12-13$^{\circ}C$ so that may establish more less 70% in seedling stand. Based on an appropriate seedling stand of 150/$m^2$, the optimum seeding rate was 5kg/10a. It was the best in seeding method using drill seeder and the most desirable recommended seeding method was the drill seeder in terms of seedling stand. In order to improve seedling stand water management was more effective in canal irrigation and in drainage at 6hr after irrigation following by the seeding process. On the other hand, for the increase of seedling stand under flooded condition a variety might have characters being better germination at low concentration of dissolved oxygen and vertically deeper growing of the crown root. Also, seedling stand was able to increase with the seed coating of $CaO_2$in the flooded soil. It was possible to be seeded on the early part of May being mean air temperature of avove 10$^{\circ}C$ and the optimum seeding rate was 5kg/10a. For an effective water management water would be flooded up to 3cm depth for 2-3 weeks after seeding. The rice plant grown under the direct seeded cultivation might be not so much strong in lodging resistance compared to that grown under the transplanting and moreover direct seeded rice cultivation under flooded condition would be more weak growth of the rice plant than that on dry paddy. Meanwhile, the lodging would be affected by the seeding rate, the soil depth after seeding. and seeding method even in the same variety. In particular, roots in the lodging pattern of direct seeded rice cultivation under flooded condition were largely distributed on the soil surface so that resulted easily in the lodging. In general, the lodging resistance would be greater as seeding rate and amount of N fertilizer application are lower and soil depth after seeding is higher. Among the introduction of different seeding method the high ridged drill seeding method on dry paddy soil resulted in the lowest in the lodging index and also it was lower in the drill seeding method than in the scattering seeding method under flooded condition. In case of more than 150 seedlings per $m^2$ there was a severe lodging due to high lodging index at the 3rd and 4th internodes. The effective lodging prevention was able to at the treatment of the Inabenfide at 45 days before heading and the Uniconazol at 15 days before heading which caused the shortage by 10-15cm in culm length. Also, fertilizer management using split application of nitrogen would be contributed the reduction of lodging at the rate of 20-30-20-20-10%(basal-5th leaf stage-7th leaf stage-panicle initiation stage-heading stage) on the dry paddy soil.

규산질비료의 매년연용이 벼수량, 양분흡수 특성 및 토양화학성 변화에 관한 연구 (Changes in Rice Yield, Nutrients' Use Efficiency and Soil Chemical Properties as Affected by Annul Application of Slag Silicate Fertilizer)

  • 논토양에 3요소 및 규산질비료 $1,500kg\;ha^{-1}$, $2,500kg\;ha^{-1}$를 26년간(1975~2000)매년 연용시 벼 수량 변화, 식물체 부위별 양분흡수량과 수량반응과의 관계분석 그리고 26년차 시험후 토양 화학성 변화에 대하여 비교 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 26년차 벼 수량은 NPK 대조구에 비해 NPK+규산질비료 $1,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구 15%, NPK+규산질비료 $2,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구는 8%의 증수효과가 있었고, 26년간 5개년 평균수량도 규산 $1,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구가 $2,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구에 비하여 지속적으로 증가하여 더욱 효과적이었다. 2. 규산질비료 $1,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구는 $2,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구에 비해 수확기 식물체의 질소, 칼리, 석회 및 고토의 흡수량이 많았고, 양분 이용율과 흡수양분효율도 높았다. 3. 수확기 벼 식물체 부위별 양분흡수량과 수량과의 관계를 분석한 결과 곡질 중 양분흡수량 중에서는 질소, 고토가 볏짚 중에서는 칼리, 석회, 고토 등 양이온 흡수량이, 뿌리 중에서는 칼리와 규산의 흡수량이 벼 수량과 고도의 정의상관이 인정되었다. 4. 특히 26년차 시험 후 토양화학성의 변화는 NPK+규산질비료 $1,500kg\;ha^{-1}$ 연용구가 유기물 CEC, 유효인산의 함량이 타처리에 비하여 현저히 증가 되었다.

  • The following conclusions are obtained from the studies on the chapters concerning phisiology, pathology, daily conduct, materia medica, pulse, and urinalysis from , of the "Four Tantras". 1. The theoretical basis forming the Tibetan Medicine is the substance of phlegm, bile, and wind each of which is divided into five kinds. These phisiological substances can be transformed into pathological factors when certain environment is formed. 2. In embryology, the semen of the father and menstral blood of mother is considered the most important condition in conception, and the Five factors are regarded as important. There is a detailed explanation of development of the fetus while it stays in the womb of mother during 38weeks, such as the formation of the viscera, channels, sense organs, etc. 3. There is metaphor which compares the human body with the king's palace. With the development of human anatomy, there is the detailed anatomical picture of anterior and posterior aspects of human body. And also there is the measurement of physiological constitution and the three fluids. 4. In division of the channels, they concerned the now of the blood and distribution of the nerve fibers, and each channel is connected with one another. The division of the cannel is namely embryonic channel, channel of existence, channel of connection, and the course of life principle. 5. The seven bodily constituents and three factors of phlegm, bile, and wind are important in sustaining the life of human body as well as growth and maturization, and when their equilibrium is broken, the human body is degnerated, and finally death comes. 6. The signs of death is divided into distant sign, remote sign, certain sign. and uncertain sign, and is used as a clue in diagnosis of the disease. Especially there is a mention about the mechanism of the dreams, and different dreams according to the condition of the patient. 7. In pathology, there is the cause of the disease, the environmental factors which can induce disease, the path by which disease come into the human body, the characteristics of the disease, and the kinds of disease. 8. There is a mention about the conduct, and it is divided into the daily conduct, the mental attitude, and the side-effects which can occur when one puts up with the physiological actions of the body. 9. The daily diet is divided into food and beverage. The food is divided again into grain, meat, fat, boiled food, and spiced food, and the beverage into milk, water, and wine. 10. The pulsation should be taken in lift hand to diagnose heart, small intestine, stomach, spleen, kidney, reproductive organ, and in right hand jungs, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, kidney, and bladder. In the healthy person, the pulse moves 5times in one perspiration, and the type of pulse is constant while the pulse moves 100times. But unhealthy person's pulse is different from this. The urinalysis is the unique part of Tibetan Medicine, and is important in examination of the disease. One should decide which of the three factors are dominant by the obervation of the color, amount of the steam and how long it lasts, odour, foam, and the shape of the swirl in three different states when the urine is hot, warm, and cold. One can determine the life of the patient and which viscera is the cause of the disease by the pulse, and whether the nature of the disease is hot or cold by the urinalysis. 11. The materia medica contains gemstones, minerals, plateau medication, and meat products.

농촌 일차 보건사업에 있어서 마을건강원 업무량 및 업적에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance and Achievement of Village Health Workers in Rural Primary Health Care Program)

  • It is utmostly important to establish the efficient fitable way of peoples' active participation in primary health care especially in the areas where the public or governmental service input for the basic health care is insufficient like as in rural areas of Korea. In light of above reason, this study focused mainly on the evaluation of roles and activities of village health workers (VHWs) who were selected from grass- root level of village people in order to derive further motivation for active participation. This is believed to be a sort of feedback mechanisms. Actually, the authors collected the activity reports of VHWs who had been devoting themselves in the primary health care services of Jeomdong Area, of Yeoju Gun one of Korea University Community Health Action Programmes and survey record on the VHWs activity from correspondent people. 1 hose data were analyzed through computer programmed package. The activities performed by VHWs were limited to the performance in 1985 for conveniance. The summarized results were as follows; 1) General characteristics of VHWs. Among a total of 28 VHWs in the area, about 39.3g of them have been replaced up to the date since the implementation in 1983, because of moving out, occupational employment and of others. The age of majority (75.0%) lied between the range of 30-50, and educational background of 67.9% belonged to category of primary school graduation, about 50% of them experienced to be or were also entiled "chief of women club" of corresponding villages. 2) Work-load of VHWs. Each VHW was assigned for tasks of health care for average 55 households of 248 persons. They shared approximately 6 days a month for the activity in average and it covered 17 cases of basic health care in a month. A half of the VHWs performed home visits irregularly without solidified schedule. 3) Work performance analysis. Informations collected through VHWs were compared with data from official vital registration at local administration center "Myon Office" in 1985. VHWs collected 100.8 of new born, 116.2 of death, 58.3 of move in and 74.8 of move out in comparison with 100.0 of official registration each. Pregnant women of 79.8% of mothers among the total pregnancy of 94 which were confirmed as normally delivered or aborted cases by all means afterwards had been detected by VHWs as being pregnant and all of them received some of antenatal cares by VHWs. All(100%) of delivered women were detected by VHWs through home visits and they were cared postnatally. Whereas, according to the records of birth registration, the places of delivery were clinic in 33.7%, and mother's home in 66.3%, VHWs reported them to be clinic in 48.9%, midwifery in 20.2%. It was cleared that most of misinformation was caused by uncautious filling of birth registration at notification. Among the total of 717 eligible women under age 44 years, family planning status of 92.6% was reported by VHWs confirming practice of control to be 70.8% of reported fertile women. 4) Attitude of VHW on the roles and functions. Although 92.0% of VHWs expressed VHWs to be worthwhile, only 52.0% of them had dignity and satisfaction in their activity and 44.0% of them had passive attitude of working saying they followed direction regardlessly. Concerning difficulties in performance as a VHW, 60.7% of them pointed out lacking of medical and health related knowledge by themselves. Still, 64.0% of them thought visiting unfamilier house to be awful and 40.0% complained forms of activity to be difficult and hard. It was also revealed that 56.6% confessed lack of interest on community health service itself. Most of VHWs needed more educational training especially on clinical fields such as cares of gynecological diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic diseaes of the aged. Regular on-the-job basic trainings were said to be needed twice a year.

이어도 해양과학기지 자료를 활용한 SMAP 인공위성 염분 검증 (Validation of Satellite SMAP Sea Surface Salinity using Ieodo Ocean Research Station Data)

  • 염분은 해양의 밀도를 결정하는 중요한 변수이자 전지구 물의 순환을 나타내는 주요 인자 중 하나이다. 해상염분 관측은 선박을 이용한 현장조사, Argo 플로트, 부이를 통한 조사가 주로 수행되어 왔다. 2009년 염분관측 인공위성이 발사한 이래로, 위성 염분자료를 이용하여 전 지구 해역에서 표층 염분 관측이 가능해졌다. 그러나 위성 염분자료는 다양한 오차를 포함하기 때문에 연구 자료로 활용하기에 앞서 정확도 검증과정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2015년 4월부터 2020년 8월까지 Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) 위성 염분자료와 이어도 해양과학기지에서 제공하는 실측 염분자료 간의 정확도 및 오차특성을 비교 분석하였다. 총 314개의 일치점을 생산하였으며, 염분의 평균제 곱근오차 및 평균편차는 각각 1.79, 0.91 psu로 제시되었다. 전반적으로 위성 염분이 실측 염분보다 과대추정 되는 것으로 나타났다. 위성 염분의 오차는 계절, 표층 수온, 풍속과 같은 다양한 해양 환경적 요인에 의존성을 보였다. 여름철 위성 염분과 실측 염분의 차이는 0.18 psu 이하로 저수온보다는 고수온에서 위성 염분의 정확도가 증가하였다. 이는 센서의 민감도에 따른 결과였다. 마찬가지로 5m s-1 이상 풍속 조건에서 오차가 줄어들었다. 본 연구결과는 연안에서 위성 염분자료를 활용할 경우에는 특정한 연구 목적에 적합한지 확인하여 제한적으로 사용하여야 함을 제시한다.

혈소판유래성장인자-BB가 골간질세포와 치주인대세포의 성상에 미치는 영향 (A study of the effects of PDGF-BB on the characteristics of bone stromal and periodontal ligament cells)

  • The main goal of periodontal therapy is to restore the lost periodontal tissue and establish the attachment appratus. Current acceptable therapeutic techniques are included : removal of diseased soft tissue, demineralization of exposed root surface, using the barrier membrane for preventing the downgrowth of gingival epithelial cell, insertion of graft materials as a scaffolding action, and biological mediators for promoting the cell activity. The latest concept one among them has been studied which based on the knowledge of cellular biology of destructed tissue. Platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) is one of the polypeptide growth factor which have been reported as a biological mediator to regulate activities of wound healing progress including cell proliferation, migration, and metabolism. The purposes of this study is to evaluate the influences of the PDGF as biological mediator to periodontal ligament and bone marrow cell. Both right and left maxillary first molar were extracted from rat which had treated with 0.4% ${\beta}-Aminopropionitril$ for 5 days, and feeded until designed date to sacrifice under anesthesisa. Periodontal ligament were removed from the extracted socket of the rat, and cultured with Dulbecco's Modified Essential Medium(DMEM) contained with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum, 100U/ml penicillin, $100{\mu}g/ml$ streptomycin, $0.5{\mu}g/ml$ amphotericin-B. Bone marrow cell were culture from bone marrow suspension with which washed out from femur with same medium. The study was performed to evaluate the effect of PDGF to periodontal ligament and bone cell, cell proliferation rate, total protein synthesis, and alkaline phosphatase activity of rat periodontal ligament(PDL) cell and bone stromal(RBS) cell in vitro. The effects of growth factors on both cells were measured at 3, 5th day after cell culture with (control group) or without growth factors(experimental group). The results were as follows: 1. The tendency of cell proliferation under the influence of PDGF showed more rapid proliferation pattern than control at 3 and 5 days after inoculation. 2. The activity of Alkaline phosphatase revealed 14, 80% increased respectively at 3, 5 days culture than control group. Measurements of ALPase levels indicated that PDL cells had significantly higher activity when compared with that of co-culture groups and GF only(P<0.05). And, ALPase activity in 10 days was higher than that of 7 days(P<0.05). 3. The tendency of formation of the mineralized nodule were observed dose-depend pattern of PDL cells. There was statistically significant difference among group l(PDL 100%), 2(PDL 70%:GF 30%), and 3(PDL 50%:GF 50%)(P<0.01). But, there was no difference among group 3, 4(PDL 30%:GF 70%), and 5(GF 100%). 4. Also, the number of nodule was greater in co-culture of PDL 70% and GF 30% than in culture of PDL 70%(P<0.05). From the above results, it is assumed that the PDGF on PDL cells and RMB cell culture. GF stimulates the cell growth, which is not that of PDL cells but GF. And, the activity of ALPase depends on the ratio of PDL cells, and ALPase may relate to the initial phase of nodule formation. Also, it is thought that the calcified nodule formation principally depends on PDL cells, is inhibited by GF, and affected by cell density. In conclusion, platelet-derived growth factor can promote rapid osteogenesis during early stage of periodontal tissue regeneration.

형태적(形態的)으로 다른 두 옥수수 (Zea mays L.)의 혼작(混作)이 청예(靑刈)및 종실수량(種實收量)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Yielding Ability and Competitive Influence of Tillering Maize(Zea mays L.) when Mixed with Uniculm Hybrid)

  • 형태적(形態的)으로 상이(相異)한 다종다얼성(多種多蘖性)인 특성(特性)인 형매교배(兄妹交配)된 IK 교잡종(交雜種)과 무얼성(無蘖性)인 진주옥 교잡종(交雜種)을 공시(供試)하여 청예수량(靑刈收量), 종실수량(種實收量) 및 이와 관련(關聯)된 형질(形質)을 비교(比較)하고자 IK와 진주옥의 파종비율(播種比率)을 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3, 2 : 1, 3 : 1로 혼파(混播)한 것과 IK와 진주옥을 각각(各各) 단작(單作)하여 얻어진 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 공시(供試)된 품종(品種) 모두가 단작(單作)보다 혼작(混作)에서 초장(草長)이 큰 경향(傾向)이었고 진주옥의파종비율(播種比率)을 증가(增價)할수록 IK의 생육(生育)은 저조(低調)한것으로 나타났다. 2. 출현(出現) 후(後) 40 일경(日頃)까지 모든 처리구(處理區)에서 IK의 분얼수(分蘖數)는 증가(增加)하였는데 IK의 파종비율(播種比率)이 많을수록 분얼수(分蘖數)의 증가(增加)가 뚜렷하였다. 3. IK 단작(單作)의 10 a당(當) 청예수량(靑刈收量)은 출사기(出絲期)에서 8,096kg이었고, 호숙기(糊熟期)서는 6,677kg으로 가장 많았는데 이는 진주옥 단작(單作)에 비(比)해 각각(各各) 77%와 53%가 증가(增加)되었고 IK와 진주옥의 1 : 1 처리구(處理區)에서는 진주옥 단작(單作)보다 20%가 증가(增加)되었다. 4. 10 a당(當) 종실수량(種實收量)은 진주옥 단작(單作)에서 434kg이었고 IK 단작(單作)은 373kg이었는데 IK와 진주옥을 1 : 1과 1 : 3으로 혼파(混播)한 구(區)에서 IK단작(單作)의 종실수량(種實收量)보다 16%와 13%가 각각(各各) 증가(增價)되었다. 5. IK 도복(倒伏)은 단작(單作)에서 29.2%로 진주옥의 파종비율(播種比率)이 증가(增價)할수록 IK 도복(倒伏)이 증가경향(增加碩向)이었는데 IK와 진주옥을 1 : 1 혼파(混播)한 구(區)에서 IK의 도복율(倒伏率)이 10.9%로 크게 경감(輕減)되었다. 6. 진주옥의 파종비율(播種比率)이 많을수록 IK의 경직경(莖直俓)이 감소(減少)하였고 착수고(着穗高)는 IK의 파종비율(播種比率)이 많을수록 IK의 착수고(着穗高)가 낮아지는 경향(碩向)이었다. 흑조위축병(黑條萎縮病) 리병율(罹病率)은 두 품종(品穩) 모두 파종비율(播種比率)과는 관련(關係)없이 저항성(抵抗性) 품종(品種)임이 확인(確認)되었다.

  • 연구의 최종 목표는 실내의 공간과 특성에 따라 효율적으로 실내공기질을 향상시킬 수 있는 식물 녹화와 바이오필터를 통합한 시스템의 개발이다. 그러나 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 바이오필터 시스템의 적절한 공기정화량에 대한 용량 설계에 중요한 영향을 주는 일정한 압력손실량과 토양수분 함량과 같은 여러 가지 요구사항들이 충족되어야 한다. 따라서 본 기초 연구는 바이오필터의 토양 내 균일한 분포를 갖는 토양수분 함량과 압력손실량을 유지하고 정상적인 식물 생장 특히 바람에 의한 근권부 스트레스를 받지 않도록 풍속을 적절히 조절하고, 바이오필터 내 초기 토양수분 함량이 일정하게 유지되어 안정성을 확보하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 실험에서는 평면형 바이오필터 모델을 설계하여 제작하고 세 가지 풍속(1, 2, $3cm{\cdot}sec^{-1}$)에 따른 바이오필터의 공기정화량, 공기체류시간, 기액비를 산출하였다. 또한 세가지 풍속에 따라 바이오필터 내 토양층을 통과하여 배출된 가습공기의 상대습도, 압력손실량, 토양수분 함량을 측정하고, 이 바이오필터 내에서 자란 상추와 더 피고사리의 생육을 평가하였다. 풍속 실험의 결과, 풍속 $3cm{\cdot}sec^{-1}$가 상대습도, 토양수분 함량, 식물생육을 유지하기에 가장 적절하였다. 따라서 다음 실험에서는 풍속을 $3cm{\cdot}sec^{-1}$로 고정하고 두 가지 수준의 초기 토양수분 함량(저수준 18.5%, 고수준 28.7%) 조건에서 바이오필터를 가동한 처리구와 바이오필터를 가동하지 않은 대조구(초기 토양수분 함량 29.7%)를 설정하고, 바이오필터 내 토양층을 통과하여 배출된 가습공기의 상대습도, 압력손실량, 토양수분 함량과 바이오필터 내에서 자란 상록넉줄고사리의 생육을 평가하였다. 이 실험 결과는 첫 번째 실험 결과와 유사하였으며 상대습도, 토양수분 함량, 압력손실량이 일정한 수준을 유지하였다. 또한 세 가지 초기 토양수분 함량에 따른 상록넉줄고사리의 생육도 유의성 있는 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 두 가지의 바이오필터 처리구는 대조구에 비해 건물중이 다소 증가된 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 주요 물리적 요소인 토양수분 함량과 압력손실량을 유지할 수 있는 본 바이오필터 시스템의 안정성은 가까운 미래에 보다 발전된 일체형 바이오필터 모델 설계에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

항생물질(抗生物質) 표식(標識) 근류균(根瘤菌)의 조제(造製)와 그 접종효과 (Preparation of Antibiotic-Resistant Bradyrhizobium japonicum and Its Inoculation Effects on Soybean [Glycin max(L.) Merr])

  • 현재 대두근류군 접종제로서 이용되고 있는 Bradyrhizobium japonicum의 토양중에서 그 추이를 밝히고자 항생제 내성균주를 조제하여 그들의 특성을 모균주와 비교하고 아울러 토양에서 접종효과를 추적한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. USDA110K-$STR^r$, USDA110N-$STR^r$, R138-$STR^r$은 pH9에 내성이 약했으며, R214-$STR^r$, $NAL^r$, USDA110N-$STR^r$은 sorbitol에 R138-$STR^rNAL^r$은 xylose에 대한 자화성이 불분명했다. 2. Serogroup에 의해 각 균주들은 서로 다른 균주로 동정되었으나 원균주와 표식균주(標識菌株)간에는 거의 차이가 없었다. 3. Plasmid size는 생육 촉진형 군이 지연형보다 약간 컸으나, 야생균주와 그들의 표식균간(標識菌間)에는 각각 차이가 없었다. 4. 5년이상 대두 재배 토양에 표식균주(標識菌株) 접종시(接種時) 0~12.5%, 대두 무재배 토양에서는 5~22.5%의 접종률을 보였다. 5. 원균주와 표식균주(標識菌株)를 각각 접종시 5년이상 대두재배 토양에서는 접종효과가 없었으나 대두 무재배 토양에서는 상당한 접종효과가 있었으며 원균주가 표식균주(標識菌株)보다 더 큰 효과를 나타냈다.
