Video UGC 제작 동기와 행위 과정에 관한 이해: 구현의도이론 (Theory of Implementation Intentions)의 적용을 중심으로 (Understanding User Motivations and Behavioral Process in Creating Video UGC: Focus on Theory of Implementation Intentions)

  • UGC(User Generated Contents) is emerging as the center of e-business in the web 2.0 era. The trend reflects changing roles of users in production and consumption of contents on websites and helps us to understand new strategies of websites such as web portals and social network websites. Nowadays, we consume contents created by other non-professional users for both utilitarian (e.g., knowledge) and hedonic values (e.g., fun). Also, contents produced by ourselves (e.g., photo, video) are posted on websites so that our friends, family, and even the public can consume those contents. This means that non-professionals, who used to be passive audience in the past, are now creating contents and share their UGCs with others in the Web. Accessible media, tools, and applications have also reduced difficulty and complexity in the process of creating contents. Realizing that users create plenty of materials which are very interesting to other people, media companies (i.e., web portals and social networking websites) are adjusting their strategies and business models accordingly. Increased demand of UGC may lead to website visits which are the source of benefits from advertising. Therefore, they put more efforts into making their websites open platforms where UGCs can be created and shared among users without technical and methodological difficulties. Many websites have increasingly adopted new technologies such as RSS and openAPI. Some have even changed the structure of web pages so that UGC can be seen several times to more visitors. This mainstream of UGCs on websites indicates that acquiring more UGCs and supporting participating users have become important things to media companies. Although those companies need to understand why general users have shown increasing interest in creating and posting contents and what is important to them in the process of productions, few research results exist in this area to address these issues. Also, behavioral process in creating video UGCs has not been explored enough for the public to fully understand it. With a solid theoretical background (i.e., theory of implementation intentions), parts of our proposed research model mirror the process of user behaviors in creating video contents, which consist of intention to upload, intention to edit, edit, and upload. In addition, in order to explain how those behavioral intentions are developed, we investigated influences of antecedents from three motivational perspectives (i.e., intrinsic, editing software-oriented, and website's network effect-oriented). First, from the intrinsic motivation perspective, we studied the roles of self-expression, enjoyment, and social attention in forming intention to edit with preferred editing software or in forming intention to upload video contents to preferred websites. Second, we explored the roles of editing software for non-professionals to edit video contents, in terms of how it makes production process easier and how it is useful in the process. Finally, from the website characteristic-oriented perspective, we investigated the role of a website's network externality as an antecedent of users' intention to upload to preferred websites. The rationale is that posting UGCs on websites are basically social-oriented behaviors; thus, users prefer a website with the high level of network externality for contents uploading. This study adopted a longitudinal research design; we emailed recipients twice with different questionnaires. Guided by invitation email including a link to web survey page, respondents answered most of questions except edit and upload at the first survey. They were asked to provide information about UGC editing software they mainly used and preferred website to upload edited contents, and then asked to answer related questions. For example, before answering questions regarding network externality, they individually had to declare the name of the website to which they would be willing to upload. At the end of the first survey, we asked if they agreed to participate in the corresponding survey in a month. During twenty days, 333 complete responses were gathered in the first survey. One month later, we emailed those recipients to ask for participation in the second survey. 185 of the 333 recipients (about 56 percentages) answered in the second survey. Personalized questionnaires were provided for them to remind the names of editing software and website that they reported in the first survey. They answered the degree of editing with the software and the degree of uploading video contents to the website for the past one month. To all recipients of the two surveys, exchange tickets for books (about 5,000~10,000 Korean Won) were provided according to the frequency of participations. PLS analysis shows that user behaviors in creating video contents are well explained by the theory of implementation intentions. In fact, intention to upload significantly influences intention to edit in the process of accomplishing the goal behavior, upload. These relationships show the behavioral process that has been unclear in users' creating video contents for uploading and also highlight important roles of editing in the process. Regarding the intrinsic motivations, the results illustrated that users are likely to edit their own video contents in order to express their own intrinsic traits such as thoughts and feelings. Also, their intention to upload contents in preferred website is formed because they want to attract much attention from others through contents reflecting themselves. This result well corresponds to the roles of the website characteristic, namely, network externality. Based on the PLS results, the network effect of a website has significant influence on users' intention to upload to the preferred website. This indicates that users with social attention motivations are likely to upload their video UGCs to a website whose network size is big enough to realize their motivations easily. Finally, regarding editing software characteristic-oriented motivations, making exclusively-provided editing software more user-friendly (i.e., easy of use, usefulness) plays an important role in leading to users' intention to edit. Our research contributes to both academic scholars and professionals. For researchers, our results show that the theory of implementation intentions is well applied to the video UGC context and very useful to explain the relationship between implementation intentions and goal behaviors. With the theory, this study theoretically and empirically confirmed that editing is a different and important behavior from uploading behavior, and we tested the behavioral process of ordinary users in creating video UGCs, focusing on significant motivational factors in each step. In addition, parts of our research model are also rooted in the solid theoretical background such as the technology acceptance model and the theory of network externality to explain the effects of UGC-related motivations. For practitioners, our results suggest that media companies need to restructure their websites so that users' needs for social interaction through UGC (e.g., self-expression, social attention) are well met. Also, we emphasize strategic importance of the network size of websites in leading non-professionals to upload video contents to the websites. Those websites need to find a way to utilize the network effects for acquiring more UGCs. Finally, we suggest that some ways to improve editing software be considered as a way to increase edit behavior which is a very important process leading to UGC uploading.

유영국(劉永國)의 초기 구성주의: <랩소디>(1937)에 나타난 유토피아니즘 (Yoo Young-kuk's Early Constructivism: Utopianism in (1937))

  • This study is about Yoo Young-kuk's early works which show constructivism, especially focus on his debut painting, for the 7th Dokuritsu Bijutsu Kyokai(獨立美術協會, the Independent Fine Arts Association) in Tokyo in 1937. The work was painted 2 years after he had started his study in Japan in 1935. It was the first painting that applied Constructivism. played an important role for Constructivism to be a leading art in his abstraction. After this picture, Yoo was soon devoted to the principles of Constructivism-- Faktura(material), Tektonika (tectonics), Tekhnika(technique), space, construction-- in his painterly reliefs. This article examined why Yoo concentrated on Constructivism for , what the characteristics were, and what influences were on other works from 1935 to 1949. In addition, I investigated in which period was painted and how Constructivism was spread in 1930s and early 1940s in chapter 2. I scrutinized Rhapsody in chapter 3. When Yoo created Japan was under the Fifteen Years War(1931-1945), and a major discourse was the Japanese Spirit at that time. It was connected with construction of an ideal nation which the Japanese ultra-national fascism pursued. This ideological pursuit was intended to unite the Japanese people for total war system and to restore a national dignity which had been fallen down due to Manchurian Incident(1931). Thus, on the hand, Kokusai Bunka Shinkokai(國際文化振興, The Society for International Cultural Relations) and the Nippon Kosaku Bunka Renmei(日本工作文化連盟, Japanese Werkbund) were supported financially by the Japanese government. On the other hand, the government enacted regulations to opposing parties which would distract Japanese people's unification. As for the Japanese art world, the merge of art groups was carried out through remodeling of Teikoku Bijutsuin(帝國美術院, The Imperial Fine Arts Academy) in 1935. This brought out continuous dispute and disorder. Young artists who felt difficulty of entering an entry of Imperial Fine Arts Exhibition repeatedly grouped and disbanded for small art groups to build their standing, which they pursued Surrealism and Abstract art. Among them Constructivism was considered as the latest trend and was popular in craft, design, architecture as well as fine arts. In the year before he painted , Avant-garde theatres including Constructivism theatre were introduced in a feature article of September, 1936 in Atelier, which was dealing with mainly avant-garde arts. Books related with Constructivism were translated into Japanese, and Gestaltung Education had become active since the publication of A Compendium of Gestaltung Education("構成敎育大系"(1934)), Salvador Dali(1904-1989) was also introduced, so Surrealism was drawn more attention by young artists. reflected popular trends. Yoo analyzed the Japanese avant-gardists' archaic taste in the Independent Art Association that he submitted his painting to. And then he entitled 'Rhapsody' which derives from Ancient Greek's epic poetry and deliberately set up images in a scene. In chapter 3, I examined a theme which was planned carefully by sorting favorite images from the Japanese Surrealism. was a result that Yoo Young-kuk observed objectively the phenomenon that young artists dreamt of Utopia or longed for Nostalgia passively and lethargically under wars. And then he otherized himself from that circumstance. First of all, for he used the typical icons of Japanese Surrealism such as the horizon, flowing clouds, and vast plain that were considered stereotypes of Arcadia. He, however distinguished himself form those Japanese Surrealists. He made his own vision about Utopia by referring Lyubov Popova(1889-1924)'s stage design. His objective point of view was expressed by positive and dynamic images of structure and human's actions. Constructivism which was attempted in had an effect on other early constructive works, and the principles of Constructivism were sought hard in reliefs, paintings, and photos.

IFSA 알고리즘을 이용한 유전자 상호 관계 분석 (Analysis of Interactions in Multiple Genes using IFSA(Independent Feature Subspace Analysis))

  • 세포는 환경 변화 및 자극으로부터 자신을 보호하기 위해 유전자가 발현하여 생명을 유지 시스템을 갖고 있다. 유전자의 발현은 비정상적인 상태의 세포를 환경을 조절, 변화시켜 정상으로 바꾸기 위한 기능, 발달단계에 필요한 기능 등 생명현상에 필요한 특수 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 각 유전자의 기능을 아는 것은 생물학적으로 상당히 의미 있는 일이다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 기능을 알아보기 위해 발현 패턴을 통해 같을 때, 유사한 형태 혹은 시차를 갖고 동일한 형태로 발현하는 유전자들은 같은 기능을 한다는 가정을 하였다. 이 가정에 기반하여 각 유전자들을 기능에 따라 분류하였다. (1) IFSA선형 모델을 적용하여 데이타를 잘 나타내 줄 수 있는 특징 패턴을 찾았으며 (2) 이 특징 패턴으로부터 본 논문에서 제안한 Membership Scoring Function을 이용하여 유전자를 필터링(filtering) 하였다. 이 유전자들은 기존의 ICA(Independent Component Analysis) 방법에서 보다 IFSA 방법이 더 효과적으로 각 기능에 따른 유전자 그룹을 찾아내줌을 GO(Gene Ontology)에서 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 시차 혹은 위상 변화에 상관없이 데이타를 잘 나타낼 수 있는 IFSA의 특성이, ICA보다. 생물학적인 변수를 더 고려해 줄 수 있기 때문이라고 생각된다[1]. 이 논문의 또 다른 주요 작업은 유전자의 상호작용 관계로부터 유전자 네트웍을 얻어내는 것이다. 유전자 네트웍은 같은 그룹 내에서 유전자간의 상관 계수를 구하고 가장 높은 상관도를 보이는 유전자쌍을 연결시켜 얻게되었다. 이 네트웍 역시 GO 해석에서 그 유효성을 확인하였다.를 평균 66.02에서 58.98로 줄이면서 계산시간은 평균 71ms에서 44ms 으로 빠르게 됨을 알 수 있었다.적외선 분광법을 이용한 사일리지의 화학적 조성분 함량 측정은 적은 오차 범위 내에서 신속하고 정확한 분석법이 될 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 비록 원물 생시료(IF)에 대한 직접적인 측정은 다소 예측 정확성이 떨어지지만 현장 적용성과 편리성을 높이기 위해서는 생시료의 측정시 오차를 줄일 수 있는 스펙트럼의 수처리 방법이나 산란보정 방법과 같은 데이터 처리기법에 대한 더 많은 연구가 앞으로 진행되어야 한다고 생각되어진다.상자의 50% 이상이 매일 생선 콩 및 콩제품과 채소류를 먹고 있었고, 인스턴트나 패스트푸드는 정상 체중군이 저체중군이나 과체중보다 매일 섭취하는 빈도가 낮았다(p<0.0177). 7. 가장 낮은 영양 섭취 상태를 보여준 영양소(% RDA< 75%)는 철분과 칼슘으로 조사 대상자의 3/4에 해당하는 조사 대상자가 영양 부족 상태였다. 칼슘 섭취의 경우 정상 체중군이 과체중군과 저체중군보다 섭취율이 낮았으나(p<0.0257) 철분은 군간 유의차는 없었다. 8. 칼슘의 경우 과체중군이 저체중군이나 정상 체중군에 비해 영양소 적정비율(NAR) 값이 높았으며(p<0.0257) 철분, 단백질, 비타민 $B_1$$B_2$, 나이아신의 경우도 통계적으로 유의하지는 않으나 과체중군이 저체중군 또는 정상 체중군의 NAR 값이 높은 경향을 보여주었다. 9가지 영양소의 NAR을 평균한 MAR 값은 군간 유의적이지는 않으나 과체중군(0.76)이 정상체중(0.73) 또는 저체중군(0.73)에 비해 높은 값은 보여주었다. 9.

  • 1. 활성 virus T-CPV에 대한 유발현상은 잠103 및 잠104어느 것이나 male$\times$ female 및 male$\times$female 처리가 높았으며, 접중농도에 있어서 male$\times$female 및 male$\times$female 처리의 H-CPV단독 유발현상은 $10^{7}$ /m1이하에서 높은 경향이었다. 2. Formalin첨식에 의한 유발현상은 잠103 및 잠104 어느 것이나 male$\times$female 및 male$\times$female가 높은 경향이 있다. 3. 냉장처리에 의한 유발현상에서도 formalin첨식의 경우와 같은 경향이 있다. 물론, 병장처리에 의하여 중장형다각체병이 유발되는 것은 전대에 접종된 occult virus가 활성화한다는 것이라 생각할 수 있으나 그 유발되는 정도는 역시 occult virus와 관계되는 유전적, 생리적 및 환경적 여러가지 요인들을 생각할 수 있다. 따라서 실제적인 저온에 의한 유발관계에서 사육환경을 지배하는 사육의 온습도, 생리적요인을 지배하는 엽질 등을 감안해야 할 것이다. 본 시험결과에서 보면 occult virus가 차대에 경란전달되어 사육중 유발요인에 따라서 활성화하는 것은 분명하다. 그러나 지금까지 occult virus를 찾아낼 수 있는 방법은 전자현미경 및 혈청학적인 기술에 의존해도 불가능하다. 따라서 잠종을 생산하는 과정에서 occult virus의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 방법은 active virus가 검출되는 나방(모아)을 대상으로 하는 경우로 제한하여 시험을 해야 할 것이다. 여기서 또한 밝혀져야 하는 것은 occult virus 경란전달과 sublethal infection에 의한 경란전달의 차이점인 것이다. 그리고 현재 우리가 보유하고 있는 품종별로 occult virus의 잠재된 상태를 유발요인별로 검토하므로서 저항성 품종육성에도 좋은 자료가 될 것으로 생각한다.

망간 산화물에 의한 3가 크롬의 산화반응에 미치는 크롬 화학종들의 영향 (Chromium Speciation in Cr(III) Oxidation by Mn-Oxides: Relation to the Oxidation Mechanism)

  • 크롬의 산화는 자연계에 존재하는 여러 가지의 Mn-oxide에 의해 일어나며 산화과정에 존재하는 크롬 화학종들은 반응계 내에서 흡착, 침전 현상을 유발할 수 있고 결과적으로 산화반응을 조절할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 birnessite와 pyrolusite에 의한 크롬의 산화에서 크롬 화학종이 반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다 Mn-oxide는 그 종류에 따라 크롬 산화력에서 큰 차이를 보였으며 용액의 pH와 초기 3가 크롬 첨가량도 산화반응에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 동일 표면적당의 산화력을 비교하면 pyrolusite의 산화력은 birnessite의 5% 정도에 불과하였다. 이는 pyrolusite 의 결정도에 크게 기인하며 또한 양으로 하전된 표면 특성 때문에 반응물인 3가 크롬의 접근이 어렵고 반응산물인 6가 크롬의 흡착 등에 기인하는 것으로 보인다. Birnessite에 의한 산화반응에서 pH 3에서는 oxide의 표면에서의 크롬 화학종들의 흡착이나 침전 현상은 발견되지 않았으며 pyrolusite의 경우 일부 6가 크롬의 흡착이 나타났으나 침전현상은 발견되지 않았다. 따라서 pH 3의 경우 산화반응은 Mn-oxide의 특성에 따라 결정된다. Mn-oxide에 의한 크롬의 산화는 열역학적으로 용액의 pH가 높아질수록 더 진행되어야 한다. Birnessite의 경우 pH 5에서 오히려 산화반응이 현저히 저해되었는데 이는 birnessite의 표면에 형성되는 3가 크롬의 침전이 반응표면을 감소시킴으로써 나타나는 현상으로 판단된다. Pyrolusite의 경우 pH 3보다 pH 5에서 크롬의 산화는 더 일어나나 초기 3가 크롬의 첨가량이 많아지면서 반응이 억제된다. 일부 3가와 6가 크롬의 흡착이 일어나나 이 경우도 역시 pyrolusite의 표면에 형성되는 3가 크롬의 침전이 반응을 조절하는 주 요인으로 생각된다. Mn-oxide의 표면에 형성되는 3가 크롬의 침전은 산화가 일어날 수 있는 반응표면을 감소시키고 또한 반응물의 농도를 낮춤으로써 용액의 pH가 높고 3가 크롬의 첨가량이 많아질 때 크롬의 산화반응을 억제하는 주 요인이 되는 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 전자상거래가 급증하면서 택배시장이 급속히 성장하고 있다. 전자상거래를 통하여 거래가 이루어진 상품은 택배서비스를 통해 소비자에게 배송되고 있기 때문에 전자상거래를 통한 택배물량은 향후 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 실제 전자상거래 업체들은 자체적인 택배시스템을 갖추지 않고 아웃소싱 형태로 전문 택배업체들에게 상품 운송을 전담시키고 있으며, 고객들도 욕구가 다양해져 자신이 원하는 장소까지 빠른 시간에 정확히 운송되는 택배를 선호하고 있다. 이와 함께, 택배업체들도 전화 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통해 주문요청을 받고 있어 택배수요를 더욱 촉진시키고 있다. 그러나 택배수요에 대한 증가에도 불구하고 상품 배달비용이 전체 구매가격에서 차지하는 비중이 상대적으로 높기 때문에 전자상거래를 통한 소액상품의 경우에 물류비 부담이 상당히 높아지고 있으며, 상품 판매 후 최종 소비자에게 전달되는 과정에서 상품의 안전성, 배송의 신속성 등의 미흡으로 대고객 서비스가 상당히 취약한 실정이다. 즉, 급증하는 전자상거래 물품 운송을 택배시스템의 하부구조가 제대로 지원하고있지 못하다는 지적이 나오고 있으며, 택배서비스에 대한 고객들의 욕구도 제대로 충족시키지 못하고있는 상황에 있다. 반면 일본의 야마토운수(주)와 같은 택배업체들은 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 터미널이나 집배차량과 같은 하부시설과 화물추적정보시스템 부문에 과감한 투자를 하고 있고, B2B 또는 B2C 화물 접하 서비스, 인터넷을 통한 화물추적 등을 위안 새로운 택배서비스를 개발하여 고객의 욕구를 충족시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래의 활성화에도 기여하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자상거래시대 택배업의 일반적 개관을 살펴보고, 선진외국의 택배업 사례분석 및 시사점을 도출하여, 이를 바탕으로 국내 택배업의 경쟁력 향상 방안을 제시하여 보고자 한다.orms.   • The retail business of drugstore was introduced to Korea for the first time 10 years ago. Since Olive Young introduced a retail store in the name of drugstore in 1999 for the first time in Korea, new distribution channel combining drugstore, cosmetic products and dairy products, etc has been made. At initial stage, the new distribution channel grew up slowly because of low specialty and economic stagnation. However, the three big distribution channels, that is to say, Olive Young (CJ), Watsons (GS) and W Store (Kolon Well Care), etc, were established to produce new distribution system following large-scaled discount stores as well as convenience stores. The purpose of the study is to investigate ways making Korean style drugstore be new retail business in addition to traditional markets, department stores, E-Mart and other general super markets and to examine problems preventing the drugstore from being promoted and to find out solutions. The speciality retailers that is called a category killer attacking department stores as well as marts is expanding market quickly. New consumption trend that gives priority to wellbeing is being expanded in accordance with high level of standards of living life: The drugstore is thought to be new alternative of distribution because it keeps special products. Young ladies who are main customers of drugstores respond to the trend sensitively to have more buying power that is thought to be promising. And, consumers' desire has become concrete and special. This is because consumers want not only convenient shopping but also special shopping system that is current trend. These days, so called Multi-shop and Total shop and other special shops have been recently opened. Special multi-shop has been concentrated on fashion product and miscellaneous goods so far: Health total wellbeing shop shall be popular in accordance with wellbeing trends. Drugstores can play an important role. Drugstores were opened for the first time ten years ago. In particular, Olive Young succeeded in going into the black after making efforts for a long time by many persons. Drugstores could succeed in the business owing to many persons in the past as well as customers who liked drugstores. However, drugstores once lost ways and recorded poor business results. The three drugstores, that is to say, Olive Young, Watsons making efforts to go into the black and W-Store pursuing traditional drugstore shall compete each other and make effort to satisfy customers' desire. In that way, the three drugstores can be assured of present business as well as future business. The consumers' demand trend has become special at sub-division so that drugstores that can satisfy the demand can succeed in the business. Large businesses may be more interested in the 4th generation retail business to produce good income and to have bright future. Drugstore business and market are likely to expand and develop owing to large business' participation in drugstore business. Drugstores expanded shop at Seoul and Gyeonggi-do until middle of 2000. Drugstore business at station sphere in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do that have high ratio of temporary population has low customer loyalty to have limitation on continuous growth. Since 2009, drugstores have opened new shops at local towns: From the year of 2010, drugstores need to establish multiple shop strategy by accelerating business speed and to allow customers to drop in the shop anywhere in the nation and to enter consumers' life deeply, so that they can strengthen business base definitely. Drugstores need to have price competitiveness to have multiple shop opening strategy and to satisfy consumers and to supply high quality services that is future subject to solve. And, Olive Young and Watsons that are Korean style drugstore need to keep system in order and to strengthen substance as Korean style drugstore and to expand marketing, so that they can get business outcome within 5 years that was done 10 years before and they become the 4th generation retail business. The study had difficulties at collecting material from the three drugstore because of poor cooperation. And, the author had great difficulty at collecting statistical material that was made in disorder. Further effort is needed considering such problems.

해외 출국에 영향을 미치는 온라인 미디어 효과 분석: 아시아 5개국을 중심으로 (Analyzing the Effect of Online media on Overseas Travels: A Case study of Asian 5 countries)

  • 해외 시장 의존형 경제구조를 지닌 우리나라에서 관광산업은 국가경제에 중요한 산업으로 이를 육성하기 위해 정확한 관광 수요 예측이 필요하다. 그에 따라 많은 연구들이 출국 수요를 예측하기 위해 노력해왔으며 출국수요에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 다각도로 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 최근에는 출국자들의 출국지 선택 등 관광객의 의사결정에 온라인 뉴스, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등의 온라인 미디어가 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 미디어가 발생시키는 구전 효과가 출국 수요에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 영향 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 온라인 미디어는 쉽게 접근이 가능하고 공유가 활발하다는 측면에서 구전 효과가 발생되어 사용자들의 의사결정에 영향을 주고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 온라인 미디어를 공적 미디어인 뉴스와 사적 미디어인 블로그로 구분하였으며 실제 아시아 5개국의 출국자 수에 이들 미디어가 미치는 영향 관계를 패널 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 온라인 뉴스의 구전 효과는 출국자 수에 부정적인 영향을 미치지만 블로그의 경우 긍정적 영향 관계를 보였다. 따라서 향후 출국 수요 예측에 있어 온라인 미디어의 구전 효과를 반영해야 하며 이는 미디어의 종류에 따라 차별적으로 적용해야 함을 시사한다. 또한 각 국가별로 온라인 미디어의 특성에 따라 미치는 영향 관계가 차이가 있음을 분석하였다. 즉, 출국 국가에 따라 온라인 미디어의 영향력이 다름에 따라 국가별로 차별적인 예측 및 관리 모형이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 관광산업종사자들의 국가와 미디어별 온라인 미디어 기반의 마케팅 전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 종업원 서비스지향성이 종업원의 서비스성과, 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산지역 특1급 호텔에 근무하는 278명의 종업원들로부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔기업 종업원의 서비스지향성이 높을수록, 서비스성과, 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스성과가 높을수록, 직무만족, 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족이 높을수록, 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

식재료 아웃소싱이 경제적 주방에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 특1급호텔 양식조리를 중심으로 - (Study on economic effects of outsourcing of food materials on the hotel kitchen - Focus on cooking Western food in the first class hotel -)

  • This study is designed to examine feasibility and limitation of outsourcing in cooking Western food in a hotel, to interpret importance of outsourcing(eg. outside order, outside procurement, outside supply) in a broad sense in order to reinforce the core capacity in the cooking department, and to know whether the cooking human power is efficiently used and how much the chefs recognize outsourcing of food materials. As many companies conduct restructuring to cut down its size, the reduction of human power led the Western food cooking in the hotel to lower core capacities, lower quality, and lower efficiency. In addition, the sagging morale of chefs undermined creativity. To change from the traditional kitchen to an economic kitchen needs to look into importance of outsourcing, cognitive attitude of chefs, relation with outside suppliers. Here suggests performance of positive changes in the structure The study examined feasibility and limitation of outsourcing in the hotel kitchen as well as chefs' cognitive attitude toward outsourcing of food materials to reinforce core capabilities of the hotel kitchen. 1. Companies of outsourcing are selected according to variability of price conditions, flexibility of contract conditions, popularity of the outsourcing company, and reputation of the outsourcing company. 2. The importance of outsourcing in the Western food cooking is divided into 4 factors such as standard of selecting outsourcing companies, policies of cooking manu, quality of cooking, and quantity of cooking. 3. The most feasible section in outsourcing of food materials is a process of kneading flour for bread, which shows that many Western-food chefs expect to put higher possibility of outsourcing on the kneading. In other words, when it comes to confectionery and bakery, there are many outside expert processing companies supplying high quality products. In the order of outsourcing feasibility, sauce is followed by processed vegetable, garnish of main dish, and soup. The least feasible section in outsourcing of food materials is appetize. Appetize includes a concept of a improvised dish and needs speed. Due to its color, freshness, and sensibility of taste, the appetize plays a key role in the Western food cooking. 4. When outsourcing is taken in place, the highest risk is to lower the inner cooking skills. Therefore chefs in charge of the Western food sequently recognize both internal problems including storage of cooking skills, unstability of layoffs, and loss of cooperation between departments, and external problems including inferior goods, difficulty of differentiating manu, delay of delivery, and expiration date. It shows that most of the Western food chefs consider risks of the internal problems at first. 5. A effective outsourcing needs appropriate selection of outsourcing companies, maintenance of credibility, active communication, check and management of hygiene. However regardless of their position or career, chefs in charge of the Western food have the same cognitive attitude toward selecting successful outsourcing companies after the outsourcing system is enforced. The core of cooking, or a final stage in the full process of so-called artistic cooking, should be treated with insourcing. Reduction of several cooking processes resulted in shortened cooking time, increased efficiency, faster cooking, cutting the waiting-lines, and finally more room for customers. The outsourcing system can reduce or eliminate the following processes in cooking: buying various food materials, checking, storing, preparing, and processing. Especially in the Western food cooking department of a hotel, the outsourcing system should be enforced to make an economic kitchen and to efficiently manage it. Wow it's time to change from the traditional kitchen to an economic kitchen in the hotel cooking department. For that, the cooking department should become a small but strong organization by outsourcing except its core work.
