중소병원 간호사의 역할갈등이 긍정심리자본과 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Medium and Small Hospitals Nurses Role Conflict on Organization Effectiveness of Positive Psychological Capital)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 역할갈등, 긍정심리자본, 조직 효과성의 관련성을 파악하고, 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 A시에 소재하고 하는 3개의 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 255부를 최종 자료분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 역할 갈등의 역할 고립과 역할 모호, 자원 부족은 조직효과성에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 역할 갈등의 역할 모호와 자원 부족은 긍정심리자본에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감과 희망, 낙관주의는 조직효과성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 중소병원 간호사의 조직효과성을 증진시키기 위해서는 역할갈등을 감소시키고 긍정심리자본을 발휘할 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

권역단위사업에서 주민 갈등 분석에 의한 사회적 취약성 평가 (Social Vulnerability Assessment by Resident's Conflict Analysis on Rural Development Project of Region Unit)

  • In this study, we try to quantify resident's conflict by rural development project based on previous researches about community capacities required for residents and social networks in rural village for suggesting efficient project model. we analyzed conflict elements in six category such as 'conflict in residents', 'conflict in residents and leaders', 'conflict in leaders', 'conflict in villages', 'conflict in development fund', 'conflict in village by common income project'. These results also analyzed by personal background(age, role, education, income) of respondent in questionary survey. Results show that 'conflict in residents and leaders', 'conflict in leaders', 'conflict in development fund' are perceived differently by age, role, education, and income in 5% significance level. Especially, relatively young age(below 40 years old) expressed clearly about conflict and high scored in item of 'residents and leaders'. Regression model show statistical significance(F=39.807, P=0.000) in influence relation analysis of conflict, network, leadership, and project fund. In this model, network ${\beta}=-0.237$, leadership ${\beta}=-0.375$, project fund ${\beta}=-0.000$ show network and leadership have negative relation to conflict but project fund is difficult to find relation with conflict. In this study, we defined social vulnerability using conflict, network, and leadership and verified the vulnerability of rural village applying regional community capacity in analysis results; vulnerability increased by the size of region and show inverse correlation to future vision of residents.

글로벌 유통업 종사자의 스트레스 및 조직유효성의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Determinants of Distributors' Stress and Organizational Effectiveness in a Global Distribution Industry)

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 유통업 종사자들의 스트레스 및 조직유효성을 결정하는 요인들에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 유통업 종사자들의 스트레스 및 조직유효성을 결정하는 요인으로서 역할모호성, 역할갈등, 역할과부하, 그리고 마음챙김을 제시하였다. 조직유효성은 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도로 구분하였다. 연구자료는 글로벌 유통업에 종사하는 202명의 유통업자로부터 수집되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역할갈등 및 역할과부하는 글로벌 유통업 종사자들의 스트레스를 높이는 반면, 역할모호성 및 마음챙김은 그들의 스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역할모호성은 글로벌 유통업 종사자들의 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 낮추고, 역할갈등 및 역할과부하는 그들의 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할과부하는 글로벌 유통업 종사자들의 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 마음챙김은 글로벌 유통업 종사자의 직무만족을 높이는 것으로 나타났다.

본인과 배우자의 성격특성이 결혼의 질에 미치는 영향: 남편과 부인의 비교 연구 (Personality Characteristics of the Self and the Spouse and Marital Quality : Comparison between the Husband and the Wife)

  • This study is to compare the effects of personality characteristics on marital quality of the husband and the wife. Marital quality was measured in two aspects: marital satisfaction and marital conflict. At the first step of the regression analysis, socio-demographic variables were entered, at the second step, variables of personality characteristics, and at the third step, variables of personality characteristics of the spouse were added. Age group of 35 and under is higher in marital satisfaction or lower in marital conflict than that of 36 to 40. People who grew up in Chungchung area are lower in marital satisfaction compared to those who grew up in Seoul and adjacent area, and those who grew up in Chunla area are higher in marital satisfaction. Marital conflict increases when people are less educated. Marital conflict decreases when the husband has high income. Religion is related to marital satisfaction and marital conflict of the husband. Stability is related to both marital satisfaction and marital conflict. Sociability of the wife is related to marital satisfaction and marital conflict of the husband, and responsibility of the wife is related to her own marital conflict. Responsibility of the husband is related to marital conflict of the wife. This result shows that the husband is expected to perform the instrumental role and the wife the expressive role. In, conclusion, these results should be considered when family life education programs for couples are constructed. First, family life cycle needs to be considered when family life education programs are offered. Second, regional differences in family culture should be put into consideration. Third, the idea that conjugal role relationships can be flexible needs to be included in family life education programs. Fourth, programs to improve stability, responsibility and sociability are needed for wives. Fifth, programs to improve stability and responsibility should be offered in work settings for husbands.

부부갈등이 아동의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 부모 통제의 매개적 역할 (The Effects of Marital Conflict on Children's Depression : The Mediating Role of Parental Control)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The participants were composed of 243 elementary school 5th and 6th graders (of which 121 were boys and 122 were girls) from Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires on marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. It was observed that marital conflict (content) had an effect on children's depression. Parental psychological control was also found to have an effect on children's depression. However, parental behavioral control did not appear to have an effect on children's depression. In addition marital conflict (frequency/content) had an effect on parental psychological control. Additionally, marital conflict (resolution) had an effect on parental behavioral control. It was further found that paternal psychological control and maternal psychological control partially mediated the relationship between marital conflict and children's depression. These results clearly indicate that parental psychological control plays an important role in marital conflict and children's depression.

과업갈등의 부정적 효과와 신뢰가 팀 지향성의 중요성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Negative Effects of Task Conflict and the Importance of Trust in Peers and Team Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 과업갈등이 관계갈등으로 전이되고 또한 관계갈등이 팀 만족 감소로 전이되는 과정에서 팀 구성원간 신뢰수준이 높을수록, 팀 지향성이 높을수록 과업갈등과 관계갈등의 관계가 약화되는지, 그리고 관계갈등과 팀 만족 감소의 관계가 약화되는지 확인하는 것이었다. 경북지역 내 기업 구성원 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 274부가 실증분석에 활용되었다. 가설검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 실증분석 결과 과업갈등은 관계갈등을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 과업갈등으로 야기된 관계갈등은 팀 구성원의 만족도 또한 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 과업갈등의 부정적 효과는 팀원 간의 신뢰수준과 팀 지향성 수준에 따라 조절될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 팀 지향성은 관계갈등과 팀 만족간의 부(-)적 영향관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 기업은 과업갈등과 관계갈등의 영향관계에서 신뢰의 중요성과 관계갈등과 팀 만족도 간의 부정적 관계에서 팀 지향성의 중요성을 기억해야 할 것이며, 연구과정에서 나타난 횡단적 연구의 한계 등을 보완할 연구방법이 추후에는 보완되어야 할 것이다.

종합병원 감염관리간호사의 업무실태와 스트레스, 역할갈등 및 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Work Condition, Stress, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction of Infection Control Nurses Working in General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the work conditions, reported stress, role conflict and job satisfaction of infection control nurses working in general hospitals. Methods: The subjects were 125 infection control nurses from 102 general hospitals. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of questions about general characteristics, job characteristics, work condition, stress, role conflict, and job satisfaction. Data were collected from July to September 2011 and analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression in SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Over fifty percent (56.0%) of infection control nurses reported the majority of their time was monitoring intensive units. The average reported stress was 7.20, role conflict was 3.67, and job satisfaction was 3.14. The factors which influenced job satisfaction were stress, enough information, annual income, and the number of hospital beds. Conclusion: The factors contributing to job stress of infection control nurses need to be specifically identified. Education and training for infection control personnel should be provided to enhance job satisfaction.

신규간호사의 조직사회화 영향 요인 (Factors Associated with Organizational Socialization in New Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between calling, clinical performance, role conflict, and organizational socialization and to evaluate the factors associated with organizational socialization of new nurses. Methods: This study design was cross-sectional correlational study. The participants of this study were new nurses 171 at general hospitals in Jeollabuk-do. Data was collected between August 1 to 20, 2018 from questionnaire responses and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average calling rating was 2.47±0.59 (rated on a scale of 1~4), clinical performance rating was 3.55±0.52 (rated on a scale of 1~5), role conflict rating was 3.29±0.59 (rated on a scale of 1~5), and organizational socialization rating 3.19±0.41 (rated on a scale of 1~5). Calling, clinical performance, role conflict, gender, and work in the desired unit were the significant factors influencing organizational socialization of new nurses. Conclusion: These findings indicate that strategies are needed to improve organizational socialization of new nurses to ensure effective management of personnel. Moreover, it is necessary to develop a program to cultivate the nursing calling, enhance clinical performance, and resolve role conflicts among new nurses.

전담간호사의 역할갈등과 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Role Conflict and Professional Self-Concept on Job Satisfaction of Physician Assistant Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is investigate the role conflict, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction degree of the physician assistant nurses, and to grasp the factors affecting job satisfaction. Methods: Data were collected from September to October, 2018 and 156 physician assistant nurses working at one certified tertiary hospital, four general hospitals, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The degree of job satisfaction of the subject was 2.76 out of 5. The influential factors in the job satisfaction of the subjects were professional self-concept (β=.51, p<.001), and role conflict (β=-.29, p<.001), affected job satisfaction by 53.5%. Conclusion: In order to improve the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses, the role conflict should be solved and a plan to form a positive self-concept should be sought. Therefore, through the identification of the roles that are appropriate to the situation in Korea and the legal and institutional positioning, they will need to be recognized and developed.

콘텐츠 비즈니스 여성기업인의 일/가족 역할갈등과 조정 전략 (Work and Family Role Conflict and Management Strategies of Women Entrepreneurs in Contents Business)

  • 본 논문은 여성기업인의 일/가족 정체성을 규명하고, 여성기업인이 경험하는 일/가족 갈등, 그리고 일/가족 갈등 조정 전략을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상은 콘텐츠 비즈니스 분야 창업 여성기업인이며, 연구 방법은 심층면접이라는 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구 내용 및 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 <일 우선적 몰입>, <일/가족이중몰입>, <가족 우선적 몰입>이라는 세 유형으로 여성기업인의 일/가족정체성이 구분되었다. 본 연구에서는 <일/가족이중몰입>의 정체성이 두드러지게 나타났다. 둘째, 일/가족정체성은 자신이 처해 있는 일/가족상황과 사업성과에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타난다. 셋째, 사례 여성기업인의 일/가족조정전략은 <일/가족 역할공유전략>과 <일역할 또는 가족역할축소전략>으로 구분된다. 조정전략 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 일/가족 정체성, 가족, 배우자 등 외부로부터 얻을 수 있는 자원의 유무, 가족구조, 사업의 재정적 성과가 밝혀졌다. 여성이 일/가족 역할공유전략을 선택하는 데에는 ‘남편의 지원’ 여부, 즉 남편이 사업 활동에 대한 지지와 격려를 하는 표현적(정서적) 지원과 가사나 육아를 실질적으로 대신 하는 도구적 지원의 양자가 모두 여성의 일/가족역할 공유전략에 영향을 미친다. 한편, 일역할 축소전략을 선택에는 ‘매출의 부진’이라는 사업상의 성과가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
