청주 도심 옛마을의 안길과 중심공간의 특성 변화 (Transformation Characteristics of Inner Road and Communal Space in Old Settlements of Downtown Cheong Ju)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the change of inner roads responding to the street system and to examine the how to influence to communal space of village focused on 22 existing old settlements in downtown Cheong Ju. This study examined the types of inner roads based on advanced research. For the research on communal space, interviews with the residents living in the village were conducted to figure out the location and function of it. Also, it was analyzed comparatively with the present communal space. The results are as followings: the width of an inner road has a effect to function of an inner road when flow of an inner road has kept. The function of inner road has been kept when the width of an inner road expanded as pedestrians should be given priority to vehicular traffic. However, the function of inner roads has been changed and the community has been separated when the width of inner roads expanded for vehicular. Because the location of the communal space in the village is affected by the change of the inner road, when the inner road is maintained, the location of the communal space is also maintained, but when the inner road is changed, the location of the communal space is also changed. The communal spaces such as public wells and wash spaces have lost and they have been substituted with senior citizen centers or community centers.

일제강점기 원마산(原馬山)의 도시공간 변천과정 연구 -1912년부터 1945년까지 - (A Reconstructive Study on the Urban Structure of the Original Masan in the Colonial Era.)

  • This study aims at examining the change of the urban space of the original Masan Area during the Japanese-forced colonial era of Korea(1910-1945) after circa 1912. That year is very important because the modern map of land was introduced. The land area of the original Masan was about $17,000m^2$ composed of small houses and shops. Colonial era could be divided into 3 periods according to the change of colonial policies. And the change of the urban space is examined according to these 3 periods. During the 1st period(1911-1920) the following 3 development occurred. 1. Land was reclaimed along the coast line by a Japanese civilian named 'Bakgan'. And his ownership of land continued until 1945. 2. A government ware house(Cho-Chang), which was the symbol of Masan harbor, was demolished and the land was divided into small lots. 3. Main artery and trunk roads(14-15m wide) were built replacing 2-3m wide narrow roads and connected to the reclamation land. During the 2nd period(1921-1930), also land reclamation and road making was more frequently carried out. And the infrastructure of the city was developed gradually. Also public buildings began to be built. Modern roads were constructed city-wide not only in the center of the city. In the 3rd period reclamation was at its peak. Especially Sinpo-Dong area located at the middle of New and original parts of Masan was reclaimed connecting 2 parts and making of a central Masan. During that time original Masan was enlarged because of reclamation. The coast line of Masan became straight from e original organic shape. Roads were constructed in the outskirts also. The size of land lots were more or less the same during the colonial era. But gradually lots were divided into smaller lots. Japanese entrepreneurs gradually occupied the central area of the original Masan until the liberation day. But Chinese ownership of land gradually diminished.

도로의 기하구조에 따른 전파모델 연구 (A Study on the Propagation Model according to the Geometric Structures of Roads)

  • 본 논문에서는 송 수신 차량이 편도 2차선의 일반국도를 80[km/h]의 속도로 주행하고, 곡선 반경은 교통사고율이 높은 통계자료를 근거하여 280[m], 직선도로의 길이는 정지시거를 고려하여 140[m], 곡선의 길이는 90[m], 곡선도로를 11.25[m] 간격으로 8개 지점을 선정하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 그 결과 송 수신 차량간 거리가 111[m] 이상이 될 경우에는 좌, 우측 반사체에 의해 이루어지는 반사파의 전파경로 보다는 인접한 차량들에 의해 이루어지는 반사파의 전파 경로가 반복 반사수가 증가함으로 더 갈어지게 된다. 송 수신차량간 거리가 111[m] 미만인 경우에는 수신차량에 전파가 도달하기 위한 반복 반사는 $1{\sim}2$[회]정도 이었으며 송 수신 차량이 위치한 차선에 관계없이 인접한 차량에 의해 발생하는 반사파 보다는 좌, 우측 반사체를 경유하여 수신하게 되는 반사파의 전파경로가 $1{\sim}1.5[m]$정도 더 큼을 알 수 있었다.

네트워크기법을 이용한 구제역 확산 속도 분석 (Analysis of Foot-and-mouth Disease Diffusion Velocity using Network Tool)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 구재역 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되면서 현재의 방역대 설정에 대한 문제점을 분석하여 사전 조치를 통한 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 구제역 발생 현황을 분석하고, 전국 국도의 도로망도와 행정구역 경계 등의 자료를 이용하여 도로를 통해 차량으로 전염되는 것을 가정한 후 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 이와 같이 분석된 결과를 이용하여 전파시간을 산정하고, 그 결과를 도로 직선거리 및 도로 실거리로 구분하여 직선 이동속도 및 도로 실거리 이동속도를 국도별 및 행정구역별로 산출하여 현재의 구제역 방역대 설정방법에 대한 문제점을 분석하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 구제역 발생지역을 중심으로 전파속도를 산출한 결과 평균 직선 전파속도는 53.9km/day, 평균 도로 실거리 전파속도는 71.1km/day로 분석되어 기존 방역대 설정에 문제가 있었음을 알 수 있었다.

클라우드 환경에서 이기종 네비게이션간 새로운 지도 정보 추출 및 업데이트 방법 (Real-time Roadmap Generation and Updating Method between Heterogeneous Navigation Systems for Unknown Roads in Cloud Computing Environment)

  • 현재 많은 Map DB Provider들이 지도 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 자신들의 Map DB에 새로운 도로 정보를 업데이트 하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만, 아직까지 Provider들 상호간 도로 정보 공유에 대해서는 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing) 환경을 이용해 클라우드에서 이기종 카 네비게이션 시스템을 사용하는 운전자들에 의해 추출된 새로운 도로의 속성 정보를 실시간으로 모든 운전자의 네비게이션 Map DB를 업데이트하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 새로운 도로 정보를 모든 운전자들의 Map DB에 더욱 효율적으로 업데이트할 수 있으며, Map DB Provider들이 수행하는 실차 주행 테스트 비용을 줄이고 서버 자원 통합 구축을 통한 Map DB 데이터센터의 유지비용을 줄일 수 있다.

서울시 제2종일반주거지역 내 상업기능주택의 배치와 기능적 특성 - 석촌, 양재, 둔촌, 사가정 사례 분석 - (Distribution Pattern and Functional Characteristics of Shop-house in the 2nd Class General Residential Zone in Seoul - A Case Study of Seokchon, Yangjae, Dunchon, and Sagajeong Districts -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out distributional principles of the shop-houses in residential district through physical composition of residential area. Through the research that are based on literature and field survey, it analysed the relation between physical composition of residential area and the shop-houses of selected four sites under similar urban condition where land readjustment project were held. The consequences of this study are summarized as follows; 1) A road that is not penetrating the inside a residential area is seemed to have low occupancy of shops comparing to other roads with similar hierarchy. And the shops functions as convenience facilities. It can be inferred from the statement above that even a road with higher hierarchy is not easy to form commercial area if without penetrating the residential area. 2) According to the size and the arranged method of Inner blocks of residential area towards major roads, distribution of shop-houses appear to be different. In other words, when shop-houses are located along the roads, the proportion of shop was higher than when located perpendicular to the roads. 3) When the number of average lots are little and the size of block is small, usually, street ratio and the number of corners gets higher, which eventually increases the number of shop-houses.

도로이동오염원의 활동도와 도로변 질소산화물 농도의 관계 (Relation with Activity of Road Mobile Source and Roadside Nitrogen Oxide Concentration)

  • Ozone has been a problem in big cities. That is secondary air pollutant produced by nitrogen oxide and VOCs in the atmosphere. In order to solve this, the first to be the analysis of the $NO_x$ and VOCs. The main source of nitrogen oxide is the road mobile. Industrial sources in Seoul are particularly low, and mobile traffics on roads are large, so 45% of total $NO_x$ are estimated that road mobile emissions in Seoul. Thus, it is necessary to clarify the relation with the activity of road mobile source and $NO_x$ concentration. In this study, we analyzed the 4 locations with roadside automatic monitoring systems in their center. The V.K.T. calculating areas are set in circles with 50 meter spacing, 50 meter to 500 meter from their center. We assumed the total V.K.T. in the set radius affect the $NO_x$ concentration in the center. We used the hourly $NO_x$ concentrations data for the 4 observation points in July for the interference of the other sources are minimized. We used the intersection traffic survey data of all direction for construction of the V.K.T. data, the mobile activities on the roads. ArcGIS application was used for calculating the length of roads in the set radius. The V.K.T. data are multiplied by segment traffic volume and length of roads. As a result, the $NO_x$ concentration can be expressed as linear function formula for V.K.T. with high predictive power. Moreover we separated background concentration and concentrations due to road mobile source. These results can be used for forecasting the effect of traffic demand management plan.

인공강우실험에 의한 임도노면의 지표유출량 및 토양유실량 평가 (Predicting Surface Runoff and Soil Erosion from an Unpaved Forest Road Using Rainfall Simulation)

  • Unpaved forest roads are common accessways in mountain areas being used for forestry purposes. The presence of forest roads produces large volumes of surface runoff and sediment yield due to changes in soil properties and hillslope profile. Rainfall simulation experiments were conducted to estimate the impacts of above-ground vegetation and antecedent soil water condition on hydrology and sediment processes. A total of 9 small plots($1m{\times}0.5m$) were installed to represent different road surface conditions: no-vegetation(3 plots), vegetated surface(3 plots), and cleared vegetation surface(3 plots). Experiments were carried out on dry, wet, and very wet soil moisture conditions for each plot. Above ground parts of vegetation on road surface influenced significantly on surface runoff. Runoff from no-vegetation roads(39.24L) was greater than that from vegetated(25.05L), while cleared-vegetation condition is similar to no-vegetation roads(39.72L). Runoff rate responded in a similar way to runoff volume. Soil erosion was also controlled by land cover, but the magnitude is little than that of surface runoff. Even though slight differences among antecedent soil moisture conditions were found on both runoff and soil erosion, runoff rate and soil losses were increased in very wet condition, followed by wet condition. The experiments suggest that vegetation cover on forest road surface seems most effective way to reduce surface runoff and soil erosion during storm periods.

요인분석을 활용한 일반국도 유형분류 (Classification of National Highway by Factor Analysis)

  • 도로분류체계는 도로의 기능. 설계기준을 정의하기 위한 기초가 된다. 본 연구는 요인분석을 활용한 일반국도 유형분류에 대해 다루고 있다. 이를 위해 2004년도 상시 교통량 조사지점에서 수집된 교통자료를 이용한 요인분석을 수행함으로써 일반국도를 유형별로 분류하였다. 적용된 변수는 총 9개로 AADT(연평균 일교통량), $K_{30}$(설계시간계수) $D_{30}$(중방항계수), 중차량 비율, 주간 교통량 비율, 첨두율, 일요일 계수, 휴가철 계수, 그리고 COV(변동계수)이다. 요인분석 결과, 교통량 변동 특성 요인과 중차량 및 방향별 특성요인이 추출되었다. 군집분석 결과 전체 353개 상시지점이 3개의 그룹으로 분류되었으며 그룹 I은 관광부도로, 그룹 II는 지방부도로, 그룹 III은 도시부도로로 판단된다.

GPS-INS 통합시스템을 이용한 도로의 편경사 측정 정확도 연구 (A Study on the Superelevation Measuring Accuracy using GPS-lNS Integrated System)

  • 본 연구에서는 도로의 안전성을 가늠하는 주요한 인자로서 활용되는 곡선구간의 편경사를 신속하고 안전하게 측정하는 방법으로서 GPS-INS 통합시스템을 제안하고 기 건설된 국도의 편경사를 측정할 경우 기대되는 정확도를 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 기 건설된 국도는 재포장, 포장면의 소성변형으로 인해 횡단경사가 변경되는 경우가 발생하지만 조사비용과 안전상의 문제 때문에 이를 측량하기가 쉽지 않았다. 그러나 GPS-INS 통합시스템을 이용할 경우에는 교통에 방해됨이 없이 차량의 주행만으로 약 0.4% 이내의 정확도로 노면의 경사를 측정할 수 있기 때문에 편경사 측정에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 판단된다.
