  • The Weyl-type non-associative algebra ${\overline{WN_{g_n,m,s_r}}$ and its subalgebra ${\overline{WN_{n,m,s_r}}$ are defined and studied in the papers [8], [9], [10], [12]. We will prove that the Weyl-type non-associative algebra ${\overline{WN_{n,0,0_{[2]}}}$ and its corresponding semi-Lie algebra are simple. We find the non-associative algebra automorphism group $Aut_{non}({\overline{WN_{1,0,0_{[2]}}})$.

  • We define the non-associative algebra $\bar{W(n,m,m+s)}$) and we show that it is simple. We find the non-associative algebra automorphism group $Aut_{non}\bar{(W(1,0,0))}\;of\;\bar{W(1,0,0)}$. Also we find that any derivation of $\bar{W(1,0,0)}$ is a scalar derivation in this paper.

  • In this manuscript, we discuss the relationship between prime rings and automorphisms satisfying differential identities involving commutators and anti-commutators on Lie ideals. In addition, we provide an example which shows that we cannot expect the same conclusion in case of semiprime rings.

  • To overcome current hardship during recent years of university reform, statistics departments of Korean universities should form a new shape with efficient strategies: First, they should value interdisciplinary and open education to foster scientific generalists rather than specialists (Bode.Mosteller.Tukey.Winsor, 1949). Second, they should work out on developing curriculum and improving educational quality for non-statistics majors (Ahn.Cho.Huh, 1994). The service market is widely open and its value is certainly worthy. Third, they may change their department name from "statistics", of which the social image is not quite right, to "data science" or "data information". Statistics is a field of learning on data methodology (Friedman, 1997). methodology (Friedman, 1997).

  • Several authors find all the derivations of an algebra [1], [3], [7]. A Weyl type non-associative algebra and its sub algebra are defined in the paper [2], [3], [10]. All the derivations of the non-associative algebra $\overline{WN_{0,0,s1}$ is found in this paper [4]. We find all the derivations of the non-associative algebra $\overline{WN_{0,s,01}$ in this paper [5].

  • The notions of skew-commuting/commuting/semi-commuting/skew-centralizing/semi-centralizing mappings play an important role in ring theory. ${\mathfrak{C}}^*$-algebras with these properties have been studied considerably less and the existing results are motivating the researchers. This article elaborates the structure of prime rings and ${\mathfrak{C}}^*$-algebras satisfying certain functional identities involving automorphisms.

  • The purpose of this study developing early childhood unification education program preparing for unification using a picture story book, to cultivate right understanding toward North Korean society and rational perception of unification based on the consciousness of ethnic community and democratic citizenship and also to build the consciousness and attitude that will achieve unification in a peaceful way. For developing the program, this paper, with requested survey of teachers in the field of early childhood unification education and with study of references, consists of a purpose, objective, and education contents of early childhood unification education program preparing for reunification using a picture story book. The contents of early childhood unification education program preparing for unification using a picture story book mainly consist of having an identity as a people of Korea(historical identity, cultural identity, identity as Korean in the world), understanding of North Korea(understanding of culture, language, food, and nature of North Korea), reconciliation between South and North Korea(between individuals, groups, and nations), and peaceful unification(peace, unification).

  • As the concept of city changes city is viewed in the perspective of business to make profits, not in the perspective of physical space. In the case of Korea urbanization processed over the level of 80% and the formation of identity is suggested for the way to improve city competitiveness as of globalization and liberalization. Seoulentered the level of developed countries in the perspective of functions and facilities, but its image is evaluated poor because of the lack of cultural competitiveness, tourismattractiveness and service system. Dependency of public transportation which is public facilities representing city indirectly is very high, but in information service and visual systems of pubic transportation operations and management are not enough and differentiated image and loyalty are hard to find. In 2004 government of city of Seoul suggested modifications, but compared to London, Paris and Tokyo consistent system, the lack of control and management of use environment of design, excessive visual information and destruction of connection are pointed out. Therefore to solve these problems the introduction of design system is needed to develop identity after applying characteristics and regulations for using to disordered visual stuff. These procedurescan be explained as City Identity Program (CIP) and this study tries to embody city image through public transportation design system. As the study method for this the status of public transportation design system of London, Paris and Tokyo were searched and compared to that of Seoul. Based on this systematization of symbol marks per public transportation being used right now, the development of design guidelines to form identity, relation of design and the strategy of systematization per method and media were proposed.

A Comparative Study of Sea WaybilI and Electronic B/L in the International Contract of Carriage (국제운송계약상 해상화물운송장과 전자선하증권의 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study aims to analyse the key differences of the sea waybill and electronic B/L in the international transport documents. Sea waybills look remarkably like ordinary bills of lading. Indeed, in two important ways, they are just like bills of lading: the front of the document will near a description of the quantity and apparent condition of the goods; and the back of the document provides evidence of the terms of the contract of carriage. They differ from bills of lading in that, far from indicating that the goods described are deliverable to the order of the shipper or of the consignee, they will make it explicit that the goods are deliverable only to the consignee. Again, different carries will do thai in a variety of ways. For example, the document may call itself non-negotiable, omitting the word order from the consignee box on the front of the document, and stating explicitly that the goods will be deliverable to the consignee or his authorised representative on proper proof of identity and authorisation. The Hague-Visby Rules and Hamburg Rules give no guidance as to any right to instruct the carrier in respect of goods while they are in transit. However, in applying Article 50 of the Rotterdam Rules, in particular when applying it in the context of seawaybills, straight bills of lading or ship's delivery orders, regard would need to be had to preserve the shipper's rights under any of those three documents even after the buyer of goods covered by them has acquired rights of its own. And, the right of control is defined at Article 1.12 of the Rotterdam Rules. The right to give instruction is further limited by the terms of Article 50.1 to three particular types of instruction in respect of the goods, relating broadly to the goods, their delivery en route, and the identity of the consignee. And, the CMI formulated the CMI Uniform Rules for Sea Waybills for voluntary incorporation into any contract of carriage covered by such a document. Recognising that neither the Hague nor the Hague-Visby Rules are applicable to sea waybills, the CMI Rules provide that a contract of carriage covered by a waybill shall be governed by whichever international or national law, if any, would have been compulsorily applicable if the contract had in fact been covered by a bill of lading or similar document of title.
