The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in eastern China. Comparative analysis of the efficiency of provincial financial support for rural industrial revitalization in eastern China can provide reference for various provinces to formulate financial policies for rural revitalization. In the research process, 5 evaluation indicators were selected using the panel data of the 2016-2021 "China Financial Statistical Yearbook" and "China Statistical Yearbook", and the DEA and Malmquist index methods were used for calculation. The results show that the average efficiency of financial support for rural revitalization in the 10 eastern provinces from 2015 to 2020 was generally higher, with the efficiency values all higher than 0.8, and reached 0.908 in 2017. The comprehensive efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in Tianjin, Shanghai and Hainan has reached the best. From 2015 to 2020, the total factor productivity of financial support for rural industry revitalization in the eastern region has a "V"-shaped fluctuation. Total factor productivity has the fastest growth. The provinces are Beijing, Hebei and Shandong showing negative growth. It is recommended that relevant provinces improve their strategies for financial support for the revitalization of rural industries. The scope of future research should be expanded to most areas of China and the evaluation indicators should be optimized.

The The purpose of this study is to have a positive impact on the evaluation of the traditional market revitalization project by discussing the business details and implementation process of the commercial district revitalization project in depth. The research method uses practical methods for traditional market revitalization projects. First, the activation method of the place was examined through the concepts of Oldenburg's 'Third Place' and Carr et al.'s 'Five Demands for Public Space' and the theories related to non-face-to-face transactions were examined. The first study case was the commercial district revitalization project of the Cheongju Global Market Development Project(Seongan-gil Street Shopping Mall and Yukgeori traditional Market), which discussed revitalization of open space, revitalization through reproduction, and revitalization through festivals. The revitalization project through representation is a project to install a symbolic sculpture at the estimated location of the 'Namseokgyo' buried in Yukgeori traditional Market. The revitalization through the festival is the Korea Sale Festa, which is a vibrant business due to increased sales at traditional markets and shopping malls and floating population in open spaces. The second study case was the Cultural Tourism Promotion Project(Hanmin traditional Market), which discussed revitalization through the development of local brands and SNS content. In the conclusion, the relationship between the six projects and commercial district revitalization methods was discussed, and policy recommendations were made, mentioning the importance of reflecting regional characteristics in design planning. We hope that this study will be used to positively evaluate the traditional market revitalization project, showing that stakeholders are working hard to produce positive results within institutional limitations.

This study is tried to investigate and analyze the changing history of Korean forest management policy and revitalization alternatives of the private forest management. Korean forest management policy could be divided by two group periods, one is the forestry policy age through afforestation and reforestation, the other is the forestry policy age through forest management. Recently, the revitalization policy for the private forest management was evaluated through the result analysis of the 4th forest basic planning age for 10 years that is gone from 1998 to 2007, but it is not sufficient for the private forest management revitalization, and has still some fundamental problems. Therefore, this study is aimed to present various kinds of plans for the private forest management revitalization during the 5th forest basic planning age that has begun since the beginning of 2008.

This paper proposed an effect analysis method that meets the characteristics and purposes of the revitalization project for old industrial complexes, and quantified the economical effects about the project in Jeollabuk-do by case analysis. The problems on the existing effect analysis about revitalization project for old industrial complexes, estimated as transportation benefits on the main entrance roads plan and the increased rent benefits on the internal roads and other plans, were examined. In addition, the land use plan ratio on the old industrial complexes compared to the averages, and the surveys to the residential company were conducted. And this paper finally proposed an effect analysis methodology for the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in consideration of the increase in the operation rate and the added values through the conversion to high value-added industrial sectors. It was analyzed that new value added of KRW 743,278 million can be generated for next 30 years when the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in Jeollabuk-do is implemented.

This study is to propose key directions of Busan North Port redevelopment for revitalization of waterfront. Since 1960s, there have been a lot of port redevelopment projects around the world. In Korea, Busan North Port redevelopment project is the first one which aims to make waterfront citizen-friendly within old port area. Many ports will be redeveloped soon after the Busan North Port redevelopment. At this time this is the basic research to lay groundwork for the systematic and efficient port redevelopment. We analyze the good examples of the world through case studies and suggest the problems and important elements of success of port redevelopment. Also we propose the objectives for waterfront revitalization and the visages of waterfront within port area. And then we analyze the situation of Busan North Port and examine the blueprints issued by national and city government. After that we suggest some ideas, such as land use plan, on North Port redevelopment for revitalization of waterfront in Busan Port Area.

After latter half of the 1990 it has come out urban decline in big and middle & small cities. The purpose of this study is to review the methods of resident participation for community revitalization in civil renaissance through literature study. This study is divided into fourth parts. In the first part, the history of civil renaissance in Japan, German and England for getting grip on the situation is studied. In the second part, concepts of resident participation and community is dealed with. And the tendency of resident participation for community revitalization in civil renaissance is investigated through preceding researches. The third part and the last one are methods and conclusons and suggestions of resident participation revitalization in civil renaissance.

As China enters the 21st century, China is strengthening its position as a world power in an international position. However, there are still problems with Three Agricultural(Agricultural, Rural, Farmer) and unbalanced urban and rural villages. China, as one of the largest and most populous nations, values the development of three farms. Strategies such as "The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside" were a policy to solve rural problems, But they were not enough to achieve breakthrough results. In order to achieve more effective results, the Central Committee of THE STATE COUNCIL proposed The Document No.1 of "Opinion on the Implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy" in February 4, 2018 and published "The Rural Revitalization Strategy (2018-2022 )". The Yanbian region, which is the subject of this study, is the home of Korean-Chinese tribes and the Korean autonomous region. As a minority of Chinese ethnic minorities, the Korean-Chinese has their own unique culture, and Yanbian has distinct regional characteristics. As The Rural Revitalization Strategy was raised, Villages is showing positive change in accordance with policy implementation in Yanbian. This study analyzed the current status of policy implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yanbian area and analyzed the policy contents and performances based on the of Yanbian Daily News. Based on the results of the analysis, I would like to help in suggesting a more rational development direction and building the villages.

The purpose of this study is to provide a plan to promote the use of life SOC facilities by analyzing the factors affecting utilization of life SOC facilities established as part of the rural center revitalization project. To this end, we selected Seongjeon-myeon, Gangjin-gun where the rural center revitalization project was implemented, conducted a survey on residents while analyzing the project details, and analyzed the results. This study revealed that the residents with a cognitive level for the rural center revitalization project and life SOC tended to more actively use the life SOC facilities. Therefore, to boost residents' use of the life SOC facilities, it is necessary to promote their understanding of and interest in the rural center revitalization project in the project implementation phase and have them be sufficiently aware of the facilities by operating pilot programs for residents in each facility and holding local events and festivals. This study will lay a steppingstone for active resident use of life SOC facilities established in rural centers and provide basic data for further research.

In this study, we present the necessary measurements of establishment and expansion in social welfare elements, understand the social welfare approach and the reality of social welfare services to solve the physical accessibility problem of the rural center revitalization in the recent trend of various attempts. The measurements were categorized according to the nature and form of the projects through content analysis method by using a master plans and casebooks of the rural center revitalization leading districts. The results show that the social welfare project of the rural center revitalization leading districts were categorized them into three sections of job creation vitalization, lifelong education, hobby and leisure supports, visiting services, it was classified into 11 sub-types. We arrive at a conclusion through analysis results, establishment of cooperative system between related organizations, active gathering of opinions from residents, training of local workforce, convergence with existing social welfare systems and projects, building private governance, for social welfare project operate stably in the rural center revitalization.
