The medical advertising review system which was revised and implemented on September 28, 2018, was revived. In this paper, we examine the implications of social ethics and public value of advertising under 4 perspectives of advertising, present the direction of future medical advertising, and suggest the meaning and expected effect of the preliminary medical advertising review system.

Defense specification suitability review task means to examine whether to need enactment, amendment or abolition of defense specification, and realistic and efficient review environment are urgently needed by improving system. For the promotion of efficient tasks, the cycle of defense specification suitability review needs to be changed to 5 years for active specifications and 10 years for inactive specifications. To simplify the standards of defense specification suitability review, the distinction between prior management items and general management items should be abolished and the number of review items need to be reduced from ten to three. Also, in order to promote substantial defense specification suitability review, a system improvement is needed to utilize retired professionals from defense acquisition related agencies.

In this paper, introduction and developing guide to the online submission and peer review system is studied. Such system must provides fare and fast review of drafted papers. In addition, the publication of accepted papers by reviewers is quick and easy. Today, Some societies use KISTI-ACOM which is supplied freely by KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information) and some other societies develop and use their own system in Korea. It is sure that each system will be improved and developed further. Based on the consideration about a typical peer review and publication in online submission system, the guideline of online submission and peer review system is suggested in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development direction and performance analysis of design review system in design-build project. As a result of surveys, the fairness and transparency of design review system was abruptly increased. But local government has not fairness and transparency. Therefore this research has proposed the integration management and joint application of design review organization in design-build project. So, we expect that the transparency is raised in management of design review committee.

Objective: The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of implementing a systematic Drug Utilization Review (DUR) system on contraindicated drug use and pharmaceutical expenditures in Korea. Methods: A literature search was conducted using search engines such as PubMed, EMBASE, NDSL, and RISS for relevant systematic studies. The database search was performed and updated in April 2018. Two independent reviewers evaluated the abstracts to find potentially eligible articles. Results: In total, 1433 potentially eligible studies were selected, and 11 articles were eventually shortlisted for inclusion in the present review system. The outcome showed that contraindicated drug use decreased after implementation of the DUR system in Korea. The analysis also showed that the DUR system contributed to a reduction in pharmaceutical expenditures. Conclusions: Our study showed that implementing the DUR system reduced both contraindicated drug use and pharmaceutical expenditures in Korea.

The medical expenses review system in Korea has developed under fee-for-service system with its own unique structure. The importance of reviewing medical expenses has been emphasized, as the size of medical expenditures moving through the health insurance legal context and its weight in the national economy have increased very rapidly. It is, however, analyzed that the feuds and arguments continue among the stakeholders for the lack of laws supporting the medical expenses review system. The medical expenses review is a series of administrative procedures, deciding whether claims from medical care institutions to the insurer are legal and valid or not. It mainly controls the increase of unnecessarily excessive health insurance claim and prevents fraudulent claim and abuse and checks the less use or unsuitable use of medical resources. It also works a function guarantees medical benefits for the appropriate treatment according to the object of health insurance system as a social insurance scheme. The dispute on legal base of the medical expenses review is about the source of law in the medical expenses review. There are the Health Insurance Act and administrative laws as jus scriptum and the guidelines of review as administrative orders. The medical expenses review should reflect various factors, such as the development of medical healthcare technologies, the health expenditures distribution, the financial situation of the health insurance, and the evaluation on the level of appropriate benefits. It is also likely to adapt to the traits of characters of medicine, and trends and transition, Besides it should judge the legality and the validity of medical benefits expenditures by synthesizing these all factors. And the evaluation system of appropriateness of medical benefits was administrative procedure which was consecutive with reviewing the medical expenses system and it was intended to make up for the result of reviewing the medical expenses in more comprehensive levels.

In this paper, it is examined how the amount of review time per applicant to a college admission officer system is connected with the performance of the selected students after they enter the college. About five years ago, college admission officers system has been introduced to Korea as a government policy. Thus, for most Korean college, there is not enough number of admission officers, while it takes substantial time to find out whether an applicant has potential ability or not. Thus, it is required to find out some policy alternatives to solve this discrepancy. In this paper, a simulation model is built using System Dynamics theory and simulated to understand the relation between the amount of review time and the performance of the selected students. Finally, some implications and policy suggestions are derived from the simulation results.

For the foundational study on automatic review of the barrier free Environment certification for the socially disadvantaged using BIM modeling information, we first confirm the need of the automatic review by analyzing the barrier free Environment certification an by investigating the existing studies on barrier free Environment certification. After that, we select a primary approach for our research by investigating the related works such as automatic review of the building code. As a next step, we generate the BIM modeling information, extract the classification system, analyze and extract items in the barrier free Environment certification according the extracted system, compares the items with the BIM generation information, and allocate them. And, we showed the potential usability of automatic review by deriving a process to prepare the ruleset structure for the automatic review and to prepare a criteria for BIM modeling guide.

The purposes of this study are to understand the doctors' attitude and satisfaction about the review system of national health insurance claim in Korea and to suggest the way to improve this system This study conducted a survey of the doctors registered in the medical association in Seoul city. The survey was performed as a form of self-administered questionnaire from January 2004 to February 2004. The contents of questionnaire dealt with doctors' attitude and satisfaction about the review system of medical service claim. Totally, 1,037 members replied to our survey and we analysed 981 doctors' data, excluding incomplete responses. As a result, 89.7% of repliers showed a negative attitude about the influences of the review system on improvement of medical service quality, 98.0% of repliers have had experiences that they have given distorted insufficient medical services in order to evade the curtailment of service claim. Also, 91.6% of repliers stated that they have had experiences of intentional modification or alteration of diagnostic code to shun the curtailment. Most of the doctors showed negative attitude to the curtailment procedure and the review system of service claim originally intended to be one of the quality control methods of medical service in Korea also, the development of both scientific and reasonable parameters and criteria for claim is needed. 'Through the improvement of review system for appropriate medical service, there is a need of a way to increase the satisfaction of medical service providers, and to encourage the motivation for quality control. Also, education is strongly needed to provide doctors with sufficient information about review criteria and curtailment cases.

Korea augmentation satellite system (KASS) integration, verification, qualification (IVQ) activity is verification of requirements for KASS system and its sub-system that were performed based on the inspection, analysis, review of design, test (IART) method from factory acceptance test (FAT) to test readiness review (TRR) after critical design review (CDR) was closed. In the FAT phase, developed equipment was installed on the test platform and we were verified interfaces between sub-systems and coupling test with the kass control station (KCS). In the site aceeptance test (SAT) phase, on-site verification was conducted by installing equipment verified by FAT such as kass reference station (KRS), kass processing station (KPS), kass uplink station (KUS), KCS. However, considering the developed plan and status, SAT was divided into 3 phases and coupling test was performed. In the TRR phase, the KASS system verification was performed through FAT's test list and additional test list using the satellite based augmentation system (SBAS) broadcast signal from geostationary earth orbit (GEO) 1.
