Laser scanner are getting used for inspection and reverse engineering in industry such as motors, electronic products, dies and molds. However, due to the lack of efficient scanning technique, the tasks become limited to the low accuracy purpose. The main reasons for this limitation for usefulness are caused from the optical drawback, such as irregular reflection, scanning direction normal to measuring surface, the influence of surface integrity, and other optical disturbances. To overcome these drawback of laser scanner, this study propose the mechanism to reduce the optical trouble by using the 2 kinds of rotational movement axis and by composing the spherical coordinate to scanning the surface keeping normal direction consistently. So, it could be designed and interfaced the measuring device to realize that mechanism, and then it could acquisite the accurate 3D form cloud data. Also, these data are compared with the standard master ball and the data acquisited from the touch point sensor, to evaluate the accuracy and stability of measurement and to demonstrate the implementation of an dental tooth purpose system

Automation tools for program analysis are needed in order to program understand and maintain, extract the characteristics of object-oriented program such as class name, member function and data member. In this paper, we carried out design and implementation of the automation tool for effective maintenance of object-oriented software. Being based on Reverse Engineering, this approach extracts class relationship information from C++ source code and generates object-oriented model of class diagram using UML as the standard object-oriented methodology. Therefore, this paper provides developers visualized including class information, definitions of classes, inheritance relationships, set relationships, and simple reference relationships. Finally in this paper, we propose a method that construct class relationship information to table in analysis state and make form of table construction to link form so tat developers can perform understanding and maintaining program efficiently. And this method enable to restructure and reuse in object-oriented model.
Photosynthetic dinoflagellates contain a water-soluble, light-harvesting antenna called the peridinin-chlorophyll-protein (PCP) complex, which has an apoprotein with no sequence similarity to other known proteins. There are two forms of PCP apoproteins; the 15-kDa short form and the 32- to 35kDa long form. The present study describes the PCP protein and its cDNA from Alexandrium tamarense. A cDNA library was constructed from mRNA isolated from A. tamarense. The complete PCP cDNA was generated by reverse-transcription coupled to polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), together with rapid-amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The A. tamarense PCP cDNA encoded a 55-amino acid signal peptide and a 313-amino acid mature protein with a calculated mass of 32 kDa, which corresponded to that of the long form of PCP. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the sequence of A. tamarense PCP did not cluster with the short-form PCPs, to which it was only about $55\%$ identical, but which were $79-83\%$ identical to other long-form PCPs. The deduced amino acid sequence of A. tamarense PCP contains an internal duplication, which suggests the possibility that long-form PCPs arose by gene duplication or by the fusion of genes encoding the short form. The abundance of PCP mRNA changed substantially in response to different light conditions, indicating the possible existence of a photo-acclimation response in A. tamarense.
The risk is subjectively perceived by the subject to judge. In the case of the game, game organizations and watchdog groups also recognized differently occurrence probability and intensity of risk to form a physical relationships of the game with each. Thus, we look only at the risk of their own subjective opinion, the fundamental solution is not possible. In this paper, we conducted a study on the form, occurrence point, and generating processes of risk by analyzing the physical components that make up the network of the game based on ATN in order to confirm definitely the substance and the presence of the game risk. In view of ANT, the game and humans constitute a network through their ability to act as each actor. If the gamer does not clearly recognize the nature of the ability to act of the game, the reverse control and the excess flow occur through remediation properties of the game. Therefore, it requires a more in-depth study in the future with respect to complex structure and relationships of the game-gamer network.

Cancer show distinct pattern of gene expression when it is compared to normal. This difference results malignant characteristic of cancer. Many cancer drugs are targeting this difference so that it can selectively kill cancer cells. One of the recent demand for personalized treating cancer is retrieving normal tissue from a patient so that the gene expression difference between cancer and normal be assessed. However, in most clinical situation it is hard to retrieve normal tissue from a patient. This is because biopsy of normal tissues may cause damage to the organ function or a risk of infection or side effect what a patient to take. Thus, there is a challenge to estimate normal cell's gene expression where cancers are originated from without taking additional biopsy. In this paper, we propose in-silico based prediction of normal cell's gene expression from gene expression data of a tumor sample. We call this challenge as reverting the cancer into normal. We divided this challenge into two parts. The first part is making a generator that is able to fool a pretrained discriminator. Pretrained discriminator is from the training of public data (9,601 cancers, 7,240 normals) which shows 0.997 of accuracy to discriminate if a given gene expression pattern is cancer or normal. Deceiving this pretrained discriminator means our method is capable of generating very normal-like gene expression data. The second part of the challenge is to address whether generated normal is similar to true reverse form of the input cancer data. We used, cycle-consistent adversarial networks to approach our challenges, since this network is capable of translating one domain to the other while maintaining original domain's feature and at the same time adding the new domain's feature. We evaluated that, if we put cancer data into a cycle-consistent adversarial network, it could retain most of the information from the input (cancer) and at the same time change the data into normal. We also evaluated if this generated gene expression of normal tissue would be the biological reverse form of the gene expression of cancer used as an input.
Cases in which personal terminals or servers are infected by ransomware are rapidly increasing. Ransomware uses a self-developed encryption module or combines existing symmetric key/public key encryption modules to illegally encrypt files stored in the victim system using a key known only to the attacker. Therefore, in order to decrypt it, it is necessary to know the value of the key used, and since the process of finding the decryption key takes a lot of time, financial costs are eventually paid. At this time, most of the ransomware malware is included in a hidden form in binary files, so when the program is executed, the user is infected with the malicious code without even knowing it. Therefore, in order to respond to ransomware attacks in the form of binary files, it is necessary to identify the encryption module used. Therefore, in this study, we developed a mechanism that can detect and identify by reverse analyzing the encryption module applied to the malicious code hidden in the binary file.
This study was classified according to types added ‘Seon(선)’ to the dress of Chosun Dynasty and analyzed them into formative characteristics. the results were as follows ; 1, ‘Seon’ is divided into three types of the standard, the decoration and the application. According to three types, the types of the standard are subdivided into Jemul Seon(the shape put the right side into lining) and the different color Seon. The types of the decoration are subdivided into Stitch, Surround, Gild and Embroidery form. And the types of the application are subdivided into Piping, Fur, Braid and Metallic form. 2, It showed as the different color Seon and Jemul Seon in the case of men dress and as the different color Seon and Gild form in that of women dress. 3, Its application showed in the ceremonial dress and ‘Po(袍)’ types of men dress and in the ceremonial dress and as accessories of women dress. 4, It was used as complementary color tone in both men and women dress. 5, It was used as its surface in men dress and as its reverse side in women dress according to Seon of style. 6, It was used as ‘Sa(紗)’ in men dress and as ‘Dan(緞)’ in women dress according to Seon of texture. 7, Seon of an aesthetic characteristics was distinguished according to Seon of forms, that is to say, Jemul Seon standed for calm beauty, Two color Seon standed for dynamic beauty, Stitch, Surround and Piping form standed for delicate beauty, Gild and Embroidery form standed for brilliant beauty and Fur, Braid and Metallic form standed for solid beauty.
In an effort to understand the role of the conserved domain and of the heterologous one-third part of the carboxy terminal domain of transglutaminase C (TGase II), attempts were made to express TGase II cDNA of human origin in yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as in a full-length form as well as in a form of C-terminal truncation. The 2$\mu$-based expression plasmids which contained the TGase II cDNA under the gal inducible promoter were introduced into yeast and the maintenance of the full-length and truncated form of the TGase II gene plasmids were confirmed by Southern blot. The expression of the TGase II gene was analysed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and western blot analyses. As assayed by [1,4$^{14}$C]-putrescine incorporation into succinylated casein, the full-lenth as well as the truncated forms of recombinant TGase II showed some catalytic activity. These results indicate that the N-terminal homologous domain of human TGase II retains a catalytically active domain. The level of TGase II expressed in yeast, however, was far lower than satisfactory and other expression system should be sought further chracterization of the enzyme. The negative effect of TGase II on the growth of yeast is interesting with respect to the physiological effect of TGase II in cornification of epidermal keratinocytes.

Effective three dimensional modeling becomes essential in a wide range of drawings, such as construction, machinery and design. In particular, it has been developed as the tool enabling reverse design. Three dimensional modeling requires rapidity, accuracy and tangibility. Data acquisition methods for modeling including contact type coordinate measurement machine, LASER scanner, pattern scanner and digital photogrammetry. In this study, we try to analyze modeling techniques as well as introduce three dimensional modeling using pattern scanner. In addition, this study conducts three dimensional modeling using OPTO-Top pattern scanner with distinguished accuracy and rapidity, and then compare efficiency with digital photogrammetry. And, this study attempts to form environment that enables to turn around models on web in three dimensional ways.
The finite element method is applied to analyze the deformation mechanisms in the closed-cell Al foam under the compression. The modeling of the real cellular structure proceeds with the concept of the reverse engineering. First of all, the small, $10{\times}\;10{\times}\;10mm^3$ sized specimens of the closed-cell Al foam are prepared. The micro focus X-ray CTsystem of SHIMADZU Corp. is used to scan the full structures of the specimens. The scanned structures are converted to the geometric surfaces and solids through the software for 3-D scan data processing, RapidFormTMof INUS Tech. Inc. Then the solid meshes are directly generated on the converted geometric solids for the finite element analysis. The large elastic-plastic deformation and 3-D contact problems for the Al cellular material are considered. The clear and successful analysis for the deformation mechanisms in the closed-cell Al foam is carried out through the comparison of the numerical results in this research with the referred experimental ones.
