색선(Color line)은 물체의 색을 표현하는 방법으로 단색인 물체의 색은 하나의 색선으 표현된다는 것이다. 하이라이트가 발생하는 반짝이는 물체는 색선이 하이라이트를 포함하기 때문에 하이라이트를 찾고 하이라이트에서 영역을 확장하면서 색선을 생성할 수 있다. 그러나 단순한 영역확장방법은 색을 구분이 난해하기 때문에 제한적인 영역확장 방법을 사용해야 한다. 여기서 노출 시간이 다른 이미지를 한 장 더 촬영하여 하이라이트의 색상 방향을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 색선을 생성한다. 본 연구에서는 하이라이트 기반으로 색선을 생성하고 생성된 색선을 이용하여 반짝이는 특성도 제거한 후 결과를 비교한다.

The final one-EU Concessions for the current duty drawback system was to maintain continuous.

Important network application services have been rapidly increased along with the growth of the Internet. So, it is desirable for such applications to serve transparently, continuously and safely even if the network is temporally disconnected or certain hosts running those services are crashed down. To satisfy such requirementes, many group communication systems have been developed; but, those systems restrict its range within a single LAN or directly interconnected LAN environments since the communication through the Internet is too slow and too unreliable to support group communication. As of now, it is expected the Internet is going to e sufficiently fast and reliable in the near communication system, named FACE(Java Advanced Communication Environment), supporting Extended Virtual which is a basic communication layer, RPGS(Reliable Process Group Service) which manages application process groups, and JACE API for developing Java application services and clients programs. In addition, an experimental replicated object space is developed as an application of the JACE system.

Optical flow는 물체의 속도 결정과 추적 뿐만 아니라 영상분할과 물체의 3차원 정보로서도 중요하다. 순차적인 영상으로부터 optical flow를 계산하기 위하여 경사법 알고리듬이 많이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 경사법의 문제점인 영상전체에 대한 속도벡터의 평활화 현상을 국부적으로 한정시키기 위하여 스칼라 경계선을 이용하는 새로운 주위평균 계산방법을 제시하였으며, optical flow의 분산의 역치로 가중된 평균을 이용하여 이동경계 주위와 폐색영역에서 발생되는 속도오차를 감소시켰다.

In the past, trades with the Latin American markets were not active since the South Korean companies simply considered them substitute markets whenever exports were slow. However, the importance of these markets is highlighted anew thanks to the signing of the Korea-Chile Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Presently, Latin American nations are pursuing FTA with various nations in the world, regardless of the geographic boundaries, in order to vitalize their economy and attract foreign capital. Despite these efforts to liberalize the market, Latin American regions continue to restrict importation by leveraging diverse set of trade regulation policies. This research examines trade regulation policies in the Latin American regions and proposes Korea's countermeasures.

This paper addresses the process of information dissemination in a network whereby a message, originated at a node, is transmitted to all other nodes of the network. We restrict our attention to a speccial type of dissemination process,called 'local broadcasting', where a vertex can either transmit or receive a message and an informed vertex can transmit it to only one of its neighbors at a time. Based on the recently published results for a tree by Koh and Tcha, this paper proposes an efficient heuristic which determines the call sequence at each vertex node under both minimax and minisum criteria. Computational experiments with this heuristic are conducted on a variety of networks of medium size.

In this study, we improved the layout of deckhouse pre-erection area where erects the blocks and developed the pre-erection block arrangement system for the improvement of productivity and effectiveness. The major operating point of the pre-erection area is to fabricate as many as possible that has restrict area and working plate. The developed system has information management module, scheduling module, schedule control module, statistics module, and information integrate module. The heuristic algorithm is issued and evaluated with real data. And genetic algorithm is used for the evaluation of issued it.

Recently there are so many media contents created and used by variety routes. Therefore, it is essential to make a new platform which is used for distributing media contents include IPTV. With open IPTV service, developing the new platform became even more important. Because open IPTV makes it possible for consumers to choose contents regardless of contents of the providers. The new platform has to accept current variety service structure. MPEG-21 multimedia framework was developed to satisfy these needs. It presented the distribution framework of the contents but didn't restrict the particular solutions for protecting the rights. In this paper, we present authoring and consuming system for package contents based on MPEG-21 Multimedia Framework for distributing media resources and managing the license of multimedia contents

The existing fixed telematics facilities for car were restricting of efficiency, utilization, communication, possibility, so it become disconnected with reality in the domestic and foreign market within thy near future, like as the case of 'car-phone'. It is too difficult to make a various business model on the restrict basis. To solve these problems, We suggested Tablet PC system as a new mobile telematics platform. The telematics platform based on the Tablet PC realize the perfect office, because it shows an excellent portability, high power and extension, various input equipment, and environment of communication in the car. To realize this concreteness, it needs a proper marketing strategy for a new business model. For this purpose, We analyzed the structure of industry, selected a proper target market, and established the strategy of marketing. Additionally, We proposed new business models ; particularly Portal site, Car-Home network, Car Software Tuning, and T-Vaccine(Intelligent Car Inspection System). These are made possible by the only Tablet PC platform.
