The study surveyed 321 subjects and processed the result using SPSS for Win. V. 12.1. For statistical analysis, Frequency, Factor Analysis, and Regression were put into operation. The results showed that dining-out motives and restaurant attribute evaluation had positive effects on the intention of word of mouth and reusing. Furthermore, the restaurant owners or managers will need to understand the existing market and target markets more objectively, and, through this market segmentation, formulate a marketing strategy that is appropriate for diverse desires of customers and different characteristics of restaurants.

Methods: The data were analysed using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: According to the results of factor analysis, quality attributes were separated into three factors: food, service, and atmosphere. According to the results, food attributes, service attributes and atmosphere attributes had an affect on customers' satisfaction, between quality attributes and revisit intention, only food attribute had an affect on revisit intention. This study analyzed the priority of decision-making attributes considered as the customers select the family restaurant with Analytic Hierarchy Process, which is the method for quantitative analysis. The result of analysis revealed that the food factor in the first stage of evaluation attributes was the most important and in the second stage, an atmosphere factor of place, an affiliated card factor of promotion, a taste factor of food and a kind attitude factor of employee were important respectively.
Purpose - This research examined the effect of hedonic and utilitarian eating-out motivations on the evaluation of restaurant selection attributes in a fashion premium outlet. Additionally, the influence of experimental and functional attributes on customers' preference for hedonic eating-out motives and utilitarian eating-out motives, and variation of moderating effects through the gender was examined. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to verify the established research hypothesis. The questionnaire items for the research were modified to fit the situation of the present study. In order to elaborate the questionnaire, the literature of the previous researchers was reviewed and supplemented. The survey conducted 207 online questionnaires for consumers who have visited domestic fashion premium outlets from July 4, 2017 to July 27, 2017. A total of 207 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 206 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis after excluding one inappropriate response. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0. Next, the structural equation model (SEM) statistical method was used to test the hypotheses of the study. Results - Hedonic motivation had more influence on experimental attribute importance than the functional attribute importance of the restaurant. However, this result was different depending on the gender. The effects of hedonic motives on empirical attributes were more influenced by female groups, and when influencing functional attributes, male groups were more influenced. However, it was statistically significant (p <0.05) in the female group only when the hedonic eating out motives influenced empirical attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the effect of eating-out motivation on the restaurant preference attributes and suggested practical implications. First, customers with hedonic eating-out motivations were evaluating experiential attributes to be more important than functional attributes. Second, for customers who are motivated to use practical eating-out habits, companies should provide services that meet practical and economic needs. In particular, female customers visiting restaurants need differentiated marketing strategies that make them feel new experiences rather than practical ones. In addition, it is necessary to study more complex and integrated studies which will influence restaurant selection attributes of premium outlets customers by adding various eating out motives and selection attributes.
The purpose of this study was to examine the actual state of cooking wine usage, and analyze the relationship between the attributes of cooking wine and demographic characteristics. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the origin and correct choice of cooking wine were significantly related to hotel type, restaurant type and career. Second, the importance of the taste and aroma of a cooking wine, which are intrinsic attributes in the evaluation of a wine, had significant relationships with all the demographic variables whereas the importance of purchase cost and label information of the cooking wine only exhibited a significant correlation with career (p<0.05). Third, 53.7% of the respondents used cooking wine based on recipes, while the rest used it by rule of thumb. These results between restaurant type were significantly different (p<0.05). For the results of this research to be of more use, further research should be conducted on the functional aspects of cooking wine and their effects on cooking. In addition, further systematic research should be performed on the functional and sensory effects of a variety of wine tastes and aromas on cooking.
This study aims at providing managerial insight into researchers and marketers who are intending to maintain and develop a loyal group and long-term relationships in fast food restaurants. The summary of results is as follows : There was a wide difference in evaluation of perceived value, trust and customer loyalty according to sex, age, occupation and customer's visit behavior. Customers considered the convenient and quick service as the most important selective factor. And also, the important attribute of fast food restaurants was taste of food, followed by price, cleanliness, kindly service, quick service. We are able to classify the four customer groups according to analysis results. If we lay great emphasis on the above mentioned selective factors and also develop needs in each customer group, it does much for delivering profits of fast food restaurants.
Most published work on product quality focuses on manufactured goods. The subject of service quality has received less attention. This distinction is important because some of the quality-improving strategies avaliable to manufacturers may be inappropriate for service firms. Services are performances, not objects. They are often produced in the presence of the customer, as in the cause of hotel restaurant services, quality occurs during service delivery, usually in an interaction between the customer and contact personnel of service firm. for this reason, service quality is highly dependent on the performance of employees, an organizational resource that cannot be controlled to the degree that components of tangible goods can be engineered. The study has begun as a basic study for customer satisfaction-oriented management in understanding the service quality of food & beverage products and through a systematic analysis of it. The major purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the customer satisfaction and service quality in consideration of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance. An empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies. 286 customer at first class hotels in Seoul were selected as samples of this study. The time period of research was from February through March 1999, and answers were processed by SAS to yield frequency analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and regression analysis. The finding of the statistical treatment are frequencies, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. SERVQUAL method was used the service quality evaluation methods. After factor analysis, it was resulted to 3 factors. those were factor 1(assurance.empathy.responsiveness), factor 2(reliability), factor 3(tangibility). The findings of the statistical treatment are as follows. First, the attribute measurement of performance service quality was affected by customer satisfaction. Second, the attribute measurement of performance service qualify was affected by repurchase intention. Third, The attribute measurement of performance customer satisfaction was affected by repurchase intention. The result of study model was followed, service quality was affected repurchase intention than customer satisfaction. indirected effect through, service duality and customer satisfaction was affected repurchase intention.
