  • As understanding sudden climate change and agricultural productivity becomes increasingly important due to global warming, soil moisture prediction is emerging as a key topic in agriculture. Soil moisture has a significant impact on crop growth and health, and proper management and accurate prediction are key factors in improving agricultural productivity and resource management. For this reason, soil moisture prediction is receiving great attention in agricultural and environmental fields. In this paper, we collected and analyzed open field environmental data using a pilot field through random forest, a machine learning algorithm, obtained the correlation between data characteristics and soil moisture, and compared the actual and predicted values of soil moisture. As a result of the comparison, the prediction rate was about 92%. It was confirmed that the accuracy was . If soil moisture prediction is carried out by adding crop growth data variables through future research, key information such as crop growth speed and appropriate irrigation timing according to soil moisture can be accurately controlled to increase crop quality and improve productivity and water management efficiency. It is expected that this will have a positive impact on resource efficiency.

  • The government developed National Competency Standards and expands field friendly education for innovation of industrial field based education training. NCS is the national level of standards that the government systemized knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in industrial fields by each industry and each level. This study was intended to research NCS education contents of an introduction of dental hygienics, which is a basic major subject among subjects of dental hygiene course, to present learning goals accordingly, and to be used as a basic resource of NCS field oriented classes of dental hygienists through the comparison before and after. In case of the dental hygiene course, dental hygienists are performing important core tasks as clinicians at dental offices. Therefore, such comprehensive and professional performance abilities as scaling, oral prophylaxis and oral health education are required at the fields. The education process and education contents for this should be researched continuously.

  • Despite their tilde application of some traditional project management techniques like the Program Evaluation and Review Technique, they lack of learning, one of important factors in many disciplines today due to a static view far prefect progression. This study proposes a framework for estimation by learning based on a Linear Bayesian approach. As a project progresses, we sequentially observe the durations of completed activities. By reflecting this newly available information to update the distribution of remaining activity durations and thus project duration, we can implement a decision support system that updates e.g. the expected project completion time as well as the probabilities of completing the project within talc due date and by a certain date. By Implementing such customized systems, project manager can be aware of changing project status more effectively and better revise resource allocation plans.

  • Edge computing is frequently employed in the Internet of Vehicles, although the computation and communication capabilities of roadside units with edge servers are limited. As a result, to perform distributed machine learning on resource-limited MEC systems, resources have to be allocated sensibly. This paper presents an Improved MADDPG algorithm to overcome the current IoV concerns of high delay and limited offloading utility. Firstly, we employ the MADDPG algorithm for task offloading. Secondly, the edge server aggregates the updated model and modifies the aggregation model parameters to achieve optimal policy learning. Finally, the new approach is contrasted with current reinforcement learning techniques. The simulation results show that compared with MADDPG and MAA2C algorithms, our algorithm improves offloading utility by 2% and 9%, and reduces delay by 29.6%.

  • E-Learning, a technology-based learning process is the obtaining of knowledge from the basis of IT technology. The development of e-Learning requires corporate educational staff as well as HR staff, who manage e-learning, to drastically change their roles. The main reason for this is that the properly adapted and highly experienced education and training abilities of HR staff could accelerate the adoption and usage of e-Learning but they need to clearly select and define an appropriate curriculum from among the extensive mass-customized content with an e-learning basis. Here the research has analyzed the influence of the introduction and usage of e-Learning in hotels on HR staff and their roles from the viewpoint of hermeneutic phenomenology.

  • This paper proposed system for providing the national competency standards learning module, which has changed and updated from time to time. The provisioning server of the proposed system provides learning module, and the management server carry out fault management, billing, request management, statistics and aggregate, etc, and the target server requests the learning module in the provisioning server through the domain. The proposed system determines provide of the learning module by CORS based on filter, which is to determine whether matches or not with domain of the provisioning server and the target server. The proposed system can be patch and maintenance remotely about NCS based learning module to be new update and removed. Also, the proposed system may provide contents in conjunction with existing educational systems, and may be extended in the future to enable the management for domain of the target server.

  • Most web-based learning is furnishing single side and consistent training resource to learner. Research was gone to apply item analysis method or to introduce web-based learning system using studying pattern. But, we need complicated algorithm or parameter setting etc, for apply these method. Therefore, in this research, we design and implement an item selection system in consideration of learner's incorrectness rate and problem frequency selection rate about question of item selection attribute. Also, as that embody business logic about item selection by EJB, efficient system development is available and we improved maintenance and reusability.

  • A SCO is a learning resource that is retrieved by a learner in the SCORM. A storage policy is required a learner to search SCOs rapidly in e-learning environment. In this paper, We define the mathematical formulation of clustering method for SCOs. Also we present criteria for cluster evaluation and describe procedure to evaluate each SCO. We show the search based on proposed clustering method increase performance than the existing search though performance evaluation.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how pre-service elementary teachers perceive and use smart learning environments. For this purpose, 23 pre-service elementary teachers who took theory and practice in a science education course were asked to develop lesson materials using smart tools and make a self-report questionnaire. These data were categorized in an instructional, exploratory, and interactive approach, depending on how they guided students to access knowledge and information. As a result of the study, pre-service teachers perceived the smart tools as the exploratory and interactive learning tools to be used for students to actively search for and interact with data and knowledge. But in developing lesson materials, they usually used the smart tools for resource sharing and communication in the instructional manner. In conclusion, the gap between their perception of smart tools and lesson materials, and the educational implications will be discussed.

  • A personalized course recommendation algorithm based on deep learning in an online education cloud platform is proposed to address the challenges associated with effective information extraction and insufficient feature extraction. First, the user potential preferences are obtained through the course summary, course review information, user course history, and other data. Second, by embedding, the word vector is turned into a low-dimensional and dense real-valued vector, which is then fed into the compressed interaction network-deep neural network model. Finally, considering that learners and different interactive courses play different roles in the final recommendation and prediction results, an attention mechanism is introduced. The accuracy, recall rate, and F1 value of the proposed method are 0.851, 0.856, and 0.853, respectively, when the length of the recommendation list K is 35. Consequently, the proposed strategy outperforms the comparison model in terms of recommending customized course resources.
