현재의 이동 컴퓨팅 환경은 더욱 보편화되고 있다. 그러나 베터리의 제약과 이동통신망의 높은 장애율로 사용에 불편을 느낀다. 여러 mobile client는 공통 관심이 있는 데이터를 서버로부터 받는 방법으로 broadcasting을 많이 쓰는데, 이때 indexing 기법을 이용해 클라이언트는 원하는 데이터를 filtering 해서 수신함으로서 에너지의 효율적 사용을 기할 수 있다. index를 중복시킴으로서 원하는 데이터의 access 시간을 줄이고 무선 통신망의 장애에 따른 성능 저하를 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 장애율에 따른 최적의 중복회수를 구하고 데이터 수신시 access 시간과 tuning 시간을 구한다.

Regardless of the type of impression being made, the tray is the most important part of the impression-making procedure for completely edentulous patients. Dentists have to make use of a combination of rigid, thermoplastic, and resilient materials and control step-by-step procedure from irreversible hydrocolloid impression to definitive cast fabrication. For successful edentulous impression, some considerable clinical tips were guided.

We propose a new watermarking scheme that can be used to embed multiple bits and also resilient to JPEG compression and geometrical transforms such as scaling, rotation, and cropping, based on off-axis holographic watermark that allows multiple watermark recovery without original content(cover image). The holographic watermark is that Fourier transformed digital hologram is embedded into cover image in the spatial domain. The proposed method has not only increased robustness with a stronger embedding but also imperceptibility of the watermark in the evaluation process.

Grid 컴퓨팅 환경에서 Risk-resilient 한 Job 수행을 보장하기 위해 그 동안 Job migration 기법이 연구되어 왔으나, 자원 재선정 및 Job 이동/재할당에 따른 기준의 단순성으로 인해, Migration에 따른 Job 수행의 이득과 손실이 정확하게 판별되지 못한 경향이 있었다. 따라서 본고에서는 Job failure Rate을 바탕으로 특정 Job의 확률적 수행 지연 시간을 추정하고, 이를 이용하여 Migration gain을 평가하는 모델을 제안한다.

As abnormal climate phenomena occur more frequently due to climate change, damage which results from meteorological disaster increases accordingly and its scale and variety are becoming wider. This paper draws out planning and design elements and application techniques to build cities more adaptive to climate change from urban development cases in US and Europe. An urban model is suggested, that enables built environment to be more resilient to risks caused by climate change is applicable to urban development projects in practice.
