A Study on the Play Space of Residential Complexes for Children in Hefei, China

  • This study was focused on the new town residential complex in suburban Hefei, China, which was carried out a survey on the present conditions of children's play space. The residential complexes and play spaces in Hefei, regardless of installation, the standards for the installation of play facilities were not provided legally, and the types of installation of the play facilities also were not standardized. For the play space in residential complexes in China to carry out original functions under the condition and become a place of everybody's activities not just for children, the following should be improved:(1) There is no provision and standard for the size of play space, so the standards for installation of play space with safety like Korea, Japan and the US are necessary. (2) The location of the play space should be able to guarantee maximum play activities to children, and the independence of the space should be secured by putting it in a place far from a footpath or pass way. (3) Since children's play space has different properties from those of green space and resting spaces, separate environmental planning is necessary.

충남 천안 백석동 청동기 시대 주거지 밀집 구역의 지형 환경 (Geomorphological Environments of High-density Residential Zone in Baekseokdong, Cheonan, Chungnam in the Bronze Age)

  • 현재까지 발굴된 고고 유적을 대상으로 고대 취락의 분포 및 입지 특성을 이해하는 것은 고대 취락의 형성과 소멸과정을 밝히기 위한 기초 연구에 해당한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 지금까지 대부분의 연구들은 개별 주거지의 입지 환경에 관심을 가졌다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 주거지가 밀집한 구역의 지형 환경을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구지역은 충남 천안시에 위치한 백석동유적그룹이며, 이 지역에서 발굴된 205기의 청동기 시대 주거지를 연구대상으로 하였다. 이 연구에서 고려한 지형 환경은 사면 미지형, 지형경사, 사면방향이다. 연구지역에서 청동기 시대 주거지가 밀집한 주거지 밀집 구역의 지형 환경은 주로 정부사면 또는 정부평탄면의 파랑성 평야~준완경사지, 남향(남동향-남향-남서향) 사면으로 구성되어 있었다.

집중지표 기법을 활용한 수도권 주거지 분리에 대한 실증적 접근 (Exploring Residential Segregation through Spatial Concentration Index - as a case of Seoul Metropolitan Area -)

  • 본 연구는 주거지 분리를 진단하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 수단으로 집중지표 기법과 특화계수를 제시하고, 부동산 거래관리 시스템(RTMS) 자료를 이용하여 수도권 79개 시군구의 임대료 수준별(상, 중상, 중, 중하, 하) 주거지 분리정도를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 임대료가 낮은 집단이 밀집한 지역은 수도권 외곽의 농촌지역 및 도농복합지역뿐 아니라 부천시, 수원시 등에서도 목격되었다. 경기도는 가장 다양한 집중도 유형이 나타났고, 서울시와 인천시에서는 각각 임대료가 매우 낮거나 높은 집단이 밀집한 지역을 발견하기 어려웠다. 집중도의 변화는 27개 지역에서 나타났고, 기존 집단보다 임대료 수준이 낮은 집단의 유입이 증가하는 하향 변화는 13개, 그 반대인 상향 변화는 14개 지역에서 나타났다. 특히 경기도 부천시 소사구는 하향 변화가, 수원시 영통구 등에서는 상향 변화가 크게 나타났다. 결론적으로 수도권 지역은 하 집단의 집중이 줄어들며 다양화 지역 비율이 높아졌지만 상 집단과 하 집단이 특정 지역에 집중되는 현상이 심화되고 있었다. 이는 임대료 집단별 특화계수를 통해서도 계량적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 방법론적으로 특화계수는 집중지표의 설명력을 강화해 줄 수 있다고 판단되며, 향후 특화계수 외 다른 정량적 방법과의 연계에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

부탄 캔 폭발장소 주변의 소음에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Noise Near the Butane-can Explosion Location)

  • People in the advanced society have deep interest in such environmental problems as noise, air quality, water pollution, etc. This paper submits the result of the research on the noise In the surroundings of the butane can explosion location. First, the noise level measured in a residential area, 245 meters' away from the butane can explosion location, was 59.3 dB. Also, the noise level measured in the IGUP (International Graduate University of Peace), 300 meters' away from the explosion site, was 52.5 dB. Second, the above noise levels are lower than the level specified In the Environmental Standard (65 dB), which represented that the experiment was safe. Third, the noise level in a place away from the butane can explosion location varied in accordance with the direction of the wind. Consequently, the noise in all locations (the places where damage to people is expected) surrounding the experimental butane can explosion location was measured to identify the effect of the wind irection.

공공임대아파트의 거주특성과 주거이동의식에 관한 연구 - 영구임대와 50년 임대아파트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Residential Character and the Consciousness of Housing Movement in the Public Rental Apartment - Focused on Permanent Rental and Fifty Years Period Rental Apartment -)

  • Considering the present development situation of public rental apartment since 1982, the supply of homeless housing for low-income dwellers has contributed a amount of quantities, but has been deficient qualities in housing policy. To reflect the architect the properties of dwellers in rental apartment, this study is aimed at investigating the residential character and the consciousness of housing movement through questionaries in permanent rental apartment and fifty years period rental apartment complexes. The results of this study were as follows; The permanent rental apartment is dissatisfied with site location, site shape and building layout in housing environment view, the fifty years period rental apartment is dissatisfied with building area, rental bond, rental fee and maintenance cost in economics view. Housing type of movement preference hereafter is showed “rental apartment” as priority. Therefore, it is necessary to construct public rental apartment for low-income dwellers increasingly.

공동주택 거주자 특성에 따른 부엌 공간 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preference for the Planning Components of Kitchen according to Residential Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine preference for the planning components of kitchen according to residential characteristics. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, and 184 cases were used for data analysis. The questionnaire consisted of condition and preference in size, location, and layout of kitchen, remodeling elements, and satisfaction with kitchen. Frequency, percentage, and mean, correlation, x2-test, and ANOVA were used for data analysis. Subjects preferred the kitchen of size $4{\sim}5$ pyung. And they tended to prefer the kitchen located the inside and 6th shape-separated kitchen from dinning area. The findings showed that the preference of the planning components of kitchen according to residential characteristics was not distinct except housing size.

예비 은퇴자의 주거환경 의식에 관한 연구 - 대구시민을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Pre-Retirees' Perception on Housing Environment - The Case of Daegu -)

  • Korea is quickly transforming into an aging society. As a reaction to the accelerated aging society in recent years, there is a growing need to introduce sustainable housing policies and strategies for aging society. The main purpose of this study is to explore where people want to live after retirement. Especially, this study focuses on the residential environment such as housing types, residential location, and living environment. The main findings are as follows. First, people preferred living in a sububan-style housing in the suburban or rural areas to living in a city-style housing in the urban areas. Second, people have a strong preference for the importance of convenience in using natural environment, medical service, and cultural facilities. Third, the family life style has been changed from children-oriented life style to couple-oriented life style by showing that people like to stay with a spouse rather than with their children after retirement.

장흥(長興) 신풍리(新豊里) 청동기시대(靑銅器時代) 취락(聚落)의 정주형식(定住形式)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Form of Settlement in Bronze Age Based on Jangheung Sinpoong-ri Site)

  • Remains of settlement are important sources of information in understanding the life style of the time and restoring it. This paper analyzed and studied the residential lives of the time including location of settlement, form and size, interior and change patterns based on Jangheung Sinpoong-ri Site. This study will have a meaning in that it deals with settlement in community well beyond the scope of previous studies which focused on settlement in small sizes and is expected to be a principle one about human residential structure.

A Study on the Contribution of Fugitive Dust to the Residential Area near the Port of Incheon

  • Simple mass balance method was developed to estimate the contribution of two major fugitive dust sources in the Port of Incheon to a nearby residential area in this study. Using the relatively small number of TSP data as well as the data on mass fraction of Fe and organic materials in the sampled dust, our simplified method demonstrated its ability to estimate the contribution of each fugitive source to a specific location including the residential area with relatively reasonable accuracy. It is clear from this simple method can be applied to the situation where two major fugitive dust sources are responsible for the high TSP concentration around the source area and there are clear marker chemicals representing the characteristics of the fugitive dust sources.

서울시 아파트 거주 중년기 가정이 생활 실태와 문제 (I) : 주생활을 중심으로 (Family Life Issues of Middle Aged Apartment-Residents in Seoul : Focused on Residential Environment)

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the residential environment of the middle aged apartment-residents in seoul as a part of collaborative study on family life issues of them. the sampling area was divided tin to kangnam and Kangbuk according to the residential location and upper middle group and lower middle group according to the size of the apartment unit. The data were collected from 307 fulltime housewives with at least one child in a junior or senior high school. Housing circumstance was generally adequate to the middle aged apartment-residents in seoul. the findings supported the family housing adjustment theory well. however, the results showed that the housing policies should reflect to the various housing demands on the structure type, size, and tenure of dwelling, unaffordability of low income renters, and stabilizing the housing price as well as expanding the housing mortgages for the middle aged to prepare for one's own aging.
