Contact Tracking Development Trend Using Bibliometric Analysis

  • The new crown pneumonia (COVID-19) has become a global epidemic. The disease has spread to most countries and poses a challenge to the healthcare system. Contact tracing technology is an effective way for public health to deal with diseases. Many experts have studied traditional contact tracing and developed digital contact tracking. In order to better understand the field of contact tracking, it is necessary to analyze the development of contact tracking in the field of computer science by bibliometrics. The purpose of this research is to use literature statistics and topic analysis to characterize the research literature of contact tracking in the field of computer science, to gain an in-depth understanding of the literature development status of contact tracking and the trend of hot topics over the past decade. In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, we conducted a bibliometric study in this paper. The study uses data collected from the Scopus database. Which contains more than 10,000 articles, including more than 2,000 in the field of computer science. For popular trends, we use VOSviewer for visual analysis. The number of contact tracking documents published annually in the computer field is increasing. At present, there are 200 to 300 papers published in the field of computer science each year, and the number of uncited papers is relatively small. Through the visual analysis of the paper, we found that the hot topic of contact tracking has changed from the past "mathematical model," "biological model," and "algorithm" to the current "digital contact tracking," "privacy," and "mobile application" and other topics. Contact tracking is currently a hot research topic. By selecting the most cited papers, we can display high-quality literature in contact tracking and characterize the development trend of the entire field through topic analysis. This is useful for students and researchers new to field of contact tracking ai well as for presenting our results to other subjects. Especially when comprehensive research cannot be conducted due to time constraints or lack of precise research questions, our research analysis can provide value for it.

Topic 1 comprises the design and manufacture of a CPU and the technology and trends of the smartphone SoC. Topic 2 comprises the technology and trends of the x86 CPU and supercomputer, and Topic 3 involves an optical network chip that has the potential to emerge as a major semiconductor chip. We also describe three techniques and experiments that can be used to implement the optical network chip.

  • Metaverse is an immersive 3D virtual environment, a true virtual artificial community in which avatars act as the user's alter ego and interact with each other. If we do not manage the hype for the metaverse, which has recently been receiving a surge in interest, the metaverse will fail to cross the chasm. In this study, to provide stakeholders with insights for the successful introduction and growth of the 3D immersive next-generation virtual world, metaverse, we analyzed user-side interest, media-side interest, and research-side interest. For this purpose, in this study, search traffic, news frequency and topic, and research article frequency and topic were analyzed. The methodology and results of this study are expected to provide insight for the stable success of metaverse transformation and the coexistence of the real world and the virtual world through hyper-connection and hyper-convergence.

  • 과학기술 분야는 매우 빠른 발전 속도를 보이며 세부 분야 간 융 복합 현상이 빈번하게 일어나는 특징을 가지고 있다. 과학기술정보 말뭉치로부터 상기 특성을 분석해 내는 작업은 연구 주제 추이를 분석하고 주제 간 연관 관계를 파악하기 위해 필요하다. 본 연구는 과학기술 분야 - 특히 정보기술(Information Technology) 분야 - 에서 광범위하게 활용되고 있는 Citeseer 말뭉치로부터 추출된 주제를 이용하여 다양한 주제 분석을 수행하는 방안을 보이는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히, 연구개발 전주기 지원 시스템인 OntoFrame에서 주제가 어떠한 역할을 할 수 있는지 사례를 통해 실증하고자 한다.

Research on Community Knowledge Modeling of Readers Based on Interest Labels

  • Community portraits can deeply explore the characteristics of community structures and describe the personalized knowledge needs of community users, which is of great practical significance for improving community recommendation services, as well as the accuracy of resource push. The current community portraits generally have the problems of weak perception of interest characteristics and low degree of integration of topic information. To resolve this problem, the reader community portrait method based on the thematic and timeliness characteristics of interest labels (UIT) is proposed. First, community opinion leaders are identified based on multi-feature calculations, and then the topic features of their texts are identified based on the LDA topic model. On this basis, a semantic mapping including "reader community-opinion leader-text content" was established. Second, the readers' interest similarity of the labels was dynamically updated, and two kinds of tag parameters were integrated, namely, the intensity of interest labels and the stability of interest labels. Finally, the similarity distance between the opinion leader and the topic of interest was calculated to obtain the dynamic interest set of the opinion leaders. Experimental analysis was conducted on real data from the Douban reading community. The experimental results show that the UIT has the highest average F value (0.551) compared to the state-of-the-art approaches, which indicates that the UIT has better performance in the smooth time dimension.

Using topic modeling-based network visualization and generative AI in online discussions, how learners' perception of usability affects their reflection on feedback

  • This study aims to analyze the impact of learners' usability perceptions of topic modeling-based visual feedback and generative AI interpretation on reflection levels in online discussions. To achieve this, we asked 17 students in the Department of Korean language education to conduct an online discussion. Text data generated from online discussions were analyzed using LDA topic modeling to extract five clusters of related words, or topics. These topics were then visualized in a network format, and interpretive feedback was constructed through generative AI. The feedback was presented on a website and rated highly for usability, with learners valuing its information usefulness. Furthermore, an analysis using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test based on levels of usability perception revealed that the group with higher perceived usability demonstrated higher levels of reflection. This suggests that well-designed and user-friendly visual feedback can significantly promote deeper reflection and engagement in online discussions. The integration of topic modeling and generative AI can enhance visual feedback in online discussions, reinforcing the efficacy of such feedback in learning. The research highlights the educational significance of these design strategies and clears a path for innovation.

자율주행자동차 R&D 동향분석과 논리모형 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of R&D Trends and the Development of Logic Models for Autonomous Vehicles)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 자율주행자동차 연구개발과정에서 나타나고 있는 다양한 이슈를 파악하기 위해 자율주행자동차 연구개발 관련 영문 뉴스 기사 1,870개를 수집하고 데이터 전처리 과정을 거쳐 토픽 모델링을 수행하였다. 토픽모델링 결과 20개의 토픽을 추출하였으며, 토픽에 대한 명명작업을 수행하고 의미를 해석하였다. 도출된 토픽을 투입, 활동, 산출, 성과의 연구개발과정에 대응시켜 자율주행자동차 연구개발사업 논리모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 국내외 자율주행자동차 연구개발사업의 추진 상황을 정확하게 판단하고 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기술개발에 대비할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

LDA 토픽모델링을 활용한 국내 치유시설과 치유프로그램 연구 동향 (Research Trends in Korean Healing Facilities and Healing Programs Using LDA Topic Modeling)

  • 국내 치유 연구는 치유에 대한 사회적 관심 증가와 함께 최근 20년 동안 발전해왔다. 치유를 연구하는 분야는 다양하며, 법제화된 자연-기반(natural-based) 치유를 포함한다. 본 연구에서는 KCI와 RISS에 게재된 2,202편의 학술지, 석·박사학위논문 초록을 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구방법은 LDA 토픽모델링을 활용하여 연구의 주제를 분류하였고, 시계열적 논문 발행 추이를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 국내 치유 연구의 주제가 5개의 유형과 4개의 매개어로 연결되었음을 규명하였다. 5개의 연구 유형은 "치유관광", "마음·예술치유", "산림치유", "치유공간", "청소년회복치유"였고, 4개의 매개 단어는 "산림", "자연", "문화", "교육"이었다. 또한 국내 치유 연구에서 법제화된 치유 연구만 추출하여 토픽을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 법제화된 치유 연구의 주제 유형이 4개로 분류되었다. 4개의 연구 유형은 "공간환경계획치유", "치유요법실험", "농업교육체험치유", "치유관광요인"이었다. 법제화된 치유에서 연구의 양이 가장 많은 산림치유, 식물을 매개로 유사한 프로그램을 운영하는 치유농업과 정원치유, 해양자원을 활용하는 해양치유의 연구 토픽 또한 분석하였다. 그 결과, 개별 치유 연구만의 독특한 특성을 보여주는 토픽과 모든 치유 연구에서 범용되는 것으로 생각되는 토픽을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝의 LDA 토픽모델링을 활용하여 국내 치유시설과 치유프로그램 연구의 전반적 경향을 파악하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
