This study aims to analyze research trends related to the exhaustion of hotel employees and social workers and present the tasks and directions of future exhaustion research for hotel employees and social workers. To this end, 423 candidates for registration and registration of the Korea Research Foundation from 2012 to 2022 and master's and doctoral dissertations (178 papers) were analyzed according to the research period, research topics, research subjects, and research methods. As a result, from 29 papers in 2012, 49 studies were published in 2013, and 53 studies in 2020, indicating that they are gradually rising. Second, job burnout was the highest among hotel employees and social workers, followed by interpersonal relationships, practice, career, techno, safety accidents, and job burnout. Third, hotel employees and social workers were the highest among the subjects related to the exhaustion of hotel employees and social workers, followed by hotel employees and social workers. Fourth, quantitative research was conducted the most as a method for the exhaustion of hotel employees and social workers, and qualitative research was conducted a lot. According to these research results the study suggests that it is necessary to rediscover the meaning of research on burnout of hotel employees and social workers, which directly affects hotel employees and social workers, and to find ways for hotel employees and social workers to feel less burnout.
Purpose - Leadership style is an important factor in determining the attitude and behavior of employees and their satisfaction with an organization. Contributing the efficiency of an organization, Especially, servant leadership focusing on meeting employees' hopes and desires positively affect success of the organization and performance of employees. In the airline service industry it is necessary to conduct studies for an internal marketing on servant leadership that emphasizes the trust in the dignity of humans and spirit of service to subordinates as a factor affecting the job satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology -Therefore, in this research, it is empirically analyzed that employees' perception of a supervisor's support plays mediating role in the relationship between employees' perception of servant leadership and perception of an organization's support using multiple and hierarchal regression analysis targeting 243 employees working in D Airline. Result - As a result, Employees' employees' perceived supervisor's support mediates the relationship between employees' perceived servant leadership of a supervisor and employees' perceived organizational support. Conclusions - This study suggests that the servant leadership of a supervisor perceived by employees constitutes an important preceding variable in enhancing the employees' perception on organizational support.
Objective: To find the relevant stress factors of male and female employees. Method: The survey was collected from April 7th to May 10th in 2006 by formalized questionnaires targeted on male and female employees. The research used both quota sampling and accidental sampling to collect the data. Results: 1) It was found that relevant factors are related with ages in general traits for male employees and associated with ages, marital status and education level in general traits for female employees. In other words, age is the primary factor for both male and female employees at age 20s, and as the marital status is single and the education level is lower, the stress level is higher for female employees. 2) Occupation is the main relevant stress factor for male employees in employment traits and the period of employment, working hour and wages are relevant stress factors to the level of stress for female employees. That is to say, manufacture related job shows higher level of stress than other jobs for both male and female employees. As period of employment and working hour is shorter and wages are less, it appears to be high stress level for female employees. 3) It presents that stress level is decided based on if he exercises regularly or keeps regular hours for male employees in lifestyle aspect and it also shows drinking is an additional relevant stress factor to conclude the level of stress for female employees. So to speak, as the regular exercise is performed and regular hours are kept, it comes out low level of stress for both. In addition, it shows lower stress level from the group of female employees who do not drink than the other. Conclusion: The research is summarized that no matter what gender you are, both male and female employees should try to have a positive lifestyle. Specially, the research concludes that the regular exercise is the best way to get rid of stress.
This study has reviewed the "A survey on the relation between the employees' viewpoint with knowledge management and cultural intelligence among the employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil". The present study is functional in terms of objective and the method is descriptive and survey. This has asked the others' ideas and viewpoints concerning a specific subject and has analyzed them. About the nature and the method used, the present research is of correlation research. The population applied in this research includes all employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil consisting of 400. The method used for sampling is simple random sampling. To collect the information in the first step of the research the library method has been used. In this research the data has been collected through standard questionnaires. Then, via descriptive and inferential statistics the research data has been characterized and regarding the spatial scaling of the measurement to test the hypothesis the, correlation analysis of Pearson has been used and also to specify the reliability of the questionnaire the Chronbach's Alpha has been taken in use and the SPSS software to analyze the data also. The findings resulted from the study showed that there is a significant relation between the factors concerning employees' efficiency with knowledge management and the cultural intelligence and all hypotheses was confirmed.
Employees' knowledge integration capabilities and innovative behavior are still of crucial importance in the effective knowledge management. Recently researchers and practitioners are interested in both the potential benefits of unlearning and the negative aspects of learning inertia. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among learning inertia, unlearning, knowledge integration capabilities(knowledge exploitation and knowledge exploration) and innovative behavior. The results of analysis show that learning inertia is employees' psychological obstacle factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities and unlearning, that unlearning of employees is a key factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities, and that knowledge integration capabilities are driving forces leading to innovative behaviors of employees. For theoretical and practical implications, the research presents the grounds for arguments that knowledge integration capabilities are employees' dynamic capabilities from the knowledge management perspective, that unlearning is a driving force of employees' positive behaviors, and that organizations trying to perform the dynamic knowledge management need to identify the causes of employees' psychological resistance to learning. Limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.
The purpose of this research was to examine the construct known as job fit perceived by service employees in the foodservice industry. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 based on the sample of 667 persons that showed a 95% usable response rate. The results of the empirical analysis showed as follows. First, in restaurants, the employees' job suitability factor brings about an indirect effect by organizational commitment and turnover intention. Second, employees' job satisfaction factor causes an indirect effect by organizational commitment. Third, employees' organizational commitment factor has relationships with turnover intention. That is, the higher organizational commitment, the lower turnover intention. By the same route analysis, job suitability has an effect on organizational commitment. Also, the research proved organizational immersion has an effect on turnover intention. In this respect, the research contributes to job performance of foodservice employees, emphasizing the necessity of educational programs for them.
This study divided all cooking-related employees into hotel organization and family restaurant organization, and analyzed the present duties´ characteristics along with an analysis on population statistics. Also, the study examined each employee´s recognition degree of his/her duty in each group and investigated which knowledge and skill they thought as important parts for their developing ability and attaining duties in the future. The collected data tell the followings; with respect to the characteristics of the employees´ duties, the characteristics of hotel employees were different from those of family restaurant employees; in case of hotel employees, the characteristic items recognized at a high level were the importance of duty, independence, self-reliance, the knowledge degree, career, controlling-ship, and development-ship. On the contrary, in case of family restaurant employees, the highly recognized items were complexity of duty, stagnation-ship, and human relationship. Generally, it was clear that family restaurant employees showed more complaints than hotel employees did in the section of recognition degree on the present duties. The imperfect matter is that this study could not specify particulars or details of knowledge and skills that are necessary to make a perfect food-service company. However, this study will become a basis to develop further research on a perfect supposition and detailed particulars by detailed variables in a demonstrative way.
Purpose: Research on job crafting has thus far focused on how alter job demand and resources behaviors relate to employee task performance. However, job crafting behaviors do not necessarily have an impact only on task performance, but also on employees' contextual performance, a phenomenon that has little research in job crafting research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting on task performance or contextual performance and the mediating effect of work engagement between them in the Chinese context. Research design, data and methodology: In order to achieve the above research goals and test the proposed hypotheses, we used a cross-sectional design and a self-administered questionnaire to collect quantitative data from September 8, 2021 to September 27, 2021 among knowledge workers in Shandong Province various financial companies and finally analyzed 211 questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and research model analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 Version and AMOS 27.0 Version to test the developed hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows; firstly, the study showed that job crafting of employees had a significant positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Secondly, the higher job crafting of employees, the higher their work engagement. Thirdly, this study showed that work engagement of employees had a positive impact on task performance and contextual performance. Fourthly, we predicted and found that work engagement of employees had a positive mediating effect between job crafting and task performance and a positive mediating effect between job crafting and contextual performance. Overall, this study showed that the proactive job crafting behaviors of employees enhance their engagement for their work, which in turn improves task performance and contextual performance. Conclusions: This paper develops job crafting research by exploring the positive impact of job crafting on employees' task performance or contextual performance through their work engagement. It also proposes that both job crafting behaviors and work engagement are important approaches to improve employees' task performance or contextual performance. Practical implications for organizations, such as increasing employee' work engagement, as well as the limitations and suggestions are concluded for the future research directions.
The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees at the Chinese employees in Korean company. This study also focuses on revealing homogeneous demographic characteristics these employees exhibit that affect their satisfaction level. This paper analyzes the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the Chinese employees in Korean Businesses based on a great deal of questionnaire research. The research found that individual's characteristics, such as gender, age, education and marital status, as well as duty variables like salary, position, length of service, number of turnover times, probability and number of promotion, made influence on the employees about their job satisfaction and turnover tendency. The result of this research is helpful in studying how to improve the Chinese employees' job satisfaction and impair their turnover intention in Korean businesses.

This study seeks to empirically investigate the impact of transformational leadership on employees' innovation with the mediating effect of technological diversity. Employees have evolved into leaders in organizing work within institutions over the last few decades. This shift presents new demands for leaders, who are forced to reinvent individual workers while also improving workplace innovation. This research proposes a conceptual model for considering transformational leadership and the impact of technological diversity on innovation. Structured questionnaire is used in the study and the analysis of the data from 633 employees of universities in the United Arab Emirates uses stratified sampling technique and hypotheses verified through Structural Equations Modelling (AMOS-21). According to the results, transformational leadership has a big effect on employees' innovation. Furthermore, in the relationship between transformational leadership and workforce innovation, technological diversity has a partial mediation impact. This research adds to the growing body of knowledge about how transformational leadership influences employees' innovation and how it affects employees' success, especially in the context of UAE-based universities. Overall, this research contributes to the previous studies wherein transformational leadership plays a critical role in influencing the innovative performance of employees and that, in turn, will promote diversification of technology in the organization.
