The following suggested algorithm is completed care report for the family medical history. Rn=$U\;Pnj+U\;Dn^i$ : (j=1,2,...,j), (i=1,2,...,i), (n=1,2,...,n) The Rn(completed care report) integrates comprehensive patients reports ranging from patient $P^2\;to\;P^j$ including $P^1$ (oneself) with the doctors' care reports up to the care No. no by i number of doctors ($D^1$ =doctor in charge, $D^{2,3...i}$=doctors on corporation program.) This approach, since a participation in a family membership effectuates all of family members, can minimize the membership fees, thus enabling inter-family health care on a home doctor basis.

The purpose of this study is to present a contents production process for costume design analysis by take advantage of the image media of Chinese historical backgrounds. The production process of contents for lectures on fashion design analysis can be summarized as follows: The contents for the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be divided into major media and supplementary media. Major media can be completed through the processes including the selection of Chinese historical backgrounds. images and media (video, DVD title or VOD), verification of image capture parts, image captures, and applications of PPT files. Supplementary media consist of production of analysis materials for each item and TPO, report preparation methods and discussions, and printed matters to be used at the stage of image comparison and verification. This way, a process applicable to the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be presented.

The visualization of business reports has received greater attention from information system scholars. Tables, graph and charts are often used to represent vast amount of complex numerical data and spreadsheet visuals become a de facto standard in business. This study suggests the use of individual's cognitive differences on business report visualization instead of providing "one visual fits all type of reports." It is argued that reports with data augmented by appropriate visuals will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of an individual's learning outcomes and subsequently his or her decision making processes. It is argued here that report visualization can augment the usefulness of contents and enhance many desirable features of reports as specified in those proposed models.

정보시스템을 통해 제공되는 서비스와 사용자 만족간의 관계는 정보시스템의 신규 서비스 개발에 있어서 중요한 사항으로 고려되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 IT기술변화에 따른 웹 환경변화를 고려하여 국가R&D보고서 서비스에 적용 가능한 12개 핵심 서비스를 도출하였다. 도출된 12개 신규 서비스는 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, topic-map service, open API 서비스, 개인화 서비스, 집단지성 서비스, SNS 서비스, 비정형데이터 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스 등이다. 국가R&D 보고서 서비스에서 도출한 12개 신규 서비스의 품질속성을 파악하기 위하여 KANO모형을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과와 서비스별 만족계수 및 서비스 분류결과를 바탕으로 단계별 서비스전략을 제시하였다. 1단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 비정형데이터 서비스, 개인화서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, topic-map 서비스, open API 서비스, 집단지성 서비스 등이고, 2단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, SNS 서비스 등이다.

잘된 브랜드의 경우100을 기준으로 제품이 80이면 커뮤니케이션은 20이라고 말한다. 제품이 80정도가 될때 만약 커뮤니케이션이 0이 되면 어떻게 되는 것일까. 커뮤니케이션이 0이되어도 제품의 80은 남아 있으니 80이 되는것일까. 그렇지않다. 커뮤니케이션이 0이 되면 브랜드도 0이되어버린다.

It is important to understand patients' anxiety and fear about dental treatment. A patient's anxiety can be quantified through a self-report questionnaire, and many related scales have been developed. In this review, I tried to find out which scale is most suitable for the patient's dental anxiety and fear evaluation by examining the contents of previously developed scales and comparing the strengths and weaknesses of each scale.

In this study we propose an automatic reading system for diagnostic DNA chips. We define a general specification for an automatic reading system and propose a possible implementation method. The proposed system performs the whole reading process automatically without any user intervention, covering image acquisition, image analysis, and report generation. We applied the system for the automatic report generation of a commercialized DNA chip for cervical cancer detection. The fluorescence image of the hybridization result was acquired with a $GenePix^{TM}$ scanner using its library running in HTML pages. The processing of the acquired image and the report generation were executed by a component object module programmed with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. To generate the report document, we made an HWP 2002 document template with marker strings that were supposed to be searched and replaced with the corresponding information such as patient information and diagnosis results. The proposed system generates the report document by reading the template and changing the marker strings with the resultant contents. The system is expected to facilitate the usage of a diagnostic DNA chip for mass screening by the automation of a conventional manual reading process, shortening its processing time, and quantifying the reading criteria.

This study was designed to find out the mineral contents in Korean foods and constitutes third report on sodium and potassium contents in milk and soft drinks, following part I on vegetables and fruits and part II on cereals. Ten samples of milk and eleven samples of soft drinks of different trade names were collected from the market and analyzed for the contents of sodium and potassium by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data will be used as a fundamental guide in planning sodium-restricted diets in Korea.

Today people adopt various contents from their mobile devices which lead to numerous platforms. As technology of 5G, IOT, and smart phone develops, the number of people who create, edit, collect, and share their own videos, photos, and articles continues to increase. As more contents are shared online, the numbers of data being stolen continue to increase too. To prevent these cases, an authentication method is needed to encrypt the content and prove it as its own content. In the report, we propose a few methods to secure various misused content with secondary security. A unique private key is designed when people create new contents through sending photos or videos to platforms. The primary security is to encrypt the "Private Key" with a public key algorithm, making its data-specific "Timeset" that doesn't allow third-party users to enter. For the secondary security, we propose to use Message Authentication Codes(MACs) to certify that we have produced the content.

임상 연구에서 가장 중요한 것은 임상 자료를 정확하게 수집하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 최근 많은 제약회사들과 임상 연구기관에서는 전자 증례기록지(electronic Case Report Form, eCRF)를 도입하려고 노력하고 있다. eCRF는 임상연구에서 임상 자료를 수집하고 관리하기 위해 디자인된 컴퓨터 시스템이다. 하지만, 임상연구에서 eCRF의 중요성을 인식하고 있지만, eCRF 도입 초기에 많은 노력과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 널리 사용되고 있지는 못한다. 본 연구에서는 한의학연구원에서 임상연구를 위해 개발된 eCRF의 사용현황을 실증적 자료를 바탕으로 조사했다. 특히, eCRF에 자료를 입력하는데 걸리는 시간, 사용 시간, 쿼리 수 등을 시간적 흐름에 따른 변화에 중점을 두었다.
