The purpose of this study is to present a contents production process for costume design analysis by take advantage of the image media of Chinese historical backgrounds. The production process of contents for lectures on fashion design analysis can be summarized as follows: The contents for the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be divided into major media and supplementary media. Major media can be completed through the processes including the selection of Chinese historical backgrounds. images and media (video, DVD title or VOD), verification of image capture parts, image captures, and applications of PPT files. Supplementary media consist of production of analysis materials for each item and TPO, report preparation methods and discussions, and printed matters to be used at the stage of image comparison and verification. This way, a process applicable to the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be presented.

The visualization of business reports has received greater attention from information system scholars. Tables, graph and charts are often used to represent vast amount of complex numerical data and spreadsheet visuals become a de facto standard in business. This study suggests the use of individual's cognitive differences on business report visualization instead of providing "one visual fits all type of reports." It is argued that reports with data augmented by appropriate visuals will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of an individual's learning outcomes and subsequently his or her decision making processes. It is argued here that report visualization can augment the usefulness of contents and enhance many desirable features of reports as specified in those proposed models.

The relationship between a service provided via the information system and user satisfaction has been thought of as an important factor for the development of a new service for the information system. In this study, the twelve new key services that are applicable to national R&D report system were derived by web environment changes in step with IT technology developments in order to support the new service for the user. The twelve new key services are as follows; semantic search service for national R&D report, associated report service, RSS service, mesh-up service, topic-map service, open API service, personalized service, collective intelligence service, SNS service, unstructured data service, detailed search service, mailing service. To assess the quality attribute of the twelve new key services in the national R&D report system, a survey was performed. In conclusion, a stepwise service plan for the national R&D report system was proposed which would use the satisfaction coefficient and the results of the service classification. The following step-by-step service should be developed by in this way. The unstructured data service, personalized service, associated report service, topic-map service, open API service, and the collective intelligence service are needed to develop the first step and RSS service, mesh-up service, semantic search service for the national R&D report, mailing service, detailed search service, and SNS service are needed to develop the second step.

It is important to understand patients' anxiety and fear about dental treatment. A patient's anxiety can be quantified through a self-report questionnaire, and many related scales have been developed. In this review, I tried to find out which scale is most suitable for the patient's dental anxiety and fear evaluation by examining the contents of previously developed scales and comparing the strengths and weaknesses of each scale.

In this study we propose an automatic reading system for diagnostic DNA chips. We define a general specification for an automatic reading system and propose a possible implementation method. The proposed system performs the whole reading process automatically without any user intervention, covering image acquisition, image analysis, and report generation. We applied the system for the automatic report generation of a commercialized DNA chip for cervical cancer detection. The fluorescence image of the hybridization result was acquired with a $GenePix^{TM}$ scanner using its library running in HTML pages. The processing of the acquired image and the report generation were executed by a component object module programmed with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. To generate the report document, we made an HWP 2002 document template with marker strings that were supposed to be searched and replaced with the corresponding information such as patient information and diagnosis results. The proposed system generates the report document by reading the template and changing the marker strings with the resultant contents. The system is expected to facilitate the usage of a diagnostic DNA chip for mass screening by the automation of a conventional manual reading process, shortening its processing time, and quantifying the reading criteria.

This study was designed to find out the mineral contents in Korean foods and constitutes third report on sodium and potassium contents in milk and soft drinks, following part I on vegetables and fruits and part II on cereals. Ten samples of milk and eleven samples of soft drinks of different trade names were collected from the market and analyzed for the contents of sodium and potassium by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data will be used as a fundamental guide in planning sodium-restricted diets in Korea.

Today people adopt various contents from their mobile devices which lead to numerous platforms. As technology of 5G, IOT, and smart phone develops, the number of people who create, edit, collect, and share their own videos, photos, and articles continues to increase. As more contents are shared online, the numbers of data being stolen continue to increase too. To prevent these cases, an authentication method is needed to encrypt the content and prove it as its own content. In the report, we propose a few methods to secure various misused content with secondary security. A unique private key is designed when people create new contents through sending photos or videos to platforms. The primary security is to encrypt the "Private Key" with a public key algorithm, making its data-specific "Timeset" that doesn't allow third-party users to enter. For the secondary security, we propose to use Message Authentication Codes(MACs) to certify that we have produced the content.

With the help of information technology, it is the most important to collect clinical data correctly in clinical trials. For this, recently, in many pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) have tried to adopt an Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) system. The eCRF system is a computerized system designed for collecting and managing clinical data in clinical trials. Although the eCRF is recognized as a significant system for clinical trials, until now there are no widely useable, due to the huge effort and expense at the initiatory stage of adopting eCRF system. In this study, we inquired the use of eCRF system developed for clinical trial at Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. Especially, we focused on the time required for entering clinical data into the eCRF, hours of use, and the number of queries according to the time flow.
